You Could Be Fined 250,000 Dollars If You Offend A Transgender Woman In New York City

This includes such offenses as calling a transgender woman “him” when she wants to be called “her”

Political correctness is officially out of control in New York City.

According to brand new rules that were just issued by the New York City Commission on Human Rights, you could potentially be fined $250,000 if you purposely offend someone that is transgender. This includes such offenses as calling a transgender woman “him” when she wants to be called “her”, or not allowing a transgender woman to use the women’s bathroom. These guidelines are particularly focused on the behavior of landlords, employers and businesses, but they will undoubtedly create a chilling effect on speech all throughout New York City.

Needless to say, these new regulations will result in a flood of litigation as transgender individuals exercise their new “rights”. According to the New York City Commission on Human Rights, employers must now use “an individual’s preferred name, pronoun and title” when referring to that person. And some of the pronouns that were given as examples by the Commission were only recently introduced to the English language and many people don’t even know how to pronounce them. The following comes directly from the new “guidelines”…

The NYCHRL requires employers and covered entities to use an individual’s preferred name, pronoun and title(e.g., Ms./Mrs.) regardless of the individual’s sex assigned at birth, anatomy, gender, medical history, appearance, or the sex indicated on the individual’s identification. Most individuals and many transgender people use female or male pronouns and titles.

Some transgender and gender non-conforming people prefer to use pronouns other than he/him/his or she/her/hers, such as they/them/theirs or ze/hir.

All facilities in New York City will now also be required to allow transgender individuals to use whatever bathrooms and locker rooms they prefer. Here is more from the new “guidelines”…

The NYCHRL requires that individuals be permitted to use single-sex facilities, such as bathrooms or locker rooms, and participate in single-sex programs, consistent with their gender, regardless of their sex assigned at birth, anatomy, medical history, appearance, or the sex indicated on their identification. The law does not require entities to make existing bathrooms all-gender or construct additional restrooms. Covered entities that have single-occupancy restrooms should make clear that they can be used by people of all genders.

So what would stop some sick pervert from pretending to be transgender just so that he can go into the women’s locker room at the gym?

Presumably nothing.

You would think that New York City would have far bigger priorities to deal with than this. Right now, almost 60,000 people are sleeping in homeless shelters in New York City every night, and the homeless crisis there has gotten so bad that it is being called an “epidemic”.

This is just another example of our society’s growing obsession with political correctness. And if you think that it is bad now, just wait until the next generation takes over.

Our colleges and universities have become political correctness indoctrination centers. One survey found that 62 percent of our colleges and universities have implemented “speech codes” that “severely departed from First Amendment standards”, and students are going to ridiculous extremes to try to insulate themselves from any language that could possibly be considered “racist”, “sexist” or threatening. Just check out the following excerpt from a recent article about political correctness at U.S. colleges that was published by the Telegraph…

The lexicon of college has changed: students now speak about “micro-aggressions”, “trigger warnings” and “safe spaces”.

The notion of the “safe space” first emerged to describe a place of refuge for people exposed to racial prejudice or sexism. But the phrase has changed meaning to the point where now it often implies protection from “exposure to ideas that make one uncomfortable”, according to Nadine Strossen, a prominent law professor and former head of the American Civil Liberties Union.

At Brown University – like Harvard, one of the eight elite Ivy League universities – the New York Times reported students set up a “safe space” that offered calming music, cookies, Play-Doh and a video of frolicking puppies to help students cope with a discussion on how colleges should handle sexual assault.

And all over America, colleges and universities are seemingly obsessed with getting our young people to use the right words. For example, just check out what is happening at the University of Michigan…

Dozens of posters plastered across the University of Michigan caution students not to say things that might hurt others’ feelings, part of a new “Inclusive Language Campaign” at the state’s flagship public university that cost $16,000 to implement.

Words declared unacceptable through the campaign include “crazy,” “insane,” “retarded,” “gay,” “tranny,” “gypped,” “illegal alien,” “fag,” “ghetto” and “raghead.” Phrases such as “I want to die” and “that test raped me” are also verboten.

Meanwhile, the quality of the education being served at these institutions has plummeted and millions of students are graduating each year without any real marketable skills. Most parents assume that their children are being prepared for “the real world” when they attend college, but in many cases that simply is not happening.

I attended public universities here in the United States for eight years, so I know what I am talking about. Instead of learning skills and abilities that apply to the marketplace of tomorrow, our young adults are being taught all sorts of gobbledygook. The following are some real courses that have been taught at U.S. colleges in recent years…

-“What If Harry Potter Is Real?”

-“Lady Gaga and the Sociology of Fame”

-“Philosophy And Star Trek”

-“Learning From YouTube”

-“How To Watch Television”

But these mindless courses are actually preferable to the courses which systematically pump radical leftist propaganda into the minds our our impressionable young people. Thanks in part to our system of education, each generation of Americans has steadily become more liberal. And at this point we are already so far gone as a society that it appears that there is not much hope left for us.

If you doubt this, just look at what is in the headlines. Once again this year, Barack Obama is “the most admired man” in America. He has now won that title eight times.

And Hillary Clinton was once again crowned “the most admired woman” in America. She has won that title 14 years in a row, and 20 times overall.

The American people love Obama and Clinton and the politically correct system that they represent. I wish I could be more optimistic about the future of our country, but at this point it is hard to see much hope.

Minorities line up behind … Donald Trump

BY BOB UNRUH FOR WND.COM

Donald Trump

Editor’s Note: This is another in a series of reports on the polling by Clout Research, a national opinion research firm in Columbus, Ohio, for WND.com.

Pundits might point to billionaire Donald Trump’s huge lead in the GOP presidential primary race as being the result of his generally anti-Washington, anti-government, anti-establishment, anti-politically correct attitude.

If so, it’s not just whites who are ticked at the bureaucracy, but minorities too.

Because a new poll, which still has Trump leading the race, shows 40 percent of blacks are lining up behind Trump, as are 45 percent of Hispanics, and even nearly 19 percent of Asians.

Blacks and Hispanics, in fact, even support Trump at a higher level than whites.

Like the reporting you see here? Sign up for free news alerts from WND.com, America’s independent news network.

The results are from a new WND/Clout poll by Clout Research, a national opinion research firm in Columbus, Ohio. The telephone survey of registered voters was taken Dec. 18-27, except for the holiday, and has a margin of error of plus or minus 3.35 percentage points.

Only Dr. Ben Carson pulled more support from the black community than Trump, at 50 percent, and no one had more support from Hispanics than Trump. Among Asians, 37.5 percent supported Sen. Marco Rubio, with Sen. Ted Cruz matching Trump’s 18.8 percent.

Among whites, Trump was far and away the leader, with 37.7 percent of the respondents. Cruz was second at 25.1 percent.

The rankings put Trump in the No. 1 slot, Cruz second at 23.3 percent, Rubio third at 10.1, Carson fourth at 9.4 percent, and Jeb Bush fifth at six percent.

Explained Fritz Wenzel, chief of Clout Polling, “The Republican presidential primary preference nationally remains unchanged through the Christmas holiday and heading into the New Year, as Donald Trump continues to lead by double digits.

“The newish development of Sen. Ted Cruz rising and now solidifying his top-tier stature is likely going to remain for the coming weeks before the Iowa caucuses and the New Hampshire primary. But the rise of Cruz signals nothing new in this race, as voters continue to voice their complete dissatisfaction with the GOP establishment. Cruz merely supplanted Carson as a more conservative outsider alternative to Trump.”

He said a key will be whether Republicans, whose divisions have been opened by Trump’s brash criticism of the establishment and refusal to go along, can come together.

“There really is just one more act to come and question to be answered before the nomination is sealed: ‘Will the establishment coalesce behind one moderate candidate and mount a serious challenge, or will they remain divided and be conquered?’” Wenzel said.

“For this challenge to develop, three of four candidates – Bush, Rubio, Kasich and Christie – would have to step aside, and given the stakes involved, it is hard to imagine that happening in time to make a difference. The clock has now become a serious factor in this race.”

He said moderates like Trump, with a sizable chunk also favoring Marco Rubio, while conservatives favor Cruz.

“Cruz does so badly among moderates that it is hard to make a case for him as the consensus candidate. Trump’s ability at this stage of the game to gain solid support among all demographic groups makes him a significant favorite to win the nomination. It is interesting to note that there is a significant gender gap inside the race for the GOP nomination – as Trump wins only 29 percent support among men but wins 47 percent support among women who will be voting in the GOP primary elections. Among conservative women voting in the GOP primaries, Trump wins 53 percent support,” Wenzel reported.

The survey shows Trump collecting nearly 40 percent of the GOP support, but also 31 percent of the independents and even 26-plus percent of the Democrats.

While Ohio Gov. John Kasich gets 31 percent of the Democrats who responded to the poll, most other candidates share tiny fractions. Only Cruz was event close to Trump, with 21 percent of the Democrats, 24 percent of the GOP and 21 percent of the independents.

It showed Trump dominates among those voters who think of themselves as very liberal or liberal, with 60 percent and 40 percent support, respectively. But he’s no slouch among the moderate and conservatives either, with support higher than 41 percent in each group.

The rest of the support was splintered among the candidates.

The question: “If you were voting today in your state’s primary or caucus election for the Republican nomination for president, and the candidates were, in alphabetical order, Jeb Bush, Ben Carson, Chris Christie, Ted Cruz, Carly Fiorina, John Kasich, Marco Rubio and Donald Trump, for whom would you vote?”

Among men and women, Trump also had far and away leads, with 30 percent of the men and more than 46 percent of the women. Only Cruz was within sight, with about 23 percent of support from each group.

Trump dominated, too, among the religious categories, getting 40 percent support from Protestants, 30 percent from Catholics, 40 percent of Jews and more. Trump also dominated among the age groups as well as across all geographic regions in the country

See the results:

Question 3: If you were voting today in your state’s primary or caucus election for the Republican nomination for president, and the candidates were, in alphabetical order, Jeb Bush, Ben Carson, Chris Christie, Ted Cruz, Carly Fiorina, John Kasich, Marco Rubio and Donald Trump, for whom would you vote?”

Isis ‘Fatwa’ On Female Sex Slaves - Thousands of women and girls captured and enslaved by the group

Isis ‘Fatwa’ On Female Sex Slaves Tells Militants How And When They Can Rape Captured Women And Girls

Thousands of women and girls from religious minorities have been captured and enslaved by the group

Isis has released a fatwa detailing how and when its fighters can rape female sex slaves – “one of the inevitable consequences of jihad”.

The document, drawn up by the terrorist group’s “Committee of Research and Fatwas”, was revealed by Reuters news agency after being discovered among a huge trove of documents seized by US special forces in Syria.

It is one of many self-proclaimed rulings Isis has made to enforce its interpretation of Islamic law, with others governing the treatment of “infidels” and revenue streams from stolen oil and antiquities.

The fatwa on female slaves, which could not be independently verified, was apparently released in response to a question on unspecified “violations” by Isis fighters owning female slaves.

The creeping tactics tearing the fabric of American society apart are straight out of Rules for Radicals, the left’s playbook

The Ugly Truth Donald Trump Has Exposed

REPOSTED FROM MARKET-TICKER.ORG

The fear in both the GOP and Democratic party is visible at the surface when it comes to Trump, and it’s not that he’s any of what they’ve accused him of. No, it’s really much simpler than that, and both Republican and Democrat parties, along with the mainstream media, are utterly terrified that you, the average American, is going to figure out what underlies all of these institutions in America.

No, it’s not that they’re evil.

It’s worse, for evil frequently is recognized and fought back yet for decades America has not awakened to what has been going on in the political and media establishment. It was evident during the Vietnam war and has only gotten worse since.

For those who don’t recall the Tet Offensive was an attack launched by the NVA and VietCong by some 70,000 troops in a coordinated series of attacks across more than 100 targets. It was an attempt to foment rebellion among the South’s population.

Tet failed in its military objective, in that there were too few troops spread too thinly, and once the US and South Vietnamese figured out what was going on they literally slaughtered a huge number of the attackers. To put perspective on this at the Battle of Hue roughly 500 US Marines and South Vietnamese were killed but over 5,000 NVA and VietCong died in that one battle alone.

The story was repeated through the country; while the North managed to attack they lost virtually the entire attacking force, while not managing to take one mile of territory. They also failed to incite rebellion, which was the primary goal of the offensive in the first place.

Our media, however, reported that we lost. They were present and they lied, including Walter Cronkite. Cronkite reported in February of 1968 that the war “was a stalemate and probably unwinnable” despite knowing that the NVA had virtually been rendered soldierless in the Tet offensive as their casualty rate ran ten times the South’s.

Tet was a desperation move; the North was in serious trouble. They were failing to take territory and losing men and material at an ridiculous rate compared to the Americans and South. Simply put we were the better fighting force and it wasn’t a close call. In the first few days of their “offensive” they lost ten thousand men against about 750 on the other side and it just got worse from there with total losses on their side being close to 50,000, or virtually all of their remaining fighting-age force.

Cronkite didn’t care about the truth. He wasn’t evil, he was indifferent. He didn’t give a damn about the fact that a totalitarian government was being handed a victory over millions of citizens, he simply wanted to make a further name for himself and push his political agenda.

Likewise there are those who claim that Obama and similar are evil in their view of Muslims and terrorism and of course they wish to draw a distinction between left and right sides of the aisle. Wrong. They’re all indifferent.

The political goal is more power for them and their friends, mostly economic power. More ability to extract from you by force and threaten you with jail or worse if you try to resist. More power over your daily life. More power to tell you that you must bake a cake for gays (because your religious convictions don’t matter) but if your religious convictions are Muslim then they do matter and must be protected because that’s where one of the big reservoirs of oil and undeveloped people that can be exploited in the future reside.

They literally don’t care if you get blown up or shot and it doesn’t matter if they’re Democrat or Republican. They don’t care if you live under a freeway overpass because your health “insurance” that you are forced to buy covers so little that you have to spend $6,000 before one dime is covered, and you don’t have $6,000. They don’t care that a Christmas Party was shot up by a couple of Islamic Nutjobs who they could have identified if they did care and in fact they shut down an investigation on “civil rights” grounds that probably would have identified the shooters years before.

Jeb Bush has never apologized for giving Driver Licenses to the majority of the 9/11 hijackers in Florida because he doesn’t care. What he cared about was making sure that illegal immigrants could roof houses during the housing bubble so his buddies could make money. That 3,000 Americans died as a plausibly direct consequence doesn’t matter to him.

Marco Rubio supports allowing the illegal invaders to remain here because he doesn’t care if it screws you out of a job. Like Bush, what he cares about is his corporate patrons that want cheap labor. He cites all these Fortune 500 companies that were started by immigrants but I’ll bet that not one of them was an illegal invader. Ditto for his Nobel Prize winner claims. Oh sure, they’ve been immigrants — the legal variety. The illegal ones are the roofers working under the table or the gang members. That there is immense criminal and economic collateral damage doesn’t matter to him; he’s not evil, he’s indifferent.

Ben Carson refuses, despite being a surgeon, to speak against the medical monopolies. He knows exactly what’s wrong in that regard both in the hospital and drug field. He’s not evil, he’s indifferent to the damage that his own profession has done to you over the last 30 years.

Hillary Clinton knows damn well that during the Benghazi attacks there were military resources available to interdict them. But she has famously said “what difference does it make” and, in her view, she’s right. She’s not evil, she’s indifferent — to the lives lost there and to any other collateral damage including the arming of what has turned into Daesh! Her goal is globalism, socialism and statism, all for her own personal aggrandizement. That you are harmed or even killed doesn’t matter to her.

Folks, this is where Trump is really freaking the establishment out. See, Trump already has anything material that he wants, and if something pops up he wants and doesn’t have he can simply stroke a check. He has no need to play the indifference game; there is no amount of money he can gain or lose in his lifetime that will change his lifestyle. He has his own security and doesn’t need yours, he has his own money and also doesn’t need yours.

The visceral reaction you’re seeing in the media isn’t about Trump’s policies. It’s fear that’s motivating them.

They fear that you might come to realize that you can’t demonize the “other side” for being evil; rather, they are both equally guilty almost to a single man and woman at being simply indifferent as to how much you get screwed and by whom, up to and including your death and the death of your children, so long as their desire for more power and control, either for them or their friends, is realized.

If that happens — if you quit the left/right, republican/democrat, liberal/conservative game and instead demand the indictment of all of them for their treasonous and outrageously unlawful behavior along with their removal from office and are willing to back that up with action up to and including a general strike until they are all gone and in chains then they are all screwed.

That is what is driving the animus toward Trump.

Wake up America.

Water Fluoridation is Dangerous

Do not rely upon the FDA, CDC, AMA, or ADA to accurately inform you regarding harmful effects of Toxic Fluorosilicic Acid.

  • Note taken from Health Sciences Institute e-Alert - Jenny Thompson - 12/23/15

Dear Reader,

You still have a little more than a week to keep that New Year’s resolution — and it’s going to cost you less than $50!

If you’re like most people I know, you promised yourself that 2015 was the year you’d take control of your health. But lately that collection of health problems is getting longer than Santa’s naughty list.

I’m talking about extra weight, feeling tired all the time, and even blood pressure problems.

But it looks like there’s a way to tackle them all without sweating yourself into an oblivion — or injuring yourself — at the gym.

Because new research is proving that it’s the fluoride in our water that may be causing dozens of serious medical issues. And filtering out this poison may be one of the easiest (and cheapest) things you can do to improve your health this year.

Don’t drink the water

I nearly fell off my chair a couple years ago when the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention named fluoridation one of our country’s greatest public health achievements.

Sure. It’s right up there with leeches and giving people a shot of whisky before surgery.

The fact is, water fluoridation may be one of the most dangerous mass medication experiments in world history. And the damage may be worse than we’d imagined.

You see, British researchers recently studied the health records from thousands of patients across the country. And they found that people in communities that fluoridate their water were a whopping 30 percent more likely to suffer from thyroid disease — specifically hypothyroidism or underactive thyroid.

That’s not necessarily a surprise. We’ve known for years that fluoride suppresses several enzymes vital to thyroid function.

But it’s a big problem, because your thyroid is like a control center for your body’s organs. In fact, poor thyroid function has been linked to:

  • Uncontrollable weight gain,
  • Memory problems,
  • High cholesterol,
  • Blood pressure swings,
  • Joint and muscle pain,
  • Depression,
  • Anxiety and mood swings,
  • Sensitivity to cold and,
  • Exhaustion.

And you can bet that what they found in the UK is just the tip of the iceberg.

Across the pond, only 10 percent of people receive fluoridated water. Here, it’s 72 percent of the population.

So what about all that talk about how great fluoride is for your teeth? Well, a study published years ago in Environmental Health Perspectives found that fluoride actually interferes with the natural production of tooth enamel.

In fact, the U.S. has some of the highest rates of dental fluorosis in the industrialized world. That’s a pitting of your teeth that’s caused by… you guessed it… too much fluoride exposure.

Now it used to be that the easiest way to remove fluoride from your water was to buy a reverse osmosis system for your sink, which can cost hundreds of dollars. But now you can buy pitchers and filters with activated alumina for less than $50.

And that’s an investment worth making. Because the longer we keep swallowing Uncle Sam’s lies about fluoride, the better chance we could all end up in hot water.

To Your Good Health,

Jenny Thompson

States’ Rights is the Solution

States’ Rights is the Solution

The Idaho Department of Water Resources (IDWR) is attempting to charge water rights holders for water released from storage. In other words, they want to charge the irrigators for water over the dam even though the irrigators haven’t used it.

Legislators were baffled by the actions of the IDWR. They talked about the Constitution, the law and an administrative farce of a hearing in which the Director of the IDWR appointed himself as the hearing officer and he made a decision on the water issue agreeing with himself.

Some of the thoughts that raced through my mind – excluding the expletives were: Really? The Irrigators are asking for the help of Idahoans on their water issue – when they quietly accept the vastly reduced electric power rates that all residential Idaho electric users subsidize? They want the help of Idahoans when they support illegal immigration so that they have cheap labor for their farms despite the cost to Idahoans for the lost jobs, increased costs for education and health care for that cheap labor? You’re telling me that the farmers in this state who have been silent on the refugee resettlement issue that will bring with it, the end western civilization… and they want our help? Aren’t you the same people who support the “free trade” agreements that have nearly destroyed the rest of the economy – putting Americans out of work and causing the export of manufacturing of this country while flooding our markets with cheap imports and now you want our help…Really?

And the legislators – the ones who are talking about the Constitution and water rights – aren’t they the same legislators who voted to approve HB 1/S.1067 requiring Idaho courts to recognize the decisions of foreign courts? Aren’t they the same legislators who allowed Idaho Power to put smart meters on our homes in violation of our rights to be secure in our homes and protected against electronic surveillance behind the walls of our homes and enabling extortion pricing? I wondered how many of those legislators voted to approve participation in the Pacific Northwest Economic Region (PNWER) in violation of Article 1, Section 10. And now they want us to recognize our Constitution, history and heritage on a water rights issue… Really?

Senator Grant Burgoyne said that he’s tried to find out why the IDWR is doing this but he can’t get a straight answer. He said the best answer he can get from the IDWR Director is that he wants to make everybody happy.

I’ve tried communicating with legislators in the past but was told that they want only bullet points. No detail, no context, no history – nothing but bullet points because they are really too busy to understand the issues. Ok.. here are your bullet points:

  • UN Agenda 21
  • Administrative System

Oh… but you say, that’s the United Nations program and it has nothing to do with our country. Wrong. When the Congress in 1945 voted to participate in the UN, they were voting away the sovereignty of our country. It didn’t happen immediately. It’s taken 70 years of incremental cannibalization of the American Constitutional system of government and at this point, it’s hanging by a thread.

The Agencies of the federal government operate through the Administrative System. Congress passes legislation that the Agencies use to create regulations. The regulations they are creating are the United Nations Agenda 21 program because the federal Agencies are required by law to enforce treaty obligations and they do it through the administrative system on the authority that Congress gives them.

To the irrigators and the legislators, you’ve been sleeping with the devil and now you want help to escape his clutches. Speaking for myself – and I believe the patriot community, we stand ready to help you reclaim states’ rights but you must do it for all Idahoans on all issues and not just for your own ox that was gored.

We must start by getting out of the interstate compacts and start dismantling the administrative systems within the state and extricating ourselves from the federal administrative systems. Laws, rules, regulations must be made by Idahoans – for Idahoans and not by outsiders to the state.

Are you man enough? Are you woman enough? Do you have any remnants of the guts and gumption of the pioneers who settled this land? You’re going to need them to rise to the occasion and to lead (that’s what you were elected to do) us out of this wilderness.

I hope you do because if you do, I’m in.

Vicky Davis
