FBI Admits Trump Is Right That Muslims Aren’t Being Properly Vetted

Trump proven right about barring Muslims until they are properly vetted

Despite claims from the Obama administration, the alleged refugee vetting process completely fails to keep out radical jihadists.

Obama Disqualifies Trump from White House

Muslim comment “disqualifies him from serving as president”

Not only is the Obama White House offended by Donald Trump’s political stance, it also doesn’t like his hair.

“The Trump campaign for months now has had a dustbin-of-history-like quality to it, from the vacuous sloganeering to the outright lies to even the fake hair. The whole carnival-barker routine that we’ve seen for some time now,” White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest said on Tuesday.

Earnest also said it is disgraceful other Republican candidates have pledged to support the party’s presidential nominee.

“I know that each of the Republican candidates has already taken an oath pledging to support Donald Trump for president of the United States if he wins the nomination,” Earnest continued. “But the fact is, the first thing a president does when he or she takes the oath of office is to swear an oath to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States. And the fact is, what Donald Trump said yesterday disqualifies him from serving as president.”

Obama should talk. He is a serial lawbreaker and has violated his oath of office numerous times:

  • He has used the IRS to go after his political enemies

  • Is working to undermine and nullify the Second Amendment

  • Trampled in the First Amendment by ordering a criminal investigation of Fox News

  • Has refused to enforce immigration laws

  • Forced the disastrous Obamacare law on Americans

  • Gave firearms to criminal cartels in Mexico via Fast & Furious

  • Ignored the Circuit Court of Appeals for Washington, D.C. when it said Obama does not have the authority to regulate the internet

  • Obama’s DOJ ignored section 8 of the Voting Rights Act which calls for protections against voter fraud

  • Seven unconstitutional executive actions

  • Violated the Tenth Amendment when administration sued Arizona for attempting to prevent illegal border crossings

  • Made recess appointments despite the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals ruling they are unconstitutional

  • Lies, especially the assassination of Osama bin Laden which was used for political gain

  • The unconstitutional and secret program to assassinate Americans without due process

  • Violation of the War Powers Act (and more specially Article I, Section 8, Clause 11 of the Constitution) when he invaded Libya

VIDEO: Hillary Supporters Want Her To Lower The Standard Of Living

“I think the standard of living should be lower because I like to go to the bars and drink the alcohol for lower.”

Activist prankster Mark Dice hit the strip in San Diego once again this week to expose how lefty Americans will agree with anything so long as they think Hillary Clinton is behind it.

This week, Dice sold the sheep members of the public on the idea that one of Hillary’s primary campaign promises is to lower the standard of living, and asked if they think it is a good campaign platform to run on.

“I think the standard of living should be lower because I like to go to the bars and drink the alcohol for lower,” one girl said, as her slightly more intelligent friends tried to warn her she was talking gibberish.

“Actually, I don’t know what that means.” said the mind-numbed girl.

Another young man just nodded his head and said he was looking forward to Hillary lowering the standard of living, saying he believed it to be a good policy. When asked if Hillary was the person to do that for America, he replied “maybe,” clearly not having a clue what he was talking about.

Another trendy beach zombie attempted to sound like he had a brain by saying how much better Bernie Sanders is than Hillary. When asked if Hillary is the right person to lower the standard of living, he replied that the idea “works for her because it fits her personality,” but went on to say, “as an American, I don’t think I can stand behind that,” saying he would rather vote for Donald Trump.

Having a hard time understanding human communication, another American woman said she doesn’t “really keep up with that,” when asked about the standard of living.

Another man initially said he agreed it is “definitely long overdue,” to lower the standard of living, then caught himself and burst into laughter, saying he just thought about what Dice had said and realised it was ridiculous.

“Thank you for catching on,” Dice told the guy as he walked away laughing at himself in shame.

Dice has recently documented Americans declaring support for repealing the Fourth Amendment, repealing the Bill Of Rights, introducing a ‘white privilege tax’, and introducing Sharia Law, purely because they were told that Hillary Clinton supports these things.

IRS has new use for your Social Security Number

BY BOB UNRUH FOR WND.COM

On the heels of a years-long controversy over its targeting of mostly tea-party and Christian groups with what critics have described as harassment, the Internal Revenue Service now has come up with a new plan for those nonprofits – have them collect donors’ Social Security Numbers.

The federal agency still is recovering from the outrage it generated when over the course of the last presidential election cycle it took a number of actions against conservative and tea-party organizations wanting to register so they could operate.

Among its demands was for the subject of group members’ prayers. And another was that members were supposed to promise not to oppose Planned Parenthood. And dozens of groups saw their applications delayed, sometimes for extended periods. Several lawsuits have developed as a result.

On Monday Fox News reported that the Obama administration now wants nonprofits to report the Social Security Numbers of those who donate $250 or more in a year.

The plan would be to target groups that are 501(c)3 organizations, a category that includes churches and religious or charitable organizations.

At this point, it’s a proposal.

But opposition is surging.

“It’s the No. 1 regulation that people are commenting upon,” attorney Cleta Mitchell told Fox. She suggested the IRS simply can’t be trusted and the change would destroy the ability of charitable groups to raise funds, since people wouldn’t want to be identified by their Social Security Number to the IRS.

“It would have a dramatic effect on donors’ decisions on whether or not to contribute,” she warned. “You’d see a lot of $249.99 contributions…”

Rep. Peter Roskam, an Illinois Republican, also called the issue a “big yellow light.”

The IRS explained it proposed the idea as an option since some taxpayers being audited lost their donation records and they said the charities having a record would help them.

Mitchell represents the TRUE the VOTE group, which sued over the previous IRS attacks, which were confirmed by the federal agency in statements in 2013.

It said from April 2010 to about April 2012 IRS agents “targeted” tea-party and other grouips.

The 2013 revelation resulted in the firing of an IRS commissioner and probes by the Justice Department, Congress and others.

But no one was charged criminally.

It was just weeks ago that WND reported on the end of the Justice Department’s review of the actions by the IRS manager who headed that division during the targeting program.

Federal investigators said they were closing their investigation of former IRS official Lois Lerner and would not be filing any charges, chalking up the scandal instead to mismanagement.

Assistant Attorney General Peter Kadzik sent a letter for House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte, R-Va., and ranking Democrat John Conyers. It stated:

“Our investigation uncovered substantial evidence of mismanagement, poor judgment and institutional inertia, leading to the belief by many tax-exempt applicants that the IRS targeted then based on their political viewpoints. But poor management is not a crime.

“We found no evidence that any IRS official acted based on political, discriminatory, corrupt, or other in appropriate motives that would support a criminal prosecution. We found no evidence that any official involved in the handling of tax-exempt applications or IRS leadership attempted to obstruct justice.

“Based on the evidence developed in this investigation and the recommendation of experienced career prosecutors and supervising attorneys at the Department, we are closing our investigation and will not seek any criminal charges.”

True the Vote is one group that endured years of IRS harassment over its application for tax-exempt status. Its president, Catherine Englebrecht, was disgusted but not surprised by the Justice Department’s announcement.

“This is a lawless administration,” she said in an interview with WND and Radio America. “They write the rules and then play by those if they choose to follow. It is certainly not a surprise at all that they’ve chosen to try to wipe the slate clean of the IRS scandal, as they have so many other scandals. They don’t look to police themselves. They’re not interested in the better interests of their fellow countrymen. They’re interested in the survival of their party.”

According to Englebrecht, the refusal to prosecute is not only a slap in the face to her group and many others but to American justice athttp://www.wnd.com/2015/12/irs-has-new-use-for-your-social-security-number/#! large.

“Justice in their hands is a mockery,” she said. “This is an arrogant and corrupt administration that holds no justice for the American people. It is my great hope and prayer that the American people will reassert themselves, through their vote, to take back the reins of this country.”

She suggested the scandal is far from over.

True the Vote is taking the IRS to court, but suffered an early setback when a federal judge ruled True the Vote did get approved as a tax-exempt organization, and getting to the bottom of the controversy would be impossible since Lerner’s emails had been destroyed. Since then, many emails have been recovered, and Englebrecht hopes that fact will reinvigorate her legal options.

“That gave us an avenue for appeal,” she said. “We are anxiously awaiting being heard by the court, hopefully in the first few months of 2016.”

NBC AND CBS CAUGHT LYING ABOUT TRUMP’S NORTH CAROLINA RALLY

By NWV Senior Political News Writer, Jim Kouri
© 2015 NewsWithViews.com

The Democratic Party’s Super PAC, a/k/a national news media, are once again displaying their willingness to lie during their coverage of Donald Trump’s presidential campaign rally, according to former chairman of the Forsyth County, North Carolina, GOP Nathan Tebor.

For example, on Friday night, reporters from NBC News and CBS News reported that Republican Party’s presidential frontrunner was forced to leave the stage during a huge rally in Raleigh, North Carolina, after he was persistently harassed and interrupted by protesters from the racist members of Black Lives Matter.

According to people who actually attended the Trump campaign appearance – including George Scanlon, a member of the NC GOP — “these reporters were being deceitful and their coverage was filled with bald-faced lies.” The videotape of the real-estate magnate’s appearance confirms that his speech ended when he wished it to end. Not only did Trump end his speech to a rousing applause he walked among the crowd of supporters for several minutes turning on his charismatic charm. See video below.

As far as Black Lives Matter, there were about 25 protesters claiming to be part of BLM who were dispersed throughout the rally. When they attempted to shutdown Trump’s rally almost a dozen times during his 50-minute speech, they were removed by The Donald’s personal security agents

The auditorium was filled to capacity with a crowd totaling upwards of 7,000 who attended the Trump event in Raleigh’s Dorton Arena. While the BLM protesters were few in number inside the arena, there were about a hundred or so protesters picketing and shouting on the street outside of the rally.

The local news outlet, WRAL-TV, reported that several protesters attempted to block the arena’s entrances in order to intimidate Trump supporters, but those Republicans were not deterred from attending the Trump speech.

One false news report was made by NBC reporter Katy Tur, who is assigned to cover the Trump campaign. Tur posted to on the social media website Twitter: “Now 10. Trump ends speech abruptly and leaves stage.”

Tur’s report was immediately picked up by MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow, an admitted progressive talk host who masquerades as a newswoman, according to critics. Another mendacious report was by CBS News’ Sopan Deb which she headlined, “Black Lives Matter protesters cut off Donald Trump in North Carolina.”

Her article was allegedly written with an opinion slant to embarrass Trump over his bashing of the devout socialist and Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont. Trump found Sander’s kowtowing to Black Lives Matter protesters who took over the Sanders stage and microphone last summer.

She reported:

“GOP frontrunner Donald Trump abruptly ended his rally in his first visit to the state after his speech was interrupted at least 10 times by protesters – many of them chanting “Black Lives Matter!” as they were escorted out.”

”But it was Trump who ended the speech early, which was striking, given his comments at an August press conference about fellow presidential candidate, Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, who himself cut a rally short in Seattle as a result of Black Lives Matter protesters.

“I thought that was disgusting,” Trump said at the time. “That showed such weakness, the way he was taken away by two young women — the microphone. They just took the whole place over.”

“The protesters overshadowed Trump’s escalation of some of his rhetoric on foreign policy during his speech…”

When the first protester spoke out, Trump used the interruption to criticize the media covering his campaign: “You know the shame is, that it’s one, it’s one person and the dishonest media–they are dishonest–you don’t believe how dishonest. They are the most, they are the most dishonest people. I mean a big percentage of them, they are so dishonest. They are so dishonest. They will make that one person into the headline. ‘Trump has’…they can’t even use the plural. They can’t put the ‘s’ but they’ll figure it out. But they’ll say, “Trump has protesters.”

Trump may have been wrong about the number of protesters he would end up dealing with, but he was dead right about the dishonest media.

Rachel Maddow did a segment on her show Friday night about the Trump rally. The headline and description at MSNBC reads:

Donald Trump ends speech after 10 protest interruptions

“Rachel Maddow shows Republican front-runner Donald Trump being interrupted repeatedly while speaking at a rally in Raleigh, North Carolina, abruptly ending the speech after the tenth interruption. Duration: 2:13”

Maddow said at the end of her obviously biased anti-Trump segment: “At the end of the tenth interruption, Mr. Trump ended his speech and walked off the stage.”

Video of Trump’s speech (attached) shows that after “the last question” (as stated by the Trump staffer with the crowd mic) from the crowd was posed at the 49:45 mark, Trump spent a minute answering. He then pivoted and went into his closing remarks:

“Ladies and gentlemen. Ladies and gentleman, this has been such an honor. When you…remember this, remember this…(Protester shouts) I think he came back, I think he came back. Don’t worry about him, we’ll do this quickly…One pe…So, that’s okay. Good job. Good job. Individual people, but they’re all friends they all want to make havoc.”

Trump then resumed his closing remarks with a profound observation on the groundswell in the country.

We are sitting on something that’s bigger than any of us understands or knows. I always say, “Make our country great again.” And I’ve been say been saying for the last three weeks–because I’ve really gotten to know the people. We are going to make our country great again. Greater than ever before! I love you! Thank you very much! We’re gonna make it greater than ever before! Thank you everybody! Thank you! (Audio cut, Trump speaks one more sentence.)

Trump did not flee the stage, but spoke for thirty seconds after the last interruption by a screaming protester. Trump’s closing statement rose to a crescendo and ended with the crowd clapping and cheering and Trump uttered a number of ‘thank you’s’. There was nothing abrupt or forced about the end of the speech.

And far from “leaving the stage” due to the protesters, Trump mingled with the audience after the speech. He spent several minutes shaking hands, signing autographs and posing for pictures with supporters as he has done at other rallies.

According to the YouTube video, Trump spoke for about 50:35, putting the speech in the ballpark range of his other campaign speeches. Trump’s voice was weak and scratchy throughout the speech.

NBC’s Tur also incorrectly reported the length of the speech, putting it at 49 minutes.

NBC’s Ali Vitali also posted a report, to NBC, in which he too made it seem the protesters forced Trump to cut short his appearance:

Trump Interrupted Ten Times at North Carolina Rally

”The first interruption came mere minutes into Trump’s remarks to a full house of nearly 8,000, and they continued periodically until Trump’s abrupt exit from the stage.”

”The candidate, whose usual bellow was replaced by a rasp that sounded like the start of a cold, ended his rally-turned-town-hall suddenly and earlier than usual. The full event lasted less than an hour, a rarity for a candidate who usually stumps for at least an hour and who spoke and took questions for almost two hours a few nights earlier in Manassas, Virginia.”

“The news media attempting to tarnish Trump’s image should come as no surprise. But what is troubling is that top members of the Republican National Committee are also trying to torpedo his nomination especially since he continues to hold the frontrunner spot,” said political strategist Michael Baker.

“Trump is fighting against the liberal-left political establishment which has little use for truth. He’s also fighting against members of his own political party who wish to see someone such as Jeb Bush get the nod. And to top it off, Trump is also fighting against the majority of news organizations that serve as the Democrats’ Super PAC,” Baker noted.

Shocking Video Shows Patient Begging to Stay Alive, But Hospital is Trying to Kill Him

Texas Right to Life FOR LIFENEWS.COM

If you’re ailing and in a Texas hospital, who should decide if you have the right to live: you or a committee of hospital administrators?

Right now, an American hero is fighting for his right to make that decision from his hospital bed at Houston Methodist Hospital. David Christopher “Chris” Dunn is one of countless Texans who have been victimized by the draconian Texas Advance Directives Act (TADA), enacted by the Texas Legislature in 1999. The law – which benefits the medical lobby and jeopardizes medically vulnerable Texans – protects the financial and discriminatory interests of hospitals and physicians by abrogating the civil liberties of patients.

When a hospital or physician determines for any reason that they disagree with a patient’s decision about his or her own medical treatment and invokes TADA, Texas law protects those healthcare providers as they remove life-sustaining treatment from the patient even when doing so means overriding the patient’s desire and right to live—and even when the treatment is benefitting the patient. The law does not require that the hospital inform the patient or family about the reasons or basis for the removal of treatment, which could include financial reasons, discrimination, or subjective quality of life value judgments about the life of the patient.

Chris, who has served Texas and the nation as an EMT, in the Harris County Sheriff’s office, and Homeland Security employee, received his death sentence when Methodist invoked the TADA statutory process last month. After the hospital announced that care would be forcibly removed from Chris against his will, Chris’s family contacted Texas Right to Life, and, with legal aid, an extension of the ten-day waiting period was secured. (The law requires this ten-day period ostensibly to provide time for a patient to transfer to another facility that will accept him and follow his medical directive.).

A Harris County judge has granted two consecutive two-week extensions thus far, but Houston Methodist Hospital has countered these interventions with additional court filings to remove Chris’s mother from the process. His mother, Evelyn, has been vigilant in protecting Chris since he is intermittently sedated. In this video, a conscious and alert Chris Dunn pleads for legal assistance from his attorneys.

Most Texans are incredulous upon learning that a patient who is conscious and communicating his desire to live can be killed by the forcible removal of life-sustaining care, which is euthanasia by hospital committee. But this is exactly the scenario you just saw in this powerful video.

What makes the Texas Advance Directives Act even more despicable is the airtight power of the hospital to kill patients without any recourse to appeal the death sentence imposed by the hospital committee. That’s right – the final arbiter over the hospital’s fatal decision is the hospital!

For this reason, Texas Right to Life has been at-the-ready with pro bono legal counsel equipped to help countless patients and their families navigate the mind-boggling labyrinth of the hospital system for many years. TADA is an anti-Life, anti-Texan law and endangers all hospitalized patients, and particularly the disabled and the indigent who may not be able to pay for their care.

In no other state are patients subjected to this level of legally-protected abuse of power among hospitals and physicians. Texas Right to Life has spent the last decade working to repeal TADA and restore the Right to Life of hospitalized Texans at the mercy of the powerful medical lobby year after year.

Enough is enough. Join Texas Right to Life to help Chris see Christmas.

How great are they!” Trump exclaimed while the duo — known as Diamond and Silk — walked onto the stage.

By Olaf Ekberg for American Mirror

YouTube sensations Lynette Hardaway and Rochelle Richardson joined Donald Trump on stage at his Raleigh, North Carolina rally Friday night.

“First of all, I’m glad that the media can see us,” she said. “I want everybody to know that we stand behind Donald J. Trump!

“We support Donald J. Trump! We endorse Donald J. Trump,” the pair said simultaneously to wild applause.

“And this is going to be our next president of these United States! The silent majority has spoken, baby! He’s going to build that wall and he’s going to build it tall and it’s going to protect us all,” Hardaway said.

“We don’t want this country to fall do we?” she said. “Build that wall Donald J. Trump,” Hardaway said as she was embraced by the candidate.

The pair has produced several viral videos promoting — and defending — Trump.

The hosts of “The Viewers View” rocketed to online stardom when they defended the candidate over his treatment during the first Republican presidential debate.

“Okay, so it’s a day after the debates and you all know I am mad as hell,” Hardaway began the August video, which has since amassed over 1.4 million views. “Somebody already tried to come for Donald, so I’ve got to come for them.”

Hardaway objected to moderator Megyn Kelly’s opening question to Trump, asking him to respond to comments he made on Twitter towards Rosie O’Donnell.

“Here’s the damn deal, Megyn Kelly, or Kelly Megyn, whatever your name is: Rosie O’Donnell started that whole foolishness! She was on The View and she was the one who spoke out against Donald and Donald had to come back on her!

“So I don’t know why you’re gonna make this here a part of your forum last night. You know, perhaps you don’t need to be hosting debates! Perhaps — maybe it’s time for us to file Kelly and make her go back to reporting news at the local news! Try Sesame Street! Maybe you should go back and report news for Sesame Street and have a debate with them.”

The pair is now leading a “ditch and switch” campaign, encouraging black Americans to drop their allegiance to the Democratic Party and join Trump’s campaign.
