In an presidential election campaign that has had virtually every possible surprise, only one thing was missing: a terrorist attack.

Alas, even that may be on the horizon because as CBS News reported moments ago, the news station has learned about a potential terror threat for the day before the election: “Sources say U.S. intelligence has alerted joint terrorism task forces that al-Qeada could be planning attacks in three states for Monday.

CBS adds that it is believed New York, Texas and Virginia are all possible targets, though no specific locations are mentioned.

A senior FBI official told CBS News, ““The counterterrorism and homeland security communities remain vigilant and well-postured to defend against attacks here in the United States. The FBI, working with our federal, state and local counterparts, shares and assesses intelligence on a daily basis and will continue to work closely with law enforcement and intelligence community partners to identify and disrupt any potential threat to public safety.” During holiday seasons and when big events are approaching, intelligence about potential threats always increases.

While CBS tried to moderate the warning by noting that the “sources stress the intelligence is still being assessed and its credibility hasn’t been confirmed, but counterterrorism officials were alerted to the threat out of abundance of caution”, such a threat may lead to a depressed turnout in these three states and potentially impact the outcome of the presidential election.

Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton sent an email to her campaign chairman John Podesta in 2014, who was then-counselor to President Barack Obama, that said Saudi Arabia and Qatar are both giving financial and logistical support to the Islamic State and other extremist Sunni groups, according to a recent Wikileaks release.

Clinton sent the email on August 17, 2026 to Podesta. It was an eight-point plan to defeat ISIS in Iraq and Syria. Clinton’s email said that the United States should support Kurdish forces on the ground with U.S. military advisers and avoid the use of a conventional ground operation.

“While this military/para-military operation is moving forward, we need to use our diplomatic and more traditional intelligence assets to bring pressure on the governments of Qatar and Saudi Arabia, which are providing clandestine financial and logistic support to ISIL and other radical Sunni groups in the region,” Clinton wrote.

The former secretary of state added: “This effort will be enhanced by the stepped up commitment in the [Kurdish Regional Government]. The Qataris and Saudis will be put in a position of balancing policy between their ongoing competition to dominate the Sunni world and the consequences of serious U.S. pressure.”

As of Oct. 1, Russia had hundreds more nuclear warheads deployed than the United States did. A startling 429 more, in fact, according to the U.S. State Department.

Don’t panic quite yet. The current warhead gap is probably temporary. But that doesn’t mean all’s well when it comes to potentially world-ending weaponry.

The reason for the current disparity is simple. While the U.S. military has been steadily cutting the number of nukes it loads on submarines and bombers and in missile silos, Russian forces have recently been adding nukes.

Seemingly more worrying for the United States, Russia’s 1,796 deployed warheads exceed—by a whopping 246 weapons—the cap of 1,550 deployed nuclear weapons that Moscow and Washington agreed to as part of the 2011 New Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty.

The United States, meanwhile, is already well below the New START cap. America’s missile submarines, nuclear-capable heavy bombers, and land-based intercontinental ballistic missiles are armed with just 1,367 warheads, according to the State Department.

Both Russia’s nuke surplus and America’s lesser total could change in the next 17 months. Washington and Moscow have agreed on a Feb. 5, 2018, deadline for fully implementing New START. Until then, the countries’ respective nuclear arsenals could fluctuate in size—and often.

“You have to keep in mind that numbers go up and down on day-to-day basis, so a one-day [snapshot] may mislead about force trends over time,” Jeffrey Lewis, a nuclear expert who blogs at Arms Control Wonk, told The Daily Beast.

Both the United States and Russia have signaled their intention to abide by New START’s terms, meaning Russia will probably start shedding old warheads pretty soon, replacing them with a smaller number of newer atomic munitions and ultimately erasing the current nuclear disparity. “Neither of us is in violation of the agreement,” Lewis stressed.

New START is actually one of the few reasons for optimism amid the ongoing U.S.-Russia strategic arms race. For starters, the treaty only covers deployed nukes—meaning those on quick alert aboard subs, on planes, and in silos.

The treaty doesn’t limit how many perfectly functional nuclear weapons the United States and Russia can keep in storage. In many cases, those warheads could go from “stored” to “deployed” with just a few hours’ work.

Neither Washington nor Moscow discloses the exact number of nukes it keeps in storage, but Hans Kristensen, director of the Nuclear Information Project at the Federation of American Scientists, has estimated each country’s total stockpile to be around 4,500 warheads.

Neither government has expressed any interest in cutting its overall atomic stockpile. And both governments plan to spend hundreds of billions of dollars in coming decades modernizing their nuclear arsenals with new warheads… and better rockets, bombers, and submarines to carry them.

“Although these programs do not constitute a buildup of the overall nuclear arsenal, they are very comprehensive and reaffirm the determination by both Russia and the United States to retain large offensive nuclear arsenals at high levels of operational readiness,” Kristensen wrote on his blog.

While New START seems to be holding strong, a separate disarmament deal—whereby the United States and Russia agreed to dispose of excess fissile material—has just collapsed. The Plutonium Management and Disposition Agreement, signed in 2000, covered 34 tons of surplus, weapons-grade plutonium in each country.

Under the terms of the agreement, both Russia and the United States would render the plutonium unusable for military purposes—not only to decrease nuclear tensions between the two powers, but also to ensure the excess plutonium didn’t somehow wind up in terrorists’ hands.

Citing a “radically changed environment,” Russian president Vladimir Putin announced on Oct. 3 that Russia was pulling out of the deal. Nevertheless, Moscow informally pledged that it wouldn’t use the old plutonium in weapons—agreement or no.

“The decision by the Russians to unilaterally withdraw from this commitment is disappointing,” White House press secretary Josh Earnest said. “The announcement about the Plutonium Management and Disposition Agreement is more in line with those kinds of decisions that have only deepened Russia’s isolation in the international community.”

Meanwhile, the United States has been insisting for at least three years now that Russia is violating the 1987 Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty, which bans many types of short-range nuclear weapons.

U.S. officials have not said just how Russia is allegedly violating the treaty, but the purported breach might involve the road-mobile SS-25 ballistic missile and the RS-26, a small, nimble ballistic missile apparently designed to thwart U.S. missile defenses.

Earnest expressed cautious optimism that, despite everything, Russia is still committed to reducing the risk of atomic warfare. He pointed to Russia’s cooperation with the United States in negotiating the deal with Iran to end that country’s nuclear-weapons program. “I think that’s an indication of the priority that Russia has placed on nonproliferation,” Earnest said.

But Russia’s and America’s equal commitments to maintaining and modernizing their overall nuclear arsenals—regardless of any agreement to cap the number of deployed warheads—speaks to an underlying atomic distrust that lingers a quarter-century after the Cold War ended.

“How the two countries justify such large arsenals is somewhat of a mystery,” Kristensen noted, “but seems to be mainly determined by the size of the other side’s arsenal.”

ISIS Calls for Random Knife Attacks in Alleys, Forests, Beaches, ‘Quiet Neighborhoods’

A new magazine issued by the Islamic State advises lone jihadists to get over any squeamishness about using knives and embrace sharp objects as “widely available” weapons of jihad in nighttime stabbing campaigns.

ISIS’ Al-Hayat Media Center issued the second issue of its magazine Rumiyah, meaning Rome, in English, Turkish, German, French, Indonesian, Russian, Arabic and Uyghur. The design of the magazine is more simple than ISIS’ English-language Dabiq. It’s also much shorter: 38 pages compared to the 82 pages in the last issue of Dabiq.

In the first issue of Rumiyah, which debuted a month ago, jihadists were advised to target teens playing sports after school or even flower sellers hawking blooms on the street.

In the new PDF issue distributed widely via social media and Google Drive, an article on terror tactics assures would-be jihadists that “one need not be a military expert or a martial arts master, or even own a gun or rifle in order to carry out a massacre or to kill and injure several disbelievers and terrorize an entire nation.”

A footnote in the article states that ISIS won’t be using the term “lone wolf,” but “just terror operations” — “just” as an adjective for “justice.” Al-Qaeda calls lone operations “open-source jihad.”

Hinting that the article is one in a forthcoming series about terror tactics, ISIS focused on the benefits of knives to help potential terrorists with the “ocean of thoughts” that “might pour into one’s mind” when considering an attack.

“Many people are often squeamish of the thought of plunging a sharp object into another person’s flesh. It is a discomfort caused by the untamed, inherent dislike for pain and death, especially after ‘modernization’ distanced males from partaking in the slaughtering of livestock for food and the striking of the enemy in war,” the unbylined article states. “However, any such squirms and discomforts are never an excuse for abandoning jihad.”

ISIS suggested a “campaign of knife attacks” in which the attacker “could dispose of his weapon after each use, finding no difficulty in acquiring another one.”

“It is explicitly advised not to use kitchen knives, as their basic structure is not designed to handle the kind of vigorous application used for assassinations and slaughter,” the article states, further advising “to avoid troublesome knives, those that can cause harm to the user because of poor manufacturing.”

Knife-wielding terrorists are advised to target smaller crowds or someone walking home from a night out or working the night shift, “or someone walking alone in a public park or rural forested area, or someone by himself in an alley close to a night club or another place of debauchery, or even someone out for a walk in a quiet neighborhood. One should consider canals, riversides, and beaches.” They further advise jihadists to carry an object like a baseball bat to inflict blunt-force trauma on victims before stabbing.

In gory detail, jihadists are encouraged to go for major organs, arteries or the neck, but not the skull as their knife blade may break. “It is advised to not necessarily attempt to fully detach the head, as the absence of technique can cause a person to spend a long time attempting to do so, that is, unless the individual’s circumstances and capabilities allow for such.”

“Lest the operation be mistaken for one of the many random acts of violence that plague the West, it is essential to leave some kind of evidence or insignia identifying the motive and allegiance to the Khalifah, even if it is something as simple as a note pinned or attached to the victim’s body,” the terror guide adds.

Jihadists are told to plan their attacks in such a way that they “attain a reasonable kill count,” and to bear in mind “the more gruesome the attack, the closer one comes to achieving the desired objective” of inflicting terror.

The magazine issue recognizes Dahir Adan for stabbing 10 people at a Minnesota mall last month “in response to the calls to target the citizens of the nations involved in the Crusader coalition.” ISIS mentioned nothing of Ahmad Rahami’s pressure-cooker bombs in New York and New Jersey that same weekend.

ISIS’ Amaq news agency took credit for Adan’s attack soon after it happened.

An infographic in the magazine from ISIS’ Bangladesh branch breaks down their attacks by targets: 42 percent Hindus and Buddhists, 27 percent Christian, 19 percent secularists and atheists, and 12 percent Shiite.

The Holey Artisan Bakery in Dhaka was targeted on July 1 as “a sinister place where the Crusaders would gather to drink alcohol and commit vices throughout the night, feeling secure from the wrath of Allah that was awaiting them,” states an article bylined Tamim Chowdhury, a onetime Canadian resident who was the head of ISIS in Bangladesh until he was killed in an August raid.

Twenty-two civilians and two police officers were killed in the cafe attack.

“The mujahidin will continue discovering ‘security gaps and holes’ and lay in ambush for the Crusaders wherever they can be found, bi idhnillah,” Chowdhury wrote. “The mujahidin will target expats, tourists, diplomats, garment buyers, missionaries, sports teams, and anyone else from the Crusader citizens to be found in Bengal until the land is purified from the Crusaders and all other kuffar and the law of Allah is established in the land.”

Another article from ISIS’ East Africa branch urges men to follow “without delay” in the footsteps of San Bernardino terrorist Tashfeen Malik and a recent trio of female terrorists who attacked a police station in Mombasa, Kenya.

“They can take their example from the countless thousands of men who have sacrificed themselves for Islam throughout the ages, or they can take a lesson from their courageous sisters,” the article states, adding that imams in the West should be especially targeted as they “have fabricated a false religion of apostasy from elements of democracy, nationalism, liberalism, pacifism, and pluralism, doing so in servitude of their Crusader masters.”

Kirby then spent the remainder of the interview attempting to convince viewers that the tens of thousands of refugees being admitted to the country are bring “stridently vetted,” yet he admitted that the vetting system is “not perfect.”

“I would tell you that the more than 10,000 now Syrian refugees that we’ve admitted into the country, by this month, have all been extremely and very stridently vetted.” Kirby claimed.

“There’s certainly not the same amount of information you have on individuals there that you would have here.” Kirby said, then claimed “they are going through a very serious inter-agency vetting process, the most that any refugee goes through.”

“Is it perfect? Can it be perfect? Can it be foolproof? Well, probably not, no. But it is very, very serious.” Kirby said.

Kirby added “We feel good that it is — it’s done appropriately, it’s done thoroughly, that the vetting is good.”

The State Department spokesman also argues that the “bulk” of recent terrorist attacks “are not from refugees.”

National security officials and experts have been warning for months that the refugee vetting system is woefully below par.

Head of the House Homeland Security Committee, Rep. Michael McCaul, has previously said that “There are a lot of holes — gaping holes,” in US defenses.

McCaul has said he has spoken with FBI and Homeland Security officials who have repeatedly told him that “We don’t have the databases to vet them.”

In testimony before the Senate, FBI Director James Comey has stated that “gaps” remain in the vetting process, owing to a lack of intelligence on the ground in Syria.

French authorities are preparing for “civil war” against Muslims in order to “clean up” the country, according to prominent author Éric Zemmour, who claims a high placed government source told him of the plan.

Franco-Algerian Zemmour gave an interview with French radio station RTL during which he revealed details of a program called “Operation Ronces,” developed in coordination with the Israeli Army based on their experiences in Gaza.

The French government has been secretly preparing for a “civil war” against Muslims as a way to “clean up” the country in response to numerous riots and terror attacks in recent years, claims Zemmour, who characterizes the plan as a “new reconquista on their own soil”.

According to Speisa, Zemmour says “his source is high in the French command”.

Zemmour, who was a reporter for Le Figaro and appears as a guest on French current affairs shows, is a controversial figure and a strong opponent of immigration.

Zemmour’s warning is echoed by Patrick Calvar, who is the head of the Directorate General of Internal Security (DGSI). Calvar told members of a French parliamentary commission earlier this summer that France was “on the brink of civil war”.

As we reported back in July, following the Nice truck attack, Jonathan Miller, who is an elected council member in the French village of Caux, said that the attack had “shaken France to the brink of a terrifying escalation” and that citizens were responding by joining gun clubs.

As we also highlighted last year, French security forces are also preparing for mass civil unrest and radicalized immigrants taking over entire neighborhoods, according to intelligence sources.

Last week, French Prime Minister Manuel Valls said that new terror attacks in France were inevitable and that 15,000 Islamists who are already living in the country were in the process of being radicalized.

It has emerged that budget airlines are being used by officials to deport illegal immigrants from Britain

In an extraordinary 11-minute audio recording made by a passenger sitting just yards away and obtained by The Mail on Sunday, the man screamed ‘Allahu Akbar’ 29 times, ‘death is coming’ 17 times, and ‘we will die’ nine times.

The unidentified migrant, who was being deported to Venice, kept up the ‘crude and threatening’ behaviour for nearly the entire length of the budget flight, according to those on board.

The presence of the disturbed man on easyJet flight EZY5263 from Gatwick to Venice on August 23 turned what should have been a routine trip into a nightmare.

Ironically, rather than calming worried passengers, easyJet cabin crew ordered passengers to delete videos and pictures of the man they had taken on mobile phones.

It seems fashionable to attack and “debunk” those who question the official narrative of the 9-11 myth that has been etched into the public’s consciousness via war criminals and their propagandists.

I’m always baffled by people who seem happy to use their energies to transform the crimes and lies of the corrupt elite into patriotic acts of devotion.

Are they cowards, afraid to admit how corrupt their own government is?

Perhaps they are victims of Stockholm Syndrome, an affliction characterized by a submissive posture where the slave begins to defend his captors and aligns himself with the position of his masters?

Maybe they are just hired goons, doing the filthy work of promoting the mendacious and murderous agenda of the establishment they grovel to in exchange for pieces of silver?

Could it be that they are just well-meaning fools, who have been mentally assaulted by a lifetime of exposure to propaganda, misinformation and pre-programming designed to make them love their servitude and hate their own salvation?

Their pathetic yearning to be part of an establishment that could care less if they live or die brings to mind the unrequited love of a pre-teen with an excess of hormones and a deficit of wisdom.

Their gleeful attacks on the people who are risking everything to expose the crimes and lies of the ruling elite who are destroying their own future is a suicidal form of cultural terrorism.

It seems to me that when intelligence officers, pilots, engineers, physicists, architects and members of foreign parliaments risk their careers and reputations to share their inside information regarding a historic event, we should listen.

But the “debunker” cannot see past the blinders that have been permanently affixed to his tiny head.

He dares not spend any of his precious energies or time promoting freedom or exposing war crimes, or torture, or any real injustice .

That would be heresy to the “debunker”.

Their limited understanding of history and the true nature of the world they live in only provides them with enough information, and the required animus, to attack a specific group of people that they have been directed to hate via media manipulation and psychological warfare too sophisticated for them to comprehend.

They are unaware of this manipulation and process their marching orders on a Pavlovian level.

We can only hope these deluded souls are able to become enlightened to the point where they no longer do the bidding of the very forces desiring to enslave them.

The global public is unaware of the fact that many of their governments have either subscribed to or aligned themselves with international policing protocols that prevent their national and local law enforcement agencies from describing terrorist attacks committed by Islamist radicals as “Islamic State/ISIS-related” or “jihadist inspired.”

The Council of Europe’s Protocol No. 12 to the European Convention on Human Rights on combating racism established in 1994 the European Commission against Racism and Intolerance (ECRI).

A majority of the Council of Europe’s 47 members have ratified Protocol 12, which is also open to signature and ratification of observers of the Council of Europe, including the United States, Canada, Vatican City, and Japan, and non-affiliates like Australia, South Africa, Argentina, Japan, and Mexico.

A number of non-Council members have ratified Council of Europe resolutions, including the United States, Canada, Vatican City, and Australia.

Protocol 12 has resulted in ECRI and the European Monitoring Center on Racism and Xenophobia applying pressure on international law enforcement agencies, such as the European Police Office (EUROPOL) and the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL) adopting measures preventing them from referring to ISIL/jihadist terrorists as Muslims, jihadists, members of the Islamic State or Al Qaeda, or even as “terrorists” because of protocols and rules against stereotyping individuals based on their religion or race.

International policing protocols even inhibit law enforcement’s ability to refer to criminal suspects based upon their “physical appearance.” Physical descriptions are key to any investigation of crimes.

Nevertheless, physical descriptions that include the mufti often worn by Muslims, including burkas, niqabs, hijabs, jilbabs, chadors, abayas, shalwars, mundus, and dupattas, are frowned upon in police reports on terrorist acts, as are terms like “Muslim-looking” and “dark skinned.”

Police in Belgium, a hotbed for jihadist terrorism, including the attack on Zaventem Airport and the Maalbeek metro station in Brussels; France, which has seen repeated deadly jihadist terrorist attacks; Greece; Germany; the United Kingdom; Austria; Serbia; Hungary; and Spain have come under incessant fire from Council of Europe, European Union, and Muslim anti-xenophobia organizations for “brutality” against Muslims.

This pressure has resulted in police being unable to properly investigate suspected jihadist terrorists and take action against them before they carry out their deadly attacks.

Protocol 12 has also resulted in police agencies around the world from describing attacks by jihadists as Islamic State-inspired or “terrorist-related.”

Instead, police routinely issue press statements calling jihadist perpetrators “mentally ill” or “lone wolves,” even though many had previously been the subjects of police criminal investigations and had extensive dossiers maintained on them.

Examples of jihadist terrorist attacks committed this month alone being downplayed by police as a result of Protocol 12:

  • Smail Ayad, a French Muslim, yelled “Allahu Akbar” after stabbing to death a female British national and critically wounding a male British national at a backpackers’ hostel in Queensland, Australia. Ayad had recently been in Thailand, a country recently plagued by Islamist terrorist attacks against resorts frequented by foreign tourists. Although Ayad is a Muslim, Queensland police, involving Protocol 12, stated there was “no indication of Islamist radicalization” in the attack. Instead, police indicated the French Muslim was romantically infatuated with the woman he stabbed to death.
  • Waqil Farooqui attacked a couple at an apartment complex in Roanoke, Virginia. Farooqui attacked the couple with a knife and slash marks around the male victim’s neck indicated that Farqooqui attempted to behead the man. The couple survived their injuries. Farqooqui yelled “Allahu Akbar” while attacking the couple, who he apparently chose at random. The local police and FBI invoked Protocol 12 and suggested that Faraooqui was not a jihadist because he “heard voices” in his head before the attack, implying he was mentally ill.
  • A 62-year old rabbi in Strasbourg, France, the headquarters of the Council of Europe, narrowly escaped death after a Muslim man shouting “Allahu Akbar” stabbed him. French police, under the restrictions imposed by Protocol 12, did not name the Muslim attacker but discounted terrorism by stating that the man had a “psychiatric history.”
  • A 42-year old Muslim man physically assaulted an elderly couple in Cannes, France while shouting “Allahu Akbar.” The incident was disconnected to terrorism by police, who cited the “homelessness” of the man as a cause for his attack.
  • A 29-year old Muslim from Kosovo named Dijar Xhema attempted to pull three pedestrians into his car in Vlore, Albania, and threatened to kill them while shouting “Allahu Akbar.”
  • A 60-year old German national stabbed two men at an Austrian rail station in Vorarlberg, Austria, injuring both. Austrian police denied the man had any connection to radical groups and said he was “mentally confused.” A partial photograph of the man was snapped by Agence France Presse and his profile certainly indicates someone of Middle Eastern/Turkish/North African origin, although it is against the anti-xenophobia intent of Protocol 12 to “profile” his profile:

    Man arrested for train attack in Vorarlberg [left] and Osama Bin Laden [right]. Law enforcement requires a “nose” for terrorist noses but Protocol 12 forbids it. Neither of the above are German or Austrian noses.

    • A 27-year old man who later died of his injuries, attacked passengers with a knife and acid, killing one woman, on a Swiss train in Salez, St. Gallen canton. The Swiss national, who resided in neighboring Liechtenstein, was determined by Swiss and Liechtenstein police not to have any ties with Islamist groups. Liechtenstein has signed but not ratified Protocol 12 but it still awaits Switzerland’s signature and ratification.
    • A Norwegian national, a migrant to Norway from Somalia and a Muslim, stabbed to death a female American tourist in London’s Russell Square and injured five others. A New Scotland Yard spokesman stated there was “no evidence of radicalization or anything that would suggest the man in our custody was motivated by terrorism.” It was essentially the same terminology used by the Queensland police after the “Allahu Akbar” attack on British nationals. Adhering to Protocol 12, the London police claimed the Somali man suffered from “psychiatric” problems.

There are other numerous examples of Protocol 12 being used to cover up jihadist attacks in France, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Last month, 86-year old French priest Father Jacques Hamel died after his throat was slit by one of two jihadists who stormed his church in Normandy in France.

Initially, the names of the attackers were not released by French authorities, even though ISIL claimed responsibility for the attack.

One of the men was later identified as Adel Kermiche. Kermiche, who tried to join ISIL in Syria in 2015, had been ordered to wear an electronic device and he was restricted to his parents home in the afternoon and at night.

However, he was permitted free movement between 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. His and his colleague’s assassination of Father Hamel occurred at 9:40 a.m.

Last month, a 19-year old migrant from Afghanistan attacked train passengers in Wurzbürg, Bavaria with an axe and a knife.

The Afghan migrant, who shouted “Allahu Akbar” during the attack was shot dead by German police.

In May, another man, shouting “Allahu Akbar” and “infidels,” attacked four people, killing one and injuring three, at a Munich rail station.

Police, invoking Protocol 12, merely said the 27-year old attacker, a German citizen, “suffered from psychiatric issues” and had no links to any Islamist extremist groups.

The above incidents are but a few of those where transparency by the police and the police investigations have been adversely affected by Protocol 12 and its various implementing statutes and protocols around the world.

In support of Protocol 12, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police has just announced that female Muslims on its force can wear the hijab with their uniforms.

If police have any chance of preventing and investigating acts of Islamist terrorism, Protocol 12 must be denounced by governments that have either ratified it or informally ascribed to it.

German Government Preparing For “Civil Unrest”

Prominent political parties on both the left and right in Germany agree that the government is preparing for mass “civil unrest” that could arise out of the arrival of large numbers of immigrants or as a result of war.

Many Germans expressed alarm after the German government advised them to ensure they had stockpiles of food and water that could last up to 10 days in the event of a national catastrophe, leading to panic buying and empty shelves.

That warning formed part of the government’s new ‘Concept for Civil Defense’, further details of which were announced by Interior Minister Thomas de Maiziere yesterday.

Both the Left Party and the right-wing Alternative for Germany party (AfD) reacted to the policy paper by asserting that it was part of plans for the militarization of law enforcement to deal with mass civil unrest.

“If there are dangers, that threaten our country at that point, it is civil unrest, brought to us by unsatisfied refugees, who have been invited to our country by our government with wrong promises,” AfD spokesman Ronald Glaser told Sputnik.

Glaser also drew attention to the panic buying of food that has swept parts of the country this week, remarking, “Germans take it seriously. They talk about it in public, and some stores seem to be sold out at the end of a day, which was unlikely to happen until now.”

Striking a similar tone, the Left Party’s Ulla Jelpke said the government was also gearing up for “civil unrest, strikes and protests,” but that they would be caused by, “The inevitable consequences of ongoing aggressive foreign and neoliberal economic policies, which lead to an increasing impoverishment of many people.”

Jelpke added that the plan was a sign that Germany was also preparing for a military confrontation with Russia in the near future.

As we reported yesterday, the Czech government is also warming its citizens to “prepare for the worst” and stock up on food.

Firearms sales and sales on non-lethal weapons are also exploding in Germany, France, Switzerland, Austria, and the Czech Republic.

Report: Czech Government Tells Citizens to ‘Prepare for the Worst’

After the German government told its citizens to stockpile food and water in case of a catastrophe, the Czech government is also now reportedly warning its population to prepare for the worst.

On Sunday, Frankfurter Allgemmeine Sonntagszeitung (FAZ) reported that the German government is set to enact a new “Concept for Civil Defence” which will “require the population to stockpile enough food for ten days.”

On the other side of the border, Czech media is reporting that the country’s food reserves are “struggling” and would be incapable of meeting demand in the event of a national crisis. Supplies of milk powder are particularly low.

The government is calling on citizens to increase their “self-sufficiency” and “food safety” by stockpiling more food.

According to Israeli Live News’ Steven Ben-DeNoon, a resident of the Czech Republic, news stations reporting on the story out of Germany also revealed how the Czech government is telling its citizens to “be prepared for the worst case possible scenario,” which is likely to be a large scale catastrophic terror attack or a nuclear disaster.

As we reported earlier this month, Czech President Miloš Zeman is also pushing for a change to the law that would make it easier for citizens to own firearms in order to defend themselves against jihadists.

Having previously been against private gun ownership, Zeman now says “citizens should arm themselves” to deal with the threat of Islamic terrorism.

Gun sales in France and Germany are also skyrocketing as a response to the millions of Muslim migrants pouring into Europe and a spate of terror attacks across Europe over the last two months.

Last month, the head of the French police cautioned that the country was on the verge of a “civil war” that could be sparked by more terror attacks or mass molestation like the one in Cologne on New Year’s Eve.

Last year, Swiss army chief André Blattmann warned that the risk of social unrest in Europe was intensifying and that citizens should arm themselves.

Danish Professor Helmuth Nyborg also commented in April that “civil war” was the most likely outcome of current EU immigration policies.

Back in February, Norwegian Army Chief Odin Johannessen warned that European countries must be reading and willing to fight against radical Islam in order to preserve the values that unite the continent.

A man who shouted “Allahu Akbar” during the stabbing of a British woman in Australia was not motivated by religion, according to authorities.

21-year-old Mia Ayliffe-Chung was stabbed during an attack at a backpackers’ hostel in Australia, while another British man was injured.

The 29-year-old culprit “had been in Australia since around March on a temporary visa,” according to reports.

“Allahu Akbar,” a phrase commonly chanted by terrorists during attacks, means “God is greater”.

Despite the fact that the attacker shouted this phrase during the stabbing, Queensland Police Deputy Commissioner Steve Gollschewski later said, “This is not about race or religion, it is about individual criminal behavior.”

Gollschewski added that authorities were investigating, “whether mental health or drugs misuse factors are involved in this incident.”

As we have documented, virtually every small scale terror attack is now dismissed by authorities as being driven by “mental health issues” despite there being clear evidence of Islamist motivation.

Last week in Strasbourg, France, a rabbi wearing a Jewish kippa was stabbed by a man who also shouted “Allahu Akbar” during the attack. Police soon dismissed claims the incident was a terror attack, asserting that the suspect was “mentally ill”.

Earlier this month, six people were stabbed during an attack in Russell Square, London. Police immediately said the attacker was mentally ill although it later emerged that the 19-year-old Somalian culprit behind the attack was a “devout Muslim” who once expressed support for an alleged Al-Qaeda member and owned jihadist books.

On August 7, two policewomen in Brussels were wounded when a man wielding a machete attacked them while chanting “Allahu Akbar”.

A police spokesman said the investigation was likely to conclude that the man “had mental problems”.

A leaked memo from left-wing financier George Soros’s Open Society Foundations argues that Europe’s refugee crisis should be accepted as a “new normal,” and that the refugee crisis means “new opportunities” for Soros’ organization to influence immigration policies on a global scale.

OSF program officer Anna Crowley and program specialist Katin Rosin co-authored the May 12 memo, titled “Migration Governance and Enforcement Portfolio Review.” The memo focuses on an OSF program called the International Migration Initiative, which aims to influence immigration policy.

The nine-page review makes three key points: OSF — which doles out millions to left-wing causes — has been successful at influencing global immigration policy; Europe’s refugee crisis presents “new opportunities” for the organization to influence global immigration policy; and the refugee crisis is the “new normal.”

Do Refugees Enrich Cultures of The World?

A major problem in countries throughout the world is the flood of Immigrants and refugees demanding to enter any country they wish and be afforded all benefits of the citizens of that country. They are now coming in groups of thousands, overwhelming the borders as they force their way in while demanding that the involuntary hosts of those countries assimilate into THEIR culture.

How different from the early days when immigrants came through Ellis Island. They were a different breed of people. They left everything behind to come here to carve out a new life. Before coming they learned to speak English so they could more easily be a part of our culture.

They did not come for handouts. They did not demand any kind of benefits or special treatment. They fully intended to support themselves and their families and to contribute to their new country. Their first goal was to become a United States Citizen, and studied to pass a test that granted that privilege. The day of the citizenship ceremony was, to them, the greatest day of their lives. They loved America and its flag and would proudly say, “I am an American!”

It would have been unthinkable for a refugee to come to America, and then form mobs to demonstrate against the structure of this country, criticize it, and to publicly burn the American Flag, or to take down a flag and put up the flag of their home country.

Muslims are trying to force their Shariah Law as the law of the land in the U.S. and have set up numerous ISIS training camps throughout America. They have “no go” zones in Europe, their own territory in the various cities. Plus they have brought with them their own perverted culture including having child brides, many as young as seven, and instruct their young men that it is OK to have sex with a child.

One young Muslim raped a 7-year-old girl in Idaho and the Obama appointed Regional Attorney General let the rapist walk with no charges.

This letter was recently received from a woman physician in Munich, Germany who sent this message to the world:

“Yesterday, at the hospital, we had a meeting about how the situation here and at the other Munich hospitals is unsustainable. Clinics cannot handle the number of migrant medical emergencies, so they are starting to send everything to the main hospitals.

“Many Muslims are refusing treatment by female staff and we women are now refusing to go among those migrants!

“Relations between the staff and migrants are going from bad to worse. Since last weekend, migrants going to the hospitals must be accompanied by police with K-9 units.

“Many migrants have AIDS, syphilis, open TB and many exotic diseases that we in Europe do not know how to treat.

“If they receive a prescription to the pharmacy, they suddenly learn they have to pay cash. This leads to unbelievable outbursts, especially when it is about drugs for the children. They abandon the children with pharmacy staff with the words: So, cure them here yourselves!

“So the police are not just guarding the clinics and hospitals, but also the large pharmacies.

“We ask openly where are all those who welcomed the migrants in front of TV cameras with signs at train stations? Yes, for now, the border has been closed, but a million of them are already here and we will definitely not be able to get rid of them.

“Until now, the number of unemployed in Germany was 2.2 million. Now it will be at least 3.5 million. Most of these people are completely unemployable. Only a small minimum of them have any education. What is more, their women usually do not work at all. I estimate that one in ten is pregnant.

“Hundreds of thousands of them have brought along infants and little kids under six, many emaciated and very needy. If this continues and Germany re-opens its borders, I am going home to the Czech Republic. Nobody can keep me here in this situation, not even for double the salary back home. I came to Germany to work, not to Africa or the Middle East!

“Even the professor who heads our department told us how sad it makes him to see the cleaning woman, who has cleaned every day for years for 800 euros and then meets crowds of young men in the hallways who just wait with their hands outstretched, wanting everything for free, and when they don’t get it they throw a fit.

“I really don’t need this! But I am afraid that if I return home, at some point it will be the same in the Czech Republic. If the Germans, with their systems, cannot handle this, then, guaranteed, back home will be total chaos…..

“You - who have not come in contact with these people have absolutely no idea what kind of badly behaved desperados these people are, and how Muslims act superior to our staff, regarding their religious accommodation.

“For now, the local hospital staff have not come down with the diseases these people brought here, but with so many hundreds of patients every day this is just a question of time.

“In a hospital near the Rhine, migrants attacked the staff with knives after they had handed over an 8-month-old on the brink of death, who they’d dragged across half of Europe for three months. The child died two days later, despite having received top care at one of the best pediatric clinics in Germany. The pediatric physician had to undergo surgery and the two nurses are recovering in the ICU. Nobody has been punished - what ???

“The local press is forbidden to write about it, so we can only inform you through email. What would have happened to a German if he had stabbed the doctor and nurses with a knife? Or if he had flung his own syphilis-infected urine into a nurses face and so threatened her with infection? At a minimum he would have gone straight to jail and later to court. With these people so far, nothing has happened - WHY?

“And so I ask…… where are all those greeters and receivers from the train stations? Sitting pretty at home, enjoying their uncomplicated, safe lives. If it were up to me I would round-up all those greeters and bring them here first to our hospitals emergency ward as attendants! Then in to one of the buildings housing the migrants, so they can really look after them there themselves, without armed police and police dogs, who, sadly today, are in every hospital here in Bavaria’.

“Is this “situation” coming to your country ??? YOU BET IT IS!!!!”

Actually, they have already come to our country.

Obama has no intention of putting a stop to this invasion. Indeed he is encouraging it, and has made it known that he will be bringing in 10,000 more migrants, and working up to a million.

Please vote carefully. Which of the two candidates will put a stop to this? We do know that Hillary will be a continuation of Obama. She will do NOTHING to stop this refugee crisis, indeed, she will encourage it.

There are those who are turned off by Trump’s personality. Forget personality and simply focus on the one who WILL put a stop to this invasion of America.
