President Obama will privately meet with Bernie Sanders at the White House, an unprecedented move which signals Obama is likely breaking ties with Hillary Clinton.
Obama’s invitation to the underdog presidential candidate, who until recently struggled to break free of Hillary’s dominance, comes as sources reveal the FBI is ready to indict Clinton and are even willing to blow the whistle and go public with their findings if the Attorney General doesn’t press charges against the Democratic frontrunner.
Although officials claim Obama is likely to “remain formally neutral in the Democratic presidential contest,” the president also gave an unusual invitation to an unknown Justice Dept. attorney in 2009 who was later promoted to lead the criminal probe into the IRS’s targeting of Tea Party groups.
In other words, the administration has a history of “informal” White House meetings with those Obama picks to push his agenda, which may now include shoving Clinton out the air lock and into the vacuum of space.
The former Secretary of State was reportedly convinced Obama’s staff allowed the federal probe of her private email account to happen.
“What I want for you to do is call off your f–king dogs, Barack!” Clinton allegedly told the president during a private meeting, according to establishment insider Ed Klein.
Klein said Obama responded to Clinton’s tirade by stating: “There is nothing I can do for you one way or another. Things have been set in motion, and I can’t and won’t interfere. Your problems are, frankly, of your own making. If you had been honest…”
What I have heard and read this grand jury has opened the door to all those officers who go undercover - using false documents (drivers licences) to infiltrate terrorist groups. Will the ISIS terrorists soon sue this government for the same thing and make it stick????? Will they go after the fake Patriots in the Bundy standoff?????
There is something very STINKY about this Grand Jury ruling, IMHO. How many on it are supporters of the baby killers in Planned Parenthood? What this Grand Jury has done is put their stamp of APPROVAL on the selling of murdered baby body parts and prosecution of those seeking to expose this murderous activity for profit. Talk about sacrificing to Moloch.
I bet that if there was any honesty in this - we would discover that some involved are making money in one way or another from keeping the killing fields of Planned Parenthood in operation and punishing anyone who goes against their $$$$$$$ machines.
Texas grand jury clears Planned Parenthood, indicts its accusers
Washington (CNN)A Texas investigation into Planned Parenthood on Monday culminated in an indictment — of the organization’s accusers instead of the group.
The Harris County District Attorney’s office announced that Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast had been cleared in the two-month-long investigation.
But the grand jury did indict two individuals who were involved in making secret recordings of the group that were released to publicly discredit the group, which provides health services and abortions.
David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt were indicted for tampering with a governmental record, a second-degree felony, and Daleiden was also indicted on the count of prohibition of the purchase and sale of human organs, a class A misdemeanor, according to the Harris County district attorney.
According to the Harris County District Clerk’s website, a warrant for Daleiden had been issued Monday evening. Daleiden’s Twitter profile identifies his residence as Irvine, California, where his group, the Center for Medical Progress, is located. The indictments were not yet available.
“We were called upon to investigate allegations of criminal conduct by Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast,” Harris County District Attorney Devon Anderson said in a statement. “As I stated at the outset of this investigation, we must go where the evidence leads us. All the evidence uncovered in the course of this investigation was presented to the grand jury. I respect their decision on this difficult case.”
A statement released on behalf of Daleiden said he used the “same undercover techniques that investigative journalists have used for decades in exercising our First Amendment rights to freedom of speech and of the press, and follows all applicable laws.”
“We respect the processes of the Harris County District Attorney, and note that buying fetal tissue requires a seller as well. Planned Parenthood still cannot deny the admissions from their leadership about fetal organ sales captured on video for all the world to see,” the statement from a spokesperson said.
Planned Parenthood officials lauded the indictments.
“As the dust settles and the truth comes out, it’s become totally clear that the only people who engaged in wrongdoing are the criminals behind this fraud, and we’re glad they’re being held accountable,” said Eric Ferrero, vice president of communications for Planned Parenthood Federation of America, in a statement.
According to Planned Parenthood, officials in eleven states have cleared the group of wrongdoing. Officials in another eight states declined to even investigate the accusations made by the Center for Medical Progress.
Texas Gov. Greg Abbott said state officials were continuing to investigate the Texas Planned Parenthood, however.
“The Health and Human Service Commission’s Inspector General and the Attorney General’s office have an ongoing investigation into Planned Parenthood’s actions,” Abbott said in a statement. “Nothing about today’s announcement in Harris County impacts the state’s ongoing investigation. The State of Texas will continue to protect life, and I will continue to support legislation prohibiting the sale or transfer of fetal tissue.”
The Texas attorney general echoed Abbott and said the state investigation will continue.
“The fact remains that the videos exposed the horrific nature of abortion and the shameful disregard for human life of the abortion industry,” Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton said.
And Rep. Diane Black, R-Tennessee, who has led the charge against Planned Parenthood in Congress, called the decision “senseless.”
“It is a sad day in America when those who harvest the body parts of aborted babies escape consequences for their actions, while the courageous truth-tellers who expose their misdeeds are handed down a politically motivated indictment instead,” Black said.
But the top Democrat on the House panel investigating Planned Parenthood said it’s time for House Republicans to “admit when they’re wrong.”
“Today we see that the truth still matters,” Rep. Jan Schakowsky, D-Illinois, said in a statement.
Daleiden is a project lead for the Center for Medical Progress, a group that produced a series of videos over the summer depicting Planned Parenthood officials discussing fetal tissue and appearing to talk about the price for such tissue.
Planned Parenthood maintains that it does not profit from the sale of fetal tissue and only recovers its cost. After the videos raised controversy, Planned Parenthood announced it would no longer accept reimbursement.
The videos were edited and in some cases contained footage that was not aborted fetuses at all. In one, Daleiden used footage of a still-born child he found online with a narration about a Planned Parenthood abortion of a fetus the same age.
Planned Parenthood this month filed a lawsuit against the Center for Medical Progress, alleging the defendants lied their way into the recorded meetings and set up a fake company and personal identities to pull off the videos.
The lawsuit also accuses the group of committing crimes including wire and mail fraud, invasion of privacy, illegal secret recording and trespassing.
Daleiden at the time downplayed the lawsuit as “frivolous” and a “last-ditch move of desperation.”
The videos have been an intense topic on the 2016 campaign trail, with Republicans using them as evidence to call for the dismantling of Planned Parenthood, while Democrats have rallied around the organization.
Conservatives were dismayed with the indictment Monday, and some accused the Harris County DA’s office of being biased because one of its prosecutors, Lauren Reeder, has served on the Planned Parenthood board.
In August, when Reeder’s background was disclosed by the DA, Anderson insisted she would be separated from the case.
“She will not be involved in any manner in this investigation,” Anderson said at the time, according to the Houston Chronicle.

Researchers from the University of Missouri School of Medicine have now found nearly two dozen people who developed a serious eye condition called keratitis after getting the shingles vaccine.
If you’ve never heard of keratitis — or known anyone with it — consider yourself lucky. It causes inflammation and scarring of your eye tissue. And if you don’t get it treated fast, it can lead to permanent vision loss.
The researchers say they don’t know why the shingles shot may cause keratitis. But we do know that keratitis has been linked to autoimmune disorders — and that shots like the shingles vaccine can send your immune system haywire.
Now, of course, any time we get bad news about a vaccine, the mainstream starts circling their wagons. And they’ll tell you you’re better off taking your chances with the vaccine than risking a bout with shingles.
The truth is, the shingles shot works about as well as a paper umbrella — and studies have been proving it for years.
UCLA researchers found that only one in 175 people who get the vaccine will be able to dodge a shingles flare-up. And if you’re over 70, you’d be lucky to get those odds. That’s right. These folks are asking you to risk eye damage — and maybe your ability to drive or recognize the faces of your loved ones — for a shot that fails more than 99 percent of the time!
I guess they didn’t put that little tidbit on Terry Bradshaw’s cue cards.
The fact is, if you have had chicken pox (and lots of us have), you’re carrying the varicella zoster virus that causes shingles. But you don’t need some risky and useless vaccine to beat the disease.
The virus causes shingles by attacking your vulnerable nerves. Yup, you read that correctly. Megyn Kelly and Michael Moore team up to attack Donald Trump.
Folks, the masks are coming off. Some big players are accidentally showing their cards, and revealing their plans. This current spat is about Kelly hitting Trump with the Liberal dag whistle, “the war on women.”
Where should we stand? In my humble opinion, we should throw out our political constructs of Democrat/Republican, and stand with God. We should wear ourselves out in prayer to the Almighty for the rescue of our nation from the secret power players and puppeteers. And above all, make sure that we are standing with the Lord Jesus Christ on every issue.
Regular Bilderberg attendee and associate editor of the Financial Times Martin Wolf insists that the “global super elite” must stop Donald Trump from winning the presidency.
According to a New Republic profile, Wolf is “staggeringly well-connected within the elite circles he is writing for” and counts amongst his close friends many influential central bankers.
In an editorial entitled The economic losers are in revolt against the elites, Wolf writes that economic “losers” have rejected “the elites that dominate the economic and cultural lives of their countries” and that “the potential consequences are frightening.”
Asserting that “it may already be too late” to stop the wave of populism that Trump has spearheaded, Wolf notes that elites have become, “detached from domestic loyalties and concerns, forming instead a global super-elite.”
This in turn has left ordinary Americans “alienated” and “abused,” with discord over high levels of immigration that only benefits big business leading to the view that elites are “incompetent and predatory.”
“Nativist populists must not win. We know that story: it ends very badly. In the case of the US, the outcome would have grave global significance. America was the founder and remains guarantor of our global liberal order. The world desperately needs well-informed US leadership. Mr Trump cannot provide this. The results could be catastrophic,” writes Wolf, adding that, “If western elites despise the concerns of the many, the latter will withdraw their consent for the elite’s projects.”
As we reported yesterday, Davos power brokers are intent on preventing Trump from capturing the White House, with prominent CEO Martin Sorrell asserting, “It doesn’t matter who the Republicans put up…Hillary will win.”
The Financial Times is the paper of record for the global elite and has been represented at Bilderberg confabs by several other individuals, including Gideon Rachman, who in 2008 called for an “global government” to be imposed.
In his editorial, Rachman admitted that such a system would only be effective if it is “anti-democratic” and promoted via “soothing language” that would prevent “people reaching for their rifles in America’s talk-radio heartland.”
More recently, the FT published an anonymous editorial which called for the abolition of cash in order to give central banks and governments more power.
“Most American parents are completely confused and going utterly in the wrong direction,” Sax said. “There’s a collapse of understanding what parenting involves.”
In his book, Sax offers a scenario in which parents and a 6-year-old child, who had a sore throat, came into his office. When he said, “Next I’m going to take a look at your throat,” the mother asked for the child’s permission, saying, “Do you mind if the doctor looks in your throat for just a second, honey? Afterward we can go and get some ice cream.”
That led to the child refusing to have the doctor look in her throat to do the strep test and the child having to be restrained to get the test accomplished.
“It’s not a question,” Sax said. “It’s a sentence: ‘Open up and say, ‘Ahh.” Parents are incapable of speaking to their children in a sentence that ends in a period,” he said. “Every sentence ends in a question mark.”
Some parenting experts told adults that they should offer their children choices instead of telling them what to do and parents believed them, he said.
The hierarchy of parent over child no longer exists, he said. Instead of parents exercising their authority because they know what’s best, they are focusing on making children happy and boosting their self-esteem.
“They now see their job as facilitating whatever a kid wants to do,” he said.
Instead, Sax said, a parent’s job is to teach children right from wrong, teach them the meaning of life and keep their children safe.
“In doing that job, you’re going to do a lot of things a child won’t approve of and not understand,” he said. Sometimes, you have to be the bad guy.
According to Sax, parents should focus on helping children develop skills such as self-control, humility and conscientiousness, meaning they think of people other than themselves.
Those things are the biggest predictors of future success in adulthood, he said, not education or affluence.
Sax said this is a generation of parents who are spending more time with children than any previous generation. But instead of spending time at family meals, this generation is spending time shuttling children from one extracurricular activity to the next or spending time doing their work for them.
“It doesn’t help to spend more time with kids if they are spending it in the wrong ways,” Sax said.
In his book, Sax cites numerous research studies that found that a lack of parental authority is why obesity is on the rise, why more kids are on anti-anxiety and attention deficit disorder medication, why children are have a culture of disrespect, seem fragile, and why American children no longer lead the world in education.
He offered some solutions:
Have family meals at home and make that a top priority. “You have to communicate that our time together as a parent and child is more important than anything else,” he said. One study found that for each additional meal a family had together, the children were less likely to internalize problems such as anxiety or externalize problems such as skipping school. It also helped children develop good nutrition habits, lessening the obesity problem.
Take screens out of the bedroom. This includes cellphones, computers, TVs and video games. Kids are chronically sleep deprived, which leads to poor behavior and can even be the reason why kids are getting mental health diagnosis.
Put screens in public places and limit how they are used. This generation lives life in a virtual world. Online friends can quickly become more important than the friends children see in person. They don’t know how to communicate with someone face to face or have outside interests and hobbies. Video games also rewire the way their brains work. And what they post online never goes away. Install software like My Mobile Watchdog, which will share every photo that they take or post with you.
Teach humility. Give lessons that show children that they are not the most important people in the world. They need to be able to see the world through another lens and be able to handle rejection or failure. It really cannot be “everybody gets a trophy.”
Have an alliance between the school and you. If your child did something, don’t approach teachers or administrators with suspicion and distrust. “Parents swoop in like attorneys demanding evidence,” Sax said. Instead lessons of honesty and integrity should be enforced. That means that a brilliant kid who cheated takes the 0.
Parent what they do. No, your 14-year-old cannot go to a party with college students or to the beach for spring break. No, they will not be at parties where alcohol is served, and you will not be the one serving it. You have to think of worst-case scenarios like drinking and driving, alcohol poisoning and sexual assault, and know that these are not decisions that they are ready to make because they are not adults. They need an adult, and that’s you. And even if their peers’ parents are fine with something, you don’t have to be. “Other parents don’t have a clue at what they are doing,” Sax said. “That’s why what they are doing doesn’t have good outcomes.”
Some of those things, especially if they are new for your family, can be difficult and might be hard to enforce. Sax recommends persistence and commitment.

Ted Cruz is a silver tongued “slickster.” Why do I say that? Because he could sell every American family a Yugo, and make them think they bought a Cadillac. However, Ted wasn’t so slick in college, where his roommate, Craig Mazin, now a successful screenwriter, tells what people thought of Ted back then. Mazin called Ted a creepy, greasy 18 year old. Obviously, between then and now, Ted Cruz has polished his act.
The Senator also stepped in it at the last debate where he disparaged and insulted New Yorkers. The New York Daily News had a strong response in an article entitled, “Drop Dead Ted.”
There is so much about Ted and his family, that it would take a book to cover it all, so here’s just a bit more for you to chew on.
Ted Gives Carly Fiorina $500,000
QUESTION: Cruz hired Cambridge Analytica for psychometric data mining and paid them $750,000. Cruz’s Keep the Promise I ($11 million PAC, June) was funded mostly by donor, Robert Mercer, owner of Cambridge Analytica. It was Cruz’s Keep the Promise I PAC that gave Carly Fiorina $500,000. Did Cruz PAC give Carly $500,000 to help his data mining agenda with Cambridge Analytica which creates psychometric dossiers on American citizens? Cruz Partners with Donors ‘Psychographic’ Firm.
It is particularly hypocritical for Texas Ted Cruz to spin a fairy tale about he and his wife, an employee of Goldman Sachs, cashing in all their worldly possessions to fund a run for the U.S. Senate; a run founded in part on criticizing the financial sector, the banking industry, and Wall Street in particular.
As Ted Cruz tells it, the story of how he financed his upstart campaign for the U.S. Senate four years ago is an endearing example of loyalty and shared sacrifice between a married couple. “Sweetheart, I’d like us to liquidate our entire net worth, liquid net worth, and put it into the campaign,” he says he told his wife, Heidi, who readily agreed. Cruz is Left of Center
• Republican presidential candidate, Ted Cruz, says he’s not in favor of sending agents out to round up undocumented immigrants to deport them. [Link]
• Cruz is a co-sponsor of S. 306 that categorizes home schools as private schools and allows Title 1 federal dollars to follow the students to private schools. Fed regulations follow all fed dollars. There is NO Constitutional justification for this. It’s time to take a stand against ESEA and end federal involvement in education. S. 306 does the opposite and creates a NEW entitlement and tightens the noose on home and private schooled students.
• Cruz has stated that “School Choice is the most compelling civil rights issue of the 21st century. Right Teddy, once choice is passed, all federal regulations will go with the federal tax dollars. [Link]
• Ted Cruz is pushing UN AGENDA 21 New World Order goals, This one is called the WILDLANDS PROJECT! He is coming in through a partial truth in the back of your heart – that states want their federal confiscated lands returned. He then is on your side. Then he says – states have to maintain these and if they can’t THEY CAN SELL THEM. So the land will be sold to foreign entities for minerals and logging etc. We the people lose our resources and our land. This is all part of the Wildlands Project to aggregate the land into NWO globalists hands and steal it from the people. [Link]
• Cruz also spoke out in favor of a number of policies as well as two constitutional changes: a balanced-budget amendment and the so-called Madison amendment that would give states expanded powers to propose constitutional amendments. • Ted Cruz backed allowing Syrian refugees in the US as recently as February of 2015. Before the attacks in Paris, he wanted the United States to continue accepting them and said he thought it could be done safely. “We have to continue to be vigilant to make sure those coming are not affiliated with a terrorist, but we can do that,” Cruz said in a interview on Fox News that was on his website and was first picked up by the Huffington Post.
• What is more than interesting is the Ted Cruz fund raiser by Mary Matalin and James Carville at their home in New Orleans. [Link]
• Cruz’s “Homeschoolers for Cruz” will be co-chaired by none other than Michael Farris’s Home School Legal Defense Association. Farris has long been pushing a Constitutional Convention as well as his Parental Rights Amendment which would allow men to delineate in our Constitution, our God given parental rights, rather than leaving those rights between parents and God. • Senator Cruz is just another puppet of the establishment. What do you really expect from a Bush lawyer and advisor with a Goldman Sachs/Council on Foreign Relations Bush advisor wife, who just so happened to co-write the CFR’s blueprint for the North American Union? This man even argued in his own amicus brief to the Supreme Court that assault weapons bans in certain states are “reasonable regulations” for crying out loud.
• Remember, Senator Ted Cruz was so honored to “hang out” with war criminal Henry Kissinger, that he posted it on his facebook page. He said, “Honored to share a few moments with Dr. Kissinger and hear his thoughts on the challenges facing our nation.”
Rafael Cruz is a pastor based in North Texas serving as the Director of Purifying Fire Ministries, ministering in the U.S., Mexico and Central America. He is his son’s best campaign surrogate. Hinn’s preaching deals in faux emotions and invented manifestations of the Holy Spirit at the most convenient and opportune fundraising moments. They also know where the money is today, and have hitched their wagons to the New Apostolic Reform, (NAR) or Dominionism.
So has Rafael Cruz. He delivered a sermon in August, 2012, where he discusses how Christians should “take dominion over the earth.” Cruz goes on to define what that means, saying “dominion is over every area — society, education, government, economics…” That particular moment happens 1 hour and 12 minutes in, if you care to watch. It’s instructive to see him deliver that line with dictatorial passion. Rafael Cruz preaches about the anointing of priests and kings and how we should take dominion over the marketplace as kings and queens in God’s kingdom. (Ever wonder who invented Dominionist? [Link])
Joseph Mattera of Mattera International Ministries, stated in a letter, ” Shekinah is a network of pastors in the Dominican Republic, Latin America and the USA founded by Apostle Rafael Cruz.” Calling Cruz an “Apostle,” is part of the NAR beliefs in that there are new present day apostles. [Link]
Phony Christian Right
In Timothy Goeglein’s 2011 book, he reveals that back in 1999, Ted Cruz already had high level national, political connections that helped make Bush Jr. president. Those connections were most likely developed when Ted worked as a legal aid for Supreme Court Justice William Rehnquist. Ted became close friends with Paul Weyrich, the grand poobah of the secretive Council for National Policy, first president of the Heritage Foundation (controlled opposition), head of Free Congress Foundation, and founder of American Legislative Exchange Council.
Ted’s father, Rafael, has some deep connections to the current movement known as the New Apostolic Reformation. That movement is really a rebranding of what we know as the “Religious Right,” as they were called in the days of Reagan, but with a 21st century dominionist twist. Rafael was a member of theReligious Roundtable in the 1980s, an activist group of Christians who were committed to engagement in politics. Ed McAteer was head of the Roundtable, and he and many other Dominionists signed the notorious Coalition on Revival manifesto. [Link]
Rafael boasts in the following interview of serving on the state board of that organization as well as stating that God has his son, Ted, destined for greatness:
Rafael Cruz indicated that his son was among the evangelical Christians who are anointed as “kings” to take control of all sectors of society, an agenda commonly referred to as the “Seven Mountains” mandate, and “bring the spoils of war to the priests”, thus helping to bring about a prophesied “great transfer of wealth”, from the “wicked” to righteous gentile believers. (Wouldn’t that be nice.)
Discussion of the now-notorious speech by Rafael Cruz has missed the fact that Ted Cruz was subsequently publicly blessed and anointed, with the laying on of hands, by prominent Dominionist pastors, in effect as a “king” in the political/governmental sphere. This was done at a special blessing ceremony at the Marriott Hotel in Des Moines, Iowa, at a July 19th-20th, 2013 rally designed to draw pastors into politics.
Ted Cruz is a member of a strict fundamentalist branch of the Southern Baptist Church with deep roots in Dominionist theology. His wife, Heidi, is a Seventh Day Adventist. Here are a few samplings of references to Cruz’s beliefs.
If you are unsure what Christian Dominion Theology is, but would not wish to live in a modern theocracy complete with the death penalty for LGBT persons, stoning of heretics, adulterers and the like, then you need to read up on the belief system here: Dominion Theology.
This is truly scary stuff for all who value liberty guaranteed by our US Constitution, particularly when Ted Cruz wants to be President of the United States. God forgives sinners when they repent, Dominionists wouldn’t give them that chance.

The Syrian refugee crisis has been wreaking havoc all over the world, so when the opportunity arose to take in more “refugees”, Obama just couldn’t pass up the chance to put our national security at risk once again.
Most of these refugees are male as we have all seen in pictures. They claim to be fleeing ISIS, but a new survey found that 1 in 4 refugees either sympathize with ISIS or have a mixed or lukewarm view of the terror group.
A Syrian operative has already claimed more than 4,000 covert ISIS gunmen have been smuggled into western nations – hidden among innocent refugees. The lethal ISIS gunmen use local smugglers to blend in and travel among a huge tide of illegal migrants flooding Europe.
The FBI openly admitted they have no way to vet the refugees coming to America. Mr. Michael Steinback, Assistant Director for the FBI, told the House committee, ” We don’t have it under control. If I were to say that we had it under control, then I would say I know of every single individual traveling. I don’t. And I don’t know every person there and I don’t know everyone coming back. So it’s not even close to being under control.”
If terrorist weren’t enough of a reason not to take in more refugees, we also have to worry about the criminals. Sweden opened it’s doors to refugees, just like Obama wants to do, and now they are experiencing a rape crisis. Nearly 80% of the rape cases are perpetrated by “foreigners” There were only 421 rapes in 1975, since they have allowed so many Muslim migrants in, that number has skyrocketed to 6,620 just last year alone.
Comments: Heritage Foundation is controlled opposition, but regarding this minimum wage situation, they’re right. How does a person who went to college and paid all that money and makes 40 K a year feel about someone who didn’t even graduate from H.S. making 30 K? Bernie Sanders probably loves it. God help us.
Economic trends in the six major cities leading the charge toward a minimum wage of $10, or more, per hour are showing a disturbing trend.
“Chicago, Oakland, San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles and Washington, C.D. – all on the leading edge of the push for big minimum wage hikes – all show worrisome job trends,” wrote Jed Braham of the Investor’s Business Daily.
“The data aren’t, for the most part, stark and reliable enough to amount to a smoking-gun proof,” he cautioned, but the data reveals a possible explanation to a decline in job creation in the aforementioned cities.
Salim Furth, a research fellow in macroeconomics at The Heritage Foundation, reconfirmed, “These are early data – we’ll get better numbers over the next year – but they show frighteningly consistent job loss across different cities from different parts of the U.S.”
Based on his research, Furth said, “It’s getting harder and harder to argue that high minimum wages don’t destroy many jobs, as advocates claim.”
He points to the leisure and hospitality fields sinking to five-year lows in job creation in the Chicago and San Francisco/Oakland areas.
While the remainder of California experienced an increase in the number of hotel and motel jobs, according to Investor’s Business Daily, Los Angeles reported a decrease in hotel jobs at hotels with 300 or more rooms after the $15.37-per-hour hotel jobs mandate.
And they’re not alone.
Washington D.C. provides perhaps the most convincing confirmation. IBD’s Graham wrote that the D.C. data offers “plenty of reason to be wary of the big minimum wage hikes in the pipeline.”
He continued, “The D.C data are key because they reveal outright job losses confined to the city limits. Researchers studying the latest round of citywide minimum wage hikes generally have had to rely on data for a big chunk of the broader metropolitan area, making the analysis more speculative.”
Data from D.C. indicates the city lost about 700 jobs in the leisure and hospitality sector, compared with the year before the push to increase wages when about 2,000 jobs were added.
D.C. data can be separated into categories covering industry jobs within the city and industry job in the greater D.C. metro area, which “provides a natural experiment to test for the employment effects of D.C.’s minimum wage law,” wrote Mark Perry, an American Enterprise Institute scholar and professor of economics and finance at the University of Michigan’s Flint campus.
Perry added, “While it might take more time to fully assess the impact, the preliminary evidence so far suggests that D.C’s minimum wage law is having a negative effect on employment levels at the city’s restaurants.”
“At the same time that suburban restaurants last year increased staffing levels by nearly 5,000 new positions, employment at the District’s restaurants contracted by more than 200 jobs.”
Perry also wrote that Seattle’s movement toward a $15-per-hour minimum wage, which launched Phase 1 last April with an $11-per-hour starting point, is off to a dubious beginning.
Unlike Washington D.C., the city of Seattle’s jobs data is incorporated with that of the greater metro area, which makes analysis more difficult. Perry calculates that the implementation of Phase 1 in Seattle last year, between January and September, is the “likely cause” of the drop of 700 restaurant jobs in the Seattle Metropolitan Statistical Area while there was an increase in the sector in the rest of the state by 5,000 jobs.
The Heritage Foundation’s Furth cautions other cities to move cautiously on similar plans. “Cities like Portland, Maine and Buffalo, N.Y. are just beginning to implement similar minimum wage increases should slam on the brakes before too much damage is done,” he warns.
“This early evidence is particularly bad because most researchers believe that minimum wages take effect slowly,” Furth said. “They destroy some jobs, but they prevent the creation of even more jobs later on. Prospects may get much worse for the unemployed in these progressive cities.”
“Once you kill a downtown, it’s hard to bring it back.”
Danish journalist Iben Thranholm told RT feminized males in Europe will not be able to protect women and children from the onslaught of rapacious and violent Muslim migrants.
Feminism, Thranholm argues, has taken a toll not only in Europe but the United States:
“Since the 1960s, modern mothers have raised their sons to be women, soaking them in feminine values like accepting responsibility for household chores, being caring, understanding and attentive, and bend to every wish of the woman. She believes the politically correct ideas pushed by EU apparatchiks and social scientists are making Europeans vulnerable:
“Instead of a single-minded focus on imposing liberal feminist values on Muslim males, it might well be much more beneficial for Europeans to consider if the feminist war on masculinity might be the underlying cause of the weakness of European culture—feeble and defenseless as it is—against the culture of immigrants and refugees. The irony is that the vacuum feminism has created means that women become victims of an aggressive male culture.”
Thranholm cites feminist writer Camille Paglia who believes a lack of people with military experience in important positions will result in disaster.
“The entire elite class now, in finance, in politics and so on, none of them have military service—hardly anyone, there are a few. But there is no prestige attached to it anymore. That is a recipe for disaster,” Paglia told the Daily Mail in 2013.”
“These people don’t think in military ways, so there’s this illusion out there that people are basically nice, people are basically kind, if we’re just nice and benevolent to everyone they’ll be nice too. They literally don’t have any sense of evil or criminality.”
According to Thranholm a scarcity of male oriented virtues are at the heart of Europe’s migrant crisis:
“The present clash with Islam, driven as it is by a dominant male culture, reveals the lamentable shortcomings of post-modern feminist culture, which does not possess the strength to defend itself against a male-dominated culture. The gross violations against women on New Year’s Eve in Cologne provide a chilling reminder of the contrast; male aggression has gained a foothold and feminine values are helpless and unable to resist.”
She concludes by comparing Europe to a woman who allows herself to be violated by an abusive male. “Like many battered women, she tries to cover her man’s violations, makes excuses for him, and returns to him time after time.”

RAFAEL EDWARD (TED) CRUZ IS NO CONSTITUTIONAL CONSERVATIVE
It is unfortunate that Christians have so little discernment, or even the desire to research the presidential candidates, and they continue to believe everything they spew. Sadly, this is why our country has ended up in such a disastrous state. Truly, the church is a very big part of the problem.
Cruz is definitely a globalist, and a very dangerous one at that. I wish our brethren could see it. In this article, we’ll take a closer look at Sen. Cruz as well as his family.
Cruz undoubtedly agrees with his friend, Henry Kissinger, on trade. (Kissinger was also part of the NAU Task Force like wife Heidi). On January 24, 2015, Cruz said that he is for “fast tracking” trade agreements and supports Obama doing same. Apparently Cruz cares little about American jobs, and even less about American sovereignty, but of course, this was before he decided to run for President.
In the above video, when the interviewer asks Cruz about fast track for NAFTA, (Heidi Cruz sat on a Council on Foreign Relations task force for the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) up until 2011 when Ted announced he was running for the Senate!), Cruz answered, “I am a strong supporter of free trade. I think free trade benefits America. I think free trade produces jobs, and economic growth here at home. I think America prospers when we trade, when we open up new markets for our exports. I think it benefits manufacturers, it benefits farmers, it benefits ranchers to open up new markets. So this is one of the few areas where I think there’s some potential for bipartisan agreement, and Washington is working together to expand free trade and to open up new markets for manufacturers and farmers and ranchers.”
Obviously Mr. Cruz has not seen the decimation of ranchers, family farms, and manufacturing in America since the passing of NAFTA! The loss of middle class jobs is astronomical. And our trade deficit tells a whole different story than Cruz tells.
The interviewer then asked him if he would give TPA (fast track) to Obama, and Cruz answers, “I support Fast Track, yes.”
The entire purpose of fast-track is for Congress to surrender its power to the Executive for six years. Legislative concessions include: control over the content of legislation, the power to fully consider that legislation on the floor, the power to keep debate open until Senate cloture is invoked, and the constitutional requirement that treaties receive a two-thirds vote. Legislation cannot even be amended.
By contrast, without fast-track, Congress retains all of its legislative powers, individual members retain all of their procedural tools, and every single line, jot, and tittle of trade text is publicly available before any congressional action is taken. [Link]
Once Cruz decided he was running for president and found out that the American people did not even want this horrid new trade deal, he backtracked on everything and actually voted against fast tracking. Can you say flip-flop? [Link], [Link], [Link]
In a procedural vote on June 23, the Senate passed fast-track once again, 60-38. More power was handed over to this dictatorial Marxist Muslim in our White House.
The Cruz Family
Rafael Cruz and Eleanor Darragh Wilson, were married to others before they married in 1969. Ted Cruz, 44, has two half-sisters from his father’s earlier marriage. One, Miriam Cruz, died in 2011 at age 49, in Collingdale, Pa., a Philadelphia suburb. The medical examiner ruled it an accidental death from taking a combination of prescription medicines. The other half-sister, Roxana Cruz, 52, is a medical doctor, who practices as an internist in Greenville, Texas, 45 miles northeast of Dallas. She has no comment about Ted Cruz’s candidacy. Cruz and the Phony Religious Right
It would be impossible for me to state all of Senator Cruz’s affiliations to the phony religious right without writing a book. So let’s just look at a few.
Senator Cruz excelled in school, both at Princeton and Harvard. Ever wonder why Ted Cruz had no problem with his wife, Heidi, spending five years at the Council on Foreign Relations helping to write the North American Union? Here’s the answer….
While at Princeton, Cruz came under the tutelage of Professor Robert George. George is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations who poses as a conservative Christian while serving common core loving, UNESCO, and the CFR’s agenda. He was also a signatory of the Manhattan Declaration. George met regularly with Cruz and advised him on his senior thesis, an analysis of the history and meaning of the 9th and 10th amendments. Senator Cruz’s Close Ties to David Barton
The September 8, 2026 Politico story from Stephanie Simon documented U.S. Senator Ted Cruz’ very close ties to pseudo-historian David Barton (one of the more influential national middle-aged leaders on the Christian right). Let’s take a quick look at David Barton.
It is important that we understand just exactly what Barton, Rafael Cruz, and other so-called evangelicals who support Ted Cruz, actually believe. Why? Because their doctrine is considered wholly unorthodox, and it is just a bit too close to Islam for me.
Barton is an informal advisor to neo-cons, Mike Huckabee who had endorsed fellow neo-con, and Trotskyite, Lamar Alexander, for his third term in the Senate, and fellow pro-Dominionist (via her close affiliations, with Francis Schaeffer and John Eidsmoe [Link]) Michele Bachmann. Huckabee also believes Americans should be forced at gunpoint to listen to David Barton. He was joking, but…..
Barton is also an advisor to, Third Waver, and Alvin and Heidi Toffler supporter, Newt Gingrich. [Link] (Remember Gingrich thinks we need to get rid of the Constitution, and property rights are passé.) Huckabee, Barton, and Ted Cruz are all for a Constitutional Convention. They’re in good company with George Soros’s leftist groups. [Link]
Barton’s endorsement of Cruz was widely seen as a big boost for his upstart campaign to represent Texas in the U.S. Senate. He also campaigned for Florida Senator Marco Rubio in 2010 and has long backed Texas Governor Rick Perry. Perry’s ties to the Dominionist, New Apostolic Reform were evident at his August, 2011 prayer fest, (organized by American Family Association, who are also Dominionists), prior to his announcement as a presidential candidate. Mr. Barton, whose academic degree is in Christian Education from Oral Roberts University, has been labeled a biased amateur who cherry-picks quotes from history and the Bible. Both secular critics and Christian scholars have denounced Barton as a fraud who manipulates and misrepresents history to serve his political goals. In his book, The Jefferson Lies, he portrayed Jefferson as an orthodox Christian. Barton is considered a fraudulent historian and has been called out by actual conservative Christians. [Link]
In a shocking interview with Jon Stewart, in May of 2011, Barton is totally comfortable with Shariah law and claims it is compatible with our Constitution.
On November, 2013, David Barton sat in for Glenn Beck on his program. He spent the entire hour on the Constitution, and on an Article V call for a convention. Glenn Beck and Ted Cruz are also both supporting a Constitutional Convention.
It is not surprising that David Barton is a Cruz supporter, as he and Ted Cruz’s father, Rafael Cruz, are dominionists who believe in the Seven Mountains mandate. This fits well with both Barton’s and Cruz’s belief systems wherein a Christian theocracy should rule. Here and here are definitions of Dominionism/Reconstructionism (D/R).
D/Rs wants a theocracy, leaders for America who are Christian Dominionists. They also want a theonomy. Critics see theonomy as a significant form of Dominion theology, which they define as a type of theocracy. Theonomy posits that the Biblical Law is applicable to civil law, and theonomists propose Biblical law as the standard by which the laws of nations may be measured, and to which they ought to be conformed. They also believe in the 613 Old Testament Mosaic Laws, other than a few dietary restrictions. They even believe in Old Testament stoning of law breakers/sinners, which Biblical Israel did very rarely. Reconstructionists provide the most enthusiastic constituency for stoning since the Taliban seized Kabul. Denial of future repentance and faith is quite obvious, which is what both Old and New Testaments teach.
On Friday, November 6, 2025 Cruz attended a campaign rally in Des Moines, Iowa, hosted by a Colorado pastor who frequently calls for putting gay people to death. The Pastor, Kevin Swanson, is well known for calling for Christians to execute homosexuals just the same as the Islamists do and Hitler’s Nazi Germany did. Pastor Swanson has accused the Catholic Church of wanting to “legitimize” child molestation saying, “The Catholic Church will never be able to legitimize pederasty.”
Cruz knew exactly who Pastor Swanson is and what he is all about, but denied any knowledge of the man’s past statements. Swanson has been calling for the execution of gays since as far back as July of 2012. Just as Westboro Baptist Church members do, Swanson believes, “Christians should hold up signs at gay weddings holding up the Leviticus verse, instructing the faithful to put gays to death because what they do is an abomination.” This is exactly the type of talk we hear from Islamists: “Kill those we don’t like or you are now people we don’t like.” Catholics do not believe in murdering homosexuals so this explains why Pastor Swanson hates the Catholic Church.
I don’t know any orthodox church or synagogue who believe in killing homosexuals. As for the church, this is denying the shed blood of Christ on the cross for our sins. We have until our last breath to repent of our sins, believe in the Lord God, and receive saving grace.
Cruz Supporter, Farris Wilks
As 2015 came to a close, Ted Cruz met with hundreds of prominent faith leaders (including David Barton, James Robison, and John Hagee) at the ranch of Texas tycoon, Farris Wilks. Wilks supports most of the phony rightwing groups in the secretive Council for National Policy. Farris and his brother Dan have donated $15 million to a super PAC which supports Cruz. Cameras and recording devices were not allowed at the Wilks ranch when Cruz spoke, so only God and attendees know what was said at the event. However, one might be able to get an idea of how Cruz views God’s role in American politics by reviewing his associations.
