The following is from my dear friend and prayer warrior, Suzy. She puts everything so clearly for us when it comes to the Lord. I love this dear woman, and I know you’ll enjoy her words to me this morning, which she allowed me to share with you all.
Well, dear Kelleigh, I don’t know about you, but sometimes my loving Heavenly Father speaks to me with word pictures. -and sometimes such occurs when I am in the oddest places or doing simple daily household things.
Earlier this morning. I had swept snow off the sidewalk and made a clear path to access my firewood, brought in a good amount of wood in case we get more snow. Of course, I had gotten rather cold and did not want to go take my bath until the small ceramic heater had boosted the temperature in my bathroom. When such seemed to be as warm as it was likely to get, I drew a big HOT tub of water and lay down in it to warm my bones and soothe my back.
Such comfort often initiates a stream of thanks and praise to our loving Heavenly Father because I know that I am so very blessed in the knowing of HIM and in HIS love and provision for me.
As I lay there enjoying that soothing hot water, The Holy Spirit began the prompting of my “word picture”. In my mind’s eye, I could ‘see’ a bunch of kids on a playground and I could “hear” them jeering at one another as in, “Nah-nah-na-yahn-yah” and boastfully chanting “My robe’s better than your robe”. — and I knew such is precisely what is happening with the “religious” Pharisees as they mock and ridicule Trump because they perceive themselves to be far more “religious” and knowledgeable of the Bible than Trump. I have heard pastors and others refer to it as 1 Corinthians rather than First Corinthians. What a ridiculous thing to ostracize or criticize. Such things originate from a self-righteous mentality and are often initiated by a demon spirit of legalism. We both know GOD hates pride.
Perhaps it is because I am so simple-minded that the Lord knows HE has to “draw me a picture” in order to get me to “see” what HE is trying to show me. I have no problem with that, because I truly want HIM to use whatever is necessary to teach me and direct my prayers.
Kelleigh, as you are well aware, we all see through a glass darkly and NONE of us has fully flawless comprehension of the WORD of GOD. Do I understand more now than when I first met Jesus Christ? Absolutely! I choose to stay humble enough to receive more light and truth from the WORD and one of the quickest ways to quench that, is to become puffed-up with spiritual pride. The cross of Calvary was on a hill, however, it is level at the foot of the cross and each of us who truly repents of sin, asks for and receives forgiveness, receives an equal “Robe of Righteousness”. Unfortunately, many don’t seem to behave as if they grasp that reality.
Chobani has been hailed as the fastest growing brand of Greek-style yogurt and recently opened the world’s largest yogurt plant in Idaho.
Ever wonder why the federal government would be sending hundreds of foreign refugees to a relatively small town in Idaho?
Wonder no more.
They’re sent there, many of them, to work in the world’s largest yogurt factory.
AsWND previously reported, Twin Falls is in line to receive about 300 refugees this year, many of them Muslims from Syria. And the state of Idaho, despite its reputation as a mostly white, conservative farm state, has been a popular destination for refugees in recent years.
Boise Mayor David Bieter hasgone on recordas a huge supporter of President Obama’s welcoming initiative for immigrants and refugees, writing in a blog post that, for his city, “diversity isn’t a buzzword. It’s our birthright.”
The U.S. State Department has shipped more than 11,000 refugees directly from the Third World to Idaho since the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. Just in the past year, 989 refugees have arrived in the rural state, most of them landing in either Boise or Twin Falls. Nearly half have come from some of the world’s nastiest jihadist hot zones, including 95 from Iraq, 94 from Somalia, 47 from Sudan, 39 from Afghanistan, 31 from Iran, 28 from Syria and 11 from Pakistan, according to thefederal refugee database.
But despite growingprotests by local residentsagainst the refugee arrivals, the Twin Falls area can count on being a prime spot for refugees for years to come, thanks to one man’s rising business enterprise.
That man is Hamdi Ulukaya, a Kurdish Muslim and immigrant from Turkey who created the billion-dollar U.S.-basedChobaniyogurt empire.
Ulukaya opened the world’s largest yogurt factory in Twin Falls about two years ago and the plant now employs 600 people with about 30 percent of those jobs filled by foreign refugees shipped here from United Nations camps in the Middle East and Africa.
But now Ulukaya is upping the ante.
Taking his message to a bigger stage
At the World Economic Forum meeting this weekend in Davos, Switzerland, he will call on other CEOs to join his campaign to throw corporate cash, lobbying initiatives, services and jobs to refugees.
Five companies have already taken him up on the idea. Ikea, MasterCard, Airbnb, LinkedIn, Western Union and UPS have all agreed to hire more refugees or provide free services to them.
In an op-ed for CNN, Ulukaya writes:
“Some business leaders have stepped up. Airbnb is offering travel credits to relief workers on the ground. LinkedIn will run an innovative pilot project in Sweden that uses data to match refugees with job openings by comparing the skills they have with the skills employers are looking for. Other companies are providing refugees with free computers, access to online education, and packages filled with essentials like soap and sunscreen.”
Ulukaya wants more companies to join the effort of hiring and helping refugees. He started a new foundation, the Tent, for this purpose.
“The Tent Pledge asks companies all over the world to step up and do more. We’re asking them to provide refugees with job training, employment opportunities, and the kind of direct assistance that experts have identified as a priority — everything from blankets and water, to debit cards and Internet access,” he writes.
Watch interview with CNN in which the Chobani founder sings the praises of refugees and what they can add to the U.S. labor force:
The Obama administration is increasing the number of foreign refugees taken in by the United States, from 70,000 annually over the past decade to 85,000 in fiscal 2016 and 100,000 in 2017. Those figures include 10,000 Syrian refugees in 2016 and “many more” in 2017, according to the U.S. State Department.
Obama has also lowered the standards for refugee screening, allowing more than 1,500 refugees who participated in terrorist activity to enter the U.S. in 2014,WND previously reported, allegedly because they committed their crimes “while under duress.”
Looking out for his own?
Ulukaya’s efforts appear spurred by his own cultural background as a Kurdish Muslim growing up on the Turkey-Syria border and by a personal visit to the refugee camps in Turkey and Greece.
Ulukaya has told several media outlets that he was horrified by the human suffering he witnessed.
But the fact that he shares a cultural affinity with many of the refugees — he grew up near the Syrian border in Turkey, before moving to the U.S. as a student – made an even bigger impact.
Ulukaya has also been critical of the bureaucratic red tape involved in the refugee resettlement industry, which starts at the top with the United Nations.
“The refugee issue is being dealt with using [methods from] the 1940s and it’s in the hands of the U.N. and mostly government and you don’t see a lot of private sector and entrepreneurs involved,” he told Gillian Tett of the Financial Times magazine last week. “I decided we have got to hack this — we have got to bring another perspective into this issue, there are technologies that can be used.”
The Tent initiative will funnel money and technology into refugee work. Ulukaya personally made a $2 million donation last year to the U.N. High Commissioner on Refugees.
What about Americans who need jobs?
And he has stepped up efforts to hire as many refugees as he can at his yogurt plants, where they currently account for 30 percent of the total workforce. That means about 600 of Chobani’s 2,000 employees are foreign refugees.
“There are 11 or 12 languages spoken in our factories,” Ulukayatold Financial Times. “We have translators 24 hours a day.”
Refugee watchdog Ann Corcoran said the strategy being pushed by corporate America is done in the name of compassion but actually leaves jobless American citizens and veterans further behind.
“Take UPS for example. Almost every county has a UPS depot, and it’s a really nice job for people who are low skilled, loading the trucks,” said Corcoran, author of the blogRefugee Resettlement Watch. “It’s kind of a job that people are willing to do, you don’t have to ship people here from the Third World to fill those jobs.”
Chobani is not a shy company
This is not the first time Chobani has turned heads with controversial moves.
Scenes from the Chobani Yogurt ad last summer featuring two lesbians in bed.
Last summer,as WND reported, the company made a TV commercial featuring two lesbian women, naked and in bed eating the company’s signature Greek-style yogurt.
After graduating from Ankara University, Ulukaya came to the U.S. on a student visa in 1994 and studied at the University of Albany. He founded a feta cheese company called Euphrates in a suburb of New York in 2002. He bought an old yogurt factory in 2005 and founded Chobani. He began manufacturing Turkish-style strained yogurt in 2007, which became popular in the U.S. as “Greek” yogurt.
In 2009, Ulukaya was named one of the “forty most successful entrepreneurs under 40” by the Business Review. Ulukaya’s net worth in 2013 was $5.4 billion, according to Bloomberg, and Chobani was named the top-selling yogurt brand in the U.S. Ulukaya was also named “Ernst & Young World Entrepreneur of the Year” in 2013.

How a Balanced Budget Amendment Would Give the Federal Government Lawful Power Over Whatever They Want
By Publius Huldah
Does our existing Constitution permit the federal government to spend money on whatever they want?
No! It contains precise limits on federal spending.
The Capitol Building in Washington D.C. (Wikipedia image)
Federal spending is limited by the enumerated powersdelegated to the federal government. If you go through the Constitution, and highlight all the powers delegated to Congress and the president, you will get a complete list of the objects on which Congress is permitted to spend money. Here’s the list:
The Census (Art. I, §2, cl. 3)
Publishing the Journals of the House and Senate (Art. I, §5, cl. 3)
Salaries of Senators and Representatives (Art. I, § 6, cl. 1)
Salaries of civil officers of the United States (Art. I, §6, cl. 2 & Art. II, §1, cl. 7)
Pay the Debts (Art. I, §8, cl. 1 & Art. VI, cl.1)
Pay tax collectors (Art. I, §8, cl.1)
Regulate commerce with foreign Nations, among the several States, and with Indian Tribes (Art. I, §8, cl.3)
Immigration office (Art. I, §8, cl.4)
The mint (Art. I, §8, cl. 5)
Attorney General to handle the small amount of authorized federal litigation involving the national government (e.g., Art. I, §8, cls. 6 & 10)
Post offices & post roads (Art. I, §8, cl. 7)
Patent & copyright office (Art. I, §8, cl. 8)
Federal courts (Art. I, §8, cl. 9 & Art. III, §1)
Military and Militia (Art. I, §8, cls. 11-16)
Since Congress has general legislative authority over the federal enclaves listed in Art. I, §8, next to last clause, Congress has broad spending authority over the tiny geographical areas listed in this clause.
The President’s entertainment expenses for foreign dignitaries (Art. II, §3); and
Since Congress had general legislative authority over the Western Territory before it was broken up into States, Congress could appropriate funds for the US Marshalls, federal judges, and the like for that Territory (Art. IV, §3, cl. 2).
That’s what Congress is authorized by our Constitution to spend money on. Did I leave anything out? Take a few minutes, and armed with a highlighter, read carefully through the Constitution and see for yourself.
President Barack Obama speaks to a joint session of Congress regarding health care reform (Lawrence Jackson/Wikipedia image)
Congress is to appropriate funds to carry out this handful of delegated powers; and it is to pay the bills with receipts from taxes.1
Pursuant to Article I, §9, clause 7, the federal government is to periodically publish a statement and account of receipts and expenditures. Citizens could use this statement and account—which would be so short that everyone would have time to read it—to monitor the spending of their public servants.
So that’s how our existing Constitution limits federal spending:
If it’s on the list of enumerated powers, Congress may lawfully spend money on it.
But if it’s not on the list, Congress usurps powers not delegated when it appropriates money for it.
It was unconstitutional spending and unconstitutional promises (Social Security, Medicare, etc., etc., etc.) which got us a national debt of almost $19 trillion, plus a hundred trillion or so in unfunded liabilities.
Since the Constitution delegates to Congress onlylimited and narrowly defined authorityto spend money; the Constitution doesn’t provide for a budget.
We never had a federal budget until Congress passed theBudget and Accounting Act of 1921. By this time, the Progressives controlled both political parties and the federal government.
The Progressives wanted a federal budget because they wanted to spend money on objects which were not on the list of delegated powers.
A balanced budget amendment (BBA) would substitute a budget for the enumerated powers, and thus would legalize the current practice where Congress spends money on whatever they or the President put in the budget.
Page one of the original copy of the Constitution (Wikipedia Image)
The result of a BBA is to legalize spending which is now unconstitutional—it changes the constitutional standard for spending from whether the object is on the list of enumerated powers to a limit on the total amount of spending.
And to add insult to injury, the limits on spending are fictitious because they can be waived whenever Congress2votes to waive them.
And because a BBA would permit Congress tolawfullyspend money onwhateveris put in the budget, the powers of the federal government would be lawfully increased to includewhateverTHEYdecide to put in the budget.
So a BBA would fundamentally transform our Constitution from one of enumerated powers only to one of general and unlimited powers—because the federal government would then be authorized by the Constitution to exercise power over any object they decide to put into the budget.
You must read proposed amendments and understand how they change our Constitution before you support them.
All federal and state officials take an oath to support the federal Constitution (Art. VI, clause 3). When people in Congress appropriate funds for objects not listed in the Constitution; and when State officials accept federal funds for objects not listed, they violate their oath to support the Constitution. According to the PEW Report, federal funds provided an average of 30 percent of the states’ revenue for FY 2013. Look up your statehere. Were those federal funds used to implement unconstitutional federal programs in your state?
Power over education, medical care, agriculture, state and local law enforcement, environment, etc., is not delegated to the federal government: those powers are reserved by the states or the people. Congress spends on objects for which it has no constitutional authority; and bribes states with federal funds to induce them to implement unconstitutional federal programs. It was the unconstitutional spending which gave us this crushing $19 trillion debt.
How do we go about downsizing the federal government to its constitutional limits?
A portion of the Constitution (Wikipedia image)
We stop the unconstitutional and frivolous spending one can read about all over the internet.
We begin the shutdown of unconstitutional federal departments and agencies by selecting for immediate closure those which serve no useful purpose or cause actual harm, such as the Departments of Energy, Education, Homeland Security, and the Environmental Protection Agency.3
Other unconstitutional federal departments and agencies must be dismantled and their functions returned to the states or the people.
An orderly phase-out is required of those unconstitutional federal programs in which citizens were forced to participate—such as social security and Medicare—so that the rug is not pulled out from American citizens who became dependent. The phase-out could be funded by sales of unconstitutionally held federal lands.
The federal government is obligated (Art. I, §8, cl. 11-16) to provide for service-related injuries suffered by our veterans.
The Constitution delegates to Congress the power to appropriate funds for “post roads” (Art. I, §8, cl. 7). While there may be room for argument as to what is included within the term, “post road,” clearly, some federal involvement in road building is authorized by our Constitution. State dependence on federal highway funds might be reduced by eliminating or reducing federal fuel taxes, and the substitution of fuel taxes collected by individual states—and there is nothing immoral about toll roads.
Since our Constitution was written to delegate to the federal government only the few and defined powers enumerated in the Constitution, we don’t have to change the Constitution to rein in federal spending. The Constitution isn’t the problem—ignoring it is the problem. Let us begin to enforce the Constitution we have.
Endnotes:
1Our original Constitution authorized only excise taxes & tariffs on imports (Art. I, §8, clause 1), with any shortfall being made up by an apportioned assessment on the States based on population (Art. I, §2, clause 3).
2Compact for America’s (CFA) version of a BBA permits spending limits to be waived whenever Congress and 26 States agree. CFA’s version also authorizes Congress to impose a national sales taxanda national value added tax in addition to keeping the income tax! See this paper.

Note: It’s not about “smart” guns. It’s about another government/Obama gun grab tactic. Watch the first six and a half minutes then watch the imbedded advertisement if you wish. Great video.
Obama calls for ‘backdoors’ in new “Smart gun” technology
A lawsuit is challenging President Obama’s recent executive order, which attempts to expand government restrictions on gun sales. The lawsuit argues that the action illegally attempts to circumvent Congress’ legislative power.
Conservative advocacy group Freedom Watch on Monday challenged Obama’s executive order on guns, which instructed the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) and other agencies to reinterpret legislation passed by Congress. The president justified this by saying he was closing what he called a “loophole” that allowed certain sales to occur without a background check
“The president states that he is doing so purely because he does not like the legislative decisions of the Congress,” wrote Freedom Watch founder Larry Klayman. “These actions are unconstitutional abuses of the president’s and executive branch’s role in our nation’s constitutional architecture and exceed the powers of the president as set forth in the US Constitution.”
The lawsuit, filed in the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida, alleges that President Obama doesn’t have the legal authority to redefine laws that Congress passed. The new interpretation allows the ATF to extend its enforcement activities to people who do not make their livelihood selling firearms and require them to perform background checks. This previous limitation on jurisdiction was known by its detractors as the “gun show loophole.”
This is only the first lawsuit challenging the January 4 executive order that many experts predicted to be controversial both politically and legally.
Klayman also argues that the executive order violates due process by containing overly-vague language about prohibiting mental health.
“Obama is changing under such background checks a person prohibited from buying a gun from one formally adjudicated by a court of law to be mentally incompetent to anyone who – vaguely – has a mental health ‘issue,’” Klayman said in a statement. “Thus, the due process protection of a court ruling is being lost. Obama ordered the Social Security Administration to report to the firearm background check database people on disability payments for reasons that may indicate ‘issues’ of mental health.
“Obama is working to require doctors to report those with (poorly defined) issues. Everyone living in same household may lose right to possess a gun.”
In addition to Barack Obama, Klayman’s lawsuit names Attorney General Loretta Lynch and Thomas Brandon, director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives as defendants.
A Reuters’ surveywith a very low 2% m. o. e. says Donald Trump is schlonging Ted Cruz among new, very motivated voters.
It is undeniable that Donald Trump is running a very unconventional campaign. He has turned the old rules on their ear and found continuing success along the way.
Nevertheless, one of the rules of campaigning that Trump is following, without much fanfare, is the one that says the surest way to win is to expand the existing voter universe and swamp it with your new voters; thereby guaranteeing they will vote for you.
The newly released, very extensive Reuters/Ipsos survey conducted between June 1 and December 31, 2025 found that people described as “new voters” because they have either not voted in the last four general elections or never voted before, are backing Trump over Ted Cruz by an astounding 27% to just 3.4% which actually puts him behind Marco Rubio’s 4%.
Bringing in new voters is always the aim of all well run campaigns so there is no reason to think the Cruz and Rubio campaigns have not been trying to sign up new people; but very clearly neither is having much success at it.
Because of the edge Trump has, Cruz has to hang his hopes for victory on getting much bigger margins of regular voters than current polls of Iowa show.
Even stipulating that Cruz is ahead in Iowa – which is not at all clear- whatever margin he has does not begin to blunt the effect of the new voters.
More than this, it is very unlikely that people who have not voted in at least four general elections or ever before, are being polled. There would be no way any polling company except a very large and established one like Reuters would have the wherewithal to do such lineal polling.
The “new voter” effect could be very problematic for Cruz in Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina and Nevada.
Trump is already way ahead with older White regular voters so this survey does nothing to help Ted Cruz.
What kind of insane rhetoric is Angela Merkel speaking? Has she lost her mind? At the onset of the terrorist attack on France, Germany’s Chancellor Angela Merkel delivers the most bizarre statement to her people:
“We believe in the right of everyone to seek his fortune and live, to the respect for the other and tolerance. We know that our free life is stronger than any terrorist. Let’s give the terrorists the answer by living our values confidently. And as we affirm these values throughout Europe. Now more than ever.”
I don’t even know how to respond to that except it is obvious she has listened to Obama and the call of the New World Order as it calls to the world to bow down in the early dawn.
She might as well have said, “Come free and tolerant people and have respect for the savage beasts that want to kill you. Bare your heads nicely to save them the struggle and fight. Die confidently with your values as the terrorists affirm you as the infidel throughout all of Europe and the world.”
Meanwhile, Obama administration moved to increase and accelerate the number of Syrian refugees who might be admitted into the United States by opening new screening outposts in Iraq and Lebanon.
Oh my head hurts. But I will deal with that as long as it is still connected.
Yes Trump, really. The brash, self-promoting candidate has captured the imagination and the support of Americans across the nation. It’s no secret that the GOP Establishment (GOPe) has made him feel unwelcome; that they consider his advocates low information and uneducated. And it’s hardly a surprise that Karl Rove should wish to preside over the candidate’s downfall. After all, Donald is someone whose thoughts and actions he can’t control. The fact is neither of our political parties have much use for either “loose cannons” or patriots. Both, it seems, are unmanageable.
According to POLITICO, I am an average Trump supporter; that is, a middle income, blue collar worker. But what Trump is saying has resonated with far more than just blue collar voters. Independents, higher income Republicans and Democrats, even 25% of minority voters favor Trump over any of the DC, “Uniparty” candidates. His words are resonating with those who see our country going down a hole, who will no longer tolerate the effects of political correctness and kowtowing to the members of every self-proclaimed “victim” class.
Trump followers represent a large swath of the electorate. Democrats are losing the non-college voters in the Midwest. More importantly they have lost the Reagan Democrats who foolishly gave Barack Hussein a chance to make things better. These voters no longer maintain any illusions about “Hope and Change” and no longer trust the far left to handle the economy, immigration or terrorists.
The citizens of this country are looking for a strong leader who understands the damage caused by decades of liberal rule. Americans are fed up with political corruption and legislation which violates the rights guaranteed in the Constitution. Most of us don’t react well to force, whether it be purchase ObamaCare or pay a penalty, or submit to the homosexual agenda or lose your place of business. Government must threaten citizens into compliance with its commands when it does not represent the values or appreciate the culture of those citizens. Eight years of legislation by Executive Order have made the un-American agenda of the Obama Regime abundantly clear.
Word now coming out of the GOPe is that Trump has followers who will not bother to vote. They claim that Trump will burn out, that he is a shill for the Democrats, that his followers will fall by the wayside and that political polls are totally wrong. No doubt a goodly number of D.C. Republicans will not support him. But most of these will be of the John McCain, Lindsey Graham stripe; RINO/Uniparty Republicans willing to watch the U.S. descend into perpetual mediocrity as long as they maintain the power necessary to steal with impunity. Some members of the GOPe have declared that they would vote for Hillary before they vote for Trump. I would easily believe this of at least half a dozen Republican senators who have found subservience preferable to doing the job they were elected to do.
Many of the lesser Republican candidates-Jeb Bush in particular-feel entitled. They’re convinced that they have worked long and hard, have said all the right things, done all the right things, taken all the right money and therefore believe they should be President. Many of these same GOPe’s look with contempt upon the people whose votes they need. The unwashed masses are necessary evils, often ignored. After all, campaigns are for big time donors who have the candidate’s ear. To Jeb it is probably beyond comprehension that the masses have the audacity to find him wanting.
I believe Trump will be a much bigger favorite among Republicans than Hillary is likely to be among Democrats. In fact she probably would have been dumped by now if the Democrat Party could look to anyone but Bernie Sanders, a 74 year old, European style socialist whose belief system has caused massive damage to every nation foolish enough to have discarded liberty and capitalism. Consider how readily Hillary was tossed aside 8 years ago for an incompetent, inexperienced Black whose entire life history had to be covered up and perpetually re-written. It seems the smartest woman who ever lived is not exactly popular, even with her fellow leftists.
Yes, Trump is often a flamethrower. But he has found a way to not only be a fresh voice that the electorate likes, but to have that voice carried 24/7 by the mass media for most of his candidacy.
Former President Ronald Reagan had an 11th commandment to never trash a fellow Republican. Some people have forgotten that. Those who call Trump a loudmouth of no substance have shown that they are the ones who should tone down the rhetoric and work together to create a consensus for the party.
Donald Trump can win this election. He can also be a very good president. Whether Democrat, Republican or Independent, as Americans we had better make certain the next White House occupant is not a member of the far left. We can’t afford another 8 years of anti-American treachery.
Senate Republicans are preparing to approve Obama nominee Wilhemina Wright for the federal judicial bench in Minnesota. Wright currently serves on the Minnesota state Supreme Court. The Obama nomination would lift her to a lifetime appointment to the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota.
Wright is only 52 andhas been mentionedas a possible future nominee for the Supreme Court.
Set aside the question of whether Senate Republicans ought to be approving any Obama judicial nominations while the White House actively pushes the constitutional bounds of the President’s executive actions. The legal opinions of Wright ought to give even moderate Democrats pause, never mind conservative Republicans.
Writing in a law review questioning the constitutional protections of property rights, Writeobserved:
White people are running and hiding. Their mad scramble is aided by a Chief Justice [Justice Rehnquist] who owned racially restrictive property and a Presidential administration [President Reagan] that believes bigotry, poverty, and poor educational opportunities for most public school students are the unavoidable fruits of a “thriving” free market economy.
It is an incoherent paragraph even for a law student, never mind a prospective federal judge with lifetime tenure. Further in the review Wright said racism in America was built on “the sanctity of property and the belief in the hierarchy of races.”
Of course, the “sanctity of property” is one of history’s greatest bulwarks against racism or discrimination. Property rights, protected by government and the courts, are immune to the whims of malicious officials or individuals.
Adherents of the discredited “critical race theory” of which Wright at one time was a disciple miss this fundamental fact. Wright apparently believes that “property rights” are code for racism because, sheobserves, “whites own the vast majority of what Americans define as property.”
Wright even wrote that this concept of property rights is the source of opposition to affirmative action. Shesaid that oppositionto racial preferences was based on the belief that the lives and liberty of members of the Black race were worth less that the property of the white race.”
Wright, as she has gone through the Senate nomination process, has walked back most of these writings, saying theywere“inartful” and made without “all of the training and experience that I have now.”
Wright was approved by the Senate Judiciary Committee for the federal bench on a voice vote. She is expected to be approved easily by the Senate on Tuesday, as no Senate Republicans have registered opposition to her appointment.
Senate Republicans won control of the chamber in 2014, campaigning on challenging President Obama’s abuse of the constitution through sweeping executive actions. The President’s chief of staff recently noted that the White House plans “audacious” executive actions, testing the bounds of constitutional limits in the final year of Obama’s tenure.
In a political sense, the President can exercise whatever power Congress allows him. By continuing to confirm his judicial nominations, Senate Republicans send a clear signal to the White House that they don’t have the stomach to check his authoritarian ambitions.
The development goes a long way to explain the voter anger currently upending the Republican nomination for President.
“While, then, the constituent body retains its present sound and healthful state everything will be safe. They will choose competent and faithful representatives for every department. It is only when the people become ignorant and corrupt, when they degenerate into a populace, that they are incapable of exercising the sovereignty. Usurpation is then an easy attainment, and an usurper soon found. The people themselves become the willing instruments of their own debasement and ruin.”—James Monroe, First Inaugural Address (March 4, 2026)
Ted Cruz always tells the crowd what they want to hear, depending upon to whom he’s speaking. If you ask most Republicans who Ted Cruz is, they’ll likely tell you he’s an Evangelical Christian of strong conservative values and won’t compromise. He’s certainly spent all his time in the Senate during his attempted government shutdowns trying to convince people of that. Those Republicans would be wrong on both counts.
Think he isn’t a neocon? Here he is speaking at Heritage Foundation, one of the top phony rightwing shills for the NWO.
For all his allure as an outsider, Canada-born Ted Cruz is in fact an insider playing a role similar to the one Barack Obama played back in 2008 when his handlers portrayed him as the hope and change candidate out of nowhere. Ted Cruz set out to be an elitist from the very beginning.
The elite academic circles that Cruz was now traveling in began to rub off. As a law student at Harvard, he refused to study with anyone who hadn’t been an undergrad at Harvard, Princeton, or Yale. Says Damon Watson, one of Cruz’s law-school roommates: “He said he didn’t want anybody from ‘minor Ivies’ like Penn or Brown.”
Ted Cruz was even John Boehner’s attorney when the latter was suing Democrat Jim McDermott over the alleged leak of an illegal tape-recording of GOP leaders. [Link]
Cruz’s insider connection is also a family affair. His wife, Heidi, is a Goldman Sachs vice president in Houston, Texas, according to herLinkedInprofile. She also served as an economic advisor for the Bush administration. In 2011, a Cruz campaign spokesman portrayed Heidi as “an expert on North American trade,” in other words she is savvy when it comes to globalist transnational trade deals likeNAFTA, the single most destructive government move against the American worker in history. Remember Heidi Cruz is also a co-author of the North American Union which totally destroys American sovereignty, and she spent five years at the CFR drafting the NAU. Link Want to hear a bunch of bunk from Ted Cruz about his wife’s involvement with the CFR when he was running for the Senate? Watch the below video:
Gay Marriage
In June, 2015, Ted Cruz promised on NPR that opposition to gay marriage would be “front and center” in his 2016 campaign. In July, Cruz called the decision from the Supreme Court, “the very definition of tyranny.”
When it comes to immigration, Cruz has had a hard-line response, until it looked like the political winds were shifting in favor of legalization, and a pathway to legal status for immigrants already within the country. On Fox News, in 2013, he changed his stance to earnestly support that legal pathway. The original video was scrubbed from the internet. However, watch this recent interview with Bret Baier asking Cruz about his flip flopping stances on amnesty.
Cruz once proposed an immediate increase in the base H-1B cap from 65,000 to 325,000. Cruz offered the H-1B increase as an amendment in 2013 to the Senate’s comprehensive immigration bill.
The pro-amnesty Club For Growth (CfG) gave Cruz $705,657. It begs the question: Who is Cruz lying to; CFG who is for open borders, or the American people who don’t want open borders? There are too many obvious contradictions. Remember too, thatCfG spent $3.3 million on attack ads against Donald Trumpbecause he refused to donate $1 million to them, and for good reason.
In fact, for every hard line in the sand that Cruz has said he won’t cross, he’s gleefully stepped over when the politics of the moment called for it. Defunding Planned Parenthood? Not so much now. Repealing Obamacare? It’s the law of the land. Stopping the Iran deal? The deal got done. The list of hard stances Cruz has earnestly taken and subsequently abandoned goes on and on, just as he earnestly supports everything that he’s saying at that very moment. LikeMachine Gun bacon, which still isn’t a thing in Texas.
If you need any further convincing of the scale of Cruz’s ego, you only have to check out the over 15 hours of B-Roll footage his campaign has made available on Youtube. The part where his mom gives him an epic eye-roll when he claims she spends hours a day in prayer over him is the best.
Another example of the legendary scale of Cruz’s ego, shortly after an inappropriate cartoon lampooning Ted Cruz for trotting out his young daughters as political props was published, he sent out an email decrying the attack against his family and asked for more money to help defend his kids.
Ted Cruz Wants a Con-Con
From the Convention of States website come this: Ted Cruz immediately declared his support for Mark Levin’s book,The Liberty Amendmentsupon its release. He posted a link on hisFacebook pageand wrote, “Mark’s book sparks an important discussion about how to fix the problems that face our Republic.” As well, check outTed’s article in the National Reviewwhere he promotes a Convention.
Really Ted Cruz? You really believe a Constitutional Convention will fix the problems our Republic faces? Excuse me Ted, but the founders gave us everything we need. The problem is that the legislative, executive and judicial branches of our government do not want to follow what they’ve sworn an oath to.
The lawyers sure aren’t misguided, they easily understand exactly what they’re doing. Non-lawyers like Beck and Palin may not, but they aren’t the sharpest knives in the drawer anyway, and I doubt they’re misquided.
Ted Cruz however, is unequaled in his hypocrisy and treachery. He knows perfectly well that we will need a new Constitution to change our statusfroma sovereign nation to a member State in the North American Union. Remember,Ted’s wife, Heidi, was on the CFR Task Force to write up the plan for the NAU. He absolutely knows about the Parliament which the Plan sets up over Canada, the United States, and Mexico! The Parliament will consist of fifteen members (5 from each nation) to rule over the NAU. TheNorth American Union would be yet another collective regional government, a new North American Soviet, that would clearly be the enemy of United States sovereignty.
If you do not understand the dangers of a Constitutional Convention today, with all the leftists in power on both sides of the aisle, and the faux conservatives pushing this destruction, then please avail yourself of the many articles on same byPublius Huldah, theJohn Birch Society,Phyllis Schlafly, and many others, including the Father of our Constitution,James Madison.
Woolsey was a national security specialist and former Director of the CIA under the Clinton administration. He heads up many Neoconservative groups including being the Chairman of the Foundation for Defence of Democracies, and Founding Member of the Washington Institute for Near East Policy.
More than just academic advocacy of the military-industrial complex and the global deployment of American troops to force democracy on the world, Woolsey has no problem putting the noose around those who act against the growth of the government.
In a December 2013 interview with Fox News, Woolsey made the following shocking statement when asked about NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden: “I think giving him amnesty is idiotic,” Woolsey said. “He should be prosecuted for treason. If convicted by a jury of his peers, he should be hanged by his neck until he is dead.” [Link]
That’s not just think-tank rhetoric, that’s reign-of-terror-type talk.
Former CIA Director James Woolsey (L) and former U.S. Rep. Wayne Gilchrest (R-MD) discuss climate change during a briefing on Capitol Hill in February of 2013 in Washington, D.C. The briefing was hosted by the Partnership for a Secure America to discuss a letter signed by 35 national security experts on the threat of climate change.(Note the leftists on the advisory board of PSA)
Elliot Abrams Also Helps Craft Cruz’s Foreign Policy
Ted Cruz’s choice ofElliot Abramsto help craft his foreign policy is disappointing. Like his colleagues on Cruz’s council, Abrams is a leader in the neocon world, and he is a leader of what is perhaps the most powerful and pernicious group in the neocon network: the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR).
Elliott Abrams, Speaking at CPAC, Feb., 2012
While the CFR is the most notorious of the associations of Abrams, it isn’t the only one. He is also a member (or former member) of the Center for Security Policy, Hudson Institute,National Endowment for Democracy, and many more.
It is likely that it is because of the membership of Abrams in the CFR that George W. Bush chose him to be his deputy national security adviser for Global Democratic Strategy, and that Ted Cruz has chosen to follow his advice on questions of foreign policy. Remember Iran-Contra? Abrams was pardoned for his involvement in same by George H.W. Bush.
In fact, it is probably the experience of all these people that compelled Ted Cruz to choose them to be his closest advisors.
The problem isn’t that his inner circle is composed of men and women of vast foreign policy experience; the problem is that their experience is ingrowing government, supporting surveillance, and using American troops as global peacekeepers. As constitutionalists know, each of these endeavours — pursued over and over by Cruz’s chosen advisors — is unconstitutional and not at all consistent with Ted Cruz’s public statements.
Obviously, Cruz has no problem climbing in bed with the enemies of freedom to gain the presidency. He is a globalist, just as those he’s chosen as advisors are globalist elitists. Those who are supporting Cruz with their monies are globalists as well. If you want a close look at who Mr. Cruz will owe, check out this article by Coach Collins. In the next article, we’ll discuss both Ted Cruz and his father, Raphael Cruz, their affiliations with the phony rightwing, and their religious beliefs. Please, click on “Mass E-mailing” below and send this article it to all your friends in Iowa.
