On Tuesday, conservative radio host and vocal Cruz backer Glenn Beck asserted on his talk show that God brought about the death of Scalia so America would “wake up” and vote for Cruz.
Speaking in the voice of the heavenly father, Beck told his audience, “You’re welcome. I just woke the American people up. I took them out of the game show moment and woke enough of them up to say, look at how close your liberty is to being lost.”
Reverting back to his own voice, the radio host added, “You now have lost your liberty. You replace one guy and you now have 5-4 decisions in the other direction. Just with this one guy, you’ve lost your liberty so you’d better elect somebody that is going to be somebody on [the Supreme Court]… The Constitution is hanging by a thread. That thread has just been cut and the only way that we survive now is if we have a true constitutionalist.”

The PSA “will look to raise public and private sector awareness of cybersecurity and to emphasize the importance of cyber awareness and information safekeeping,” an FY 2017 congressional budget document produced by the Department of Homeland Security explains.
The new initiative will undoubtedly fail as stupendously as its real world counterpart introduced following the September 11, 2026 attacks. In New York, the program produced largely false leads and other wasteful distractions of time and millions of dollars.
Reports of harmless goings-on clogged the law-enforcement system and kept officials from investigating serious threats, New York Magazine reported in 2012.
“There have been no people stopped from doing an act of terror, there have been no people charged with terror through the informants that have come forward,” Harvey Molotch, an NYU sociologist, told the magazine.
A report produced by the ACLU in 2013 points out that a “see something, say something” program in California “resulted in plenty of seeing and saying, but has failed to turn up much in the way of usable counter-terrorism intelligence,” writes Tim Cushing for Techdirt. The program also produced “a strong culture of paranoia” within government.
Although millions of dollars of tax money poured into the Department of Homeland Security to support the program and it was adopted by national sports leagues, transit systems, and big-box retailers, most Americans remain unaware of it. 55% never heard of it, according to a Gallup poll conducted in December, 2013.
Despite the inefficacy of the New York program, the government produced a counterterrorism app following the Paris attacks. Beau Duffy, a spokesperson for the New York State Police Public Information Office, said the app was designed to report suspicious activity, including “an unattended backpack or briefcase in a public place, a vehicle that’s parked in an unusual location, or someone who is showing an unusual interest in a building or other facility.”
A similar app was released by Ohio Homeland Security officials in 2014. It was debuted on the anniversary of the Boston Marathon bombing.
Over the last few months the government has increased its rhetoric and propaganda about the supposed threat of internet-based terrorism. Earlier this month the United Nations took up the issue.
“The Islamic State’s exploitation of the Internet and social media continues to bedevil U.S. policymakers, legislators, and tech companies,” explains the Council on Foreign Relations.
Attention has focused on encryption technologies described as the “internet going dark” by government. “Statements from law enforcement officials that encryption poses a threat to their efforts against terrorism and crime, versus support for encryption from civil society and companies,” the CFR notes.
The Department of Homeland Security effort to identify and purge from the internet material government considers terroristic will eventually resemble an effort initiated by Britain.
Last February UK Home Secretary Theresa May declared members of the Five Eyes surveillance alliance — the NSA, Britain’s Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ), Canada’s Communications Security Establishment Canada (CSEC), the Australian Signals Directorate (ASD) — should force internet service providers to eradicate what government considers “extremist messages” from the web.
May’s proposal to stop “the message of hate from spreading” included building “capabilities at the European Internet Referrals Unit at Europol to secure the removal of terrorist propaganda from the internet.”
For now the DHS internet “see something, say something” initiative is limited to reporting what citizens consider terrorist websites and messages on social media.
The program will eventually expand and become part of a larger international government effort to sanitize the internet.
For the United States terrorist messages are not limited to the ravings of fundamentalist Muslims. According to numerous government reports, dangerous ideas and speech are also transmitted by domestic groups, including constitutionalists, antiwar activists and “sovereign citizens,” or those who do not recognize the authority of a centralized federal government.

Former Presidio Co. Deputy Caesar Melendez, who said he was fired after attempting to turn in a fellow deputy for tampering with evidence, revealed that Sheriff Danny Dominguez was “not that well-experienced” in handling dead bodies.
“I was usually the person he would look to to take care of issues like that,” he said, adding that more should have been done during the Scalia investigation. “I wish I could have been there so I could it for myself, but I honestly don’t think enough was done.”
“From what I understand, apparently [Scalia’s] clothing had no wrinkles in them, so of course he lied still, and the pillow should have been taken in as evidence if it was used to smother him, I’m just speculating here, for any saliva, blood or anything like that on the pillow itself.”
“An autopsy would have actually shown minute bruising under a microscope around the lip area if force was applied to the face,” the former deputy added.
Melendez also said it was easy for him to get an autopsy done on a body when he requested one.
“If I asked the judge for one, I would get it,” he said.
The former deputy also stated the department had a pattern of irregular procedures during investigations and that he was fired for speaking out about it.
“Apparently I was terminated back in 2015 and that was due to the fact I was turning in one of the deputies for tampering with evidence,” he revealed. “I was filing a case against a man for being in possession of a handgun while he was under a protective order and according to state law, he cannot be in possession of one, and this was in reference to family violence.”
The sheriff reportedly wanted to Melendez to turn the gun over to him so he could give it back to the suspect.
“I refused to do so, so he asked me to log it in as evidence and as I was doing that, I took photos of all the log books and everything, and next thing I know Deputy Garcia is handing me some paperwork saying the District Attorney Rod Ponton dropped the charges, which he had no involvement in this case,” Melendez said. “The weapon was returned to the suspect’s son, who he himself was a felon, so the weapon should have never been given to him to begin with.”

The pope’s strong dismissal of Trump was in response to measures Trump has proposed on the campaign trail, including building a wall along the U.S.-Mexican border and deporting millions of undocumented immigrants living and working in the U.S.
When asked by a reporter, “Can a good Catholic vote for this man?” Francis responded by saying, “Thank God he said I was a politician, because Aristotle defined the human person as ‘animal politicus.’ So at least I am a human person. As to whether I am a pawn — well, maybe, I don’t know. I’ll leave that up to your judgment and that of the people.”
He continued: “And then, a person who thinks only about building walls, wherever they may be, and not building bridges, is not Christian. This is not in the gospel. As far as what you said about whether I would advise to vote or not to vote, I am not going to get involved in that. I say only that this man is not Christian if he said things like that. We must see if he said things in that way and in this I give the benefit of the doubt.”

We hear much about slavery and its undesirable qualities. It is denounced in no uncertain terms and rightly so.
Though isn’t it interesting that many who condemn the version of slavery that was in effect prior to the Xlll Amendment wholeheartedly support slavery in the present-day version.
Communism is slavery in its most virulent form. It affects people of all races, ages and socio economic levels.
Once imposed it is a binding situation with little hope of relief. . It has been imposed at the cost of the lives of 100 million people who have been worked, starved and tortured to death. Once imposed it is a binding situation with little hope of relief.

There are those who embrace communism out of greed – they are upset that others have more than they have. But for all to be at the same level, since not all can be raised up, those more successful are brought down. The result of equality is that all are reduced to the lowest common denominator. Everyone ends up with the barest of essentials for existence. Everyone that is of course except the favored very few who are the rulers.
Others posit that these things need to be addressed and if the government doesn’t do it, it won’t get done.
This overlooks the results of the more profitable free economic system and the more successful private donations and activities for the needy.
How does communism compare to socialism? They are one and the same. Socialism is the foundation of communism.
A dictionary definition of socialism is: A political theory advocating state ownership of industry - An economic system
based on state ownership of capital - Any of various economic and political philosophies that support social equality, collective decision-making, distribution of income based on contribution and public ownership of productive capital and natural resources..
What about Communism being based on atheism? We can be tolerant of those who have differing viewpoints on religion, but communism doesn’t work that way. It doesn’t tolerate the exercise of any religion. Sure, churches are allowed in some instances in order to give the false impression that worship to a god other than themselves is allowed, but they are controlled by communists and espouse communism from the pulpit.
The true attitude of communists is far different from tolerance. For example, when Castro came to power, he confiscated all the food sources. Then he told hungry school children to pray to their god for food. None was forthcoming. After a few days he told them to pray to him and viola, food appeared.
If communism is so evil, then why hasn’t there been more resistance? In order for communists to take over a country’s government, put down any resistance and solidify their control it has been necessary to starve millions, work to death millions more and torture even more millions. Communists have come to power at the cost of over 100 million lives throughout the world.
The communist heads of government with whom we sit down in conferences today have come to power at the cost of those millions, yet we do business with them and treat them as if they were decent human beings. So why aren’t there whistle blowers? There have been and are. But what happens to them? They have been silenced and ridiculed, harassed and dismissed by the controlled media, the government and their fellow cohorts in all facets of American life. .
Wouldn’t it be more sensible to oppose communism now while we still can, and when we can win, than to wait until it is too late. Some are thinking: If I don’t take a stand I won’t be a target. This is wishful thinking. When the communists take physical control over a country, in order to solidify their power, they make an example of the one who was in no way involved in opposing them, one who just minded their own business and stayed away from anything political. They are the one that is hung on the village square for all to see, and next to them is someone who helped them come to power. The message? If this could happen to them it could happen to you. No one is immune. What an effective way to terrorize the populace and prevent any resistance.
The time is now. We must bring sufficient understanding to enough of the electorate to turn things around while there is still time to do so.

The man known in the nation’s capital as “the dean of Washington gun lobbyists” has come out and joined the growing number of United States VIPs and endorsed a true “Inside the Beltway” outsider — Donald J. Trump — who is expected to win the South Carolina and Nevada Republican primaries.
“GOP presidential candidate Trump is four-square on gun rights,” former NRA publications editor John M. Snyder said in his office in Titusville, Florida, earlier today. “The attempt to undermine the Trump candidacy with firearm owners is an outrage,” he added.
Snyder is referring to certain Democratic Party news media hacks and even some Republicans who claim Trump is not a strong advocate for America’s gun owners who are under attack by the Obama-Clinton coalition.
“One Republican [presidential] opponent has even charged that Trump as president would nominate to the Supreme Court justices who would eviscerate the Second Amendment,” Snyder noted. “This is shameful and desperate,” he said.
“As far as I know, Trump is the only presidential candidate with a permit, issued by New York City, to carry a concealed firearm. [Trump also] believes a citizen with a [concealed handgun] permit issued by one state ought to be able to carry in other states as well,” added Snyder, who serves on the Board of Advisors for the 15,000-member National Association of Chiefs of Police (NACOP).
“Trump has repeatedly defended the individual Second Amendment civil right of law-abiding citizens to keep and bear arms. He has criticized severely restrictive gun control laws as partially responsible for a number of high-profile murders, including multiple murders. His book, Crippled America, even includes a chapter on the importance of Americans’ gun rights.”
Snyder said that, “Criticism of Trump on the right to keep and bear arms issue seems to have come about at least partially because his pro-gun rights position represents a reversal of previously-held attitudes.”
“However, that is ridiculous. Our pro-gun rights, pro-individual freedom movement needs converts in order to continue expanding throughout the United States. Where would the United States be today if our Founding Fathers had continued to seek reconciliation with the English Crown rather than promoting American independence? Even modern conservative icon Ronald Reagan switched from Democrat to Republican.”
Snyder asserts that, “Instead of voicing suspicion and even condemnation of Donald Trump, lovers of individual gun rights and personal freedom should welcome him and support his campaign to make America great again.”
In the past, there have been a number of political leaders who changed their positions on key issues. For example, former Democratic Party presidential hopeful Al Gore was pro-life for many years until be became a liberal U.S. Senator. George H.W. Bush was a pro-choice Republican but changed his position on abortion when he became President Ronald Reagan’s second-in-command.
A practicing Catholic, Snyder has been named “the dean of Washington gun lobbyists” by both the Washington Post and the New York Times. He’s been dubbed “a champion of the right of self-defense” by the Washington Times, the “gun dean” by Human Events magazine, and “the senior rights activist in Washington” by Shotgun News.
He holds AB and MA degrees in government from Georgetown University. He has been an NRA magazine editor and official of the Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms and the Second Amendment Foundation. He directs Telum Associates, LL.C, and serves on boards of the National Association of Chiefs of Police, Council for America, and the American Federation of Police & Concerned Citizens.
LARGEST POLICE ORGANIZATION ENDORSES TRUMP
During a Republican presidential campaign bash in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, a key primary state for both the GOP and Democratic Party, the 5,000-member New England Police Benevolent Association, that represents rank-and-file police officers from the Granite State, as well as Massachusetts, announced the PBA’s “proud endorsement of Donald Trump.”
Officials from the police officers association said during the Dec. 10, 2015 event, that they believe they have endorsed “the candidate who best serves our membership.” Speaking to the powerful and influential law enforcement group the man known as “The Donald” promised that upon being elected as Commander in Chief and being inaugurated in January 2017, one of his very first actions will be to sign an executive order.
“Anybody killing a policeman, a policewoman, a police officer, anybody killing a police officer: Death penalty is going to happen, okay?” he told the cheering crowd. “The police and the law enforcement in this country — I will never ever let them down, just remember that.”
Federal criminal procedure law already has a provision giving the federal government the power to execute cop-killers at the federal level. Former police lieutenant and a director of corporate security, Thomas Wollinsky, told the Conservative Base that he’s heard numerous law enforcement officials praise Trump and criticize the majority of Democrats. “Trump reminds us of people like Reagan and Guiliani who didn’t pander to the enemies of cops the way far too many politicians do today,” said Wollinsky.
“They still use the tired, old narrative of racist cops oppressing blacks in order to garner votes and gain power over the blacks who are in the end the primary victims of lawless and violent individuals,” Wollinsky added.

Four days before he died, Supreme Court Justice Scalia voted to stall Obama’s plan to force drastic climate-change rules on the American economy. The vote was 5-4. (see: The Hill, 2/13, “Greens faced with nightmare scenario at the Supreme Court”) With Scalia now gone, the vote would be 4-4. With a new Obama Supreme Court appointee, if Obama could ram his choice through, the vote would be 5-4 in the President’s favor. Ditto, if the next President shares Obama’s position. And the climate-change agenda would roll ahead. (see: The Washington Times, 2/16, “GOP showing signs of backing down from vow to block Obama SCOTUS pick”) We’re not talking about small climate-change rules. We’re talking about the Big Ones. And note: such rules could very well dovetail with the Brave New World spelled out in the upcoming TPP (the Trans-Pacific Partnership). It’s a wedge formation, a squeeze play, a pincer movement featuring new EPA climate-change regulations on one side, and new draconian possibilities embedded in the TPP. If Scalia was murdered, the above agenda was sufficient reason, because the climate agenda has the force to transform life on the planet. If Scalia’s murder were a movie, he would have been told, as a warning: “You have no idea how big this thing is; you really don’t understand the forces you’re messing with.” Of course, most Americans don’t believe a political murder along this line could happen in real life. They can only accept it in a movie, where it makes perfect sense. That tells you something about the schizoid nature of the public mind. Adrenaline-driven in front of a screen; tranquilized and programmed to be passive and accepting of recognized authority, otherwise. “Don’t be silly. Scalia, murdered, and murdered for that reason? It couldn’t happen. That’s so…barbaric. We’re civilized.” That opinion and $6 will get you a rainbow smoothie. Obama’s climate-change plan uses the EPA to act out international agreements signed at the recent Paris summit. But in order to, yes, scam these agreements into force in the US, the EPA has to stretch and bend and distort already-existing US law. And it has done so. However, a number of states have sued to stop the EPA, which wants to make all states cut CO2 emissions from electrical power production by 32% in the next 15 years. Aimed mainly at coal-burning plants, these regulations would create deep reductions in the overall US energy supply and output—a primary mission of the economy-wrecking Rockefeller Globalists. The US Supreme Court, four days before Scalia’s death, with his vote, declared a narrow 5-4 halt to the Obama plan, pending a lower-court decision on the issue. The 5-4 vote didn’t knock out the plan, but it stalled it. And if Scalia had stayed alive, his vote going forward on the Obama plan could have remained crucial. The pending TPP, another Globalist trade treaty, contains a section that allows endless changes and additions in the text as years pass. In other words, the passion for cutting energy production for the US, and the rest of the planet, can easily be expressed and ratified by the member nations. The TPP also reveals a cynical attitude toward the “humanitarian goal of saving the planet from CO2 death.” Major corporations that burn coal and employ other ways of releasing CO2 can relocate to far-off lands (e.g., Vietnam) and spew CO2 to their hearts’ content, without messy environmental controls. In other words, the true underlying Globalist scheme, vis-à-vis climate change has nothing to do with messianic rescue: it has to do with lowering energy production. Drive economies further into despair. Move more jobs out of industrialized countries. Create further poverty and chaos. And then bring new order in behind that—one planet, under the tight rein of one worldwide political and economic management system. That’s the true meaning of the climate-change agenda, notwithstanding solemn promises and heraldic pronouncements about replacing lost energy with new renewable technologies. “I have an idea. Let’s cut our electricity-use in our home by 30%, while we figure out how to replace it with some new source. That’ll work. I’m sure of it.” On top of all this, the entire manmade-warming hypothesis is riddled with fraud and guesswork dressed up to look like United Nations science. A hypothesis is supposed to be able to make useful and specific predictions. The warming hypothesis is a dud in this regard. It was never meant to be science—it was always a strategy designed to cut energy production on planet Earth, torpedo economies, heighten human suffering, and usher in an elite Globalist triumph. This is what Justice Scalia was going up against. If he was murdered, there was sufficient reason. The FBI can do two kinds of investigations, depending on the orders of the Attorney General: heavy or lite. Heavy means leaving no stone unturned. It means taking control of the Scalia’s body now and doing whatever can be done with it, in its embalmed state, to determine cause of death. It means raking wackaloon Judge Guevara over the coals, along with US marshals, to find out exactly how the verdict of “natural causes” was reached. It means extensive interviews with everyone at Poindexter’s ranch. Wall to wall forensic analysis of rooms and spaces at the ranch. And so forth and so on. Lite means a brush-off, meant to avoid any disruption in the present scenario. So far, from what I see, the FBI is doing Lite. Scalia’s body should already be on an autopsy table. There continues to be no uproar inside the Beltway about the absurd, insane, useless declaration of death by “natural causes.” And there is something else going on. It’s the convenient mind-control program that says, “Mustn’t disturb the dead. Don’t interrupt the expressions of sadness at his passing. Don’t dishonor the man by raising questions about his possible murder. Give the family their privacy during this period of grief.” It’s the passivity of the obedient mind. Whatever induced mood, fabrication, lie, omission can feed and expand that passivity…is deployed: “We need to be more accepting. He was an old man in ill-heath. He passed away. Natural causes. The great cycle of life. Be gentle. Nothing to see. Move along, slowly.” “Possible murder of a US Supreme Court Justice? Please, not at this time. It’s a discordant idea. Unharmonious. Let the man go gently into that good night.” Truth be told, this whole country has been subject to a “no-disturb” sign for a long, long time. Don’t think; agree. Don’t investigate; obey. The “don’t-disturb-the-dead” program is really about the whole population. The implication is: “we’re all dead already; don’t disturb us.” The lesson? Just because other people are mired in a hypnotic state, you aren’t obliged to pander to them. Their trance is their own. Whether you’re alive and awake and alert and have power is a choice. Yours. |
