Searching for utopia

REPOSTED FROM JDPENDRY.COM

Utopia is supposed to be the perfect place politically and socially. Throughout the ages people have sought it. Philosophers described their versions of it. Others have sought to achieve it only to leave in their wake pain, suffering and death. You can find versions of it playing out across the world today. These failed utopias have commonality. The demands that everyone have the same, be the same, do the same, live the same. Become a society devoid of what they claim to have sought. Diversity, equality, and justice by now you know the meme well.

The quest for this perfect society seems to always begin the same way. Adhere to this religious doctrine or none. Think as we do. Do was we demand. Never disagree with our utopian approach. A promise of social justice, equality and sharing the national wealth. And if you do as we say, it will be a wonderful society. Refuse and we have gas chambers, beheadings, and mass executions because the earth must be rid of those who stand in the way of utopia. Modern varieties still include death, but it also includes the absolute personal destruction of anyone not toeing the line.

Here in the land of the free there is an ongoing search for something. Maybe in the eyes of the searchers it is utopia, but by their actions if it is utopia it is the single layer, one size fits all, our way or the highway existence. Their utopias certainly not mine or that of anyone who does not embrace them or their ideals.

In my life, I have been fortunate to have held some important leadership positions. I have been challenged, but have never failed. I have never come into an organization with a mindset that everything about it from the foundation up was wrong and to fix it I had to fundamentally transform it. The road to success was not about demanding that everyone adhere to my views except for the view that says there are rules we have written for ourselves that we must follow and there are standards we must reach to achieve success.

If you despised the very tenants of an organization or country and its stated purpose and your worldview was wholly incompatible with it. How could you possibly lead it? Watching over recent years we have seen the absolute failure of leadership that insists all is wrong and must be changed while displaying total disdain for the led. Leadership convinced through upbringing and indoctrination of the evil of this place. A place not worth keeping. Such a leader, in the zeal to transform us in the end will only destroy us. And through blind arrogance and hatred will continue to insist they did a good job and may have done decidedly better if not for those who opposed their idealistic road to utopia. Ideologically blinded, they never saw the true utopia that was before them.

The United States of America is a country with open arms. That is why most want to come here or did want to come here. But, we are also a country of laws and the law of our land is the United States Constitution. It is not a holy book from any dominion. It is not what tyrannical leadership wishes it was.

The Constitution is an amazing document. It is the only one of its kind that guarantees freedom for the citizenry. Guarantees the right to worship the deity of your choice or none and guarantees the government will not interfere with the free exercise that right or impose a religion upon the people.

Guarantees the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. It does not give anyone or group the right to impose their views on another. That is the American way. Is it not? If everyone bought into that precept and lived their lives accordingly, would that not be as near utopia as any political or social system devised by men?

TRANS-PACIFIC PARTNERSHIP – WALL-MART IS HURTING AMERICA

By Diane Kepus
November 9, 2015
NewsWithViews.com

Most things in America are a little funky lately, but one of the most puzzling is the Democrats siding against Obama and Republicans supporting Obama. I understand the Democrats position because they are supporting the unions and in this case it is a good thing. The unions want to keep what is left of American jobs and American businesses here in this country.

They know how much damage NAFTA (thank you Heritage Foundation) has done to the economy of this country through the loss of jobs and American industries. So do you!

Republicans will tell you they are the ones who have always been about the people because they were against slavery and they support the middle income families and try to help out the poor families of our country.

But someone is playing some dangerous games here and what they are doing is playing with our livelihood and the very existence of the American Family and our sovereignty.

The Trans-Pacific Partnership is a secretive, multinational trade agreement that threatens to extend restrictive intellectual property (IP) laws across the globe and rewrite international rules on its enforcement. The focus of this trade agreement is between the countries of US, Japan, Australia, Peru, Malaysia, Vietnam, New Zealand, Chile, Singapore, Canada, Mexico, and Brunei Darussalam. The TPP also contains a chapter on intellectual property covering copyright, trademarks, and patents.

Dangers: 1) Intellectual Property Chapter: Leaked draft texts of the agreement show that the IP chapter would have extensive negative ramifications for users’ freedom of speech, right to privacy and due process, and hinder peoples’ abilities to innovate.

(2) Lack of Transparency: The entire process has shut out multi-stakeholder participation and is shrouded in secrecy.

This country does not need any more trade agreements especially those that will move more jobs out of the country. But the TPP goes further than just trade agreements raising significant concerns about citizens’ freedom of expression, due process, innovation, the future of the Internet’s global infrastructure, and the right of sovereign nations to develop policies and laws that best meet their domestic priorities. In sum, the TPP puts at risk some of the most fundamental rights that enable access to knowledge for the world’s citizens.

Recently Elizabeth Warren has come out swinging against Obama (she is not one of my favorites but she is right on this issue) on the TPP deal. The whole deal itself has been treated like the largest national security agreement to ever hit our shores. But it is NOT a national security agreement, but it IS the largest secret in recent years. We haven’t heard details about it because even most of the elected Congress doesn’t know what is in it. We aren’t even sure the President knows, just that he is agreeing with the corporations pushing for it.

Corporate Whores who have pushed and pushed to control every aspect of the American way of life for years upon years are intending to pass this legislation. Once again I see the elected legislators refusing to follow the will of the people and vote against this monster.

Warren stated, “Are you ready to fight? No more secret deals. No more special deals for multinational corporations. Are you ready to fight? Are you ready to fight any more deals that say we are going to help the rich get richer and leave everyone else behind? Are you ready to fight back?”

Since the draft text of the agreement has never been officially released to the public, we know from leaked documents, such as the May 2014 draft of the TPP Intellectual Property Chapter, US negotiators are pushing for the adoption of copyright measures far more restrictive than currently required by international treaties, including the controversial Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA).

You MUST ask yourself if the TPP is supposedly as great for Americans as the legislators are saying, then why is everything being done BEHIND CLOSED DOORS.

I don’t care if there are rich people in this country – what I do care about is those that have the money and think they have the RIGHT to destroy our country and make our citizens robotic followers into their COLLECTIVE mindset rather than ‘we the people’ being INDIVIDUALS.

Obama’s response to Warren’s remarks was that he and Warren are friends but that Warren is wrong on this issue”. Sorry Obama but you are wrong and there is much more to this.

The largest supporters of the TPP and Obama are coming from the Chamber of Commerce (still belong to them?), Republican’s and Wal-Mart.

Whoops! Did I say WalMart? You bet your very last dollar because you have to admit that almost everything that slides through those WalMart doors, with exception to those we see the funny pictures of, are coming mostly from China, Viet Nam, Taiwan Bangladesh, Honduras, Cambodia, Venezuela and other south American countries.

This massive deal is not about increasing trade that would benefit or help American workers in any way. It is not about making things better or easier for you or me.
These deals aim to MAXIMIZE CORPORATE PROFITS and RUIN THE AMERICAN WAY OF LIFE. It is COLLECTIVISM versus INDIVIDUALISM.

This massive deal is actually not about trade. It’s about 14 things we’ve been able to learn about and trade is the smallest piece of it.

One strong hint is buried in the fine print of the closely guarded draft. Take the Investor-State Dispute Settlement (ISDS) provision in which corporations can sue government if they pass laws that affect their bottom line. The suit is then resolved not by a court of law, but by an external body. Agreeing to ISDS in this enormous new treaty would tilt the playing field in the United States further in favor of big multinational corporations. Worse, it would undermine U.S. sovereignty.

ISDS would allow foreign companies to challenge U.S. laws — and potentially to pick up huge payouts from taxpayers — without ever stepping foot in a U.S. court. Here’s how it would work. Imagine that the United States bans a toxic chemical that is often added to gasoline because of its health and environmental consequences. If a foreign company that makes the toxic chemical opposes the law, it would normally have to challenge it in a U.S. court. But with ISDS, the company could skip the U.S. courts and go before an international panel of arbitrators. If the company won, the ruling couldn’t be challenged in U.S. courts, and the arbitration panel could require American taxpayers to cough up millions — and even billions — of dollars in damages and still deal with the toxic chemical.

Highly paid corporate lawyers would go back and forth between representing corporations one day and sitting in judgment the next. Maybe that makes sense in arbitration between two corporations, but not in cases between corporations and governments.

The use of ISDS is on the rise around the globe. From 1959 to 2002, there were fewer than 100 ISDS claims worldwide. But in 2012 alone, there were 58 cases. Recent cases include a French company that sued Egypt because Egypt raised its minimum wage, a Swedish company that sued Germany because Germany decided to phase out nuclear power after Japan’s Fukushima disaster, and a Dutch company that sued the Czech Republic because the Czechs didn’t bail out a bank that the company partially owned. U.S. corporations have also gotten in on the action: Philip Morris is trying to use ISDS to stop Uruguay from implementing new tobacco regulations intended to cut smoking rates.

“Free trade” deals have never been good for the American people and they never will be or any other relatively high-wage country. It is basic arithmetic. An American engineer is no better or worse than a Chilean, Vietnamese, or any other engineer. The only difference is that the ones overseas will work for a lower wage. The fiduciary duty of corporations is profit maximization for shareholders. “Free trade” with countries that have low labor cost puts the American worker at a disadvantage. No amount of spin can change that. It is not a difficult concept and one wonders why the president gives the semblance of not understanding that.

The problem we need to overcome in this country that would greatly help wages is doing away with all the regulations that are forced on American companies. One of the main reasons American corporations began moving overseas.

It is our Republican controlled Congress politicians laying out the groundwork for things to come with Senate bill 995, ‘Bipartisan Congressional Trade Priorities and Accountability Act of 2015’, an updated version of the Trade Promotion Authority legislation that expired in 2007. With this legislation, Congress establishes an extensive set of priorities for our country’s trade agreements. It will help promote high-standard trade agreements for the 21st-century global economy and will encourage our TPP negotiating partners to now put their best offers forward for improved access to their markets for U.S. goods and services and to bring the negotiations to a successful conclusion. The TPA will also provide for efficient and timely consideration by Congress of the TPP which will, assuming the agreement is in our national interest and is approved by Congress, work to the benefit of the American economy and jobs.

The Republican House has an exact matching bill currently being discussed as H.R. 1890 written by another political prostitute Paul Ryan.

Senate Bill 995, written by Sen. Orin Hatch, would also allow the president, any president, the authority to enter into multilateral and bilateral trade agreements without going through the approval of the Senate. This would extend through July, 2018 but the president could request a 3 year extension.

Can someone please explain to me this love fest between Obama and the Republican Congress?

Let me be very clear here – the role of the President of the United States is to PROTECT the CITIZENS within in i.e., why he over sees the military. It is not about:

* Authorizing the President to enter into trade agreements with foreign countries for the reduction or elimination of tariff or nontariff barriers
* Authorizing the President to proclaim necessary or appropriate modifications or continuation of any existing duty, continuation of existing duty-free or excise treatment, or additional duties to carry out any such agreement.

Wal-Mart VP Angela Marshall Brown testified before a congressional subcommittee on Trade and stated: “Wal-Mart encourages negotiators to secure liberal rules for retail and distribution rights with no limits on size, geographic location or merchandise assortment.” Here are the facts:

Wal-Mart with the exception of Bill Gates is the largest supporter of all EDUCATION programs we have been fighting against for years especially the push for the Common Core Standards and Charter/Choice/Vouchers. You MUST ask yourself why?

Wal-Mart is against unions, promotes deregulating tariff and transit costs to allow for more liberal regulations on the dumping of goods on foreign markets

Those Wal-Mart workers hoping they can bring SEIU into their stores might as well forget it because Wal-Mart is now bigger than your union

Wal-Mart’s CEO Michael Duke’s annual salary is $35M while the average Wal-Mart employee makes only $11.75 an hour, grossing $20,744 a year, which for a one-earner household is below the $22,000 poverty line.

Wal-Mart’s 2011 fiscal year sales were at $419 billion. This puts Wal-Mart’s GDP around the same as Austria’s (ranked 28 out of 191 world economies).

Wal-Mart’s $200,000 per capita income mostly goes to expanding their global supply chain, cutting into livelihoods of workers and undercutting the real costs of extracting and transporting environmental resources.

Wal-Mart is now publicly pro-”gay” and giving major grants to homosexual/transgender events and organizations, including $25,000-50,000 in 2014 to the “Gay & Lesbian Victory Fund”–a group that helps elect “out” homosexuals to political office (mostly Democrats).

Wal-Mart’s Corporate Equity Index (CEI) is now at a record 90% – the only reason they don’t have a 100% rating is because they are not supplying trans-gender insurance coverage – they are providing transgender restrooms so watch your kids.

A 2014 report released by Americans for Tax Fairness reveals the true costs everyday consumers pay for Wal-Mart’s low prices. The company, and specifically the several Walton family members who control it, receive an estimated $7.8 billion per year in tax breaks and taxpayer subsidies

Wal-Mart receives an estimated $6.2 billion annually in mostly federal taxpayer subsidies. The reason: Wal-Mart pays its employees so little that many of them rely on food stamps, healthcare and other taxpayer-funded programs

Wal-Mart avoids an estimated $1 billion in federal taxes each year. Reason: Wal-Mart uses tax breaks and loopholes, including a strategy known as accelerated depreciation that allows it to write off capital investments considerably faster than the assets actually wear out

The Walton’s avoid an estimated $607 million in federal taxes on their Wal-Mart dividends. The reason: income from investments is taxed at a much lower tax rate than income from salaries and wages

Florida Wal-Marts have the most employees @ 97,222 with the cost of public assistance to the taxpayer because of low wages at $429.2 million. Yes Wal-Mart does give many donations and supply grant opportunities, but those are also tax write-offs and most of this is done through the Foundation, not the corporation

Companies that used to manufacture products in the United States, from Levi’s jeans to lock maker Master Lock, were pressured to shut their U.S. factories and moved manufacturing abroad to meet Wal-Mart’s demand for low prices

Any questions as to why Wal-Mart is supporting the TPP? Do you realize you can buy AMERICAN by spending a few dollars more and in the long run be helping bring jobs back to America and keeping them here ?

American Corporations are creating tens of millions of jobs in other countries with our purchasing power, and we are losing tens of millions of jobs in our country, because foreigners are not buying as much of our goods and services.

What are they doing? They’re buying our assets. So we lose twice. We lose the jobs, and we are moving further toward national bankruptcy. That is the end game.

And don’t forget about Fast Track (aka Trade Promotion Authority). Lawmakers in Congress are trying to pass this bill to hand over their own constitutional authority to debate and modify trade law. It creates special rules that empower the White House to negotiate and sign trade agreements without Congressional oversight. Lawmakers won’t be able to analyze and change their provisions, and have a very limited time for an up or down, Yes or No vote to ratify the entire treaty. That means Internet and copyright provisions, buried in omnibus treaties, will get almost no oversight.

Tell your Rep to stand up for your rights and preserve our constitutional checks and balances in government and vote NO on both the Trans-Pacific Partnership and Fast Track.

Find your Representative – Find your Senator

And please find somewhere else to shop rather than Wal-Mart – they are NOT your friend and could care less about your and yours. It is all about their wallets! It is time to take care of your wallets rather than feed the corporate whores who are responsible for ruining this country.

HOLDING OUT FOR A HERO

By Shirley Edwards
November 21, 2015
NewsWithViews.com

[These are my views as a woman living in England, on how the culture and spirit of my country has changed over 50 years. Why the country does not feel protected or strong any more, how it has lost, and is losing it values and decency, and how we are daily losing our free speech.]

The lighthouse keeper does not compromise with the storm; neither does the light become friendly with the darkness… -A.W. Tozer. The Size of the Soul.

There is always something so very uplifting when you witness or hear about heroic acts of courage. They can give us the gift of encouragement and hope and can restore faith in human nature. Courage provides factual evidence that there is something which can always outshine the darkest of days. Courage has optimism and hope enshrined within it, even when it is sometimes coupled with sadness or with tragedy.

But in a world where the relentless reporting and promotion of sickness and fear is mandatory, the dirty seed of hopelessness is daily being planted. Despondency is growing for many people as we flit from one injustice to another, and it is taking sharp focus and a steady grip on truth to make sure that hopelessness doesn’t win. We often need reminding that genuine goodness exists, and should be strived for.

The announcement of the Annual Pride of Britain Awards recently offered a little light relief, and reported a mixture of courageous acts from the very young to the very old. My favourite award winners were:

Sergeant Duncan Slater who after losing both legs in a bomb blast in Afghanistan became the first double amputee to trek unsupported to the South Pole to raise money for wounded veterans.

Emergency responders Major David Cooper, Tom Waters and Dr Ben Clark who risked their own safety to reach young victims of a roller coaster crash at Alton Towers resort in Staffordshire. They dealt with an amputation, precariously balancing 25 ft high, to save lives.

The young people who were critically injured but survived the ordeal, Leah Washington, Vicky Balch, Joe Pugh and Daniel Thorpe. All of them have shown such remarkable courage.

The awards were handed out by some of the main leaders of the political parties, and many famous celebrities. One famous actor announced he was humbled in the face of such real courage, because actors can only act it. What an honest statement that was.

But there are so many truly courageous things that many people do. Every day, right this minute, someone is overcoming, or helping someone else. Usually they are miraculous and quiet events, and do not necessarily require physical strength. Inwardly searching for the light to overcome and overthrow the darkness has a qualitative strength of its own.

Real survivors and over comers are usually pushed underground and out of the limelight. Rarely would they intentionally showcase themselves. They just are, and can inspire others, sometimes in a wordless way.

However, I have also noticed you need a certain amount of discernment to make sure that actual heroism is not being confused with the upside down and back to front ideas about what really constitutes bravery. A ‘compromising’ through feelings, with unethical and potentially dangerous ideas on moral and ethical issues, means that we can sometimes see bravery, kindness or compassion as something it is not. In other words, misplaced kindness and compromising can kill you, and do more harm than good to others.

A Day to Remember

Ironically, September 11th in the UK this year was marked with MP’s debating the Lord Falconers’ Assisted Dying Bill at the Houses of Parliament.

Dignity in Dying, the organisation which is pushing for legalisation of assisted dying for the terminally ill are basing their supporting evidence of good practice on the system which has been in place in Oregon, USA, for the past 18 years. The Death with Dignity Act.

They claim that 80% of the British public would support the legalisation of assisted dying, with 71% of religious people and 75% of disabled people also supporting it. The organization also claims that assisted dying is a separate issue from assisted suicide or euthanasia. The patient has been given a terminal diagnosis by a doctor, they are in a mentally competent state, and would also have the choice to self administer to end their suffering.

Currently, these are very inaccurate statistics and could confuse and mislead the casual listener or researcher; who are influenced by statistics to evaluate truth, and have learnt to become conformists to what they perceive to be the majority. The survey was carried out on a Populus poll of just 5,000 people, out of the 54 million people who live in the UK.

Without thinking through the consequences of what helping someone kill themselves could really mean, there is also a mentality based on the overload of bad news, of what doesn’t yet affect you, doesn’t yet concern you; an indifference, a live and let live attitude, and this is a problem.

Going along to get along has become very dangerous and has allowed a minority of people calling for their human rights to change laws which can then morally and physically hurt others, especially the most vulnerable.

An excellent paper on the dangers of assisted death can be found here, which also covers the ‘safeguards’ which were not in place in Oregon and Washington. Written by Mary E Harned, Americans for Life.

A growing culture of choosing death when you see no hope at all has destroyed many lives. There are a lot of silent testimonies which should also be told about the suffering which has resulted from suicide, and those who help them, by those left behind.

Similarly, there are literally thousands of stories of people given terminal diagnosis who have overcome their illness.

What is the truth about our threatened demise, and were we ever created to die and suffer alone?

The Falling Man

The Alzheimer’s Society states that Dementia, a growing illness, is now affecting 44 million people worldwide. Two thirds of Dementia cases in the UK are reported as affecting women. Suicide in the UK, according to the Samaritans, which has the most accurate recording system, reported 6,708 suicides in 2013 with male suicide rates being the highest since 2001, and also growing.

The increase in Dementia, and in particular male suicide, should make people question why there is so much confusion and despondency in the world. Is it the poisoning of food, water and air pollution? Is it sin and immorality; or is it the pressure to conform and compromise to a created world of confusion, injustice and oppression, until we accept a lie (an abuse) which is creating the steady rise of mental health problems each year?

Does killing the pain really end the pain and is mass despondency and fear purposefully being instigated so that it will eventually lead to mercy killing as a pre-cursor for everyone’s final solution?

Hope for Mankind

Stories of courage most certainly lift the spirits. These days we need to know about the strength and integrity which is found in men. This is not to denigrate the bravery shown by women, but is it coincidental that we collectively feel a real sense of security when we hear or see men acting with courage and decency. Where have all the good male role models gone.

For a dose of inspiration, Suffragette, the movie, will be shown to 400,000 children and young people free of charge across the UK this month. Why is that? The story of the female British suffrage movement in order to win women the right to vote, has, I believe, been timed to keep alive and instigate anger and division.

It is not unusual to hear women who have watched this movie say it has fuelled some resentment, and made them more determined to fight for women’s rights.

Cultural manipulation is at the real heart of those who encourage some minority groups to fight for a right which is obviously wrong. There is a very cruel interest in reducing the world population and diminishing men’s roles; which is evident when you look around. It clothes itself in a blanket called equality.

Free will and choice will always exist, but compromising with darkness, has dragged people down, it has never lifted them up to higher ground.

Finding the way that leads to real life, dignity, grace and freedom will take real courage in these troubling times.

Who will be your hero?

OPEN LETTER TO STATE LEGISLATORS: THE OTHER SIDE OF THE ARTICLE V CONVENTION ISSUE

By Publius Huldah
November
21, 2015
NewsWithViews.com

If there is an Article V convention, we will lose the Constitution we have, and another Constitution will be imposed.

You are not getting both sides of this issue. Throughout the Country, those of us who are warning of the dangers of an Article V convention are marginalized, ridiculed, smeared, shut out of meetings, and barred from speaking in public forums. THIS short essay from the Principled Policy Blog describes what we face every day.

THIS article is an account by Donny Harwood, a Citizen of Tennessee, describing how he was shut out of the public meeting which the Convention of States people held on October 19, 2015 at the Millennium Maxwell House Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee. According to The Leaf-Chronicle, a number of Tennessee Legislators were at the meeting. A prominent Tennessee radio talk show host was also present.

And everyone at the meeting was prevented from hearing the other side of this issue.

The reason convention proponents forbid dissenting voices is that we prove, by means of Facts and original source documents, that the claims and promises of the convention proponents are false. HERE are some of the original source documents Legislators would hear about if they were presented with the other side of this issue.

We are in the final stage of a takeover. Leftists of every variety want a new Constitution to legalize our transformation from the constitutional Republic created by our existing Constitution to a dictatorship.

To get a new Constitution, they need a convention. So they are telling conservatives that our Constitution is causing our problems and we need to amend the Constitution. And they say we can only make the amendments they say we need at a convention.

Article V of our Constitution provides two methods of amending our Constitution. Congress:

1. Proposes amendments, or
2. Calls a convention to propose amendments if 34 States apply for it.

The first method was used for our existing 27 amendments: Congress proposed them and sent them to the States for ratification or rejection.

Under the second method, Congress calls a convention. We have never had a convention under Article V. Such conventions are extremely dangerous. THIS is one of many articles which illustrate the danger, sets forth warnings from two of our Framers and two former US Supreme Court Justices, and explains why Delegates to a convention can NOT be controlled by State laws.

National conventions are dangerous because the Delegates have the plenipotentiary power to impose a new Constitution with a new mode of ratification. The video by Chuck Michaelis at the bottom of THIS page explains these plenipotentiary powers. Such Delegates are the Sovereign Representatives of The People and have the power to impose a new Constitution. This has already happened in our history:

At the Federal Convention of 1787, this plenipotentiary power was exercised to replace our first Constitution, the Articles of Confederation, with the Constitution we now have. On February 21, 1787, The Continental Congress called a convention “for the sole and express purpose of revising the Articles of Confederation”. But instead of proposing amendments to our first Constitution, the Delegates wrote a new Constitution – the one we now have.

Furthermore, the new Constitution had a new and easier mode of ratification: Article XIII of The Articles of Confederation (p 8-9) provided that Amendments to the Articles had to be approved by the Continental Congress and all of the then 13 States. But the new Constitution, drafted at the “amendments” convention of 1787, provided at Art. VII thereof that it would be ratified upon approval by only nine of the then existing 13 States.

So! Not only do Delegates to a national convention have this plenipotentiary power to impose a new Constitution; the precedent to do so has already been established.

The Left has been pushing for a convention for 50 years – ever since the Ford and Rockefeller Foundations produced the Constitution for the Newstates of America. They need a convention to get it imposed.

Several other Constitutions are already prepared and waiting for a convention.

If there is a convention, the only issues will be (1) whose Constitution will be imposed by the Delegates; and (2) what new mode of ratification will be set forth in the new Constitution.

The Constitution for the Newstates of America imposes a totalitarian dictatorship. Article XII, § 1 thereof provides for ratification by a Referendum called by the President. The States are dissolved and replaced by regional governments answerable to the new national government.

The Revolutionary Communist Party USA has a Constitution for The New Socialist Republic in North America.

George Soros, Marxist law professors all over the Country, Cass Sunstein and Eric Holder want a Marxist Constitution in place by the year 2020.

The “Convention of States” project wants a “re-written” Constitution which legalizes powers the federal government has already usurped, and delegates new powers to the federal government such as total power over children. Yet they are telling conservatives that they want a convention so they can get amendments “to limit the power and jurisdiction of the federal government”!

Under the planned North American Union, Canada, the United States, and Mexico will surrender their sovereignty to a Parliament set over the three countries. The United States will need a new Constitution to transform us from a sovereign nation to a member state of the North American Union. This is what the Establishment wants. And it is being imposed on us by stealth. Read the Task Force Report of the Council on Foreign Relations HERE. And to see how the European Union is working out for the formerly sovereign nations of Europe, watch this 7.5 minute video by Pat Condell.

In the past, conservatives defeated the periodic pushes for a convention. So the Left changed tactics: Now, they are marketing it to appeal to conservatives: they are telling conservatives that a convention is the only way to rein in the federal government. These leftists, some wearing conservatives’ clothing, are using the classic techniques of the Left: They are not telling the truth; they are smearing their opponents; and they have divided conservatives. Conservatives who fell for the marketing have been induced to attack and exclude conservatives who are warning of the dangers of a convention. And they won’t let us address their groups.

Our existing Constitution really was a 5,000 year miracle. We delegated only a handful of enumerated powers to the federal government – you can see what we delegated HERE. Our Constitution doesn’t need “fixing” – we need to restore the Constitution we already have. We begin the Restoration by reading and learning our Constitution and Declaration of Independence. And enforcing it! See, in this regard, the Tenth Amendment Center’s 2015 State of the Nullification Movement Report.

For the Love of God and Country, heed this warning.

Very truly yours,

Report from Christopher Allard on Syrian Muslims

Think about this while you’re enjoying your Thanksgiving dinner.  This may be the last year we can have this celebration without fear of Islamic treachery.

Christopher Allard ~

I don’t typically go on rants or express my political beliefs here, but I just have to get this off my mind. As some of you know, I’m active duty Army. Aside from that, I am a medic. I’ve spent 3 years of my life overseas in both Afghanistan and Iraq. I’ve seen some pretty atrocious sites caused by war, from both sides.

I’ve picked up blown up body parts of friends and I’ve saved the lives of guys who were trying to kill me and my guys right before I was keeping them from their 72 virgins or whatever they believe awaits them on the other side. Here is an unbiased truthful view to the Syrian refugee situation.

My first deployment to Iraq, in 2006, my unit voluntarily ran a children’s burn clinic outside of the FOB. It was a constant target for attacks. You would think that people wouldn’t shoot mortars or rockets at their own children, but you would be wrong. We saw hundreds of children, from infants to 18 year olds. The overwhelming majority of the kids we saw (90% or better) were clear cases of abuse.

These parents were literally dunking their kids in boiling water, or throwing hot chai at their kids faces… Yes, we’re talking about babies, toddlers, kids not even old enough to understand why their parents would do these things to them.

HUNDREDS of kids… We saw quite a few of these kids that were sexually abused, both girls and boys. Their parents acted if nothing was wrong with this, even when confronted by our doctors. This is the mentality of their society, not the viewpoint of a few individuals… these beliefs have been accepted to the vast majority of these people. Many were educated, well dressed, well spoken men, but yet, they still raped their own children, and kept chai boys (if you don’t know what that means, google it.)

During that deployment, we also captured the 3rd largest EFP cache that had ever been captured. There were hundreds of copper plates, homemade explosives, fake curbs to house the EFP’s, hundreds of mortars and rockets and howitzer rounds, even an anti-aircraft gun. All of these things came from one place, Syria. Almost every single IED or EFP we found or hit could be traced back to Syria… A lot of the terrorists we captured were from SYRIA… Imagine that.

Fast forward a couple of years, and I find myself in Helmand Province, in Afghanistan… We had a group of Afghani’s that were paid to help guard our little mud hut in the middle of an Afghan village (I wasn’t on a fob) These guys also kept a “chai boy” A boy, about 11 years old, who was there to serve these guys sexually. We heard him being sexually assaulted many times, but there was nothing we could do about it. We asked the police, the Afghan Army, and we were told the same thing every time…. it’s their culture, and accepted as the norm….

Once again, we captured Syrian made explosives, weapons, and other items… We found Syrian passports during raids… And people out there want us to let these people into the US, with our kids, and near our wives. Near our schools, near our churches, synagogues, malls. Places where we should never have to fear being blown up, shot, kidnapped and tortured… Don’t forget what they did to the Egyptian Coptic Christians, or the Jordanian pilot… Don’t forget about what they do to rape victims! They stone these women to death for being raped! They behead their own people. Do you think they will show mercy to you?

Look at the rape statistics in Denmark, Sweden, Belgium. Facts don’t lie… 97% of rapes committed in Sweden were committed by Muslim immigrants… And you want 10,000 of these people here? Even if just 1% of these so-called “refugees” were ISIS supporters or active ISIS terrorists, would that be acceptable to you? Chew on it… think about it. Take a good look at your kids or your wife and decide if the risk is worth taking. Feel free to share this if you want.

Muslim migration or invasion? Jihadis, active & latent, among ‘Syrian’ migrants to West

http://DemoCast.TV JihadWatch’s Robert Spencer addresses contentious Muslim migration issues of today. He believes that this is a Hijrah, a jihadist invasion of the West, not a migration as the media likes to interpret it. There are Jihadis both in Europe and on the way.
