Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton once proposed using a military drone strike to extrajudicially assassinate Wikileaks founder Julian Assange, a document published by the organization states.
The screenshot tweeted Monday cites a report from TruePundit.com claiming in 2010 the State Department explored ways to suppress the trouble-making Assange before he could publish damaging information on “conversations between State Dept. personnel and its foreign assets and allies.”
“‘Can’t we just drone this guy?’ Clinton openly inquired,” TruePundit.com reports.
While Wikileaks has not confirmed the veracity of the report, the Washington Examiner notes that during the same time the State Department was involved in discussions on what “nonlegal” methods were available to subdue Assange.
“…Emails previously released from Clinton’s private server reveal Anne Marie Slaughter, a former director of policy planning at the State Department, sent an email on the same day in 2010 on the subject of possible ‘nonlegal strategies’ for dealing with WikiLeaks. That email also notes that a meeting was held that day to discuss WikiLeaks,” reports the Washington Examiner.
Assange has been holed up at the Ecuadorian embassy in England since August 2012 for fear of retaliation by various national governments over the top level secrets he’s helped expose.
The latest claims come as Wikileaks is set to release new information Tuesday expected to be a major blow to the former secretary of state’s current presidential bid.

Calls to assassinate Assange have also been made on public television, most notably by former Fox Business commentator Bob Beckel, who suggested US special ops be used to eliminate the whistleblower
“A dead man can’t leak stuff,” Beckel told Fox Business’ Eric Bolling in a 2010 interview. “This guy’s a traitor, he’s treasonous, and he has broken every law of the United States. And I’m not for the death penalty, so… there’s only one way to do it: illegally shoot the son of a bitch.”

“Will you support the undocumented immigrants and let them vote in this election?” Dice asks another woman, who enthusiastically responds, “Oh yeah, of course!”
“We’re trying to get as many liberals on the voter register as possible,” adds Dice, noting that it is “kind of discriminatory” to bar 15 to 20 million illegals from voting.
“Yeah, I agree, I definitely agree,” answers the woman.
“The fact that the election has a lot to do with them, they should definitely have a say,” remarks Dice before the woman agrees again.
Another woman then agrees to sign the petition to give illegals the vote, “only if they don’t vote for Trump, can I guarantee that?”
“Well, none of them are, if we can get the Mexicans to be able to vote in this election we can definitely stop Donald Trump,” Dice tells her.
“Cool,” she responds, before high-fiving him.
Only one man at the end of the clip knew that Dice was performing a prank.
Non-citizen voting is a federal felony.
However, in many states, no proof of citizenship is required when voters register, including in Virginia, where over 1,000 illegal aliens have been free to vote.
Back in August, James O’Keefe proved how easy it was to cheat the system when he requested rapper Eminem’s ballot paper and was told he didn’t need ID to vote.
Well this is a little awkward. With the leaked 1995 Trump tax returns ‘scandal’ focused on the billionaire’s yuuge “net operating loss” and how it might have ‘legally’ enabled him to pay no taxes for years, we now discover none other than Hillary Rodham Clinton utilized a $700,000 “loss”to avoid paying some taxes in 2015.

And Hillary following up, adding Trump “apparently got to avoid paying taxes for nearly two decades—while tens of millions of working families paid theirs.”
While not on the scale of Trump’s business “operating loss”, Hillary Clinton – like many ‘wealthy’ individuals is taking advantage of a legal scheme to use historical losses to avoid paying current taxes.
As Bloomberg notes, this federal tax break is among the wealthy’s most used avoidance schemes…

Finally, as we noted previously, the NYT itself is also perfectly happy to take advantage of the US tax to minimize the amount of money it pays to the government: in 2014 the company got a tax refund of $3.6 million despite having a $29.9 million pretax profit, an effective negative tax rate for 2014, which it explained was favorably affected by approximately $21.1 million for the reversal of reserves for uncertain tax positions due to the lapse of applicable statutes of limitations.
