Found this on another thread, and I believe after watching it Bush was just doing it to the camera’s and applause to get the debate going. It’s been misconstrued as being toward Trump. jmho

Maybe so Steve. It MIGHT be simply a sign used to “cut” a scene or transmission on a stage or set. Can you post the full thread? He is such a kindly old man he should be given a fair hearing. Did he even know he was on camera at that moment? A lot of viewers at the time were somewhat shocked. Trump WAS speaking at the time. and many high rollers have called for his death on national media. The scene was deleted by CNN so we would need a screen shot of the full incident. I cant find one. Do you have a URL with one on it? Roger Stone’s view of the incident was pretty damning… Watch the vid again from start to 5:53 minutes.
Being the head of a major global family crime syndicate as he is his motives for anything he does, especially under the circumstances at any given moment deserve careful scrutiny…. If Salvatore “Mooney Sam” Giancana, the mob boss of the “Chicago Outfit” in the ’60s/’70s had given such a sign there would have been dire consequences to follow.
Some things never change Steve but one thing is certain, we live in a dirty world at a very dangerous time in history.

Free, sorry I don’t remember where I saw it. But most on thread seemed to agree. It was definitely when they pointed Bush out in audience and camera panned to him. I don’t think it correlated to when Trump was speaking, but more to the applause and camera on him.
I guess it depends on what source your seeing it from. Like from infowars they make it seem “evil” and when I saw it it “was much ado about nothing”
