An Old Recording Of Megyn Kelly Talking About Penises, Breasts, And How She Has Sex, Proves Trump Was Right Kelly Is Absolute Trash

By Theodore Shoebat and Walid Shoebat FOR SHOEBAT.COM

Donald Trump was disinvited from a prime speaking role to an important gathering of conservative activists on Friday for his criticism of Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly after a combustible debate performance. As for the vacant spot at the Red State gathering, Red State chief Erick Erickson has invited Kelly to replace Trump. Kelly replacing Trump was a fair judgment in Erickson’s view for saying “blood coming out of her … whatever”. The comment stirred up a hornets nest. Well, Shoebat.com found a five year old interview of Meghan Kelly when she was climbing up the ladder not minding to get on the Howard Stern Show to gain fame while allowing Stern to discuss with her every sort of smut including her private sex live which is supposed to be sacred. She laughs and is okay with Stern discussing penises, breasts, in a very trashy nonchalant way. Listener be advised:

Stern is a sleaze bucket who utterly despises women. But Kelly claiming that she is for women’s rights, then allows this reprobate to use her in order to further her career as a journalist says that Kelly is the one who owes an apology. Apologize and lets all move on. Stern uses women as an object of ridicule. And what about her husband? What man would allow his daughter or wife to get on some public adult radio and have a sleaze bucket talk sex with them? This is not a private matter. Kelly made this public.

Now lets compare this with Trump’s remark:

Donald Trump was right, Meghan Kelly is a wretch and a vulgar low life. Donald Trump posted on his Twitter that the biggest loser was Meghan Kelly:

The official Twitter profile for Donald Trump
RubenMMoreno: The biggest loser in the debate was . You can’t out trump Donald Trump. You will lose!

Trump’s blood comment could have meant that blood was coming out of her ears, nose … whatever. Even if Trump was saying that Kelly must have been on her menstrual cycle, it’s a comment men usually use. Let the man who never used such comment cast the first stone.

Kelly who found the opportunity to gain ratings on the Howard Stern show which was popular at the time did not object to whatever smut Stern wanted to discuss with her and she did not mind having this utterly disgusting conversation.

Erickson said he had disinvited Trump from the event because of what he described as “demeaning” remarks about Kelly and instead invited the trashy Kelly since she was one of Fox’s highest profile anchors, to attend his conference in Trump’s place. Erickson said in a Facebook statement that in a CNN interview Trump said of Kelly: “You could see there was blood coming out of her eyes. Blood coming out of her wherever.” “His comment was inappropriate,” said Erickson.

The issue is not dirty laundry, but slander and hypocrisy. Now Kelly owes women an apology. Enough said.

It’s all About Dat Trump

By Ann Madeloni

So, here we are the day after the Republican debate, with the internet virtually inundated with…TRUMP. Love him or hate him, it’s all about dat Trump. And as Trump himself wrote in his 1987 copyrighted book: “The Art of the Deal”:

“I’m a businessman, and I learned from experience that good publicity is preferable to bad, but bad publicity is sometimes better than no publicity at all.

Controversy, in short, sells!”

As a Brooklyn native with first cousins in Queens, I can’t help but be attracted to The Donald’s own native Brooklyn and Queens no-nonsense non-pc delivery and rhetoric. And his fearless arrogance just don’t hurt my feelings none neither!

As a natural born American, I can’t help but feel triumph, and yes, I confess even euphoria, when he brashly, blatantly brandishes these powerful truths about immigration:

“When Mexico sends its people, they’re not sending their best,” he said. “They’re not sending you. They’re not sending you. They’re sending people who have lots of problems, and they’re bringing those problems with us. They’re bringing drugs. They’re bringing crime. They’re rapists. And some, I assume, are good people.”

Despite some reporter’s efforts to minimize and even negate Trump’s resounding approval of we the people by focusing on his attitude in responding to Megyn Kelly’s question about his supposed remarks about women:

“Only Rosie O’Donnell”

and ignoring well laid out plans in his blockbuster book “Time to Get Tough”…

How to finally secure our border and fix our immigration overflow

How to create American jobs by forcing Communist China into truly fair trade

How to retire our debt without endangering long-established programs—like Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid—that millions of Americans depend on

How to undo the fraud of Obamanomics and the disaster of Obamacare.

…Trump still came out on top with his refusal to bend to the loaded question of who would run as an Independent if not chosen as the Republican candidate.

“I can’t say I have to respect the person — if it’s not me — the person who wins.”

Even when touting the successes of the others, TRUMP was STILL a focus, one reporter saying he was a “total buffoon”. BUT HE STILL WROTE THAT, THUS BRINGING ATTENTION TO: The Donald!

Interestingly, another piece whose focus appeared to be touting the win of Sen. Cruz displayed a chart that was accompanied with this statement: “…Donald Trump had the most sustainable searches throughout the night with an average of 15 searches a minute…” , whereas Cruz came in third. Take a look for yourself:

google.

One article bravely and honestly tackled by the horns how: “The current Drudge poll – which Fox and its further left friends will ignore shows Trump pulling an incredible 45% plus – crushing the field.”

As the daughter of a Brooklyn born NYPD street cop, my father’s words of wisdom echo Trump’s plain speaking:

It’s When They Don’t Talk About You That You Gotta Worry

Not bad for a day’s work, Mr. Trump!!!

Eric Ericson From RedState.Com Is A PC Sellout. Dumps Trump From Event.

Morning friends, apparently Eric Ericson the owner editor of Redstate.com is having some kind of gathering this weekend and has buckled to PC pressure. It seems he takes issue with part of an interview Trump did after the debates with Don Lemon of CNN. This is the part he and others are now trying to make the story de jour. May I just say. Poor, Poor wittle Meghan.

Let’s just remember who started this at the debates. Anyone who defends Kelly is automatically suspicious in my mind. I’m not saying you have to like Trump, but if you excuse her behavior then I think you detest him for whatever reason. Think about that.

———————————————————————————————

In the CNN exchange Trump roundly attacked her, saying: ‘I don’t have a lot of respect for Megyn Kelly, she came out, reading her little script, trying to be tough and sharp.

‘When you meet her you realize she is not very tough or very sharp. She is zippo.’

When Lemon asked him to expand, he said: ‘I just don’t respect her as a journalist. I have no respect for her, I don’t think she’s very good. She’s highly overrated.

‘I got out there they start saying all this stuff… she gets out and she starts asking me all sorts of ridiculous questions. You could see there was blood coming out of her eyes, blood coming out of her wherever... you could see she was off-base.’

He concluded: ‘She’s a lightweight, I couldn’t care less about her‘. Some commentators online criticized Lemon for not asking Trump to explain himself.

Here’s the interview. It’s long at 31 min, but worth the watch.

http://thehill.com/blogs/ballot-box/gop-primaries/250642-trump-slams-fox-news-praises-drudge

————————————————————————————————

So Ericson responds on his website (Below) that not only has Trump crossed the line, but he has invited Poor Wittle Kelley to replace him. Now I’ve went to Redstate site and they have closed comments on thread because the Mod says he’s too busy at the gathering. There are about 300 comments and a bunch of deletions and many are slamming Ericson and Redstate for their Bullcrap PC decision. In all honesty to me RS has always been suspicious to me. I’ve never felt Ericson was a true Conservative.

PS. The funny thing is they keep saying that they have been defending Trump because of the way he has been treated. Then this is what they decide is too much for them. Phoneys if you ask me. Bought and paid for. If you find the time read some comments on story.

—————————————————————————————-

I have tried to give a great deal of latitude to Donald Trump in his run for the Presidency.

He is not a professional politician and is known for being a blunt talker. He connects with so much of the anger in the Republican base and is not afraid to be outspoken on a lot of issues. But there are even lines blunt talkers and unprofessional politicians should not cross.

Decency is one of those lines.

As much as I do personally like Donald Trump, his comment about Megyn Kelly on CNN is a bridge too far for me.

In a CNN interview, Mr. Trump said of Megyn Kelly, “You could see there was blood coming out of her eyes. Blood coming out of her wherever.”

It was not the “blood coming out of her eyes” part that was the problem.

I think there is no way to otherwise interpret Mr. Trump’s comment. In an attempted clarification, Mr. Trump’s team tells me he meant “whatever”, not “where ever.”

( No Eric that’s the way your Girlie PC Man wants it to sound)

The other day, we sent out the agenda for the RedState Gathering. The file had been saved with the “final” tag and the Washington sent it out. But it still had Governor Deal on the agenda and it did not have Donald Trump on it. Obviously, it wasn’t the final.

I called Mr. Trump’s campaign manager and apologized and told him I felt bad for Mr. Trump because he has gotten so much sh*t from so many people and the party itself wasn’t treating the guy at the front of the pack as legitimate.

I think that is true. And I’ve been very sympathetic to Donald Trump because so many of the people who have led the party astray refuse to even treat him as a legitimate candidate.

But I also think that while Mr. Trump resonates with a lot of people with his bluntness, including me to a degree, there are just real lines of decency a person running for President should not cross.

His comment was inappropriate. It is unfortunate to have to disinvite him. But I just don’t want someone on stage who gets a hostile question from a lady and his first inclination is to imply it was hormonal. It just was wrong.

I have invited Megyn Kelly to attend in Donald Trump’s place tomorrow night.

This Week in the Enchanted Kingdom

My Comments: I love Pendry, his articles go to the heart, spot on, gets it every time. Lord love and protect this man and his family. And tell you what folks, I hope Trump keeps going for the throat.

BY J.D. PENDRY IN HIS AMERICAN JOURNAL, GOD, FAMILY, COUNTRY, AT JDPENDRY.COM

I checked my list to see if there were any republicans not running for president. All I could find was Mitford and the Maverick. Losers who never figured out they were in a street fight. People are taking to Trump for that reason. Americans want someone to fight for them. Whether he believes or means what he says is another issue, but it puts on the appearance of attacking what is wrong in America. The eventual candidate should be taking notes. Pussyfoot around and you too will get the snot kicked out of you by a communist in a pants suit. Unless the FBI probe is real.

On one end of the District of Columbia sits the Rainbow house. On the other end on a little knoll, called a hill, sits Mordor. The people populating these fortifications run Babylon on the Potomac. No longer do they and not for a long time have they represented the people of the many states comprising this union. They prefer serfdom or to completely ignore the fact that there is even a population beyond the boundaries of Babylon. It is pay for play corruption at its worst. The irony of it all is that Donald Trump and people like him played and paid for politicians in our country just like he did in other countries all the way up to achieving billionaire status. Now, the shark is attacking the other sharks? He needs to explain to me how he would be different from the status quo, especially when he has been part of it, an enabler of it, and a benefactor of it. If his arrogance pushes him to run as a third party candidate, he will place another corrupt communist in the Rainbow house. Maybe we could just go ahead and paint the people’s house solid red by then. Do you reckon that’s what Slick Willie called him about? Nah, Willie was grubbing for more cash for the foundation or any available super model, or intern, or….

I really do not take much from gang debates. When it is whittled down to a few, I will become more interested.

The Unplanned Parenthood shop of horrors videos continue. Now they are setting the price for intact babies. Before they described how they took care not to crush the valuable parts. So if they have intact babies for sale, does not that imply a live birth? How can we not stand against such an atrocity? How could the Senate not even consider a funding vote? Like Mr. Trump said. I gave them money and when I needed them they were there. Answer. Just follow the money.

Did you hear Louis Farrakhan? He wants his Army of 10,000 to stalk whites and kill them. Do you recall? That Reverend Jeremiah Wright and his church gave Farrakhan a lifetime achievement award. The minister for the residents of the Rainbow house is a great admirer of Farrakhan. The same Farrakhan who implied Obama was the messiah. I doubt the Department of Justice will send the FBI over to visit him. Now if he had been holding a Confederate flag when he said that, all hell undoubtedly would have broken loose.

How about Genghis John and the Iran (new name for Hanoi) deal. I am just waiting for him to swoop down and report for duty. He can hold up his Nobel Prize for securing a deal with the people who have as their top priorities destruction of Israel and America. And with that he can save the party and America. Especially after the Rainbow house’s Department of Justice files criminal charges against the woman in the pants suits. If this was written into a movie script no one would watch it unless they called it dumb and dumber goes to Tehran. But, if it does not work out for him he can always say he was for it before he was against it and in a fit of rage he can throw Obama’s prize over the Rainbow house fence.

Just another uneventful week in the Enchanted Kingdom. I wished I had the imagination to make this stuff up. Can someone explain why my spell checker keeps trying to change Obama to Osama?

Bill Clinton Tells Jeb Bush, “This Trump Thing Will Be Taken Care Of.”

REPOSTED FROM DCWHISPERS.COM

Just a few weeks earlier GOP 2016 candidate Jeb Bush was sitting atop nearly every Republican presidential poll as he used his family name, media contacts, and a still formidable and long-standing Bush dynasty fundraising machine to place himself as the prospective favorite among a growing list of White House hopefuls.

Then Donald Trump arrived and now Jeb Bush is quietly but urgently telling those around him that something must be done to diminish the sudden popularity of the New York billionaire.

JEBBY

Initially during Mr. Trump’s rise in the polls the Bush team was dismissive, declaring it a momentary blip. As days turned to weeks though, and Trump supporters appear to be multiplying at a pace that even has people associated with the Trump campaign surprised, the Bush 2016 operation is now openly declaring it wants help with the what is being called, “The Trump problem.”

The call for help has even been issued to Jeb Bush’s seeming Democratic rival – Team Clinton. Apparently Bush operatives believe that between the two political dynasties and their many supporters among the Mainstream Media and corporate business world, the Trump threat can be quickly terminated before it grows into a legitimate challenge to the seemingly pre-determined Bush vs Clinton 2016 showdown.

A D.C. Whispers source put it this way:

“It’s said that Hillary Clinton wants nothing to do with Donald Trump. To most they just call him a clown, but privately they’re afraid of him. The Clinton team doesn’t fear Jeb Bush because they know what they are up against and that lack of fear is mutual among the Bush operation as well. They both run in similar circles politically and financially, so it’s a choice of shades of the same color and that’s how they want to keep it.”

Apparently Jeb Bush’s focus on “The Donald” has become quite personal. Bush is said to be “deeply disappointed” that the media and corporate attacks on Mr. Trump have only made the outspoken billionaire’s appeal to voters that much stronger. It is a political dynamic for which Bush political operatives are increasingly confused and concerned over.

Those concerns were said to be given some salve in the form of assurances from Bill Clinton during a personal call he had with Jeb Bush two days earlier. While most of that conversation remains private, Jeb did share with others that the former president reminded the would-be presidential hopeful that, “a lot of this Trump thing will be taken care of during your debates, if not sooner.”

bILLY BOY

As for Donald Trump, he recently held a news conference in Los Angeles with some who have lost family members to crimes committed by those who entered the United States illegally. Several of those at the conference declared to the media that Mr. Trump was, “the only politician listening to us.” The Mainstream Media has largely refused to report on the event.

sTEINLE

Mr. Trump is later scheduled to appear at a legal immigration rally in Phoenix, Arizona later today that is estimated to have nearly 10,000 supporters attend. Several far-left open border groups have initiated nationwide anti-Trump protests with money that is alleged to having been funneled to them by political donors from BOTH the Clinton and Bush camps.
DUMP

Note the AnswerLA signs – a group funded by many of the same donors as support the Clinton Foundation – including the infamous George Soros…

Donald Trump and The Debates

My comments: There will be 5 articles on Monday the 10th, from various leftist rags on Donald Trump. I want everyone who reads mugwumps to see what is being said about him, and judge for themselves whether or not it is true.

I was fortunate enough to watch the Fox debates last evening. Apparently Dish Network worked out their differences, and we again have Fox. I wouldn’t have known because I never watch them, but my husband found the channel.

Some of the answers by the 10 candidates were quite good, but we all know that prior to elections, all candidates sound good. Needless to say, when their lips move, you know they’re lying. The only one I thought was totally honest in his answers was Dr. Ben Carson. He’s a really nice man, perhaps too nice for politics.

As for Don Trump, I thought many of the questions tossed at him were personal attacks, not questions that were valid on issues which are important to American citizens, but attacks couched in phony questions. Of course it was all scripted, it always is, and we know it. Under the circumstances, I believe Trump did quite well.

I was really quite surprised at Rand Paul’s statement that we fought the Revolutionary War over the 4th amendment. Actually, we fought the Revolutionary War over taxation without representation. Trump caught him on that one. And no one mentioned one word about charter schools…all tax funded, but they do not report to the local school boards. That, my friends, is taxation without representation. Our tax dollars are funding Gulen Islamic charters, Chinese charters, Rudolph Steiner’s Waldorf charters, and on and on.

Jeb Bush claims that he has made vouchers grow exponentially in Florida, yet we all know quite well, that Jeb is one of the greatest promoters of common core. But did you also know that with every voucher comes tax dollars. When one penny of tax money goes to a child for education, ALL FEDERAL REGULATIONS go with it. That is federal law. Thus, the private, religious or home schooled children who have accepted vouchers have also accepted all the federal regulations. Education belongs to the states, NOT THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.

Ted Cruz cracked me up when he said his father had left him and his mother, but then found Jesus in a Baptist church and came back to them. He also said his father escaped Cuba. What Teddy didn’t tell you was that his father actually worked for Castro and was all for the guy until he finally figured out Castro wasn’t so hot. And Raphael Cruz is no Baptist. Teddy called him an evangelical preacher. The reality is, he does not have a divinity degree, and he got his teaching from Benny Hinn’s wife, Suzanne. That alone should be enough to scare you, but there’s more. Raphael and son, Teddy, are into the New Apostolic Reform, which is Dominionist and heretical. Dominionism is the belief that we need a theocracy of dominionist believers, that Christ will not return again until the entire world is Christianized, and that sinners, i.e., adulterers, homosexuals, disobedient children, etc. should be stoned in the street. Yes, they still believe in the 613 Old Testament Mosaic laws that Christ did away with when He died on the Cross. They only eliminate a few dietary restrictions. Nine of the 10 commandments are repeated in the New Testament, the only one not repeated is the 4th. Every day is now the Lord’s day.

As well, these Dominionists gathered in a Marriott hotel and layed hands on Ted Cruz and pronounced him King of the political and governmental sphere.

I was shocked at the audience’s appreciation of Kasich’s stand on homosexual marriage. It would seem the American electorate has decided that it is all fine and whatever the Bible says is outdated. The MSM today is raving over Kasich’s I knew the MSM would never declare Donald the winner.

They’ve already declared Carly Fiorina the winner of the 5 p.m. debate of the low level candidates. As for Mr. Trump, the MSM cannot stomach anyone who says what the American people are thinking. This is what he has done. A couple of the other candidates have been encouraged by Trump’s actions to speak out themselves. Unfortunately, they were immediately slapped down. Sad that they are all so controlled, but that is today’s America… and those candidates lack chutzpah.

I really didn’t expect anything from Fox News that was better than what we received. They are owned by CFR member Rupert Murdoch and Saudi Prince, Alaweed Bin Talal. The MSM is raving over their debate saying Fox did a great job. That should tell us how horrible they were. As far as I’m concerned, Fox, and the MSM want another moderate/leftist Republican like Willard Mitt Romney or Manchurian candidate McCain to run on the Repub ticket so Hillary can take over and totally destroy America. This is why the obvious attack on Trump, he needs to be destroyed. Did you know Hillary watched the debates with the Kardashians? Yeeesh, last people I’d want to spend an evening with, ugh.

So, read what I’ve posted on Monday, and see what you think…are we being duped again or is Mr. Trump the real thing? Of course you all know that both the left and right hate him…and will do anything to destroy him.

Down with Boehner? GOP congressman launches bid to oust House Speaker

My comments: In my estimation, Boehner was put in as speaker because he’s all too willing to agree with all of Obama’s draconian desires. Afterall, Boehner loves playing golf with the dictator.

Rep. Mark Meadows (R-N.C.) is leading a largely symbolic effort to strip Speaker John Boehner of his position, revealing growing discontent among conservatives in the House.

House Speaker John Boehner of Ohio gestures during a news conference on Capitol Hill in Washington on July 9, 2015. On Tuesday, July 28, Rep. Mark Meadows (R-N.C.) filed a resolution to vacate the chair in a largely symbolic effort to oust Mr. Boehner from his position.Cliff Owen/AP Photo/File

WASHINGTON — A conservative Republican who was disciplined earlier this year by House Speaker John Boehner is pushing a largely symbolic effort to strip the Ohio Republican of his position as the top House leader.

Rep. Mark Meadows of North Carolina on Tuesday filed a resolution to vacate the chair, an initial procedural step. The proposal was referred to a committee stocked with leadership loyalists, and it is unlikely to emerge. The move, however, reflected the discontent among the more conservative wing of the House GOP, whose members have been frustrated with leaders’ willingness to compromise on some legislation.

The resolution said Boehner “has endeavored to consolidate power and centralize decision-making, bypassing the majority of the 435 Members of .

Meadows told reporters that he hoped his action prompted a “discussion” with Boehner and other House leaders “about representing the American people. It’s about fairness.”

Meadows said he wants Boehner and other GOP leaders to make sure that “every voice and every vote is respected, and votes of conscience are respected and not punished.”

The acrimony within the Republican Party has been on stark display in Congress. Last Friday, Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, accused Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., of lying about votes. And more Republican infighting broke out Monday night as an email from an aide to Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah, suggested that conservative groups should take Lee’s fellow Republicans to task if they opposed him on a legislative maneuver to advance a repeal of President Barack Obama’s health care law.

Lee’s move angered Republicans, and Lee sought to contain the damage, telling colleagues in a closed-door meeting that he hadn’t authorized the email.

The resolution he filed accused the speaker of causing “the power of Congress to atrophy, thereby making Congress subservient to the Executive and Judicial branches, diminishing the voice of the American People.” And it said Boehner “uses the power of the office to punish members who vote according to their conscience instead of the will of the Speaker.”

Last month, the leadership briefly stripped Meadows of his subcommittee chairmanship over his votes but later relented after conservatives objected.

Boehner’s office had no comment. He is in his third term as Speaker.

Rep. Devin Nunes, R-Calif., dismissed the resolution and Meadows’ move.

“You don’t raise any money, you need a way to raise money, you do gimmicks like this,” said Nunes, who is close to Boehner.

Meadows disputed that claim.

“This is really more about an issue of fairness. It is not about raising money” for re-election, said Meadows, a two-term lawmaker who was elected in the tea party-backed 2010 class and represents the western tip of North Carolina.

Some GOP lawmakers backing leadership voiced concern that by keeping his effort to depose Boehner alive during the August recess, it would blunt the Republican effort to focus voters on why President Barack Obama’s nuclear deal with Iran is bad.

“There’s been no one that’s been stronger on the Iran message. And to suggest we can only have one message when we go back home to talk to the American people would be to imply that our town halls can only have one question,” Meadows said.

Rep. Walter Jones, R-N.C., who has experienced the wrath of the leadership and is a Boehner foe, complained that the leaders are “not listening to the American people.” He faulted leaders for not allowing quick votes against same-sex marriage and federal money for Planned Parenthood.

“He just has the courage to do something about it,” Jones said of Meadows.

FBI Investigation Of Hillary Is Criminal Probe. Can You Say Deep Doo Doo.

Oh please oh please let there be some good guys left in this world and nail this thief. ~Steve~

————————————————————————————————-

The FBI investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton’s unsecured email account is not just a fact-finding venture — it’s a criminal probe, sources told The Post on Wednesday.

The feds are investigating to what extent Clinton relied on her home server and other private devices to send and store classified documents, according to a federal source with knowledge of the inquiry.

“It’s definitely a criminal probe,” said the source. “I’m not sure why they’re not calling it a criminal probe.

“The DOJ [Department of Justice] and FBI can conduct civil investigations in very limited circumstances,” but that’s not what this is, the source stressed. “In this case, a security violation would lead to criminal charges. Maybe DOJ is trying to protect her campaign.”

Clinton’s camp has downplayed the inquiry as civil and fact-finding in nature. Clinton herself has said she is “confident” that she never knowingly sent or received anything that was classified.

The inspector general for the intelligence community has told Congress that of 40 Clinton emails randomly reviewed as a sample of her correspondence as secretary of state, four contained classified information.

Seattle sees fallout from $15 minimum wage, as other cities follow suit

BY DAN SPRINGER FOR FOXNEWS.COM

Seattle’s $15 minimum wage law is supposed to lift workers out of poverty and move them off public assistance. But there may be a hitch in the plan.

Evidence is surfacing that some workers are asking their bosses for fewer hours as their wages rise – in a bid to keep overall income down so they don’t lose public subsidies for things like food, child care and rent.

Full Life Care, a home nursing nonprofit, told KIRO-TV in Seattle that several workers want to work less.

“If they cut down their hours to stay on those subsidies because the $15 per hour minimum wage didn’t actually help get them out of poverty, all you’ve done is put a burden on the business and given false hope to a lot of people,” said Jason Rantz, host of the Jason Rantz show on 97.3 KIRO-FM.

The twist is just one apparent side effect of the controversial — yet trendsetting — minimum wage law in Seattle, which is being copied in several other cities despite concerns over prices rising and businesses struggling to keep up.

The notion that employees are intentionally working less to preserve their welfare has been a hot topic on talk radio. While the claims are difficult to track, state stats indeed suggest few are moving off welfare programs under the new wage.

Despite a booming economy throughout western Washington, the state’s welfare caseload has dropped very little since the higher wage phase began in Seattle in April. In March 130,851 people were enrolled in the Basic Food program. In April, the caseload dropped to 130,376.

At the same time, prices appear to be going up on just about everything.

Some restaurants have tacked on a 15 percent surcharge to cover the higher wages. And some managers are no longer encouraging customers to tip, leading to a redistribution of income. Workers in the back of the kitchen, such as dishwashers and cooks, are getting paid more, but servers who rely on tips are seeing a pay cut.

Some long-time Seattle restaurants have closed altogether, though none of the owners publicly blamed the minimum wage law.

“It’s what happens when the government imposes a restriction on the labor market that normally wouldn’t be there, and marginal businesses get hit the hardest, and usually those are small, neighborhood businesses,” said Paul Guppy, of the Washington Policy Center.

Seattle was followed by San Francisco and Los Angeles in passing a $15 minimum wage law. The wage is being phased in over several years to give businesses time to adjust. The current minimum wage in Seattle is $11. In San Francisco, it’s $12.25.

And it is spreading. Beyond the city of Los Angeles, the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors this week also approved a $15 minimum wage.

New York state could be next, with the state Wage Board on Wednesday backing a $15 wage for fast-food workers, something Gov. Andrew Cuomo has supported.

Already, though, there are unintended consequences in other cities.

Comix Experience, a small book store in downtown San Francisco, has begun selling graphic novel club subscriptions in order to meet payroll. The owner, Brian Hibbs, admits members are not getting all that much for their $25 per month dues, but their “donation” is keeping him in business.

“I was looking at potentially having to close the store down and then how would I make my living?” Hibbs asked.

To date, he’s sold 228 subscriptions. He says he needs 334 to reach his goal of the $80,000 income required to cover higher labor costs. He doesn’t blame San Francisco voters for approving the $15 minimum wage, but he doesn’t think they had all the information needed to make a good decision

Explosive prediction for Trump in Fox debate

BY JOE KOVACS FOR WND

With Fox News televising a debate among Republican candidates this Thursday, radio host Rush Limbaugh thinks Donald Trump may “blow up” the event with “fireworks” because of its “stale, stupid” formula.

“I wouldn’t be surprised if Trump’s objective is to blow up this whole format, because it’s predictable, it’s stale,” Limbaugh said Monday on his national broadcast. “I think at some point, Trump’s just gonna say how stupid he thinks this is, and how unproductive he thinks this is.”

“He’ll talk about how it’s not productive toward choosing a candidate, that it just muddies the waters and it doesn’t give anybody enough time to do anything, and there’s no way that all 10 people can personally interact with each other. Then you’ve got the moderators trying to interject and keep control of the thing, and trying to make names for themselves, too, even though they deny that.”

Limbaugh noted Trump might break out of the format after he thinks he’s scored a big point.

“I don’t think he would do this if he thinks he’s not doing well,” he explained.

“I think he would only do something like this from a position of perceived strength and he would basically start lambasting the whole format and say, ‘You know what? This is what’s wrong with choosing a president! What does this got to do with anything? We’re all up here, everybody knows that nine out of 10 of these people aren’t going anywhere. What are we doing here? This is crazy! All we’re gonna do for two or three hours here is tell everybody how rotten each other is. It’s crazy. It’s not gonna matter a hill of beans at the end of the day. What are wasting our time here for? Making TV ratings for other people.’ Or something like this. I mean that would be in character. And how many people do you think would stand up and go, ‘Right on!’”

Limbaugh claims many conservative voters in the Republican Party are often disillusioned after debates take place because, “A northeastern liberal moderate establishment candidate gets the nomination. And if not a northeastern liberal, then an Arizona moderate or liberal. But an establishment candidate gets it. And the conservative candidates all seem to winnow themselves out. I don’t see Trump – as front and center as he is, as dominating as he is – willing, permitting himself to be seen as an equal among 10. By shutting up when he’s supposed to shut up. By not speaking when he’s not supposed to speak.”

“I’m not saying any of it’s going to be disrespectful,” Limbaugh continued. “I’m saying it’s going to be like everything else he’s doing in the campaign. It’s gonna be fresh, it’s gonna be new. It’s gonna be, to use the cliché, a breath of fresh air. And people are going to be applauding it, except the Drive-Bys and the Establishment Media who, when it’s over, are gonna wring their hands and worry about what does this mean for our politics.

“The formula’s everything to the Drive-Bys. The formula’s everything to the Establishment. Because they control it. And that’s one thing Trump is not. Controllable. Particularly when it comes to the Establishment. So, it could be fireworks.”

Radio host Rush Limbaugh

Limbaugh postulated if he’s wrong and the debate has few eruptions, it’s going to be considered “a yawner,” and “the Establishment Media is going to claim that their Establishment Candidates did the best.”

That’s another thing Trump has to consider, Limbaugh concluded.

“As a lone-wolf candidate, as a guy who’s busting out of formulas, and is not being contained by them, it’s incumbent on him to step out and somehow control not only what happens during the debate, but the message afterwards. …

“The last thing Trump wants is for the post-debate analysis to be: ‘Donald Trump was also on stage and was heard from … .’ The last thing Trump wants is that he was just one of the gang, just one of the 10. So, it’s bound to be fireworks of some kind. It has to be. And the real question for me is: Are the other nine ready for what may be headed their way?”

The Fox News debate for the top 10 polling Republican candidates is slated to air at 9 p.m. Eastern. The network will also broadcast a 5 p.m. Eastern debate for the seven candidates who are in bottom part of the polls.

Meanwhile, the first televised debate takes place Monday night in Manchester, New Hampshire, to be broadcast on C-SPAN at 7 p.m. Eastern

Trump has decided not to participate in the event which is not sanctioned by the Republican National Committee, assessing he will not get the local newspaper’s endorsement after an editorial critical of his comments about Sen. John McCain’s status as a war hero, CNN reported.

Obviously, They’ll Never Get It

Why Trump is Leading the Pack

4My comments: So far, Trump is filling a huge void. The American Constitutional conservatives are starving for someone who isn’t afraid to speak the truth. Trump is really doing that, and he doesn’t care who slams him because he slams them right back. He may not be everything we want or everything we like in the end, but it sure is wonderful watching the MSM and the other politicians going berserk attacking him. And because they do, Trump’s numbers keep rising. P.S., His wife is a lot prettier than what we have now, and we probably wouldn’t be paying $44 million bucks for their vacations.

What Congress is About to Pass Could Shut Down My Website

BY ALLEN WEST FOR ALLENWEST.COM

WEST

We’ve recently brought to your attention two instances of nebulous language: the comments of retired General Wesley Clark about putting extremists in internment camps, and the new order making parts of our immigration naturalization oath optional for certain “religious” groups.

Words have meaning, and when they’re not specific, they’re left to interpretation. The Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) has demonstrated such by redefining the taxing authority of the Congress, as well as what a State means when it comes to the Affordable Care Act. And now we have yet another example of dangerously nebulous language emanating from Capitol Hill.

If you’ve not read House Bill 2899, you should. This legislation would authorize the creation of a new government agency in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) — as if we needed another. Incredibly enough, this new agency is being sponsored by the Chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee, Representative Mike McCaul (R-Tx). The agency is charged with Countering Violent Extremism (CVE). Here are the troubling excerpts from the text of the bill:

  1. a) Establishment.—There is in the Department an Office for Countering Violent Extremism. The head of the Office shall be the Assistant Secretary for Countering Violent Extremism, who shall be appointed by the Secretary. The Secretary shall also appoint a career Deputy Assistant Secretary for Countering Violent Extremism.

(b) Assignment Of Personnel.—The Secretary shall assign or hire, as appropriate, permanent staff to the Office for Countering Violent Extremism. In carrying out this subsection, the Secretary shall, to the maximum extent practicable, seek to assign to or hire for the Office an individual who has a demonstrated background in technical matters, on and offline media, or marketing.

(d) Responsibilities.—The Assistant Secretary for Countering Violent Extremism shall be responsible for the following:

1) Coordinating the Department’s efforts to counter violent extremism across all the components and offices of the Department that conduct strategic and supportive efforts to counter violent extremism. Such efforts shall include the following:

(A) Identifying risk factors that contribute to violent extremism in communities in the United States and potential remedies for Government and non-government institutions.

(B) Identifying populations targeted by violent extremist propaganda, messaging, or recruitment.

(C) Managing the outreach and engagement efforts of the Department directed toward communities at risk for radicalization and recruitment for violent extremist activities.

(D) Ensuring relevant information, research, and products inform efforts to counter violent extremism.

(E) Developing and maintaining a Department-wide strategy guiding policies and programs to counter violent extremism. Such strategy shall, at a minimum, address each of the following:

(i) The Department’s counter-messaging program pursuant to paragraph (2), including a plan to leverage new and existing Internet and other technologies and social media platforms to counter violent extremism, as well as the best practices and lessons learned of other Federal, State, local, tribal, territorial, and foreign partners engaged in similar counter-messaging efforts.

(ii) The Department’s countering violent extremism-related engagement efforts.

(iii) The use of cooperative agreements with State, local, tribal, territorial, and other Federal departments and agencies responsible for efforts relating to countering violent extremism.

(iv) Ensuring all activities related to countering violent extremism fully respect the privacy, civil rights, and civil liberties of all Americans.

(F) Identifying and recommending new research and analysis requirements in coordination with the Under Secretary for Science and Technology and the Under Secretary for Intelligence and Analysis and ensure the dissemination of information and methods for Federal, State, local, tribal, and territorial countering violent extremism practitioners, officials, law enforcement, and non-governmental partners to utilize such research and analysis.

(G) Assessing the methods used by violent extremists to disseminate propaganda and messaging to communities at risk for radicalization and recruitment.

(2) Establishing a counter-messaging program to craft strategic counter-messages to the propaganda and messaging referred to in subparagraph (G) of paragraph (1) which shall—

(A) explore ways to utilize relevant Internet and other technologies and social media platforms; and

(B) maximize other resources available to the Department.

(3) Serving as the primary representative of the Department in coordinating countering violent extremism efforts with other Federal departments and agencies and non-governmental organizations.

(4) Serving as the primary Department-level representative in coordinating with the Department of State on international countering violent extremism issues.

(5) In coordination with the Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency, providing guidance regarding the use of grants made to State, local, and tribal governments under sections 2003 and 2004 under the allowable uses guidelines related to countering violent extremism.

(g) Violent Extremism Defined.—In this section, the term ‘violent extremism’ means ideologically motivated terrorist activities.

Here’s what I take issue with in this legislation: what, exactly, is violent extremism? Who will determine what actually qualifies as violent extremism?

Let’s be very honest here, the liberal progressive left has been very adept at defining as extremists and extremism anyone or anything that doesn’t agree with them. I’ve been called an extremist. Members of the House of Representatives have been referred to as extremists. Constitutional conservatives have been referred to as extremists. Veterans returning from overseas contingency operations — that is how the left redefined combat — have been referred to as extremists by the Department of Homeland Security under Janet Napolitano. Funny, the Obama administration held a conference on Countering Violent Extremism and invited groups related to the Muslim Brotherhood and certain Islamic clerics — but no Christian pastors.

This is a dangerous bill, and the vague language here is almost Orwellian with what could be severe ramifications.

Now, let me share with you the inside-the-beltway procedural issue. This legislation is supposed to be brought to the House floor under what is called, suspension of the rules. That means it’ll be a basic coming back to town roll-call vote with two-thirds majority. Everyone who knows House procedures realizes that you bring up legislation under suspension procedure because you believe that way, it won’t have major opposition. There is little to no committee vote and deliberation, and certainly not much House floor deliberation and debate. So, all of a sudden, the American people will awaken to learn there’s a new agency in the DHS to “counter violent extremism” — which, as you can see, is defined by a single lackluster sentence.

Someone tell me, what is “ideologically motivated”? Could it be construed that conservatism is ideologically motivated? No, I am not a conspiracy theorist. But I find this rather interesting in that President Obama cannot bring himself to say Islamic terrorism, Islamic jihadism, Islamism, or Islamo-fascism. Paragraph (g) is truly left open to anyone’s interpretation. What about environmental terrorists? What about the Occupy Wall Street crew or anarchists?

Why is there even a necessity to create another government agency — don’t we have an FBI responsible for such activities? Perhaps this just exists to allow this administration to target any belief system not willing to cow to their “fundamental transformation” of America. So, could this website even be considered violent extremism?

The is the last week for the House to be in session before recess adjournment in August. My recommendation is that you contact the House Homeland Security Committee and the House GOP leadership and share your concerns about this legislation. My issue is that “violent extremism” is just too vague. Consider this: the actions of Nidal Hasan — as well as the beheading of a woman in Moore, Oklahoma — wouldn’t even fit into this categorization, since the administration declared it “workplace violence.” Matter of fact, the Obama administration is even struggling to condemn the Islamic terrorist attack in Chattanooga as “violent extremism” — certainly President Obama has not said so.

Ladies and Gents, U.S. House of Representatives Bill 2899 (HB 2899) should not see the light of day; it must be killed. We do not need another agency in the DHS. Moreover, we certainly don’t need to give the government carte blanche to declare “ideological” enemies in such a nebulous manner.

Texas Supreme Court suspends Houston’s ‘bathroom bill,’ sets up ballot fight

BY VALERIE RICHARDSON, REPOSTED FROM SUN MYUNG MOON’S WASHINGTON TIMES

The Texas Supreme Court gave Friday the Houston city council 30 days either to repeal a civil-rights ordinance allowing opposite-sex bathroom use or place it before the voters on the November ballot.

The 12-page decision says that the council ran afoul of the city charter when it refused to act after the city secretary certified a year ago the signatures submitted by a pastor-led coalition, which had moved to force a vote on the Houston Equal Rights Ordinance (HERO).

Houston Mayor Annise Parker came under fire last year after the city moved to subpoena sermons and other documents from five pastors, known as the Houston Five, ultimately backing down and omitting sermons from the order in the face of a public outcry.

“Obviously, I am disappointed and believe the court is in error with this 11th-hour ruling in a case that had already been decided by a judge and jury of citizens,” said Ms. Parker, the city’s first openly lesbian mayor, in a Friday statement.

“Nonetheless, we will proceed with the steps necessary for City Council to consider the issue. At the same time, we are consulting with our outside counsel on any possible available legal actions,” she said.

The city has until Aug. 24 to act on the court’s order, which also suspended the equal-rights ordinance, raising the possibility of a ballot fight that could sway the outcome of the November mayor’s race. Ms. Parker is term-limited and cannot seek re-election.

The ordinance, approved by the city council in May 2014, added gender identity and sexual orientation to the city’s equal-rights law, touching off a backlash over transgender bathroom use.

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott praised the court’s decision Friday, saying that, “Freedom of expression can only exist once government removes itself from stifling free speech, repressing religious liberty and interfering with the lives of its citizens.”

“Today’s decision by the Texas Supreme Court appropriately returns jurisdiction over this matter to voters while reassuring the people of Houston that their personal values remain beyond the reach of government,” said the Republican governor in a statement.

Erik Stanley, senior legal counsel for the Alliance Defending Freedom, which defended the pastors, said Friday that the court “has rightly rectified this wrong.”

“Public officials should not be allowed to run roughshod over the right of the people to decide these types of issues, especially when the citizens of Houston clearly met all the qualifications for having their voice heard,” Mr. Stanley said in a statement.

“The subpoenas we successfully fought were only one element of this disgraceful abuse of power,” he said. “The scandal began when the city arbitrarily threw out the valid signatures of thousands of voters. The city did this all because it was bent on pushing through its deeply unpopular ordinance at any cost.”

The city secretary certified the signatures on July 3, 2014, saying that the petitioners had turned in 17,846 valid signatures, exceeding the required 17,269, the Houston city attorney stepped in and declared invalid more than 16,000 signatures.

The court ruled that the city attorney had no official role in the process, which by charter requires the city council to overturn the ordinance or place it on the ballot after the city secretary has certified the signatures.

“The Charter requires the City Secretary to ‘certify’ her findings, and the only findings she expressly certified were her own,” said the court decision. “The City Attorney may, no doubt, give legal advice to the City Secretary, but he cannot assume her duties.”

At that point, the council should have either repealed the ordinance or placed it on the ballot, “[y]et the City Council decided, of its own accord, not to act, disregarding the City Secretary’s certification that the petition had enough signatures,” the opinion states.

“The Charter, however, gives the City Council no discretion to reevaluate the petition; instead, it requires ‘immediate’ action by the City Council following the City Secretary’s certification,” said the court. “To give authority to the council to make the ultimate determination of sufficiency of the petition would commit the decision to a body that could not be considered impartial.”

In April, a trial court ruled in the city’s favor on the signature challenge in a case that is now pending before the Texas Court of Appeals, but that lawsuit “does not negate the city council’s duty to proceed with the political process unless that obligation is stayed by a court of competent jurisdiction,” said Friday’s ruling.

Christie’s lies about his gun record are just a click away | Editorial

REPOSTED FROM NJ.COM

fatsoGov. Christie entered politics denouncing the idea of lifting a ban on assault weapons. He has amnesia, however, when it comes to his record on gun issues since becoming a presidential candidate. (Aristide Economopoulos/NJ Advance Media)

It is now clear that the 2016 Chris Christie presidential campaign is the first one predicated entirely on the hope that nobody knows how to use Google.

Because every time the voters assemble to bask in his awesomeness, our governor seems to think he has no political record that anyone can actually consult.

The latest example was Saturday in Iowa, where a gun enthusiast accused Christie of being a faux-Republican who does not really worship at the One True Church.

Christie in turn challenged this fellow, a proud member of “Iowa’s only no-compromise gun group” — why compromise when they only kill 32,000 Americans a year? - to “produce just one fact about me being anti-gun.”

Then, as usual, he stuck out his chest in triumph after the guy was reduced to a stammering ninny by yet another fatuous bluff.

Truth is, any preschooler could produce that fact, along with 10 more, all serving to refute the governor’s claim that he has some serious GOP heat-packin’ bona fides.

Because it’s true now, it was true yesterday, and it will be true long after this presidential campaign becomes history’s yard waste: Gov. Christie has signed more than a dozen pieces of legislation that by any loose definition can be termed “gun-control.” They are not hard to find. This newspaper prints them at regular intervals.

For example, one law he signed bans people on the terrorist watch list from purchasing guns.

Another law requires the state to sync up with the national criminal background check database.

Yet another upgrades the penalty for transferring a firearm to an underage person to a fourth-degree crime, which carries a potential prison sentence.

And in his Nanny State coup de grace, he made certain possession violations a first-degree crime and increased mandatory minimums under New Jersey’s “Grave’s Act.”

All that, courtesy of one administration, which crowed about this governor’s commitment to “strengthen New Jersey’s already tough gun laws and upgrade penalties for those who … violate gun trafficking laws” one day in 2013, when he signed (count ’em) 10 pieces of legislation.

You can call some of these measures trivial. You can even dismiss the governor’s latest litany of lies as a bout of campaign logorrhea.

But the accepted Wikipedia version of these pen strokes is that they delivered smarter, stronger, tighter gun controls to the state of New Jersey, because the state of New Jersey has yet to be infected by the growing national fear of zombie invasion.

So that Iowan who didn’t have Google handy can actually tell all his pals at Hawkeye Zombie Hunters Club that he was right all along:

The governor of New Jersey is so hostile to the Second Amendment, he wants to take guns from people who have mental illness, people with the potential to blow up jetliners, and people who like to take their M4 Carbine into states where they are illegal, period.

And that makes him utterly unelectable.

As should his bewildering habit of lying in front of large crowds, but that’s a whole other thing.
