Bible lawsuit story followup

By Rev. Austin Miles

The lawsuit filed against the Bible, just detailed in a national story, did happen. However, every newswriter including this one was misled as to WHEN that event took place.

Every story I do is backed by research and fact finding. Sometimes a major story breaks on several respected news sites that have proven to be reliable news sources and are picked up by others. The initial details used in my story of gays filing a lawsuit to make the Bible illegal, were taken from those sites. If ever the facts of a published story are questioned, we are right on it. If ever an error is detected, it is corrected immediately. My readers know this.

Indeed, I will no longer do a personal profile piece about anyone since I have been totally misled on two occasions, which is enough. And those stories were immediately corrected. One was about a young supposed military woman who conned me. When I first met her she seemed to be too good to be true. As it turns out, she WAS too good to be true.

The current story in question was headlined: “We told you! First Lawsuit Filed to Make Bible Illegal!” A close friend who keeps track of breaking news, emailed me about that story as soon as it broke this past Friday. That story was double-checked. The source of that story, which was dated, July 10 2015, came from Christian Post, with the headline: “Gay Man Files $70M Suit Against Bible Publishers Over’ Homosexual’ Verses.” It was also published by Tea Party News Network.

An additional check showed that it was first published by; http://www.donotlink.com/framed?740510 The story was released as a right-now, July 10, 2026 story, and referred to this coming Monday with no date. After checking, I published the story.

We knew that the gays would never be satisfied after getting that Supreme Court victory as Obama salivated. And we had learned conclusively through sources inside that community that they next would have the Bible outlawed as a hate book. This is FACT.

Two nutty emails came in Sunday morning, attacking me personally and the contents of the story. The first was unsigned, which is usual for this kind of correspondence. The sender box showed ‘Jon.’

The complainant opened his or her missile by proclaiming that my story was not factual, then went on to say: “Will you please edit your article so it as (sic) factual? If you don’t change the article, you would be intentionally lying, which would be breaking one of the 10 Commandments.

“Do you have the moral courage to admit that your article was not factual? Unfortunately, I do not believe you will change the article , but I can only hope you do have the moral and ethical courage to do so.”

Wow! This keyboard pounder appears to know me, my thinking and conduct with remarkable clairvoyant skills since this individual does not know me, has never met me, has never been in my home, has never talked to me on the phone nor have we ever had a cup of coffee together. Yet his person knows my very thoughts and character, which is remarkable.

This disturbed individual tries to convince the world, by using Christian sounding jargon, that he or she is a Christian. If this arrogant judging mischaracterization of someone they do not know is a “Christian” then God help us all. No wonder people are being turned off by ‘Christians.’ Message to The World, God is never the problem. The problem comes from those who claim to be representatives of God using the cloak of Christianity to exhibit credibility, so as to hide their true selves.

I would earnestly advise the writer to be very cautious in suggesting that I am a liar. That shows totally disrespect, not acceptable and will not be tolerated. Plus, to say this against a minister is libel. However, bear in mind that I will never show you disrespect by intentionally lying to you.

The writer enclosed a link to Snopes.com, a website that purports to lay bare something that is untrue. Snopes is the most untrue element of it all. They purposely will grab a story that is prominent and attack it in order bring attention to themselves to increase their website traffic.

This is fact. When I broke the story about Islam becoming a required study for 7th graders in Public School, Snopes hopped right on it and got tons of attention. I had gone to that particular school, saw the materials and handouts and interviewed a teacher at that school who had no idea that her son was in that class studying ‘how to become a Muslim’ until she found his course materials and handouts. She then contacted me.

Snopes, with misrepresentations, tried to kill my story and almost did while greatly assisting the Muslims who want to recruit us and or kill us but not wanting America to know about it. However I contacted a national columnist who specialized in Islamic events providing him material for the class.

He then did a major story about it that was published nationally after it broke in The New York Post. It turned out that this Islamic Indoctrination was not only in the one school in California, but in all public schools in America. And it was kept so quiet that nobody knew.

The other email was sent to me by a Steven Ray.

His opening line said it all: “Unfortunately, this story is propaganda being used to create outrage against the LGBT community by conservatives.” By the language, we all can tell that this was an official LGBT communication.

In typical fashion, Mr. Ray fiercely suggested that this story was written with malice toward Gays. It appears that the writer is the one who has the malice and hatred, not me. On the contrary: I have done funerals for gays, transgenders and cross-dressers. Those services are performed with great dignity with the celebration of a life that was valuable to God, no matter where their journey took them, which makes it automatically valuable to me.

I train chaplains and have taken them with me to these funerals, to show them that while we do not understand that life, our job is to bring God’s love into every situation we find ourselves in. And when these funerals are taking place, the deceased is not preached into heaven or hell.

It is a very loving service. So much so that I am ASKED to do them. For the writer to even suggest otherwise damages his own credibility.

If my current story was old news, it was unknown to me or the other news sources that picked it up. Meanwhile, the originator of this story; http://www.donotlink.com/framed?740510 that we all picked up on has made a brief correction at the bottom of their current piece. Too late.

That news website had a profound obligation to send out an immediate news release to every media outlet to correct this misinformation they gave us. They did not. They just put in a brief line on their original story which you can see at the above link.

Because the gays have such hatred for everyone else, especially Christian ministers, they automatically assume everyone else is the same as they are. We are not.

Ray Comfort’s ‘Audacity’ Film has Critics Outraged the Topic of Homosexuality is Tackled [VIDEO]

Evangelist Ray Comfort has never shied away from addressing controversial subjects like abortion and evolution; his upcoming film ‘Audacity’ takes on the subject of homosexuality.

Comfort’s films are usually documentaries, but ‘Audacity’ is a scripted film. The passionate minister admits that he initially did not want to address homosexuality.

“I didn’t want to do this movie. When different people kept asking for one that addressed homosexuality, I said an adamant ‘No!’ and I was deadly serious,” he told TheBlaze, “It just wasn’t going to happen. One of the major reasons for this was that to speak even slightly against homosexuality nowadays is tantamount to being a hate-filled racist.”

Comfort is currently raising money in support of the project, raising $120,000 of $175,000 goal. To help support the film and its powerful message click here.

According to livingwaters.com ‘Audacity’ is about a Christian (Peter) struggling to find his voice as a young believer in a culture that rejects the biblical view of homosexuality. The movie follows him as he learns to lovingly speak the truth to his friends, in spite of their opposing views.

“He’s forced into a clash between his most cherished convictions and a most volatile issue,” Comfort told TheBlaze.

“‘Audacity’ doesn’t stereotype or vilify gays in the slightest,” Comfort assured, “This movie isn’t motivated by an ounce of hatred. It’s just the opposite. We love gay people, and that’s what we believe will be the conclusion of most who see it.”

He went on to explain why he was moved into making ‘Audacity’. “There is a reality clip woven into the storyline of the movie where I interview two lesbians after I saw them kissing in Huntington Beach, California,” Comfort said, “At the conclusion of the interview they enthusiastically said on-camera that they really appreciated how I had spoken with them.”

Comforts past project have helped encourage many lives as well as save lives according to his video message promoting his new venture.

“When we produced [pro-life film] ‘180′ they said we hated women. When ‘Evolution Vs. God’ came out, we hated science. Neither accusations were true,” he went on to say to TheBlaze, “We are now in post-production of a movie that shows how much we love gay people, and they are already saying that I hate gays.”

He continued, “These critics hate any thought of God, and they think that if they can vilify me they can vilify the message - when they just confirm it with their hatred.”

Evil Anti-Christian Forces will EXPOSE the Apostate Church - Watch and take Notes!

The Fag Flag overlay on the White House is amazingly telling - I think it demonstrates just how close we must be the the return of our Messiah.

Can you even imagine a Christmas manger scene overlaying the White House at Christmas time? The Cross maybe? Or the Christian flag? Or as some have commented - The Confederate flag?

The Sodomy lobby is in control of the entire Nation… Are you seeing it?

According to Ezra Taft Benson, the Sec. of Agriculture of the Eisenhower administration, Nikita Khrushchev said”, You Americans are so gullible. No, you won’t accept communism outright, but we’ll keep feeding you small doses of Socialism until you will finally wake up and find that you already have communism. We won’t have to fight you, we will so weaken your economy until you fall like overripe fruit into our hands. It has also been said that Khrushchev proclaimed, Communists would bury America without firing a shot, “Your children’s children will be living under communism”. Today, these quotes are unverified, are they fictitious lies with no value, or is there a communist conspiracy plan?

Did the journal Science publish a fabricated study on gay unions?

Did the journal Science publish a fabricated study on gay unions?

Criticis are blasting the journal Science over supposedly lax standards after a graduate student’s recently published paper was slammed by scientists.

The scientific community has been shaken to its core after one of the biggest science journals on the planet, Science, had to retract a study that found that gay canvassers were very persuasive with people who had voted against same-sex marriage.

Michael LaCour, a political science researcher at the University of California, Los Angeles wanted to examine whether canvassers with a personal stake in the issue of gay marriage sway voters opinions on the issue, and reached out to Donald P. Green, a professor at Columbia University who was highly respected when it comes to field experiments, according to a New York Times report.

Green signed on to help LaCour with his study in 2013, although he had reservations that it might be too ambitious of an idea of a graduate student. Now, two years later and just a few months after being published in Science, the study is under fire due to accusations the LaCour had misrepresented his methods and lacked evidence for his findings.

Green asked the journal to retract the study because of a lack of original data from LaCour, who said he stands by his study.

Proposed Federal Law: Don’t Sway People from Homosexuality — or Else

Written by for THE NEW AMERICAN MAGAZINE

In the beginning, the homosexual agenda was about the right to be an “out” homosexual without government interference.

Now it’s about using the government to prohibit efforts to get out of homosexuality.

And the latest attack on this front is the ominously named “Therapeutic Fraud Prevention Act” (TFPA), which would ban same-sex-attraction and “gender identity” reparative therapy. This is psychological counseling whose goal is to help people mitigate or eliminate unwanted same-sex attractions or the phenomenon whereby a person’s perceived sex doesn’t match his actual one.

The TFPA was introduced in Congress today by Representative Ted Lieu (D-Calif.), who authored his state’s 2012 ban on reparative therapy. After the Golden State’s action, D.C. and New Jersey (with Governor Chris Christie’s signature) followed suit in prohibiting the therapy, and a similar ban is in front of openly bisexual governor Kate Brown of Oregon.

Yet while the above bills prohibit only reparative therapy for minors, according to Philly’s Josh Middleton, the TFPA would apply to all ages. Moreover, while the wisdom of such bans should be questioned, there’s no question that states have the constitutional power to enact them. Yet nowhere in the Constitution is the federal government empowered to involve itself in such matters.

As to what this involvement would be, Middleton provides some details, writing, “The ‘Therapeutic Fraud Prevention Act,’ explains the Human Rights Campaign (HRC), ‘would amend the Federal Trade Commission Act to clarify that providing conversion [reparative] therapy to any person in exchange for monetary compensation or advertising such services is an unfair or deceptive act or practice. This legislation would give the Federal Trade Commission the duty to enforce this provision in accordance with existing law.’”

Of course, labeling the therapy “deceptive,” critics would say, is deception itself; it’s predicated on the unproven notions that same-sex attraction and “gender identity” are always inborn and unchangeable, and that trying to alter them has negative psychological effects.

Adding to the deception, Lieu states at his website that reparative therapy “is a dangerous but often overlooked form of discrimination against LGBT Americans.” Yet this turns truth on its head. No one is forcing anyone else to participate in therapy. It is Lieu’s bill that discriminates by, as Regina Griggs, executive director of Parents and Friends of Ex-Gays and Gays, put it, taking “away the rights of parents and children to receive help.”

Junk Science?

Lieu calls reparative therapy “crappery” while Griggs position is that his “legislation was not based on science,” writes the Washington Times. So where does the junk science truly lie?

One fashionable idea underpinning Lieu’s argument is that homosexuality, and this could apply to “gender identity” as well, is inborn. Yet despite media obfuscation, no “gay gene” (pertaining to happiness or homosexuality) has been discovered. In fact, a 2001 Columbia University study found that among identical twins (who share identical genetics), the same-sex attraction experienced by one was shared by the other only 10 percent of the time. And while there are theories regarding how intrauterine hormonal anomalies might lead to a lack of masculinization of a boy’s brain — creating a lad who supposedly has a “female brain” — brain scans aren’t used in particular cases to prove the innateness of homosexuality or “gender identity” (note: this usage of “gender” is agenda-driven. The term should be applied only to words). So, put simply, the science is inconclusive.

But history may not be. For example, homosexuality was institutionalized in ancient Spartan military camps, and it wasn’t uncommon for Athenian men to chase after adolescent boys. Does this mean that most all ancient Greeks had a “gay gene”?

Let’s accept for argument’s sake, however, the supposition that homosexuality can be inborn. Given the historical point above, and common sense’s dictates, would anyone say that same-sex attraction could not be a purely psychological phenomenon in even 1 out of 10,000 cases? That would be a truly radical assertion. But if it is possible, then it could be so in 2 out of 10,000 as well, no? Or it could be 10, 20, or 50.

Or 200.

The point is that science can’t say — and Ted Lieu certainly doesn’t know. Yet he would deny psychological help to those in whom same-sex attraction is a purely psychological phenomenon.

But what if it is inborn, at least in certain cases? Isn’t trying to change it then a trespass? Well, this philosophy isn’t applied to most anything else. There are many inborn abnormalities, such as cleft lip, Spina bifida, Down syndrome, club foot, and Tay-Sachs disease. We happily remedy them whenever possible, unimpeded by people saying, as activists do when justifying homosexual behavior, “God doesn’t make mistakes.”

Speaking of which, one also might ask: If “God doesn’t make mistakes” (and, presumably, everything is ordained), why do the same activists advocate so-called “gender-reassignment surgery”? Shouldn’t we conclude that if God wanted you to be a member of the opposite sex, He would have created you that way? And consider further the contradiction: Lieu and his fellow travelers would forbid doctors from trying to change people’s minds — which could be a purely psychological process — but happily allow doctors to change their bodies, which certainly are innately determined.

The reality is that inborn status tells us nothing about correctness. Factors between the ears are no exception, either, and it’s particularly dangerous to assume otherwise in their case. As I wrote in February:

The same social scientists telling us homosexuality is innate also claim that psychopaths are born and not made. Does this make psychopathy a legitimate state of being? And what if it’s found that some people are born with homicidal instincts? Would it be okay for them to commit murder?

… Then there’s this study indicating that racial bias is innate. Will the Left now move to rescind anti-discrimination law?

Some may now say murder and racial discrimination are different because they hurt another person. (Of course, others assert that engaging in deviant sexual behavior with another also hurts the person.) But if what “hurts” others is to be our yardstick for determining rightness, then the inborn argument becomes irrelevant. As I continued:

After all, whether or not an action reflects inborn urges tells us nothing about whether or not it hurts another.

Stating the obvious, the inborn argument could be applied to anything inborn. Logically translated it says: If a feeling is innate, the actions associated with it are okay. This eliminates morality completely and replaces it with biological determinism (BD). This is why accepting the BD argument means accepting everything that can be proven to be inborn — even if it’s pedophilia, bestiality, or murder. It’s just a slightly more sophisticated way of saying “If it feels good, do it.” But biology does not determine morality.

Unfortunately, morality doesn’t generally determine politicians’ actions. The good news is that as with sexual feelings but with far less difficulty, politicians can be changed.

Obama to Call for End to ‘Conversion’ Therapies for Gay and Transgender Youth

By MICHAEL D. SHEAR

WASHINGTON — A 17-year-old transgender youth, Leelah Alcorn, stunned her friends and a vast Internet audience in December when she threw herself in front of a tractor-trailer after writing in an online suicide note that religious therapists had tried to convert her back to being a boy.

In response, President Obama is calling for an end to such therapies aimed at “repairing” gay, lesbian and transgender youth. His decision on the issue is the latest example of his continuing embrace of gay rights.

In a statement that was posted on Wednesday evening alongside a WhiteHouse.gov petition begun in honor of Ms. Alcorn, Mr. Obama condemned the practice, sometimes called “conversion” or “reparative” therapy, which is supported by some socially conservative organizations and religious doctors.

The petition has received more than 120,000 signatures in three months.

“We share your concern about its potentially devastating effects on the lives of transgender as well as gay, lesbian, bisexual and queer youth,” the statement, written by Valerie Jarrett, a senior adviser to Mr. Obama, says. “As part of our dedication to protecting America’s youth, this administration supports efforts to ban the use of conversion therapy for minors.”
