I guess the folks at The Last Refuge must have read my blog here at mugwumps and seen my post, because now I’m not even getting their posts.
You know, so much of what they publish is just exactly where all of us are and we sooooo agree with them. I am so sorry they have reacted the way they have.
Now I will have to remember to go in and look at what they have up, and will probably forget most of the time.
How sad.

I am unsubscribing to The Last Refuge and Conservative Treehouse blog. I much prefer your blog and if they cannot be honest and straight forward, then they loose me too. Keep up the good work CZ!

My Dear and Longtime Friend,
Back in about ’54 (19 that is - Wow!}, there was a hit song on the little AM radio at my home with the lyrics “Got along without ‘ya before I met ‘ya gonna get along without ‘ya now.” Skeeter Davis sang it I think… I always remembered that song and have applied it’s lesson often in many aspects of my life… (Painfully at times).
I can feel your disappointment at CT-TLR’s reaction, (rather their lack thereof), and apparent total disregard for your efforts to remedy the situation. But barring some serious oversight on their part I have no respect for their admin and policies. My feeling is -We Don’t Need Them-! There are many great conservative sites on the net and I say we kick their dust off our feet, move along and don’t look back. As for The Donald, if he is God’s man for this hour nothing is going to stop him. I think Bill Hemberger made some great comments in this vein.
Well, that’s about all I have to say on the matter and as I said before, if you should link to their blog I will click on it but it will not be the same… I have always been quick to fight for a friend and you have been a very good friend all the way back to the days of the Kitchen Militia and the APFN…. Burning up the ink cartridges on my fax machine…. And the fat lady ain’t singing and we ain’t finished yet.

To bad… I don’t remember but was it a WordPress blog? I just went through a round with them where they unsubscribed from all of the blog’s that I was following.

Yes, it’s another wordpress blog…that’s strange, I wonder why they did that? I believe they’re very into making themselves great, but I’m pretty disappointed in their treatment of people like myself who really was bringing more readers to their site. I like much of what they post, but their attitude towards others really leaves a lot to be desired…pompous and arrogant and rude.
