FBI sends message to patriots and constitutionalists

The spokesman for the occupation of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge in Oregon was shot nine times by the FBI.
It should be no surprise the FBI would shoot an unarmed man nine times.This is often their modus operandi, especially with individuals the national police state agency considers political enemies—and the band of constitutionalists at Malheur, no matter how misdirected or naive, were certainly considered enemies of the state.
Now it comes out that the gun the FBI said they retrieved from Finnicum’s body—a body so bullet-riddled it necessitated a closed coffin—was in fact stolen.
The Pacific Patriots Network did a search of the weapon’s serial number and discovered it was stolen, although this crucial fact is not being reported by an establishment media that has consistently portrayed Finnicum and the other activists at the refuge as dangerous terrorists.
The over the top murder of Finnicum and a subsequent video released by the FBI are intended to send a message to the patriot movement and constitutionalists.
The message: if you go up against the federal government, if you question its dictatorial and unconstitutional policies and if you actively resist or engage in behavior to draw attention to its pathological criminality, you will be executed, particularly if you provide the FBI with an opportunity, as Finnicum did when he traveled to a meeting unarmed to resolve the standoff.

OK, this really stinks now. A stolen gun? C’mon that makes no sense. Shot 9 times? Nope not from vid I saw. I said in an earlier thread it looked like he may have made a motion that looked bad, but hell now he may have been shot at that point the way he spun, and may have reacted to that.

Looks like nothing has changed with the Running Dogs of the NWO since 1992/93. . There is no freaking way A man of Finnicum’s dignity and honor was packing stolen heat. He WAS reaching all right… for the holes that were popping in his chest. What we saw was the Dance of Death. I have seen it before.The FBI shot the hell out of an unarmed man… Google [Lon Horiuchi-Vicki Weaver and Ruby Ridge] or [Janet Reno-Hillary Clinton and Waco] and anything still on U-Tube. These badge bearing bastards are nothing more than US government paid assassins and hit-men. They are especially recruited and trained paid killers who live for their wet-work. And they enjoy their jobs!

As I said I just watched the vid the other day and it looked like he may have been reaching in his jacket, but now knowing he was shot 9 times and watching it again you’re right it was a “Death Dance”
Family said he was shot in the face. FBI said it took 10 minutes of
“Stun grenades” LOL whatnot on car before they “Rendered First aid”

I’m in now way giving the feds,or the OSP a pass-there was no reason to shoot Lavoy Finnicum.
There was no reason for the ambush-or “traffic stop” that Lavoy drove away from.
The FBI/OSP could have arrested Ammon Bundy numerous times,then there’s the fact that those at the refuge were seeking a peaceful resolution to the occupation.
There was no reason for anyone to die,no reason for shots to have been fired in the first place.
There’s a reason the feds chose to make their “traffic stop” on USFS property,in an area with no cell phone reception-and it damn sure wasn’t out of concern for the citizens of Burns.
They could have made their “traffic stop”at numerous locations before the 2 vehicles reached 395.
The feds wanted to make a statement-and show overwhelming force. Which could have been done without firing a shot.

Already answered below,but short version-he is/was an FBI HRT sniper,and was present at both Waco #1 and Ruby Ridge.
He was charged in the death of Vicki Weaver-who he shot and killed while she was holding an infant-but the charge was dropped.
Funny how that one worked-a DOJ “task force” concluded that his shot that killed Vicki Weaver did not meet the standard of “objective reasonableness”-meaning it was what those in law enforcement call a “bad shoot”
The psycho POS murdered Vicki Weaver and never saw the inside of a prison cell-theDOJ’s own “task force” admitted that Horiuchi had no legal ground to shoot Vicki Weaver-yet he walks on an involuntary manslaughter charge?!
He should have been charged and convicted with whatever Idaho’s version of first degree murder is,and either already been executed,or still been sitting on death row.
