Lack of Transparency Undermines Accuracy of Iowa Caucus

JBS CEO Art Thompson and JBS Director of Communications Bill Hahn’s weekly news video update for Feb. 8 – 14, 2016.
In this week’s Analysis Behind the News video, JBS CEO Art Thompson discusses the lack of transparency at the Iowa Caucus and how the results on both the Republican and Democratic sides cannot be fully trusted. JBS Director of Communications Bill Hahn addresses the political theater seen in Congress relative to House Speaker Paul Ryan blaming a “progressive president” for the debt crisis while ignoring Congress’ constitutional authority over spending and its failure to repeal Obamacare. Mr. Hahn further addresses the recent signing of the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) in New Zealand and Utah’s plan to reclaim federally-controlled land within its state.

Who Is The Real Ted Cruz

Vladimir Lenin said, “There are no morals in politics; there is only expedience. A scoundrel may be of use to us just because he is a scoundrel.”
I can’t think of a better description of Ted Cruz’s relationship with the DC-Wall Street Establishment – Cruz being the scoundrel of course. Cruz’s claim of not being a tool of the political elite is like Bill Clinton telling the world, “I did not have sexual relations with that woman.”
Webster’s definition of a scoundrel is a dishonest or unscrupulous person, and Cruz has become quite adroit at saying one thing while his history shows him doing the other. Rather than the outsider he claims to be, Ted Cruz is the ultimate insider, former top Bush 41 policy aide and globalist, Ivy Leaguer, and establishment insider.
Not many conservatives coming out of Princeton and Harvard. “I’m just sayin,'” Ted, as said in the debate.
There is no better example of this than Calgary Ted’s actions surrounding the big Wall Street banks and their secret funding of his political ascension. Cruz has been gorging at the table of the ultimate insider of all insiders – Goldman Sachs and Citibank.
You may recall in a recent Fox Business Network debate that Cruz, in Mr. Haney from Green Acres voice, declared to one of the moderators, “The opening question [moderator Jerry Seib] asked — would you bailout the big banks again — nobody gave you an answer to that. I will give you an answer — absolutely not.”
What else would you expect a scoundrel to say who had secretly secured big sweetheart loans from Goldman and Citibank — by leveraging his retirement accounts –– to fund his 2012 U.S. Senate campaign. Loans which the Calgary Ted conveniently forgot to disclose to the Federal Election Commission. These are the very retirement accounts that he said he and his wife said he cashed in to fund his senate race. In other words, Ted lied.
At the same time Ted’s bulging 2016 campaign accounts and supporting Super-PACs are stuffed with big oil and gas money. He knows how to play the game.
And perhaps the ultimate hypocrisy of the native born Canadian is that his spouse, Heidi, by all accounts a lovely wife and mother, has been employed by Goldman Sachs since 2005. She is on leave as managing director and regional head of private wealth management. Heidi is a proud member of the lefty Council on Foreign Relations, advocates of one world government and the New World Order.
Heidi is not a bit player in the Cruz campaign with those credentials but rather an integral part of the campaign’s fundraising efforts. As reported by CNN last year, “She works the phones the way she worked them when she was at Goldman,” said Chad Sweet, the Cruz campaign’s chairman, who recruited Heidi to work at the giant investment bank.”
Yet we are to believe that the big Wall Street banks have no leverage over Ted Cruz? Why didn’t Heidi Cruz resign from Goldman Sachs instead of taking a leave of absence? That’s like saying Bill Ayers and Saul Alinsky have had no influence on Barack Obama.
The other inside connection that hits one like a baseball bat is the Bush connection. Ted was George W.’s brain when he ran for President. A top policy adviser. Ted maneuvered for Solicitor General in Bush World but settled for a plum at the Federal Trade Commission. Ted’s a Bushman with deep ties to the political and financial establishment.
Ted and Heidi brag about being the first “Bush marriage” – they met as Bush staffers which ultimately led to marriage. Cruz was an adviser on legal affairs while Heidi was an adviser on economic policy and eventually director for the Western Hemisphere on the National Security Council under Condoleezza Rice. Condi helped give us the phony war in Iraq.
Also conveniently missing from Heidi’s Wikipedia bio is her service as Deputy U.S. Trade Representative to USTR head Robert Zoellick. At USTR Heidi worked on U.S.-China trade policy- the one Donald Trump talks about so much.
And Chad Sweet, Ted Cruz’s campaign chairman, is a former CIA officer. Michael Chertoff, George W. Bush’s former Secretary of Homeland Security, hired Sweet from Goldman Sachs to restructure and optimize the flow of information between the CIA, FBI and other members of the national security community and DHS. Chertoff and Sweet co-founded the Chertoff Group upon leaving the administration.
A known tactic of the intelligence community is the use of strategic communications as a “soft power” weapon against it adversaries — the creation of false narratives by the effective use of all media — social, digital, newspaper, print, etc. Combined with denial and deception, it can be a potent force. Glenn Beck and Mark Levin are abetting this.
Despite his ability to lie with a straight face (sadly Nixonian) on his support for amnesty and TPP, he got nailed by Senator Marco Rubio on the debate. Acting like a prick in the U.S. Senate was the core of Ted’s disciplined effort to bury his old school ties and reinvent himself as a modern-day Jesse Helms and supposed Conservative outsider. It’s a ruse.
As we get closer to the Iowa Caucus and New Hampshire Primary, Cruz and his establishment puppet masters are engaged in an aggressive strategy against Trump. The false narrative of course being that Cruz is the outsider while Trump is the insider. Nothing could be farther from the truth.
In its most simplistic terms – the power elite have no leverage over Trump – nothing.
Cruz, on the other hand, is the establishments quisling, spawned by the Bushes and controlled by Wall Street, who became a strident “outsider” only four years ago.
The U.S. Constitution does not defined “native born” citizen, nor have the courts. That Ted was eligible to run for office as a citizen only 15 months ago is weird. Trump’s right the Democrats would have a field day with Calgary Ted, the Manchurian, Canadian Candidate.
Don’t get me wrong. Ted Cruz is a smart, canny, talented guy who has run a great “long race” campaign. He aspires to be Reagan but trust me he’s Nixon. Right down the incredible discipline and smarts playing the political game. Ted Cruz is not who he appears to be. As the bible says, “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in the clothing of sheep, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.” In this case we must beware a Canadian bearing gifts.

A double minded man is unstable in all his ways. -James 1:8

It is unfortunate that Christians have so little discernment, or even the desire to research the presidential candidates, and they continue to believe everything they spew. Sadly, this is why our country has ended up in such a disastrous state. Truly, the church is a very big part of the problem.

Cruz is definitely a globalist, and a very dangerous one at that. I wish our brethren could see it. In this article, we’ll take a closer look at Sen. Cruz as well as his family.

Cruz Donors

teddy cruz

In an article by Coach Collins entitled, “Cruz Donors Accused of Money Laundering, Helping Tax Cheats, Pro-Amnesty Revisionist History,” Collins lists the nefarious donors to Cruz’s campaign and what they might want in return. Then he lists the sources for each of the donors. There is quite an
amazing array of globalists who are behind Ted Cruz and buying his favors. Also see, In Accepting Campaign Cash, Cruz is Just Like Everyone Else, Which is Exactly the Problem.

Cruz on Trade Agreements

Cruz undoubtedly agrees with his friend, Henry Kissinger, on trade. (Kissinger was also part of the NAU Task Force like wife Heidi). On January 24, 2015, Cruz said that he is for “fast tracking” trade agreements and supports Obama doing same. Apparently Cruz cares little about American jobs, and even less about American sovereignty, but of course, this was before he decided to run for President.

In the above video, when the interviewer asks Cruz about fast track for NAFTA, (Heidi Cruz sat on a Council on Foreign Relations task force for the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) up until 2011 when Ted announced he was running for the Senate!), Cruz answered, “I am a strong supporter of free trade. I think free trade benefits America. I think free trade produces jobs, and economic growth here at home. I think America prospers when we trade, when we open up new markets for our exports. I think it benefits manufacturers, it benefits farmers, it benefits ranchers to open up new markets. So this is one of the few areas where I think there’s some potential for bipartisan agreement, and Washington is working together to expand free trade and to open up new markets for manufacturers and farmers and ranchers.”

Obviously Mr. Cruz has not seen the decimation of ranchers, family farms, and manufacturing in America since the passing of NAFTA! The loss of middle class jobs is astronomical. And our trade deficit tells a whole different story than Cruz tells.

The interviewer then asked him if he would give TPA (fast track) to Obama, and Cruz answers, “I support Fast Track, yes.”

The entire purpose of fast-track is for Congress to surrender its power to the Executive for six years. Legislative concessions include: control over the content of legislation, the power to fully consider that legislation on the floor, the power to keep debate open until Senate cloture is invoked, and the constitutional requirement that treaties receive a two-thirds vote. Legislation cannot even be amended.

By contrast, without fast-track, Congress retains all of its legislative powers, individual members retain all of their procedural tools, and every single line, jot, and tittle of trade text is publicly available before any congressional action is taken. [Link]

Once Cruz decided he was running for president and found out that the American people did not even want this horrid new trade deal, he backtracked on everything and actually voted against fast tracking. Can you say flip-flop? [Link], [Link], [Link]

In a procedural vote on June 23, the Senate passed fast-track once again, 60-38. More power was handed over to this dictatorial Marxist Muslim in our White House.

The Cruz Family

Rafael Cruz and Eleanor Darragh Wilson, were married to others before they married in 1969. Ted Cruz, 44, has two half-sisters from his father’s earlier marriage. One, Miriam Cruz, died in 2011 at age 49, in Collingdale, Pa., a Philadelphia suburb. The medical examiner ruled it an accidental death from taking a combination of prescription medicines. The other half-sister, Roxana Cruz, 52, is a medical doctor, who practices as an internist in Greenville, Texas, 45 miles northeast of Dallas. She has no comment about Ted Cruz’s candidacy. [Link] Ted’s parents were divorced in 1997. [Link]

Cruz and the Phony Religious Right

It would be impossible for me to state all of Senator Cruz’s affiliations to the phony religious right without writing a book. So let’s just look at a few.

Senator Cruz excelled in school, both at Princeton and Harvard. Ever wonder why Ted Cruz had no problem with his wife, Heidi, spending five years at the Council on Foreign Relations helping to write the North American Union? Here’s the answer….

While at Princeton, Cruz came under the tutelage of Professor Robert George. George is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations who poses as a conservative Christian while serving common core loving, UNESCO, and the CFR’s agenda. He was also a signatory of the Manhattan Declaration. George met regularly with Cruz and advised him on his senior thesis, an analysis of the history and meaning of the 9th and 10th amendments. [Link]

Senator Cruz’s Close Ties to David Barton

The September 8, 2013 Politico story from Stephanie Simon documented U.S. Senator Ted Cruz’ very close ties to pseudo-historian David Barton (one of the more influential national middle-aged leaders on the Christian right). Let’s take a quick look at David Barton.

It is important that we understand just exactly what Barton, Rafael Cruz, and other so-called evangelicals who support Ted Cruz, actually believe. Why? Because their doctrine is considered wholly unorthodox, and it is just a bit too close to Islam for me.

Barton is an informal advisor to neo-cons, Mike Huckabee who had endorsed fellow neo-con, and Trotskyite, Lamar Alexander, for his third term in the Senate, and fellow pro-Dominionist (via her close affiliations, with Francis Schaeffer and John Eidsmoe [Link]) Michele Bachmann. Huckabee also believes Americans should be forced at gunpoint to listen to David Barton. He was joking, but…..

Barton is also an advisor to, Third Waver, and Alvin and Heidi Toffler supporter, Newt Gingrich. [Link] (Remember Gingrich thinks we need to get rid of the Constitution, and property rights are passé.) Huckabee, Barton, and Ted Cruz are all for a Constitutional Convention. They’re in good company with George Soros’s leftist groups. [Link]

Barton’s endorsement of Cruz was widely seen as a big boost for his upstart campaign to represent Texas in the U.S. Senate. He also campaigned for Florida Senator Marco Rubio in 2010 and has long backed Texas Governor Rick Perry. Perry’s ties to the Dominionist, New Apostolic Reform were evident at his August, 2011 prayer fest, (organized by American Family Association, who are also Dominionists), prior to his announcement as a presidential candidate. [Link]

Mr. Barton, whose academic degree is in Christian Education from Oral Roberts University, has been labeled a biased amateur who cherry-picks quotes from history and the Bible. Both secular critics and Christian scholars have denounced Barton as a fraud who manipulates and misrepresents history to serve his political goals. In his book, The Jefferson Lies, he portrayed Jefferson as an orthodox Christian. Barton is considered a fraudulent historian and has been called out by actual conservative Christians. [Link]

In a shocking interview with Jon Stewart, in May of 2011, Barton is totally comfortable with Shariah law and claims it is compatible with our Constitution.

On November, 2013, David Barton sat in for Glenn Beck on his program. He spent the entire hour on the Constitution, and on an Article V call for a convention. Glenn Beck and Ted Cruz are also both supporting a Constitutional Convention.

It is not surprising that David Barton is a Cruz supporter, as he and Ted Cruz’s father, Rafael Cruz, are dominionists who believe in the Seven Mountains mandate. This fits well with both Barton’s and Cruz’s belief systems wherein a Christian theocracy should rule. Here and here are definitions of Dominionism/Reconstructionism (D/R).

D/Rs wants a theocracy, leaders for America who are Christian Dominionists. They also want a theonomy. Critics see theonomy as a significant form of Dominion theology, which they define as a type of theocracy. Theonomy posits that the Biblical Law is applicable to civil law, and theonomists propose Biblical law as the standard by which the laws of nations may be measured, and to which they ought to be conformed. They also believe in the 613 Old Testament Mosaic Laws, other than a few dietary restrictions. They even believe in Old Testament stoning of law breakers/sinners, which Biblical Israel did very rarely. Reconstructionists provide the most enthusiastic constituency for stoning since the Taliban seized Kabul. Denial of future repentance and faith is quite obvious, which is what both Old and New Testaments teach.

For an overview of what D/R leaders like Dr. Gary North believe and have written, see part 21 of Enemies on the Left, False Friends on the Right.

Pastor Kevin Swanson Wants to Execute Homosexuals

From Coach Collins recent article, “Ted Cruz Will Have to Answer For His Own Rev. Wright, And Dodging the Question Won’t Cut It“…

On Friday, November 6, 2015 Cruz attended a campaign rally in Des Moines, Iowa, hosted by a Colorado pastor who frequently calls for putting gay people to death. The Pastor, Kevin Swanson, is well known for calling for Christians to execute homosexuals just the same as the Islamists do and Hitler’s Nazi Germany did. Pastor Swanson has accused the Catholic Church of wanting to “legitimize” child molestation saying, “The Catholic Church will never be able to legitimize pederasty.”

Cruz knew exactly who Pastor Swanson is and what he is all about, but denied any knowledge of the man’s past statements. Swanson has been calling for the execution of gays since as far back as July of 2012. Just as Westboro Baptist Church members do, Swanson believes, “Christians should hold up signs at gay weddings holding up the Leviticus verse, instructing the faithful to put gays to death because what they do is an abomination.” This is exactly the type of talk we hear from Islamists: “Kill those we don’t like or you are now people we don’t like.” Catholics do not believe in murdering homosexuals so this explains why Pastor Swanson hates the Catholic Church.

I don’t know any orthodox church or synagogue who believe in killing homosexuals. As for the church, this is denying the shed blood of Christ on the cross for our sins. We have until our last breath to repent of our sins, believe in the Lord God, and receive saving grace.

Cruz Supporter, Farris Wilks

As 2015 came to a close, Ted Cruz met with hundreds of prominent faith leaders (including David Barton, James Robison, and John Hagee) at the ranch of Texas tycoon, Farris Wilks. Wilks supports most of the phony rightwing groups in the secretive Council for National Policy. Farris and his brother Dan have donated $15 million to a super PAC which supports Cruz. Cameras and recording devices were not allowed at the Wilks ranch when Cruz spoke, so only God and attendees know what was said at the event. However, one might be able to get an idea of how Cruz views God’s role in American politics by reviewing his associations.

False teachers are an abomination and a stench in the nostrils of Jehovah God. They are anathema. They deny the Cross of Christ and repentance.

In the next article on Senator Cruz, we’ll look at where he stands on many other issues and then delve into his father’s religious affiliations.

From Eagle Rising – another reason to oppose the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP)

and, this is just one of many.

Write and call and write again and again to your legislators opposing the TPP

Sue Long “Abide By The Constitution, Not Change It!”

Trojan Horse

The Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) deal that Obama is striving to institute represents trouble of a kind never seen before in an American trade deal. The ICANN contract could be set up, once it expires, to devolve from Congressional oversight to an international group of TPP trading partners (the United States and 11 other countries—Australia, Brunei, Canada, Chile, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore, and Vietnam); and the membership of that regulatory body could be extended, at a future time, to include more countries, such as Russia, China, and Muslim countries that oppose freedom of expression. The current oversight plan allows all special interests—business-minded groups and freedom-advocacy supporters—co-equal input into how the Internet is managed. And the watchdog function of the Congress has worked well in maintaining an Internet that has achieved a high level of both freedom of commerce and freedom of expression. If Obama’s Internet scheme succeeds, this reality would cease to exist.

Dangerous Possibilities

Here are some things that could happen, given a freedom-compromised Internet: 1) censorship for all, at the behest of governments who oppose free speech; 2) restrictions on technological innovations that might improve the speed of information access and delivery; 3) Trans-Pacific taxation of domain name registrations and other internet-based financial transactions; 4) excommunication of unpopular nation-states, such as Israel; and 5) future utilization of the Internet in ways that might harm Americans, including war- or jihad-related uses. In the end, management of the American-taxpayer-developed Internet will be given over to the control of dictators and jihadists who never would have allowed its development in the first place.

By Diane Kepus
November 9, 2015

Most things in America are a little funky lately, but one of the most puzzling is the Democrats siding against Obama and Republicans supporting Obama. I understand the Democrats position because they are supporting the unions and in this case it is a good thing. The unions want to keep what is left of American jobs and American businesses here in this country.

They know how much damage NAFTA (thank you Heritage Foundation) has done to the economy of this country through the loss of jobs and American industries. So do you!

Republicans will tell you they are the ones who have always been about the people because they were against slavery and they support the middle income families and try to help out the poor families of our country.

But someone is playing some dangerous games here and what they are doing is playing with our livelihood and the very existence of the American Family and our sovereignty.

The Trans-Pacific Partnership is a secretive, multinational trade agreement that threatens to extend restrictive intellectual property (IP) laws across the globe and rewrite international rules on its enforcement. The focus of this trade agreement is between the countries of US, Japan, Australia, Peru, Malaysia, Vietnam, New Zealand, Chile, Singapore, Canada, Mexico, and Brunei Darussalam. The TPP also contains a chapter on intellectual property covering copyright, trademarks, and patents.

Dangers: 1) Intellectual Property Chapter: Leaked draft texts of the agreement show that the IP chapter would have extensive negative ramifications for users’ freedom of speech, right to privacy and due process, and hinder peoples’ abilities to innovate.

(2) Lack of Transparency: The entire process has shut out multi-stakeholder participation and is shrouded in secrecy.

This country does not need any more trade agreements especially those that will move more jobs out of the country. But the TPP goes further than just trade agreements raising significant concerns about citizens’ freedom of expression, due process, innovation, the future of the Internet’s global infrastructure, and the right of sovereign nations to develop policies and laws that best meet their domestic priorities. In sum, the TPP puts at risk some of the most fundamental rights that enable access to knowledge for the world’s citizens.

Recently Elizabeth Warren has come out swinging against Obama (she is not one of my favorites but she is right on this issue) on the TPP deal. The whole deal itself has been treated like the largest national security agreement to ever hit our shores. But it is NOT a national security agreement, but it IS the largest secret in recent years. We haven’t heard details about it because even most of the elected Congress doesn’t know what is in it. We aren’t even sure the President knows, just that he is agreeing with the corporations pushing for it.

Corporate Whores who have pushed and pushed to control every aspect of the American way of life for years upon years are intending to pass this legislation. Once again I see the elected legislators refusing to follow the will of the people and vote against this monster.

Warren stated, “Are you ready to fight? No more secret deals. No more special deals for multinational corporations. Are you ready to fight? Are you ready to fight any more deals that say we are going to help the rich get richer and leave everyone else behind? Are you ready to fight back?”

Since the draft text of the agreement has never been officially released to the public, we know from leaked documents, such as the May 2014 draft of the TPP Intellectual Property Chapter, US negotiators are pushing for the adoption of copyright measures far more restrictive than currently required by international treaties, including the controversial Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA).

You MUST ask yourself if the TPP is supposedly as great for Americans as the legislators are saying, then why is everything being done BEHIND CLOSED DOORS.

I don’t care if there are rich people in this country – what I do care about is those that have the money and think they have the RIGHT to destroy our country and make our citizens robotic followers into their COLLECTIVE mindset rather than ‘we the people’ being INDIVIDUALS.

Obama’s response to Warren’s remarks was that he and Warren are friends but that Warren is wrong on this issue”. Sorry Obama but you are wrong and there is much more to this.

The largest supporters of the TPP and Obama are coming from the Chamber of Commerce (still belong to them?), Republican’s and Wal-Mart.

Whoops! Did I say WalMart? You bet your very last dollar because you have to admit that almost everything that slides through those WalMart doors, with exception to those we see the funny pictures of, are coming mostly from China, Viet Nam, Taiwan Bangladesh, Honduras, Cambodia, Venezuela and other south American countries.

This massive deal is not about increasing trade that would benefit or help American workers in any way. It is not about making things better or easier for you or me.

This massive deal is actually not about trade. It’s about 14 things we’ve been able to learn about and trade is the smallest piece of it.

One strong hint is buried in the fine print of the closely guarded draft. Take the Investor-State Dispute Settlement (ISDS) provision in which corporations can sue government if they pass laws that affect their bottom line. The suit is then resolved not by a court of law, but by an external body. Agreeing to ISDS in this enormous new treaty would tilt the playing field in the United States further in favor of big multinational corporations. Worse, it would undermine U.S. sovereignty.

ISDS would allow foreign companies to challenge U.S. laws — and potentially to pick up huge payouts from taxpayers — without ever stepping foot in a U.S. court. Here’s how it would work. Imagine that the United States bans a toxic chemical that is often added to gasoline because of its health and environmental consequences. If a foreign company that makes the toxic chemical opposes the law, it would normally have to challenge it in a U.S. court. But with ISDS, the company could skip the U.S. courts and go before an international panel of arbitrators. If the company won, the ruling couldn’t be challenged in U.S. courts, and the arbitration panel could require American taxpayers to cough up millions — and even billions — of dollars in damages and still deal with the toxic chemical.

Highly paid corporate lawyers would go back and forth between representing corporations one day and sitting in judgment the next. Maybe that makes sense in arbitration between two corporations, but not in cases between corporations and governments.

The use of ISDS is on the rise around the globe. From 1959 to 2002, there were fewer than 100 ISDS claims worldwide. But in 2012 alone, there were 58 cases. Recent cases include a French company that sued Egypt because Egypt raised its minimum wage, a Swedish company that sued Germany because Germany decided to phase out nuclear power after Japan’s Fukushima disaster, and a Dutch company that sued the Czech Republic because the Czechs didn’t bail out a bank that the company partially owned. U.S. corporations have also gotten in on the action: Philip Morris is trying to use ISDS to stop Uruguay from implementing new tobacco regulations intended to cut smoking rates.

“Free trade” deals have never been good for the American people and they never will be or any other relatively high-wage country. It is basic arithmetic. An American engineer is no better or worse than a Chilean, Vietnamese, or any other engineer. The only difference is that the ones overseas will work for a lower wage. The fiduciary duty of corporations is profit maximization for shareholders. “Free trade” with countries that have low labor cost puts the American worker at a disadvantage. No amount of spin can change that. It is not a difficult concept and one wonders why the president gives the semblance of not understanding that.

The problem we need to overcome in this country that would greatly help wages is doing away with all the regulations that are forced on American companies. One of the main reasons American corporations began moving overseas.

It is our Republican controlled Congress politicians laying out the groundwork for things to come with Senate bill 995, ‘Bipartisan Congressional Trade Priorities and Accountability Act of 2015’, an updated version of the Trade Promotion Authority legislation that expired in 2007. With this legislation, Congress establishes an extensive set of priorities for our country’s trade agreements. It will help promote high-standard trade agreements for the 21st-century global economy and will encourage our TPP negotiating partners to now put their best offers forward for improved access to their markets for U.S. goods and services and to bring the negotiations to a successful conclusion. The TPA will also provide for efficient and timely consideration by Congress of the TPP which will, assuming the agreement is in our national interest and is approved by Congress, work to the benefit of the American economy and jobs.

The Republican House has an exact matching bill currently being discussed as H.R. 1890 written by another political prostitute Paul Ryan.

Senate Bill 995, written by Sen. Orin Hatch, would also allow the president, any president, the authority to enter into multilateral and bilateral trade agreements without going through the approval of the Senate. This would extend through July, 2018 but the president could request a 3 year extension.

Can someone please explain to me this love fest between Obama and the Republican Congress?

Let me be very clear here – the role of the President of the United States is to PROTECT the CITIZENS within in i.e., why he over sees the military. It is not about:

* Authorizing the President to enter into trade agreements with foreign countries for the reduction or elimination of tariff or nontariff barriers
* Authorizing the President to proclaim necessary or appropriate modifications or continuation of any existing duty, continuation of existing duty-free or excise treatment, or additional duties to carry out any such agreement.

Wal-Mart VP Angela Marshall Brown testified before a congressional subcommittee on Trade and stated: “Wal-Mart encourages negotiators to secure liberal rules for retail and distribution rights with no limits on size, geographic location or merchandise assortment.” Here are the facts:

Wal-Mart with the exception of Bill Gates is the largest supporter of all EDUCATION programs we have been fighting against for years especially the push for the Common Core Standards and Charter/Choice/Vouchers. You MUST ask yourself why?

Wal-Mart is against unions, promotes deregulating tariff and transit costs to allow for more liberal regulations on the dumping of goods on foreign markets

Those Wal-Mart workers hoping they can bring SEIU into their stores might as well forget it because Wal-Mart is now bigger than your union

Wal-Mart’s CEO Michael Duke’s annual salary is $35M while the average Wal-Mart employee makes only $11.75 an hour, grossing $20,744 a year, which for a one-earner household is below the $22,000 poverty line.

Wal-Mart’s 2011 fiscal year sales were at $419 billion. This puts Wal-Mart’s GDP around the same as Austria’s (ranked 28 out of 191 world economies).

Wal-Mart’s $200,000 per capita income mostly goes to expanding their global supply chain, cutting into livelihoods of workers and undercutting the real costs of extracting and transporting environmental resources.

Wal-Mart is now publicly pro-”gay” and giving major grants to homosexual/transgender events and organizations, including $25,000-50,000 in 2014 to the “Gay & Lesbian Victory Fund”–a group that helps elect “out” homosexuals to political office (mostly Democrats).

Wal-Mart’s Corporate Equity Index (CEI) is now at a record 90% – the only reason they don’t have a 100% rating is because they are not supplying trans-gender insurance coverage – they are providing transgender restrooms so watch your kids.

A 2014 report released by Americans for Tax Fairness reveals the true costs everyday consumers pay for Wal-Mart’s low prices. The company, and specifically the several Walton family members who control it, receive an estimated $7.8 billion per year in tax breaks and taxpayer subsidies

Wal-Mart receives an estimated $6.2 billion annually in mostly federal taxpayer subsidies. The reason: Wal-Mart pays its employees so little that many of them rely on food stamps, healthcare and other taxpayer-funded programs

Wal-Mart avoids an estimated $1 billion in federal taxes each year. Reason: Wal-Mart uses tax breaks and loopholes, including a strategy known as accelerated depreciation that allows it to write off capital investments considerably faster than the assets actually wear out

The Walton’s avoid an estimated $607 million in federal taxes on their Wal-Mart dividends. The reason: income from investments is taxed at a much lower tax rate than income from salaries and wages

Florida Wal-Marts have the most employees @ 97,222 with the cost of public assistance to the taxpayer because of low wages at $429.2 million. Yes Wal-Mart does give many donations and supply grant opportunities, but those are also tax write-offs and most of this is done through the Foundation, not the corporation

Companies that used to manufacture products in the United States, from Levi’s jeans to lock maker Master Lock, were pressured to shut their U.S. factories and moved manufacturing abroad to meet Wal-Mart’s demand for low prices

Any questions as to why Wal-Mart is supporting the TPP? Do you realize you can buy AMERICAN by spending a few dollars more and in the long run be helping bring jobs back to America and keeping them here ?

American Corporations are creating tens of millions of jobs in other countries with our purchasing power, and we are losing tens of millions of jobs in our country, because foreigners are not buying as much of our goods and services.

What are they doing? They’re buying our assets. So we lose twice. We lose the jobs, and we are moving further toward national bankruptcy. That is the end game.

And don’t forget about Fast Track (aka Trade Promotion Authority). Lawmakers in Congress are trying to pass this bill to hand over their own constitutional authority to debate and modify trade law. It creates special rules that empower the White House to negotiate and sign trade agreements without Congressional oversight. Lawmakers won’t be able to analyze and change their provisions, and have a very limited time for an up or down, Yes or No vote to ratify the entire treaty. That means Internet and copyright provisions, buried in omnibus treaties, will get almost no oversight.

Tell your Rep to stand up for your rights and preserve our constitutional checks and balances in government and vote NO on both the Trans-Pacific Partnership and Fast Track.

Find your Representative – Find your Senator

And please find somewhere else to shop rather than Wal-Mart – they are NOT your friend and could care less about your and yours. It is all about their wallets! It is time to take care of your wallets rather than feed the corporate whores who are responsible for ruining this country.

She actually began her Education research regarding the “International Baccalaurate” (IB) program and that branched out into all aspects of foreign education of which has been allowed into our schools. Then it moved on tothe push for Charter Schools with “unelected” school boards to the indoctrination of our children with the Common Core State Standards.

The TPP is an Assault on our National Sovereignty

Dear Fellow Patriot,

The Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) is a proposal of merging America with eleven Pacific Rim nations. Its terms have been finalized by Obama and the other nations involved and is now awaiting Congressional approval. It is to be voted on by both the House and the Senate.

But, wait a minute! A treaty requires a two-thirds vote of the Senate. Sure, but Obama couldn’t get that many votes, so he called it a Partnership, and a complacent Congress went along. Then, Congress voted for Fast Track, which facilitates the final vote, making it much easier for it to get passed. It will be voted on without a filibuster or discussion, just a straight up or down vote with only a simple majority.

The gist of TPP is that it would bind our country into a regional government that would be the governing body of America, taking precedence over our Constitution. We would be ruled by its dictates and no longer would we have the protection of our God-given rights that our Constitution provides.

Sound preposterous? That is what happened in Europe. What has become the European Union (EU) was sold in 1952 to the European nations as a simple trade agreement, the European Coal and Steel Community (ECSC), as being something good for jobs and their economy. The ECSC has morphed into the EU, the supranational entity that rules the former independent European nations. They are no longer free countries.

Not only has the EU dictated economic matters, new EU regulations hinder the use of healthy alternative health care options by banning thousands of nutritional supplements and herbal remedies, greatly reducing their availability. Thus is the pattern of these mergers.

Here, TPP is being hyped as a trade pact. A free trade pact could be done in one page. Do we need another trade pact? We have already started down that road by signing on to NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement). Where has that taken us? How often are we frustrated by calling a company only to find ourselves trying to decipher what we are being told by someone who is unable to communicate with proper English? How many people have lost their jobs to someone overseas? These are the result of NAFTA – a free trade agreement. Why would we want any more such partnerships?

And, furthermore, TPP has about five pages on trade out of a total of about a couple thousand pages. Other considerations by the eleven nations of the TPP have been: immigration, climate change, sustainable development, homeland security, the military, and international courts. The terms were debated and a final version was agreed upon, but who knows what is in it? The document is being kept secret from the public. Even the legislators who will be voting on it have been hampered. Before the Fast Track vote, they were allowed to see the then-version only by going to the White House basement where they were given a few pages at a time.

They were not allowed to take any recording devices or take notes. And, they were forbidden from telling any private citizen what they read. Does that sound like something we would be eager to have?

Political pundits have said that Obama has pushed far more for this than he has for any other piece of legislation. You can be sure he would not be doing that for a simple trade bill, nor would he keep the terms secret.

The labor unions, Hillary Clinton, and Bernie Sanders all oppose TTP but only because of the lost jobs effect, not the rest of the terms. Some Republicans are sold on it, thinking that it is a good trade deal that would counter Chinese exports. They should know that once TPP is in place, China can be admitted to TPP and we can do nothing to stop it.

Can it be stopped? The Globalists’ proposals for merging countries into regional units that can then be merged into the United Nations are nothing new. One such was during George Bush the younger’s term when the proposal was to merge Canada, America and Mexico into one regional government, the North American Union (NAU). But a massive educational effort by the John Birch Society and their allies brought enough opposition to bear so that the NAU failed to materialize. The globalist powers-that-be put it on the back burner and are subsequently pushing for other plans: The Treaty of the Sea (global control of the oceans), the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) (merging America into the EU), Trade in Services Agreement (adversely affecting our jobs in services), and the one up for passage right now, the TPP.

We can stop it again. You may think that asking your legislators to oppose TTP is a wasted effort. And, true, in some instances, it may not change their vote, but it would still have an impact. Before legislation is brought up for a vote, the promoters take notice of how much opposition there is to it. If it is sufficient, they will postpone the vote or come up with a different angle.

This was the case in the 1970’s when the plan was to merge all the countries in the world directly into the United Nations (UN). But, there was sufficient exposure of the UN, spearheaded by The John Birch Society, that it was necessary for the globalists to abandon that plan; and, as a result, we have been given all these years of freedom as an independent nation. Plan B then became the formation of regional governments that can then be merged into the UN. We now see that being implemented.

So, spread the word and ask others to do what you have done, which is to contact your Representative and two Senators in D.C. and urge them to vote NO to TPP.

The Pacific Trade Agreement is an Attack on Sovereignty

The Pacific Trade Agreement is an Attack on Sovereignty

In 1958, six European nations agreed to participate in what was then termed a “Common Market.” Fifteen years later, several additional countries in Europe joined and the relationship became known as the “European Community” (EC). In 1986, the EC expanded to 12 nations and the term “European Union” (EU) supplanted the previous label. Now the EU has become the dominant political and economic governing body for 28 formerly independent European nations.

There were warnings about what was taking place. In 2003, Czech President Václav Klaus objected to the proposed EU Constitution. He stated: “This is crossing the Rubicon, after which there will be no more sovereign states in Europe.” He was ignored.

That same year, British authors Christopher Booker and Richard North released their important book The Great Deception: The Secret History of the European Union. They termed the EU “a slow-motion coup d’état.” Their book received the silent treatment.

In 2004, Mike Nattrass, a leader of Britain’s United Kingdom Independence Party, thundered, “The EU was sold to the British people as a trading agreement and turned into a political union which is changing our basic laws and traditions.”

And in 2007, former German President Roman Herzog lamented: “84 percent of the legal acts in Germany stemmed from [EU headquarters in] Brussels.” He concluded that his country should no longer be considered an independent nation.

In 2000, Mikhail Gorbachev, the former ruler of the USSR, had raised a different type of red flag. While in Britain, he described the EU as “the new European Soviet.” Few took that revealing remark seriously.

It is now 2015. Led by President Obama, the United States has agreed to link arms in a trade agreement with 11 Pacific Rim nations. Labeled the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP), the proposal has been promoted as a beneficial trade agreement that will enhance U.S. trade, counter China’s exports, create jobs here at home, protect the environment, enforce human rights, and more. But a close examination of what is known about this pact (no copies have been made available, other than what has leaked out) reveals that it is far more than a mere trade pact. Instead, it should be viewed as the beginning of a process similar to the one employed to create the European Union.

Negotiations leading to completion of this pact have been conducted in secrecy, even to the point of refusing to provide members of Congress with copies. Congress is given 90 days to mull over passage or refusal but no amendments are allowed because Congress has already given the president authority to forbid congressional changes. Not only that, but TPP negotiators want to keep portions of the document secret for at least four years even if Congress okays it. Why any member of Congress would agree to all of this is somewhat mind-boggling.

Mr. Obama won’t admit it, but TPP is designed to be the beginning step in a political and economic union that will result in our doing to ourselves precisely what has been done to 28 nations in Europe.

Members of Congress, both House and Senate, must hear from voters about this. If TPP isn’t rejected, a huge chunk of our nation’s independence will have been traded away. If asked, Gorbachev might even refer to a ratified TPP as “the new Pacific Soviet.”

Contact Congress today in opposition to TPP! Be sure to also call as that carries a greater impact than an email (Senate: 202-224-3121, House of Representatives: 202-225-3121).

United States, 11 Partners Approve the Still-secret TPP Pact

Written by Joe Wolverton, II, J.D. FOR THE NEW AMERICAN MAGAZINE

Despite recent wrangling and threats to withdraw, on October 5 the U.S. trade representative joined 11 trade ministers from around the Pacific Rim to announce the successful conclusion of the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP).

“After more than five years of intensive negotiations, we have come to an agreement that will support jobs, drive sustainable growth, foster inclusive development, and promote innovation across the Asia-Pacific region. Most importantly, the agreement achieves the goal we set forth of an ambitious, comprehensive, high standard and balanced agreement that will benefit our nation’s citizens,” the negotiators said in a joint press release.

Although the TPP was agreed to in principle, the precise text of this “ambitious, comprehensive” document remains a mystery.

The statement issued from Atlanta — site of the most recent round of negations — included a commitment to “work to prepare a complete text for public release,” although notably no timetable for that disclosure was announced.

Rather than rely on Congress for approval of the trade pact, the USTR and his colleagues “look forward to engaging with stakeholders on the specific features of this agreement.”

That sort of disregard for constitutional separation of powers and related checks on power is indicative of the entire plan, which would subvert U.S. sovereignty in the name of “integration” with Pacific nations party to the pact.

Integration is a word that is painful to the ears of constitutionalists and those unwilling to surrender U.S. sovereignty to a committee of globalists who are unelected by the American people and unaccountable to them. Integration is an internationalist tool for subordinating American law to the globalist bureaucracy at the United Nations.

Economic and political integration will push the once independent United States of America into yet another collectivist bloc that will facilitate the complete dissolution of our country and our states into no more than subordinate outposts of a one-world government.

As with the multitude of similar trade pacts the United States has formed, the ultimate aim of the TPP is the creation of a regional super government, thus the stonewalling of federal lawmakers who dare seek to assert some sort of oversight.

In the case of the TPP, the zone would be called the Free Trade Area of the Asia Pacific (FTAAP). Members of the proposed “free trade” bloc include all the current TPP participants: Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, Vietnam, Brunei, Australia, New Zealand, Peru, Mexico, Chile, Canada, and the United States. The regional trading partnership is intended to establish “a comprehensive free trade agreement across the region.”

The ultimate goal of the TPP isn’t just the creation of an FTAAP, though. Supporters of the deal insist that the TPP is a “trade agreement designed to achieve broad liberalization and a high degree of economic integration among the parties.”

Although the Obama administration has gone to great lengths to keep the details of this destructive document a secret, a few proposed paragraphs have surfaced.

In November 2013, portions of the TPP draft agreement published by WikiLeaks contained sketches of President Obama’s plans to surrender American sovereignty to international tribunals.

Another WikiLeaks disclosure in January 2014 revealed that the president was attempting to surrender sovereignty over U.S. environmental policy to international bureaucrats interested in lowering those standards to mirror those of our TPP partner nations. Naturally, the green lobby criticized this concession, organizing demonstrations opposing the agreement.

U.S. copyright laws, Internet freedom, and web-based publishing would also be obliterated by the TPP, and although it hasn’t been widely reported, the TPP would give the global government sweeping surveillance powers, as well.

Although the American people (and the people of all nations involved in the pact) are prevented from seeing or commenting on the treaty being ostensibly negotiated on their behalf, multinational corporations have seats at the trading table.

While the TPP grants corporate giants such as Walmart and Monsanto the power to bypass Congress and the courts, the elected representatives of the American people are kept from even seeing the draft version of the agreement.

As unbelievable as it may seem, something even more sinister could be lurking within the shadowy recesses of the TPP.

In June, this reporter wrote, regarding the potential use of so-called fast track trade authority by the president to implement civilian disarmament:

Consider this: If Congress grants the president the power to unilaterally negotiate and contract trade agreements with foreign powers, these “executive agreements” can cover any topic that the White House considers “trade.”

That includes firearms.

If the TPA passes, then the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty (ATT) would not need to be subject to senatorial debate. In fact, it would not be up for debate at all. TPA calls for a simple up or down vote on such presidentially brokered international agreements.

Within two weeks of that warning, Congress capitulated to President Obama, granting him power beyond that which the Constitution allows. That power, then, might be the crowbar with which he removes guns from the hands of Americans.

In fact, it wouldn’t be surprising to find that the TPP requires the federal government to disarm its citizens in the name of “safety.”

The New American’s senior editor William Jasper is well aware of the danger of disarmament in the now completed TPP. He writes:

This is not an “out there” question; it should be a genuine concern of all who treasure the Second Amendment. Constitutional champion Michael Hammond, the longtime executive director of the Senate Steering Committee, has warned that “there is ample time to insert firearms import bans (with the force of statutory law)” into the TPP and/or TTIP. “Barack Obama has been rabid in his zeal to destroy the Second Amendment community,” Hammond notes. “Over and over again, he has experimented with a wide variety of schemes to ban guns by regulatory fiat: eliminating credit, banning ammunition, compiling a gun registry, encouraging state bans, reclassifying common guns, banning the import of guns, and so forth. Hammond, who is now general counsel for the Gun Owners of America, notes that despite Obama’s notorious anti-gun record, the Republican “leadership” in Congress “didn’t see fit to even purport to prohibit the Obama administration from using a trade agreement to impose a statutory gun import ban.”

Finally, the joint statement issued by the TPP trade ministers claims that the agreement will “promote economic growth, support higher-paying jobs.”

In a comprehensive constitutional review of the reasons Americans should oppose the TPP, Jasper exposes this fallacy, as well:

As with NAFTA and every other pseudo-free trade agreement, there are many politicians, lobbyists, and think tanks making pie-in-the-sky claims that TPP and TTIP will usher in new prosperity and a wave of good-paying jobs. We’ve been there before. In 1993, the Peterson Institute for International Economics released its influential study, “NAFTA: An Assessment,” which predicted that “with NAFTA, U.S. exports to Mexico will continue to outstrip Mexican exports to the United States, leading to a U.S. trade surplus with Mexico of about $7 (billion) to $9 billion annually by 1995.” It also predicted that the U.S. trade surplus with Mexico would increase to $12 billion annually between 2000 and 2010. The actual result was quite different.

In 1993, the year before NAFTA went into effect, the United States had a $1.66 billion trade surplus with Mexico; by 1995, the first year after NAFTA had entered into force, that changed to a $15.8 billion deficit. By 2000, that annual deficit had soared to $24.5 billion, and by 2007 it hit $74.7 billion. For 2014, our trade deficit with Mexico dipped to only $53.8 billion. In 1993, the year before NAFTA, we imported around 225,000 cars and trucks from Mexico. By 2005, our imports of Mexican-made vehicles had tripled to 700,000 vehicles annually, and in 2012, Mexico’s export of vehicles to the United States surpassed 1.4 million. Chrysler, Ford, and GM transferred major production facilities (and jobs) from the United States to Mexico. Our trade deficits with Canada have followed a similar path since adoption of NAFTA.

The PIIE authors and other pseudo-free trade propagandists had cherry-picked data and simply invented statistics to fraudulently sell their product: NAFTA. If they were car salesmen, they would have gone to jail for fraud and misrepresentation. Instead, they are back doing the same thing, concocting rosy statistics to sell the TPP and TTIP.

Americans who study the subject realize that the redrawing of national boundaries and domestic legal processes completed in secret this week by the globalists sitting around the TPP negotiating table in Atlanta is an attack on American laws, American courts, American freedom of expression, American sovereignty, and the American Constitution.

The American people must unite in firm opposition to the TPP and convince Congress to tear down the wall of secrecy built and maintained by globalists seeking to shield their attack on our law and liberty from congressional oversight.

Assuming the TPA-empowered president gives them a chance to vote on the agreement, Congress must be convinced to reject the TPP. If they are not given that chance or if they are allowed to vote on the TPP and they approve it, then such an act might finish the integration — economic and political — begun by NAFTA and it may be the last straw in the already weakened broom of American sovereignty.

Stop the Trade in Services Agreement (TiSA)

TPA, TPP, TTIP — and now TiSA! Much of the debate over current trade policy and the proposed global governance structures that would emanate from it have revolved around this ever-increasing list of alphabet-soup measures. Although not nearly as well-known as the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) and the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP), the Trade in Services Agreement (TiSA) should not be overlooked. Equally potent and potentially even more debilitating to our nation’s independence and domestic economy than the TPP and TTIP, the proposed TiSA currently being negotiated would be imposed on the entire world, not just a particular region.

The TiSA would give the UN’s World Trade Organization (WTO) unprecedented control of the service sector, including jobs in banking, finance, courier and postal services, delivery and freight services, energy distribution, health care, insurance, maritime, professional services, legal services, licensing, real estate, telecommunications, transportation, tourism, and much more. According to the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative, such services “account for three-quarters of U.S. GDP and 4 out of 5 jobs in the United States.”

As for its stated purpose, the Office of U.S. Trade Representative’s website declares: “TiSA will support the development of strong, transparent, and effective regulatory policies, which are so important to enabling international commerce.”

Despite TiSA’s purported intentions aimed at “transparent” regulatory policies and then-presidential candidate Senator Barack Obama’s promise to run the “most transparent” administration in history, the official TiSA text remains anything but transparent, as it is shrouded in secrecy and will likely remain so for some time, even after its possible passage.

Following WikiLeaks’ release of its first batch of classified TiSA documents in 2014, William F. Jasper reported in “TISA, Yet Another Secret ‘Trade’ Threat” (posted at TheNewAmerican.com on October 3, 2014):

The very first page of the draft text states: “Declassify on: Five years from entry into force of the TISA agreement or, if no agreement enters into force, five years from the close of the negotiations.”

Moreover, it states: “This document must be protected from unauthorized disclosure…. It must be stored in a locked or secured building, room, or container.” Members of the U.S. Congress are not allowed to see the secret text; it will be presented to them, finally, in a high-pressure, no-debate vote, following a massive lobbying effort by the usual crony corporatists from the financial, insurance, and information technology sectors.

In addition to its level of concealment, the TiSA, as alluded to earlier, would further abrogate U.S. sovereignty to the WTO. In fact, the WTO’s headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland, was the site of TiSA’s secretive four-day negotiations on September 22-25, 2014. In a more recent article, “TISA Leaks: Another Secret Obama Trade Deal, More Reasons to Stop ‘Fast Track,'” posted at TheNewAmerican.com on June 5, 2015, William F. Jasper writes, “U.S. courts, or tribunals created under TiSA, or World Trade Organization (WTO) tribunals are virtually certain to use TiSA — as they have already done using NAFTA — to rule that U.S. laws are illegal and must be changed.”

TiSA courts, like those created under the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), would override and supersede our domestic U.S. state and federal courts, thereby overturning legislation in favor of foreign corporations from any one of the TiSA participatory nations.

worldCurrently, TiSA is being negotiated by the United States, the European Union, and 23 other nations, including Turkey, Mexico, Canada, Australia, Pakistan, Taiwan, and Israel (parties to TiSA agreement shown in blue on map on left). Should Congress approve the TiSA, there is no known guarantee that additional countries such as APEC member-states Communist China and Russia would not also become part of TiSA, without the consent of Congress.

Proponents claim that TiSA would help American businesses sell services overseas. Yet it is much more probable that TiSA would help foreign businesses sell services in the United States. But promising the opposite of what we should expect based on the agreements themselves is nothing new for the globalists. Recall that they deceptively “sold” (and continue to “sell”) “free trade” agreements on the basis that they would create American jobs and prosperity, but that the agreements delivered the opposite.

TiSA assistance to facilitate foreign businesses to sell their services in the U.S. would be twofold: (1) TiSA’s proposed international regulatory scheme would enable foreign services businesses to compete more effectively against American services businesses; and (2) TiSA’s new regulatory landscape would more easily facilitate the outsourcing of American services jobs overseas.

Americans in services jobs that require occupational licensing would likely be hard hit by TiSA’s changes in the regulatory environment. Services professions requiring occupational licensing include physicians, lawyers, teachers, plumbers, electricians, real estate agents, insurance agents, audiologists, architects, barbers, certified public accountants, professional engineers, and more. According to a recent article, dated January 27, 2015, published by the Brookings Institution, occupational licensing “has spread to cover around 30 percent of the U.S. workforce, up from just 5 percent in the 1950s.”

With so much at stake, ranging from jobs to most importantly our national sovereignty and independence, it is imperative that you call and email your U.S. senators and representative and encourage them to vote against any legislation that advances TiSA.

Please take the following actions:

Phone your representative (202-225-3121) and senators (202-224-3121) and tell them to vote NO on any legislation that advances passage of the TiSA.

Send your senators and representative an editable, prewritten email with reasons that they should vote NO on TiSA.
