Anthony Weiner got a job fixing PR messes — seriously

WEINER

If you find yourself in a p.r. nightmare, there’s a swashbuckling new hero you can turn to — Carlos Danger.

A top “crisis” public-relations firm with ties to Hillary Rodham Clinton has hired the last person in the world that most people would call on to dispense advice on dealing with a scandal: disgraced, penis-texting former Congressman Anthony Weiner.

The man who destroyed his own promising political career by botching a 2011 sext-message imbroglio with bald-faced lies — and who then ruined his comeback by running one of the most disastrous mayoral campaigns of all time — will now get paid to dispense advice to high-paying clients of the MWW p.r. firm, sources told The Post.

About the only thing that makes sense about this is that one of the company’s clients is Ball Park Franks.

MWW is headed by Michael Kempner, a prominent New Jersey Democrat who has been a top fund-raiser for both Clinton and President Obama.

Weiner’s wife, Huma Abedin, is a top political adviser and longtime confidante of Clinton, the leading Democratic presidential candidate and former secretary of state.

Kempner is listed as one of Clinton’s “Hillblazers’’ — having raised more than $100,000 for her campaign since April.

Kempner also was one of the top bundler’s for Clinton’s 2008 bid for the White House, and has hosted Obama at his Cresskill, NJ, home.

MWW — which created New Jersey’s “Stronger Than the Storm” media campaign after Hurricane Sandy — specializes in providing crisis communications.

The company said it was “pleased to welcome” Weiner to its “board of advisers” and he will dispense wisdom about “the workings of Congress and the City of New York.”

“He is a brilliant strategist [with] expertise on many issues,” the company said.

“[He] will be a great asset to our firm.”

Weiner — who used the moniker Carlos Danger in some of the infamous sexts that led to his fall from grace — does have experience with media crises, just not in handling them well.

He became a nationwide laughingstock in 2011 when he was forced to step down from Congress after lying about sending out an embarrassing image of his penis.

Weiner sent the photo of his manhood in boxer briefs to a 21-year-old female college student in Seattle. After he was caught, he stonewalled for a while, but when additional photos surfaced, he resigned. He then ran for mayor in 2013, claiming he had cleaned up his act.

But his mayoral campaign imploded after he got caught in a second sexting scandal.

He sent pictures of his private parts to then-22-year-old Sydney Leathers, using the Danger name. His campaign staffers were blindsided by the sordid revelations, which destroyed what some saw as a decent chance for redemption.

He rejected calls to resign from the mayoral race and finished fifth in the Democratic primary with a paltry 5 percent of the vote.

Since then, Weiner has been a commentator on NY1 and written occasional columns for media outlets.

MWW issued a clarifying statement Thursday morning insisting that Weiner will work on policy, not crisis communications with clients.

“Anthony Weiner is an expert on public policy and will not be expected to service clients directly. As a member of our Board of Advisors, he will be a part time consultant to the agency, primarily focused on policy matters and new business development,” MWW said in the statement.

Since John McCain Brought It Up – Why Did He Obstruct Pro-POW Legislation, Why Do So Many Despise Him?

By RICK WELLS FOR CONSTITUTION RISING.COM
MCCAIN
Veterans, House Members and Senators are featured in this discussion of the record and anti-veteran behavior of Senator John McCain, particularly after his release from his North Vietnamese captors.
They remark how odd it is that John McCain, once held as a POW himself, would be so bitterly opposed to efforts on behalf of those who might have been left behind by our nation and still be being held in captivity. Those acts include blocking the release of classified intelligence regarding the issue of POW/MIA’s. Former Senator Bob Smith (R-NH) describes information being deliberately withheld from a Select Committee on POW/MIA affairs by the U.S. federal government.
Veterans raise the question of whether or not McCain was a collaborator with the enemy, as is strongly rumored, and whether it is out of concerns for damaging information being revealed that McCain is so protective of the still classified information.
There is evidence that the United States is complicit in actively covering up information relating to POW’s and MIA’s in both Korea and Vietnam, and their subsequent transfer to other nations, such as China and the former Soviet Union, now Russia. McCain and John Kerry are exposed as assisting in that cover-up.
Another interesting point about John Kerry that is revealed by Tracy Usry, a former US Senate Chief Investigator, is that the Heinz Family, which is John Kerry’s wife’s Ketchup Empire, was given sole rights for the negotiation of all real estate issues within Vietnam. If that is true, there could not be a more egregious conflict of interest imaginable.
There is also information regarding McCain’s reputation and nickname given by his captives of the “Songbird,” which refers to his willingness to sing like a bird, telling all he knew from the very beginning, and without the need for torture.
John McCain has never had these questions raised on a national stage before. In spite of the complicit media doing their best to condemn Donald Trump and rally to McCain’s assistance, thereby eliminating a serious campaign threat to the status quo of non-representative government, the truth may be leaking its way out of the tightly held grip of McCain, Kerry and their anti-American collaborators.
McCain may wish he hadn’t picked a fight with Donald Trump. There are lots of people who have come to that realization the hard way. With a reelection fight due 2016, McCain may have introduced issues into the debate he would have preferred had remained outside of the public domain and discussion.

BREAKING: Woman Sexually Assaulted by Bill Clinton Drops Bombshell About Hillary

From the Conservative Tribune

Kathleen Willey, one of the many women who accused former president Bill Clinton of sexual assault, told interviewers she expects a “scandal a day” during Hillary Clinton’s presidential run, adding that the former first lady had done nothing to deserve the post.

She also said that Clinton’s announcement, in which the woman who led the attack against “bimbo eruptions” claimed to be a champion for women’s rights and the lower class, was “a joke.”

“What has she done, what has she accomplished to run for president, to become the president of the United States?” Willey said.

“I can’t find, for the life of me, one thing. And if I could find one thing, I would acknowledge that fact. But I haven’t seen one single accomplishment that would give her the credentials to be president of the United States.”

She also warned other women that the former secretary of state was not a candidate for women’s rights.

“Women should pay attention to what she’s done to other women, and not just the women who were unfortunate to cross paths with her husband,” Willey said.

In terms of rehashing the Clinton scandals, Willey said that Benghazi and the email server scandal was only the latest instance of a long career of shame for the former first lady.

“She took it upon herself to erase all of her emails so that none of us can see what happened in Benghazi,” Willey said.

“Their mere presence on the stage is going to guarantee the fact that we’re going to hear one of those scandals every single day that she’s running for the nomination. And then if she wins we’re going to hear about Travelgate and Vince Foster and Monica Lewinsky and me and all of the trouble they got themselves into in Arkansas.

“The thing that boggles my mind is that doesn’t seem to bother her,” she continued.

“If she would really look at that, is that really good for the country? Nothing embarrasses these people. It’s like a scandal a week with these people.” (H/T WND)

I’d disagree with Willey there. On a good week, it’s at least two or three.

Willey, a former Democratic Party activist, alleged in 1998 that President Clinton had groped her in the Oval Office five years earlier.

Willey has been subjected to a long campaign of harassment and character assassination ever since, although the former White House aide has stuck with and continued to publicly state her story.

It’s a great irony that the first woman to have a reasonable shot at becoming president has gotten there merely by championing the public shaming of women simply unlucky enough to be hit on, if not sexually assaulted, by her own husband.

With all of the hero-worship coming out of the media in the wake of Hillary’s announcement, it’s funny that there was little to no mention of the women whose life she’s played an active part in ruining.

Give it time, though. No matter how complicit the media wants to be, the truth seldom stays buried for long, especially when the Clintons are involved.
