Enemies on the Left, False Friends on the Right – Part 23

“A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.” James 1:8

Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them. For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple. Romans 16:17-18

Mark Reed Levin

levin

Mark Levin was born September 21, 1957, is an American lawyer, author, and the host of a syndicated radio show The Mark Levin Show. Mark is a long time member of the CNP according to a 1998 membership list. He has also been a speaker at the Council for National Policy for one Becky Norton Dunlop, Vice President for External Relations for Heritage Foundation, which is another story in itself.

Levin is President of Landmark Legal Foundation . He is also a Board member of The Patrick Henry Center for Individual Liberty, whose founder is fellow CNP member, Gary Aldrich. His fellow board member is, none other than, fellow CNP member, Edwin Meese III who holds the Reagan Chair in Public Policy at The Heritage Foundation. Other board members, (now deceased) include, CNP members, Paul Weyrich of Heritage Foundation, Free Congress Foundation, and ALEC; Reed Irvine of Accuracy in Media, now headed by Cliff Kincaid; and Howard Phillips of The Conservative Caucus and The Constitution Party.

Living board members include CNP members, Mr. Peter T. Flaherty, President, National Legal and Policy Center, Alan P. Dye, Esq.(legal counsel for American Legislative Exchange Council); Lt. Col. Oliver North; Ronald E. Robinson, Esq, President, Young America’s Foundation; Rep. Louis (Woody) Jenkins Chairman, WBTR-TV Channel 19; Alan Sears, (Staff Director of the Meese Commission) Esq., President and CEO, Alliance Defense Fund; Beverly LaHaye, Concerned Women of America.

In a biographical note on the website of the Young America’s Foundation, Levin “served previously in the Reagan Administration, including chief of staff to Attorney General Edwin Meese, Associate Deputy Attorney General of the United States, and Deputy Solicitor at the U.S. Department of the Interior. He represented Mr. Meese during the Iran-Contra (Ollie North) investigation and was a leading advocate for the impeachment of President Bill Clinton.” He is an MSNBC legal analyst, a contributing editor of CFR, CIA, and Skull and Bonesman, William F. Buckley’s National Review, and a frequent contributor to Human Events and the Moon owned Washington Times.

He is also a strong proponent of a Constitutional Convention, and wrote his book, The Liberty Amendments proposing a con-con. Sadly, he won’t listen to the many arguments against one. Levin states that he wants to foster a national debate about corrective actions. In fact, when listeners call into his radio show to present arguments against an Article V Convention, or a Balanced Budget Amendment, or a Convention of States, they are disconnected, their names put on a list, and they are not allowed to call in again. Like the rest of the pro-Constitutional Convention gang, Levin refuses to hear any arguments against it, to debate anyone who can present the dangers of another Convention, and like the rest of them, will use Saul Alinsky’s tactics of destroying the messenger, because they obviously cannot win on the merits of their own arguments. See, Mark Levin Refuted and Mark Levin’s “Liberty” Amendments: Legalizing Tyranny.

Alan Keyes

keyes

Alan Keyes was/is a member of the Council for National Policy (CNP Membership Directory) in 1996, 1998, and 1999. He was also a former U.S. representative to the United Nations. Though Keyes is sometimes referred to as “Ambassador Keyes,” the title is misleading since he only served as the U.S. ambassador to the UN Economic and Social Council, not as ambassador to the UN or as an ambassador to a country.

A year before completing his doctoral studies, Keyes joined the United States Department of State as a protégé of Jeane Kirkpatrick (CFR, TC, former member of The Young Peoples Socialist League). In 1979, he was assigned to the consulate in Mumbai, India. The following year, Keyes was sent to serve at the embassy in Zimbabwe.

In 1983, President Ronald Reagan appointed Keyes as Ambassador to the United Nations Economic and Social Council. In 1985, he was appointed Assistant Secretary of State for International Organizations, a position he held until 1987. Kirkpatrick was Keyes’ boss at the UN. Link

His stay at the UN provoked some controversy, leading Newsday to say “he has propounded the more unpopular aspects of US policy with all the diplomatic subtlety of the cannon burst in Tchaikovsky’s 1812 Overture.” Keyes obviously speaks out of both sides of his mouth inasmuch as he claims he is staunchly pro-life, yet he worked for the very pro-abort, pro-population reduction, United Nations.

He also served on the staff of the National Security Council. On May 26, 2009, President Barack Obama merged the White House staff supporting the Homeland Security Council (HSC) and the National Security Council into one National Security Staff (NSS). The HSC and NSC each continue to exist by statute as bodies supporting the President.

In 1987 Keyes was appointed a resident scholar for the American Enterprise Institute. His principal research for AEI was diplomacy, international relations, and self-government. He was with AEI as a scholar for two years. See part 13 for an overview of AEI who is supported by the Peter G. Peterson Foundation. And just who is Peterson? He’s the chairman emeritus of the Council on Foreign Relations and founder and chairman of the Peter G. Peterson Foundation. He was also the former Chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York between 2000 and 2004.

Also on the board of AEI is Raymond Gilmartin, retired chairman and CEO of Merck & Co. who was director during the Vioxx scandal and sat on the board of Microsoft as well. And don’t forget their infamous Gardasil vaccine.

The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation supported AEI’s education policy studies headed by Frederick M. Hess who authored reports and other education projects and whose working group includes Washington, D.C. schools chancellor Michelle Rhee and Michael Feinberg, the cofounder of KIPP, both of whom have helped to destroy academic education in America, but that’s another article in itself.

The following information was provided in the 2nd edition of Pastor James Patrick’s “America 2000/Goals 2000” Research Manual:

Alan Keyes was William Kristol’s roommate at Harvard. Bill is a Bilderberger member (left click to enlarge Bilderberger map). Bill Kristol’s father, Irving Kristol, an avowed Trotskyite, who joined the Young People’s Socialist League in the 1930s. In 1953, Irving Kristol founded the magazine, “Encounter” in England, which was secretly being supported by the CIA. It ran puff pieces for Fabian Socialist and Bilderberger, Hugh Gaitskell, head of the Labor Party.

In 1965, together with Daniel Bell, Kristol founded the “Public Interest.” This was a publication of “Freedom House.” Bell belonged to the Young Socialist League and the League for Industrial Democracy which had been named the Intercollegiate Socialist Society. Like Kristol, Bell was subsidized by the CIA through an organization called the Congress for Cultural Freedom of which Bell was a leader. Irving Kristol’s partner, Daniel Bell, has suggested we do away with state boundaries and most local government. Daniel Bell was a CFR member.

For ten years Bell had worked for Brotherhood of Death member (Skull and Bones & CFR) Henry C. Luce at one of his magazines, Fortune. In 1969, Irving Kristol was made the Henry R. Luce professor at New York University. George Field ran the Freedom House which published Kristol and Bell’s, The Public Interest. Field was chairman of the Rand School for Social Science which was owned by the American Socialist Society. It was financed by the Garland Fund which keeps many Communist projects going. Freedom House’s Bookshelf Program was run by Rex Stout who previously published New Masses, a Communist Weekly. Vice President under Gerald Ford, Nelson Rockefeller, directly gave Irving Kristol $100,000 through his Commission on Critical Choices for just 15 short essays. Irving’s son, William Kristol did make it big time. William Kristol was promoted by Newsweek as one of the top three strategists of the GOP. He launched a weekly magazine called the Standard and is backed financially by Ruppert Murdoch. Kristol is assembling the next generation of socialists on behalf of the NWO. The Kristol’s have plotted for two decades under the disarming word, “neo-conservative.” They are, in fact, Trotskyites, as I’ve given the definition in two parts of this series.

William Kristol ran Alan Keyes’ 1988 Senate Campaign in Maryland.

kristol

Keyes was part of Reagan’s National Security Team, and Reagan’s National Security was made up of CFR George P. Schultz; CFR/T Soviet Agent, Henry Kissinger; CFR William Case; CFR/T Casper Weinberger; and CFR Gen. David Jones; with David Rockefeller (Chairman of CFR/T) being an unofficial advisor.

Keyes was promoted by Jeanne Kirkpatrick. Jeanne Kirkpatrick was a member of the Trilateral Commission and the Council on Foreign Relations. In fact, as recently as the 80s, Kirkpatrick was still on the letterhead of the League for Industrial Democracy.

solidarity1932 poster for League for Industrial Democracy, designed by Anita Willcox during the Great Depression, showing solidarity with struggles of workers and poor in America

Kirkpatrick believed in abortion, East-West trade, business with China, and that the Monroe Doctrine is no longer valid. Her American Enterprise Institute is supported by NY Banks and big Oil, CFR and CIA assets. Her husband for many years, Evron, was with the Office of Strategic Services (OSS) State Dept and was Director of the Office of Intelligence Research. The OSS was a United States intelligence agency formed during World War II. It was the wartime intelligence agency, and a predecessor of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). Evron’s specialty was behavioral science. He, since 1954, had been the executive director of the American Political Science Assoc. Hubert Humphrey was the direct product of Evron Kirkpatrick. The Kirkpatrick’s have fashioned candidates scientifically. Keyes is the product of his handlers (those with global fish to fry).

Saying all the right things to sop up and drain support of gullible traditionalists, Keyes was president of Citizens Against Government Waste founded by J. Peter Grace, CFR, CNP. Grace was no more conservative than McGeorge Bundy, Soviet Agent, Henry Kissinger, or W. Averill Harriman. See Esquire Sept. issue 1977, The Latest Secrets of Skull and Bones by Ron Rosenbaum. William Grace is J. Peter Grace’s father and was the signer of incorporation papers of the CFR, in NY City the 25th of July, 1921.

Also signing on that document was Paul Warburg, who was a key personality in the founding of the Federal Reserve in 1913. The W.R. of W.R. Grace stands for William Russell, William Russell was a co-founder of the Brotherhood of Death. It is considered by some students of history that J. Peter Grace has been born into the American Illuminati. Also see Soviet expert Dr. Antony C. Sutton’s book, America’s Secret Establishment on page 5.

Keyes’ Failed Illinois Senatorial Run

Alan Keyes, was the 2004 Republican candidate for the U.S. Senate in Illinois, against Barack Obama. Keyes once referred to black slave reparations as “an insult to our slave ancestors,” but in 2004 called for a plan that would exempt the descendants of slaves from income taxes for at least a generation. In a manner of speaking, he was calling for reparations for black Americans.

Tax exemption would give Blacks “a competitive edge in the labor market, “because they would be cheaper to hire than federal tax-paying employees” and allow Blacks to be compensated” for all those years when your labor was being exploited,” said Keyes.

He lost to Barack Obama, who had voted three times in the Illinois legislature against the Born Alive Infant Protection Act. Sadly, my home state is riddled with communists.

Conclusion

Remember there are over 400 members of the secretive Council for National Policy, and it would be impossible to write about each and every one of them. They are not our friends. They are, in fact, the right arm of the Council on Foreign Relations. There are a few places on the web where membership lists, albeit older lists, are available.

Public Eye, Ministers Best Friend, SourceWatch are the most available lists, but are not up-to-date. Wikipedia also has a short list.

Enemies on the Left, False Friends on the Right – Part 12

And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them. For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret. But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever doth make manifest is light. Ephesians 5:11-13

Richard Mellon Scaife’s funding activities actually began in 1962, when he gave several grants to various organizations, including the American Bar Association’s Fund for Public Education allegedly for “education against communism.” Of course, the American Bar Association is funded by quislings like Bill Gates, Apple, Carnegie Foundation and all the other usual suspects, and they are supporting and promoting Bush 41’s ‘Rule of Law‘ for world government based on sustainability. Can you say fascism? Link. “Education against communism,” is a joke with these NWO funders. Check out the American Bar Association’s very edited article from their interview with Agenda 21 expert, Rosa Koire, and I’m sure you’ll get the picture of just who Scaife was funding! Here is Rosa’s actual taped interview, much of which was deleted and skewed by the interviewer.

scaife 2

The total of Richard Mellon Scaife’s giving—to neo-conservatives as well as many other beneficiaries—exceeds $600 million, or $1.4 billion in current dollars, much more than any previous estimate.

Let’s take a look at a few of the top organizations this so-called “conservative,” Richard Mellon Scaife, has funded both past and present.

Personal Funding

According to campaignmoney.com, from 1999 through 2006, Scaife has (as his personal donations), under the name “R. Scaife,” made 10 contributions of over $200 to political campaigns, for a total of $19,000. Under the name “R.M. Scaife” he made 4 donations, for a total of $22,000. Under the name Richard Scaife, he made 23 donations over this period, for a total of $142,904. Besides donations to the Republican National Committee and various political campaigns such as Santorum 2000 and the Santorum Victory Committee for neo-con, Rick Santorum, he has also supported Political Action Committees such as the Pro-Growth Action Team, the Free Congress PAC (formerly: Committee For the Survival Of a Free Congress, which was founded by Paul Weyrich), and the Club For Growth Inc. PAC. His various foundations make much larger contributions. Let’s take a look at Club For Growth…

Club for Growth

Stephen Moore was the founder of Club for Growth, and he is now chief economist at the Heritage Foundation and was the former Wall Street Journal editorial writer who championed tax cuts. WSJ is owned by CFR member Rupert Murdoch and Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal who owns 7%. Moore has been paid to promote policies for the Koch funded Americans for Prosperity (AFP), owned by David Koch, who is a member of the globalist Aspen Institute. Please see my 2011 article on AFP. Aspen Institute’s former director was none other than Maurice Strong, of UN Agenda 21 fame. Moore is also an American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) “scholar” as of 2011. On August 4th, 2011, he spoke at a Shell Oil-sponsored plenary session of the 38th Annual ALEC Meeting in New Orleans, Louisiana, along with fellow ALEC “scholar” Arthur B. Laffer.

Club for Growth’s partners and allies include the Peter G. Peterson Foundation. Peterson is chairman emeritus of the Council on Foreign Relations and former chairman of the New York Federal Reserve Bank. Another ally is the US Chamber of Commerce, who is so behind the invasion of illegal aliens on our southern borders. Link Link See Erica Carle’s short three-part article, “Who is in Charge of the New World Order?” about the Chamber of Commerce.

Joseph Farah and Western Journalism Center

Farah

Most every conservative with a computer knows of CNP member Joseph Farah’s World Net Daily, but not everyone knows that originally, Joe Farah founded Western Journalism Center (WJC) after having worked for a short time for one of Richard Scaife’s newspapers. Farah worked for six years as executive news editor at the Los Angeles Herald Examiner. Then, in July of 1990, Farah became editor of the Sacramento Union after Richard Mellon Scaife had sold it to Daniel Benvenuti Jr. and David Kassis. The paper continued to lose money. After leaving the Sacramento Union in 1991, Joseph Farah and former Union publisher, James Smith, founded the Western Journalism Center — under whose aegis Farah later founded World Net Daily. Farah apparently now fully owns WJC.

In 1994-1995, during the Clinton years, WJC accepted $330,000 in donations from then-Clinton-hater, Richard Mellon Scaife. The funds came from a Scaife controlled foundation. Most likely this was done in the effort to gain support in exposing the Clintons. Other conservative foundations contributed as well — and it went dormant as soon as Clinton left office, but has now returned with another Democrat in our White House.

Here is the 2012-990 for WJC, and you’ll notice Floyd Brown is the President, and Farah’s fellow CNP member, Gary Kreep, is their general council. Farah claims he is against any Constitutional Convention, but several years ago, he allowed Gary Kreep to write an article in WND which claimed the recalls for a Con-Con from twelve states may not be valid. Why would Farah, who allegedly is against a Con-Con, allow Kreep to state in a WND article that each state’s attorney general needs to validate the recalls and then they need to be sent to Eric Holder for final validation. What does he think Eric Holder would say? Here is the full story Gary Kreep’s article in WND.

Scaife was also the major backer of The American Spectator, whose Arkansas Project set out to find facts about Clinton and in which Paula Jones‘ accusations of sexual harassment against Clinton were first widely publicized. The American Spectator is a monthly magazine covering news and politics, edited by R. Emmett Tyrrell Jr. Other major funding came from the pro-school choice Bradley Foundation.

In 1996, according to Citizens for Honest Government (CHG) records, CNP member and CHG founder, Pat Matrisciana, and Christopher Ruddy, who was then a reporter for the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, a newspaper owned by Richard Mellon Scaife, “maintained a joint bank account in the name of Jeremiah Productions, now Jeremiah Films, that made modest payments to critics of the president.” Additionally, “internal records of Jeremiah Productions” obtained by Murray Waas of Salon Magazine, showed that, as of September 1997, “the bank account controlled by Matrisciana and Ruddy had ‘total assets of $3.069 million and no liabilities.

Despite Scaife’s seeming hatred of the Clintons and his funding of Western Journalism Center, The American Spectator, and Christopher Ruddy’s Newsmax, the latter two who targeted the Clintons with both truth and lies, Scaife turned around and on April 20, 2008, two days before Pennsylvania’s presidential primary, Scaife’s Pittsburgh Tribune Review endorsed Hillary Clinton for president. Scaife also worked with Bill Clinton on his so-called “Clinton Global Initiative,” or CGI. CGI is a non-partisan organization that convenes global leaders to devise and implement innovative solutions to the world’s most pressing problems. Each year, CGI hosts an Annual Meeting in September, scheduled to coincide with the U.N. General Assembly. Throughout the year, CGI helps its members – primarily corporations, NGOs, and government leaders to bring about change. (None of which freedom loving Americans would like.) Ruddy told The New York Times he and Scaife had changed their views on the Clintons. “Both of us have had a rethinking. Clinton wasn’t such a bad president. In fact, he was a pretty good president in a lot of ways, and Dick feels that way today.”

In July 2012, Ruddy was a member of the official delegation that accompanied President Clinton on his five-nation tour of Africa, reviewing Clinton Foundation initiatives in the area of health care, HIV/AIDS programs, education and poverty alleviation.

During the delegation’s visit to Maputo, Mozambique, Ruddy blogged for the Clinton Foundation website, “The Clinton Foundation demonstrates that public-private partnerships and strategic engagement of private citizens, community members, and local governments can achieve great results in health care. And as I saw firsthand today in Mozambique, this work is innovative in its scope and in its purpose – which is to ensure governments can own and maintain their own health care systems without further reliance on aid. I applaud the Clinton Foundation for bringing together groups and individuals from all sides of the political spectrum to build a world that’s more equal, more sustainable, and that benefits us all.”

Sounds to me like he’s now fully on board and in bed with Clinton initiatives.

Richard Mellon Scaife spread his monies around to a variety of organizations and enterprises. It would take a book to cover them all, but in Part 13, we’ll look at a few more of the neo-conservative groups he funded.

Enemies on the Left, False Friends on the Right – Part 8

Finally, be ye all of one mind, having compassion one of another, love as brethren, be pitiful, be courteous:

Not rendering evil for evil, or railing for railing: but contrariwise blessing; knowing that ye are thereunto called, that ye should inherit a blessing. For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile: Let him eschew evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and ensue it. For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil.

And who is he that will harm you, if ye be followers of that which is good? I Peter 3:8-13

Society for the Protection of Tradition, Family and Property (TFP)

On the TFP website, they state, “Mr. Weyrich was also a good friend of the American TFP. Since the early eighties, he regularly met with Mr. Mario Navarro da Costa of the TFP Washington Bureau, with whom he traveled on several occasions to Latin America and Europe, visiting the local TFPs and being introduced to their networks of friends. He also visited the Brazilian TFP in 1988, and met with its founder Prof. Plinio Corrêa de Oliveira. Over the years, Mr. Weyrich has proven to be an invaluable friend.”

So, what is TFP, and who was Plinio Corrêa de Oliveira? The latter was a Brazilian extremist and self-styled “prophet,” founder of a “crusade” against agrarian reform and “Communism,” which openly calls for the implementation of a world-wide “Christian” regime based on Medieval hierarchy and repression. This “crusade” is called Tradition, Family and Property (TFP). Plinio was the author of 15 books and over 2,500 essays and articles. His works include: In Defense of Catholic Action, Revolution and Counter-Revolution, The Church and the Communist State: The Impossible Coexistence, Nobility and Analogous Traditional Elites in the Allocutions of Pius XII, and many others.

plinio

The militant followers, who would come to receive his blessing, had to prostrate themselves in front of Plinio with their foreheads touching the ground; they would then kiss the armchair Plinio usually sat on. This odd right-wing organization, unlike no other, publicly holds that the rich are better than the poor.

CNP charter member Morton Blackwell, who gained renewed fame at the 2012 Republican convention, also worked with Plinio de Corrêa de Olivier’s Tradition, Family & Property (TFP). Blackwell endorsed Olivier’s book, Nobility & Analagous Traditional Elites, on the necessity of restoring traditional Nobility & Elites to rule the world. In the forward, Blackwell wrote: “One does not have to accept Papal infallibility to appreciate a case persuasively made, using theological, moral, and prudential arguments. This book will convince many readers, whatever their faith, that good elites are legitimate, desirable and, yes, necessary.”

The Secret Story of a Cult Apologist by Miguel Martinez features a picture of Paul Weyrich and Morton Blackwell with the American head of TFP, which is the parent organization of CESNUR, the cult apology network for cults such as Scientology. Link

weyrich and gangThe eminent leaders of the American New Right, Paul Weyrich (left) and Morton Blackwell (center) together with the president of the USA TFP, John Spann.

CESNUR is especially virulent, (Link) particularly against the testimony of former members of “cults,” where, in certain cases Cesnur even deliberately lied in order to discredit them. Co-founded by Massimo Introvigne (Managing Director), J. Gordon Melton, and Eileen Barker, among others, CESNUR is seen by many as an organization of cult apologists. At the very least, it has an anti-anticult stance, meaning it opposes the doctrines, methods and goals of anti-cult and counter-cult organizations.

Massimo Introvigne is still today the head of CESNUR and practices as a lawyer with Jacobacci & Perani. Introvigne established CESNUR, launching an unceasing campaign, and quickly becoming, together with J. Gordon Melton and Eileen Barker, one of the most important cult apologists in the world. TFP, in the meantime, continues to uphold the same views as CESNUR, views which share several features with the visionary propaganda of groups like the Church of Scientology, “that there is a worldwide ‘anti-cult conspiracy’ manipulated by psychiatrists and Communists.” Unluckily for them, TFP was recently named in a list of destructive cults drawn up by the French Parliament.

Considering Plinio Correa de Oliveira’s love for the inquisition, it may come as a surprise that Introvigne signed a manifesto in defense of Scientology, rather than branding the US multinational with the “mark of infamy.” Is it any wonder then, that the Church of Scientology is a member of Weyrich’s American Legislative Exchange Council? Link

Morton Blackwell’s Tribute to Weyrich

Paul Weyrich died in 2008 at age 66, but his profound influence on the Council for National Policy, the Heritage Foundation and ALEC lives on.

On the Leadership Institute website, Weyrich’s good friend, Morton Blackwell, gives a tribute to Paul Weyrich. It would be wise to read it as it contains valuable quotes and information.

The Leadership Institute,” which was started in 1979 by charter member and Executive Director of the CNP, Morton C. Blackwell, is allegedly a “non-partisan” educational institute that has been preparing conservatives for success in politics, government, and the news media. Here is the list of Leadership Institute’s funding. Please note, the Carthage Foundation is a Richard Mellon Scaife Foundation, also note, CNP charter member, Richard DeVos and wife, Helen’s Foundation. DeVos is the founder of Amway. As well, the Charles E. Koch Foundation, this is David and Charles Koch of Americans for Prosperity. Link Remember, David Koch is on the board of Trustees of Rockefeller University. He is also on the board of the globalist new age Aspen Institute formerly headed by new age environmentalist Maurice Strong who I wrote about in More Republican Deception. Koch is also on the board of Earthwatch Institute, an environmental, sustainability, Agenda 21 group. See this map of Koch’s many connections. David Koch also supports gay marriage and stem-cell research.

Since its 1979 founding, the Leadership Institute has trained more than 91,475 students. Notable alumni include CNP charter members, Grover Norquist who is a Council on Foreign Relation member, as well as a converted Muslim (Link Link), and Ralph Reed, former head of Pat Robertson’s Christian Coalition who was involved with fellow CNP member, Jack Abramoff’s lobbying scandals. Others include, Jeff Gannon, Senator Mitch McConnell, Governor Mike Pence, James O’Keefe, and seven members of the 112th Congress.

According to a former CNP member who found out what they were all about, he was “managed” while in the CNP by members, Morton Blackwell and Neal Hogan. He went to Blackwell’s church which is close to the capitol, St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, where there was a female priest who was married to an abortion doctor. He owned 6 abortion clinics. This former CNP member was there when they asked for prayer for this abortion doctor for an emergency that morning. They also endorsed homosexual marriage.

Neal Hogan’s wife Maureen, ran the Clinton Investigation Commission and garnered millions of dollars in donations during the Clinton years. However, they were close friends with the Clinton’s, and all the funds went to help the Clintons. This Pastor, who was a former member, fully believes the CNP is an arm of the UN. Link

The umbrella organization of the Council for National Policy for the 435 member groups, is nothing more than the right arm of the Council on Foreign Relations. Their ties to the Heritage Foundation, ALEC, and other powerful organizations and people, is a spider web of such immense proportions that it would take volumes to fully connect all the dots. In Part 9, we’ll discuss Heritage’s past President, Edwin Feulner.

Enemies on the Left, False Friends on the Right – Part 7

“There are more instances of the abridgment of the freedom of the people by gradual and silent encroachments of those in power than by violent and sudden usurpations.” James Madison, Speech to the Virginia Ratifying Convention, June 16, 1788

American Legislative Exchange Council

Paul Weyrich also founded American Legislative Exchange Council.(ALEC) and was Director/President from 1975-1978. ALEC first came into being in 1973 in Chicago as the “Conservative Caucus of State Legislators.” In 1975, with the support of the American Conservative Union, ALEC registered as a federal non-profit agency. Through the corporate-funded American Legislative Exchange Council, global corporations and state politicians vote behind closed doors to try to rewrite state laws that govern your rights. These so-called “model bills” reach into almost every area of American life and, more often than not, directly benefit huge corporations.  In ALEC’s own words, corporations have “a VOICE and a VOTE” on specific changes to the law that are then proposed in your state, and sometimes in the federal legislature.

The Madison Group, the predecessor to the State Policy Network (SPN – mini Heritage Foundation’s in each state), was “launched by ALEC,” and housed in the Chicago-based Heartland Institute, so says a 1991 report by the National Committee for Responsive Philanthropy (NCRP). Heartland is funded by the Koch brothers, David and Charles, the former being a member of the globalist Aspen Institute. Remember Aspen Institute’s Director was none other than Maurice Strong, author and promoter of UN Agenda 21. NCRP also reported that the Madison Group’s annual meeting was, at that time, “sponsored by Heritage Foundation and the Free Congress Foundation,” which was led by Paul Weyrich.

The NCRP report also notes that ALEC was then “housed in the Washington, D.C. headquarters of the Heritage Foundation, a seven-story brick building on Capitol Hill, appointed with thick rugs, chandeliers and enormous floral arrangements. On the second floor, near the Ukrainian Congress Committee of America and Amway headquarters, ALEC had a suite of offices.” Today, they are housed in Arlington, VA.

Former Amway President, and CNP charter member, Dick DeVos, and his wife Betsy DeVos, (former chair of the Michigan Republican Party and brother of Erik D. Prince, founder of Blackwater/Xe/Academi) are long-time supporters of the Heritage Foundation and SPN affiliates such as Michigan’s influential Mackinac Center for Public Policy.   ALEC has a huge list of corporate donors. Here is a list of their many corporate members, and here is a partial list of politicians that are known to be involved in, or previously involved in ALEC. Not all dues-paying members of ALEC are included because ALEC does not post its full list, but the list includes politicians who have been in a leadership role in ALEC, as a member of a task force, or other publicly known role. It also includes politicians who have been featured speakers or who have accepted awards at ALEC meetings.

ALEC’s membership is 95% corporate along with 2500 of the 7500 legislators from every state. This is where state legislation originates. For you Tennesseans, remember that state Senator Mark Norris, the bagman for our neo-conservative Trotskyite governor, is a long time member of ALEC. I would bet every state has members of ALEC.

Public-Private Partnerships (P-3)

NCRP reported, “Privatization is the altar at which the American Legislative Exchange Council and the Madison Group worship. The state think tanks’ agenda includes privatization of most public services, from mass transit to health clinics to environmental protection, and even libraries; vouchers and tax credits; deregulation of business; opposition to labor-backed policies like the minimum wage and family leave; and rollback of taxes.”

In Bill Jasper’s New American Magazine article, The Not-So-Smart ALEC, of April 21, 2014, he states, “ALEC’s model legislation for states promotes a “Public-Private Partnership (P3) Authority Act,” the summary of which states:

“This Act establishes a state Partnership Committee and an Office of Public-Private Partnerships to identify and establish public-private partnerships and approve qualified bidders, requests for proposals, and template contracts. The Act is designed to improve public operational efficiency and environmental performance, promote public safety, attract private investment in the state, and minimize governmental liabilities.”

“In this area, the supposedly “conservative” ALEC is perfectly in step with the “progressive” Obama administration, which has made public-private partnerships (P3) a centrepiece of its statist program. Many of ALEC’s member corporations are also partners in Obama’s Fedgov/Big Business “Manufacturing Innovation” consortiums and other P3 endeavours. They include such well-known names as Boeing, General Electric, Microsoft, Caterpillar, Dow Chemical, ALCOA, and ExxonMobil. Hillary Clinton, while Obama’s secretary of state, launched the administration’s P3 Global Partnership Initiative, spreading hundreds of billions of dollars in corporate welfare to the well-connected.”

ALEC is in the forefront of spreading the P3 gospel at the state level, along with its progressive partner, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce (USCC), which, like ALEC, talks a good game of “free markets” while actually promoting corporate subsidies and economic fascism. Please read Erica Carle’s short three part article on the Chamber of Commerce and the New World Order

ALEC’s corporate P3 members are well represented by:

  • Big Pharma (Abbott, AstraZeneca, Bayer, Genetech, GlaxoSmithKline, Pfizer);
  • Big Farm (Altria Group, Archer Daniels Midland, Kraft Food, J.R. Simplot, Monsanto);
  • Big Oil (Shell, BP, Peabody, Marathon, Texaco, Tenneco, Chevron, ExxonMobil);
  • Big Banking (Bank of America, Coldwell Banker, Wells Fargo, First Chicago NBD);
  • Big Gambling (Hollywood Casino Corp., Argosy Gaming Co., Boyd Gaming Corp., GTECH Corp.);
  • Big Media (Cox Communications, Comcast, the Wall Street Journal, News Corp., Thompson Reuters, Time Warner Cable);
  • Big Insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield, Farmers Group, GEICO, Liberty Mutual, State Farm, Travelers);
  • Big Tech (Yahoo, Face book, Google, AT&T, eBay, Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Intel, Sony);
  • Big Soda (Coca-Cola, Pepsi-Cola, Dr. Pepper Snapple Group);
  • Big Liquor (Seagram & Sons, Hiram Walker, Miller-Coors);
  • Big Box Stores (Best Buy, Home Depot, JC Penney, Lowe’s);
  • Big Auto (Ford, GM, Toyota, Chrysler).

ALEC’s critics on the Left erroneously cite these cosy corporate ties as evidence of the corruption inherent in “free market” capitalism. But the ALEC/Obama P3 “partnerships” are the antithesis of genuine free markets, in which entrepreneurs risk their own capital — not that of the captive taxpayers — to build businesses that provide goods and services consumers freely choose to purchase, not those determined for them by politicians and government planners. This information all came from Bill Jasper’s amazing article, check it out here.

ALEC and the Article V Convention

ALEC has long promoted an Article V Constitutional Convention using the excuse that we need a Balanced Budget Amendment. If you’ve read Publius Huldah’s articles on same, here and here, then you understand what a terrible danger the BBA actually is to our Constitution. ALEC even produced a “Resolution for Limitations on Authority of Delegates to a ‘Convention for Proposing Amendments’ (Article V, United States of America Constitution).” ALEC claims this resolution will curtail and eliminate the possibility of a “runaway convention.” The resolution restricts delegates to work only on those amendments authorized in their legislative instructions and calls for the immediate recall of any delegate that works on an unauthorized amendment.” This is total balderdash! Once a Convention is opened, all is fair game!

The very reason most often cited by scholars for their opposition to an Article V Convention is because the 1787 Convention set the precedent. There is absolutely no way that a new Constitutional Convention can possibly be controlled, no matter the circumstances or restrictions set down prior to the Convention.

The precedent was set in the 1787 Convention when the states convened simply to revise the Articles of Confederation, and ended up throwing out the Articles, and writing a new Constitution. The intention from the outset of many of its proponents, chief among them James Madison and Alexander Hamilton, was to create a new government rather than fixing the existing one. This is also what exists today. George Soros and his leftist groups, along with the neo-conservative Trotskyites on the right, Michael Farris, Mike Levin, Goldwater Institute, I Am America, David Barton, Glenn Beck, etc. etc. ad nauseam, are all fomenting change to our Constitution through an Article V convention. What is waiting in the wings is the New States Constitution written over a period of 10 years, at a cost of $25 million, by the Ford Foundation, which eliminates everything after “We The People,” and that includes our God given, unalienable rights.

Countless authorities have stated that there is no Constitutional Convention that can be controlled. Once a Con-Con is opened, the entire document can be taken down and changed. There are no statesmen today like our founders, and the risk of opening a Convention for any reason, would result in the destruction of the last threads binding us to a representative Republic.

Here is ALEC’s handbook on the Constitutional Convention, and of note, the Church of Scientology is also an ALEC member. Link

ALEC and Common Core

In the Washington Post article of June 7, 2014, it states what we already knew, “The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation didn’t just bankroll the development of what became known as the Common Core State Standards. With more than $200 million, the foundation also built political support across the country, persuading state governments to make systemic and costly changes.”

Gates money flowed to policy groups on the left and the right, which funded research by scholars of varying political persuasions who promoted the idea of common standards. None of this is new, of course. Back in the 60s, we had Mastery Learning and then Outcome Based Education, then Goals 2000, etc. ad nauseam, all of which were the same exact thing with a different name. Those fighting Communist Core have failed to realize that liberals at the Center for American Progress and so-called conservatives affiliated with the American Legislative Exchange Council, both accepted money from Gates to promote Communist Core. Normally these groups disagree on every issue that comes down the pike, but they found common ground on Common Core, the diversion from the danger of charters, vouchers and choice, the real Trojan Horse!

ALEC and Trade Agreements

Again, in The Not-So-Smart ALEC, Bill Jasper tells about ALEC members adopting a “Resolution Supporting the Successful Negotiation of a Comprehensive and Commercially Meaningful Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP).” ALEC also adopted a “Resolution Urging Congress to Pass the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPP).”

Jasper goes on to say:

“One of the most important facts, if not the most important, to know about both the TTIP and TPP is that they would, if adopted, steadily strip away our national sovereignty, allowing the World Trade Organization (WTO) and the United Nations, as well as regional tribunals and regulatory bodies created by these agreements, to override our local, state, and federal laws. This feature alone makes them very subversive, revolutionary proposals that should be opposed by every elected or appointed official who has taken an oath to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States.” This is no longer a matter of theoretical speculation; as The New American has reported previously, the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the WTO agreement have amply proved this. As a result of adopting both of those agreements, NAFTA and WTO rules and rulings increasingly trump our laws.”

This is what Paul Weyrich, the Grand Poobah of the phony right, has given us with ALEC.

Weyrich was also a Member of The Interfaith Council for Environmental Stewardship (ICES), which amounts to a “greenEvangelicals and Catholics Together document, with many involved already having signed the ECTI or ECT II or other ecumenical ventures. Their Cornwall Declaration on Environmental Stewardship, a dominionist group and effort, signed by Evangelicals, Catholics and Jews, many from the CNP, is an environmental statement of faith uniting these same groups in yet another venue.

In Part 8, we’ll discuss Weyrich’s and Morton Blackwell’s membership in The Society for the Protection of Tradition, Family and Property (TFP). Again, the name is the antithesis of TFP’s real strategy and purpose, just like many of the laws our Congress passes where the names sound so good, but the law is so unconstitutional.

Enemies on the Left, False Friends on the Right – Part 6

3Their feet run to evil, and they make haste to shed innocent blood: their thoughts are thoughts of iniquity; wasting and destruction are in their paths. -Isaiah 59:7

Heritage and NAFTA

The idea of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) originated with Heritage Fellow and CNP member, Richard Allen, and has long been advocated by Heritage policy analysts. The idea of creating a North American free trade zone from the Yukon to the Yucatan was first proposed by Heritage Distinguished Fellow Richard Allen in the late 1970s, refined by then Presidential candidate Ronald Reagan, and further developed in a major 1986 Heritage Foundation study.

The Free Trade Agreement got the ball rolling for the development of skills standards by the newly formed National Skills Standards Board. It was endorsed by the U.S. Labor Department Secretary’s Commission on Achieving Necessary Skills (SCANS) study originated under Labor Secretary Elizabeth Dole. This eventually led to the School-to-Work Opportunities Act and the dumbing down of American education curriculum for the global workforce training.

With all of this emphasis on “standards” it should be pointed out that NAFTA allows exchanges of all categories of professionals, with those coming from Mexico and Canada having met their own countries’ standards, not necessarily equal to those required in the United States. If this process evolves the way most of these exchange processes have in the past, that disparity will be addressed in one of two ways—by changing U.S. standards to match foreign standards, or by altering both NAFTA nations’ standards to align with international standards like ISO 9000 or ISO 1400 monitored by UNESCO. This should be of concern to professional organizations in the United States. See page 315 in The Deliberate Dumbing Down of America to see the impact on education in the US by the signing the North American Free Trade Agreement.

Heritage and National Healthcare

Assuring Affordable Health Care for All Americans is the Heritage Foundation plan, written by Republicans and endorsed by the so-called conservative right. You will notice that Stuart M. Butler wrote this Heritage monograph. Please pay particular attention to Item #2 on page 6 of this document wherein it states, “Mandate all households to obtain adequate insurance.”

James Taranto, who writes the Wall Street Journal’s “Best of the Web” column, put forth a lengthy and informative discussion on the conservative origins of the individual mandate, whose inclusion in Obamacare is today its most controversial feature on the Right.

Taranto writes that he was there when the Heritage Foundation was promoting the mandate:

Heritage did put forward the idea of an individual mandate, though it predated Hillary Care by several years. We know this because we were there: In 1988-90, we were employed at Heritage as a public relations associate (a junior writer and editor), and we wrote at least one press release for a publication touting Heritage’s plan for comprehensive legislation to provide universal “quality, affordable health care.”

As a junior publicist, we weren’t being paid for our personal opinions. But we are now, so you will be the first to know that when we worked at Heritage, we hated the Heritage plan, especially the individual mandate. “Universal health care” was neither already established nor inevitable, and we thought the foundation had made a serious philosophical and strategic error in accepting rather than disputing the left-liberal notion that the provision of “quality, affordable health care” to everyone was a proper role of government. As to the mandate, we remember reading about it and thinking: “I thought we were supposed to be for freedom.”

The plan was introduced in a 1989 book, “A National Health System for America” by Stuart Butler and Edmund Haislmaier. We seem to have mislaid our copy, and we couldn’t find it online, but we did track down a 1990 Backgrounder and a 1991 lecture by Butler that outline the plan. One of its two major planks, the equalization of tax treatment for individually purchased and employer-provided health insurance, seemed sensible and unobjectionable, at least in principle.

But the other was the mandate, described as a “Health Care Social Contract” and fleshed out in the lecture. [Link]

Now, Stuart Butler claims we shouldn’t blame Heritage for the Obamacare mandate. He links to the Amicus brief filed in the 11th circuit court of appeals, dated May 11, 2011. If you read the Amicus brief, notice Edwin Meese’s name as well as Randy Barnett, of Georgetown University who has long been promoting a Constitutional Convention.

I find it interesting that the Affordable Health Care Act was signed into law by Barack Hussein Obama on March 23, 2010, but Heritage Foundation didn’t file their Amicus brief until over a year later.

Heritage’s Mandate for Leadership

In 1980, Heritage published their Mandate for Leadership to guide the incoming Reagan Administration and its transition team. Working the high-level inside track on these personnel hiring’s was Reagan’s “Kitchen Cabinet,” of which CNP member, Joe Coors was probably the best known member.

A Reagan loyalist since the 1968 GOP convention, Coors began spending a lot of time in Washington, D.C. and at the White House. The attempt at governance by the Kitchen Cabinet became so elaborate that they actually established an office in the Executive Office Building across from the White House.

Embarrassed by the image of a covey of millionaires seeming to run parallel and sometimes conflicting personnel recruitment operations, senior White House staff produced legal opinions saying that it was illegal for a private group to occupy government property, in this case a White House office.

Although Coors produced a legal opinion arguing there was no violation of law, Coors and friends were evicted. Heritage could hardly claim diminished relations with the Reagan Administration, however, as an estimated two-thirds of its Mandate recommendations were adopted in the first year of the Administration. Further, Heritage was using a letter of endorsement from White House Chief of Staff, Ed Meese, CNP charter member, in a December 1981 fundraising effort. In his letter of endorsement, Meese promised Heritage’s president, Edwin Feulner, that “this Administration will cooperate fully with your efforts.” The newly elected Ronald Reagan passed out copies of the Mandate at his first Cabinet meeting, and it quickly became his administration’s blueprint. By the end of Reagan’s first year in office, 60 percent of the Mandate’s 2,000 ideas were being implemented, and the Republican Party’s status as a hotbed of intellectual energy was ratified. After leaving the Reagan Administration, Meese joined the staff of the Heritage Foundation and is still there today.

Meese and his cronies were also involved in the theft of the Inslaw/Promis software that enabled the Justice Department to track criminal prosecutions. [Link] Meese had his intelligence buddies put a trap door in the software so the Bush’s could monitor everyone. The Justice Department started sharing the illegally obtained PROMIS software with other agencies, including agencies where PROMIS was modified for intelligence purposes and sold to foreign intelligence operations in Israel, Jordan, and other places. Michael Risconsciuto of the Wackenhut security firm had testified that he was contracted to install a “trap door” in the software to allow the CIA to tap into PROMIS software worldwide. It appears that the original petty crimes of the Justice Department have led to the exposure of a sensitive national security operation. [Link]
It also monitors all of us, and today there’s an even greater software program out there..but that’s another story.

Edwin J. Feulner, formerly the president of Heritage Foundation, had a yearly income including deferred compensation of $1,098,612. Former Attorney General, Edwin Meese, takes home half a million a year from Heritage. Feulner is also a charter member of the Council for National Policy.

The Rockefeller/Heritage Connection

From education researcher, Chey Simonton’s article on the Rockefeller/Heritage Connection, she states, “The top men of the Heritage Foundation, first Weyrich, then Ed Feulner, and now Jim DeMint, with the trust and cooperation of masses of sincerely committed conservatives have been in a position to further elitist Rockefeller goals. Along with radical World Government advocate, Walter Hoffman of the World Federalist Association, they participated on the 16 member U.S. Commission on Improving the Effectiveness of the United Nations. Working with the US Information Agency, Feulner also participated in facilitating the infamous 1985 US-Soviet Education Technology and Cultural Exchange Agreement. Soviet pedagogy, based on behavioral conditioning for a compliant collective labor force, is a dream come true for the dozens of multinational corporations funding all the think tanks promoting American education reform. The humanist Carnegie Foundation, a century-long collaborator with Rockefeller philanthropy, facilitated the Soviet side of this Exchange Agreement.”

Remember, in 1934, the Carnegie Corporation called for a shift from free enterprise to collectivism. They wanted the Soviet planned economy. [Link]

Thus, Heritage’s communist connections, were established rapidly after the historic meeting between Reagan and Mikhail Gorbachev at the Geneva Summit.

Feulner was appointed by Reagan as chairman of the U.S. Advisory Commission on Public Diplomacy. The commission was responsible for expediting a signed Soviet-American Educational Exchange Agreement. The National American Legion was one of hundreds of conservative groups refusing to do anything about the US/Soviet Education Agreements. Charlotte Iserbyt’s Maine State Legion voted unanimously to go up against what Reagan had done.

In 1995, Charlotte Iserbyt identified conservative “Wolves in Sheep’s Clothing,” who not only gave the Soviets access to American education, but whose act of treason “virtually merged the two educational systems.” Leading the pack for an educational exchange initiative was none other than:

“Edwin Feulner, former President of Heritage Foundation, who strongly supported the U.S.-Soviet education agreements, and who had an office in Moscow, supported Soviet-style magnet schools (i.e., tax supported choice/charter schools), and had state affiliate organizations across the nation writing charter school legislation that reads like it has been written by the U.S. Department of Education, the Carnegie Corporation and the National Education Association.”

“Paul Weyrich’s American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) gave an award to Oregon’s Department of Education for its education reform, especially the work force training component and its certificate of initial mastery (CIM) necessary to get a job. Same old Common Core folks! See the June, 2011, WSJ article, “Industry Puts Heat on Schools to Teach Skills Employees Need.”

We must remember, the 1955 UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) book, MENTAL HEALTH IN EDUCATION, is the earliest reference to the need for “choice” in education. The Charter Schools concept, strongly marketed around the country by Heritage affiliates with the help of CNP members in every state, attempts to link patriotic free enterprise themes to a blatantly unconstitutional system of corporate fascism to business/government partnerships in the education of our children.

At the same time, note that Heritage founder, Paul Weyrich, once served as advisor to former Russian President, Boris Yeltsin of Chechnyan genocide fame. He wrote about it in an article in the Heritage affiliate, Townhall Magazine. [Link] In 1987, Weyrich also wrote an article in The Washington Post, A Conservative’s Lament, which virtually recommended a new Constitution and form of government for the U.S.”

Both Feulner and Weyrich were also involved with other powerful players and shadowy figures, some from the right and some from the left. They have been included in groups formed to reinvent the UN, supposedly to face the 21st century. It is becoming more and more evident that Weyrich and Feulner were in fact organizing a tight group that represented the merger of right and left, which we have seen over the past 65 years. The Council for National Policy members love Heritage…and their members have been Heritage’s presidents.

Remember folks, Heritage Foundation is inextricably tied to the CNP, and the CNP is nothing more than the right arm of the CFR. Over the past 25 years, Heritage has also been funded by private foundations such as Pew Charitable Trust which also funded many GOALS 2000 initiatives. Bill Clinton signed the Goals 2000 law on March 31, 1994, creating new education bureaucracies and facilitating federal control of local education institutions. William Greider’s bestseller, Who Will Tell the People: The Betrayal of American Democracy reveals other benefactors: “Notwithstanding, its role as ‘populist’ spokesman, Weyrich’s organization, for instance, has received grants from Amoco, General Motors, Chase Manhattan Bank (David Rockefeller) and right-wing foundations like Olin and Bradley.” They’ve also received millions from wealthy donors which we’ll discuss in upcoming articles.

In Part 7, we’ll take a gander at Weyrich’s American Legislative Exchange Council, and his strong affiliation with the Society for the Protection of Tradition, Family and Property.

Enemies on The Left, False Friends on the Right – Part 5

“Only if we desire to know the truth and desire it fervently can we stand to be told that we the people are public enemy number one. If, on the other hand, we are too far gone to accept the truth, we shall continue to lose the little freedom and property we have left. This is a promise!” The Don Bell Report

The number one mover and shaker in the Council for National Policy was Paul Weyrich, albeit there were others with more money and power, the Coors family, and Richard Mellon Scaife, heir to the Carnegie Mellon fortune. The latter has just announced he is dying from incurable cancer. First, let’s take a look at the founder of Heritage Foundation and his affiliations. Mr. Weyrich wielded such power, and had so many organizations, that I’m only able to skim the surface of his many involvements.

Please understand that I’m writing this series to make people aware that all those great sounding rightwing groups have hidden agendas and affiliations with the Communist left and the shadow government of the CFR. We must know our enemies. In doing so, we can counter their efforts with the truth.

Paul Weyrich

weyrich

Paul M. Weyrich was born in 1942 and died in 2008. He was allegedly an American religious conservative and figurehead of the New Right. The latter has nothing to do with old-right Constitutional conservatives. The New Right is made up of neo-con Trotskyites and corporate fascists. They masquerade as “moderate” Republicans. See Part 3 of this series.

Weyrich was the Grand Poobah of the Council for National Policy. He was on the CNP Board of Governors in 1982 and 1996, and was the CNP Secretary-Treasurer as well as being on the Executive Committee in 1984-1985 and 1988. The Executive Committee decides who can become a member, and who can be an invited guest. He co-founded the conservative think tanks, the Heritage Foundation, the Free Congress Foundation, and the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC). He coined the term “Moral Majority“, the name of the political action group Moral Majority that he co-founded in 1979 with fellow CNP charter member, Jerry Falwell.

The Heritage Foundation

heritage wolf

As major founder of the Heritage Foundation, Paul Weyrich served as the first president in 1973-1974. Funding came from Joseph Coors, and Richard Mellon Scaife.   Here is a list of Heritage’s top funders today, along with their board of trustees. Note that Carthage Foundation, Sarah Scaife Foundation, and Scaife Family Foundation are all Richard Mellon Scaife foundations. Here is Weyrich’s own story of how he and Joe Coors worked together to create Heritage Foundation.

In 1971, Joseph Coors along with Jack Wilson and Paul Weyrich, founded Analysis and Research Inc., to establish a political research entity, that being Heritage Foundation. CNP member, Joe Coors donated the first-year Heritage budget of $250,000 for 1973 from the coffers of the Coors Corporation, and for the next two years gave $200,000. He then pledged $15,000 per month, but eventually gave more. Coors and Weyrich set up the Committee for the Survival of a Free Congress, which evolved into the Free Congress Foundation, to carry out political activities, and the Heritage Foundation as a tax exempt educational research entity.

The Coors company provided Heritage Foundation with $20,000 per month during the foundation’s first year. Weyrich was Heritage president until February 28, 1974.

The Free Congress Foundation Board of Directors included Weyrich who was an ardent supporter of the Society for the Protection of Tradition, Family and Property (more on them later) and Charles Moser, an editorial adviser to a publication that praises the Nazi Waffen SS.

Weyrich, who for years represented the ongoing political interests of the Coors family in Washington, DC, sponsored and worked closely with convicted Austrian Nazi collaborator, Laszlo Pasztor, a Hungarian-American who was employed at Free Congress Foundation, the political arm of Heritage Foundation. Pasztor’s Coalitions of the Americas was housed as a subsidiary of the Free Congress Foundation. The Coors and Scaife-funded Heritage Foundation co-sponsored a 1989 forum with a pro-Nazi group, the Anti-Bolshevik Bloc of Nations.

In Martin Lee’s book, The Beast Reawakens, he refers to Pasztor as Weyrich’s right hand man:

“In addition to homegrown agitators who dredged up anti-Semitic motifs that harkened back to the 1930s, some countries had to contend with groups that were led or supported by pro-fascist exiles who repatriated from the West where they had carried on as vocal anti-Communists during the Cold War, often with CIA support. The Free Congress Foundation, founded by American far right strategist Paul Weyrich, became active in eastern European politics after the Cold War. Figuring prominently in this effort was Weyrich’s right-hand man, Laszlo Pasztor, a former leader of the pro-Nazi Arrow Cross organization in Hungary, which had collaborated with Hitler’s Reich. After serving two years in prison for his Arrow Cross activities, Pasztor found his way to the United States, where he was instrumental in establishing the ethnic-outreach arm of the Republican National Committee.”

In the 1970s, Weyrich and Coors made appointments and set up political contacts on Capitol Hill for one Franz Joseph Strauss, Bavarian Head of State who helped émigré Nazi collaborators. Another fascist, Roger Pearson, writer and organizer for the Nazi Northern League of Northern Europe joined the editorial board of Policy Review (Heritage’s monthly publication) in 1977. The following brief mention of Roger Pearson on the British Eugenics Society web site is an indicator of his abiding contribution to pure racial breeding:

“Hans K. Gunther, a Nazi anthropologist and eugenicist… was assisted by Roger Pearson of the Eugenics Society, an important figure on the racist journal, Mankind Quarterly… Mankind Quarterly is a racist journal still pumping out venom in 1994, still influenced by Roger Pearson. Josef Mengele’s co-researcher at Auschwitz, Von Verschuer, was on the editorial advisory board of this journal before his death in 1970.”

The Northern League merged newsletters with Britons Publishing Company, an anti-Semitic publisher and a major distributor of the Protocols of the Elders of Zion. It was theosophist, and Russian occultist, Yuliana Glinka, who cooked up the Protocols, and she was the companion and coordinator for Madam Helena Blavatsky‘s Theosophical Society. Link All anti-Semitics, please refrain from writing to me.

The Policy Review was then published by the Hoover Institute whose members include Ed Meese, CFR Condi Rice, and NAFTA’s Richard Allen. It was discontinued in 2013.

Pearson’s racialist theories are still circulated worldwide by neo-Nazi and white supremacist organizations. Pearson was a recipient of white supremacist and pro-eugenics grants from Pioneer Fund to the tune of a million dollars. One of the funds’ founders was former Senator Jesse Helms, 33rd degree mason, and Council for National Policy charter member.

To get a sense of how revolutionary the political fight for power in the U.S. was then, and still is today, we need to look at a few quotes from what has been dubbed, “Paul Weyrich’s Teaching Manual,” the Free Congress Foundation’s strategic plan on how to gain control of the government of the U.S. Written by Eric Heubeck, and titled, “The Integration of Theory and Practice: A Program for the New Traditionalist Movement.” The document is no longer available at the Free Congress Foundation’s website for obvious reasons. The excerpts explain why the Dominionists are winning; the tactics they endorse are sheer Machiavellian:

Paraphrased here are the four immoral principles of the Dominionist movement as the following:

1) Falsehoods are not only acceptable, they are a necessity. The corollary is: The masses will accept any lie if it is spoken with vigor, energy and dedication. (Doesn’t this sound like the Third Reich’s Goebbels who said, “If you repeat a lie often enough people will believe it.”)

2) It is necessary to be cast under the cloak of “goodness” whereas all opponents and their ideas must be cast as “evil.”

3) Complete destruction of every opponent must be accomplished through unrelenting personal attacks. (This is an Alinsky tactic, as are others.)

4) The creation of the appearance of overwhelming power and brutality is necessary in order to destroy the will of opponents to launch opposition of any kind.

Huebeck goes on to say,  “There will be three main stages in the unfolding of this movement. The first stage will be devoted to the development of a highly motivated elite able to coordinate future activities. The second stage will be devoted to the development of institutions designed to make an impact on the wider elite and a relatively small minority of the masses. The third stage will involve changing the overall character of American popular culture.

And just what are they changing it into?

According to Jeffrey Sharlet, Hitler’s Mein Kampf and William L. Shirer’s The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich are studied as textbooks in a particular leadership training group he wrote about in Harper’s Magazine. Link

Paul Weyrich wrote an article in 1987 entitled, “A Conservative’s Lament.” In it he stated, “If we are going to be a serious nation, we need a serious system for selecting our leaders and advisors. We need some type of shadow government, in which leaders and top advisors can be identified and developed, and through which our politics can be better focused on policy choices. The world is a professional league, and we cannot win fielding amateur teams.”  What does he think the CFR is? Of course he loved the parliamentary form of government.

In Part 6, we’ll continue looking at Heritage Foundation and their UN connections, NAFTA, and the Health Care mandate. Please remember that I’m simply skimming the surface of these people involved with the Council for National Policy. Throughout the rest of this series, Heritage Foundation is at the center of the Council for National Policy.

Unholy Hands on the Bible

When this interview took place, I was the producer for Henry Feinberg’s radio program.  It has been nearly 20 year, however, thanks to Chey Simonton, the transcript is available and still exposes the truth.

HENRY FEINBERG PROGRAM Friday, June 14, 1996

UNHOLY HANDS ON THE BIBLE Guest: Judy Pinalto

(Spelling of proper names in this transcript is phonetic and may be in error, ed.)

Transcript from audio tape by Chey Simonton

HF: My guest for the first hour of the show is Judy Pinalto. She resides in Scottsdale, Arizona with her husband, Bill, and two grown children, Cindy and Bill. Bill and Judy have for many years been active in biblically based resource ministries for home-educating families. They have also successfully instructed their children at home. Judy, welcome to the show.

JP: Thank you. It’s nice to be here today.

HF: We’re going to talk about an interesting subject today, Unholy Hands on the Bible. Judy, what is modernism?

JP: Modernism is the term that has been used for the very liberal swing in Christianity here in the twentieth century. What we will find as we go through this hour is that we can link this back to guests you have had before, I understand you have a very knowledgeable listenership on this issue of the Bible conspiracy. The modernists, I believe, are just another out-shoot of that Westcott and Hort group at the end of the 1800s who were looking to produce a new Bible, a new God, a new theology. I have a quote here to share with you in just a few minutes, whenever you want to get started.

HF: What are the New Evangelicals?

JP: The New Evangelicals were supposed to the middle-of-the-roaders. Probably the best descriptive word for them is “the compromisers” because what they attempted to do in the 1940s was to bridge the gap between traditional fundamentalist Christianity and liberal modernism. They were going to be the middle-of-the-roaders and try to find a way to bring the two back together. Of course, as we know from the scriptures, whenever someone attempts to compromise, the only thing that happens is that you start going down the chutes. The key theological doctrine they threw into the toilet in order to put the New Evangelical movement together was God’s doctrine on separation, that God’s people were not to be unequally yoked with the world. That is the key thing that really describes the New Evangey and that whole gang back in the 1800s and Annie Besant and her masonic ties, all this liberalism started working it’s way through these corrupt Bible versions which are based on corrupt manuscripts.

I know your listeners already know about these (corrupt Bible versions, ed) that are steeped in gnosticism. So, it should come as no surprise when at the turn of the century here in America, this stuff’s coming over here. In 1924 the mouthpiece for the modernists, before I explain the New Evangelicals, there was a magazine called CHRISTIAN CENTURY. In the January 2, 1924 issue said, and this is really a telling theme for this hour, “Christianity, according to fundamentalism, is one religion. Christianity according to modernism is another religion. Which is the true religion is the question that is to be settled in all probability by our generation for future generations. There is a clash here as profound and as grim as between Christianity and Confucianism. Amiable words cannot hide these differences. Blessed be the Tie may be sung until doomsday, but it cannot bind these worlds together.”

So, the God of the fundamentalist is one God and the God of the modernist is another. The Bible of fundamentalism is one Bible, the Bible of the modernism is another. The church, the kingdom, the consummation of all things…these are one thing to the fundamentalists and another thing to the modernists.

Now comes along Dr. Ockenga in the late 1940s. He tells in his own words who and what this new social gospel is going to entail. He tells us that it has six components.

First, there is the National Association of Evangelicals, the NAE as we know them today, which is going to provide the articulation for the movement.

Second, there is the World Evangelical Fellowship.

Third, there is the new apostolic literature stating this point of view which is now flowing from the presses of great publishers like MacMillan and Harpers.

Fourth, there is the existence of Fuller Theological Seminary. (They built their own seminary for this whole thing!)

Fifth, there is the establishment of the magazine, CHRISTIANITY TODAY.

Sixth, there is the appearance of an evangelist, and this is their mouthpiece, Billy Graham, who on the mass level is the spokesman on the convictions and the ideals of the New Evangelicalism.

HF: Okay, Judy, that’s quite a lot to digest.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HF: Our guest is Judy Pinalto and we’re talking about apostasy in the modern Christian church. Judy, you have named the main mouthpiece for the New Evangelicals as Billy Graham. Who have been the popularizers of New Evangelicalism?

JP: Oh, my goodness! There are so many of them that it would take a whole hour just to name them all so I’ll name just a couple to get us started today. The whole idea from my point of view is to get people thinking. I know your listeners are very familiar with many topics on the coming One World Global System. I also know that you’ve covered the government arm and the economic system that’s coming and I’m sure you’ve gotten into the religious system that is coming. This is really about the religious system that is coming. We’ve got this really radical position that is pushing away from has been biblical Christianity throughout the centuries coming into these Last Days of the church age. I believe that Westcott and Hort were really kicking off these Last Days with beginning to tamper with the Bible. So, there was this wide liberal modernism and now we’ve got this backlash, this so-called middle-of-the-road group that is going to try to somehow to bring peace and order through compromise.

Billy Graham starts off as their number one mouthpiece. Think of some of the people that he helped popularize, people like Robert Schuller. He admitted that on the 1000th anniversary of the Hour of Power, that back in 1969 he was the one who talked Robert Schuller into starting that program. Of course, he helped found CHRISTIANITY TODAY. The editor emeritus of that is Dr. Harold Linzell who wrote that book, THE BATTLE FOR THE BIBLE, with the foreword by the father of this movement, Dr. Ockenga. Everybody knows about the Billy Graham Crusades, but, not everybody understands that as the years went by and Dr. Graham found himself more and more having to be in this compromise position, that he started bringing Catholic counselors into the Crusades so that if a person came up who was of the Catholic faith, for example myself.

I am delivered out of the Catholic faith and I now profess a belief in Jesus Christ as my lord and savior. I would not be given over to a Bible believing counselor. There would be Catholic counselors right there to make sure that I stayed in the faith and I would be ushered over to them to make sure that Billy Graham was not proselytizing against the Catholic Church. So, these compromises began. Then Billy Graham was very instrumental (he gave $10,000.00) in starting up the International Council on Biblical Inerrancy, which we’ll talk about a little bit later.

Now, you have got Harold Linzell with this really popular magazine, CHRISTIANITY TODAY, and we learn that Harold Linzell was on the New King James Version Committee. He also was a part of the International Council on Biblical Inerrancy. These people who are involved in the social gospel are all sitting on these Bible committees.

Who could forget Bill Bright who went to Fuller Theological Seminary, their instrument for bringing on this New Evangelicalism in the United States. He left before he graduated and he founded Campus Crusade. Guess what? Here’s Bill Bright now out there doing all this social gospel routine and sitting on the International Council for Biblical Inerrancy. The next thing you know, he’s also on the New King James Version Committee! And, as you’ve probably already told your listeners, he’s this year’s award winner of the Templeton Award, the million dollar New Age award that Chuck Colson got last year, for his “Humanism”!

So, these are the kinds of guys you are finding, the big speakers out there on the circuit, who have huge multi-million dollar ministries, and are involved in this compromising position; in our politics, in our everyday life, and unbeknownst to most people, they’re also in the background on the modern Bible committees and turning out new Bible versions.

HF: Wow, that’s quite something! Certainly, many of us have heard of all of these people. I’m interested in the political movement that is associated with New Evangelicalism. Jerry Falwell, Pat Robertson… will you talk to us about them?

JP: That’s a very interesting side. You’ve got a very interesting person in the background and maybe you’ve talked about him before, Paul Weyrich. Paul Weyrich is a Roman Catholic and he started the Heritage Foundation. He is one of the moneybrokers or powerbrokers through tainted money, the Rockefeller money system, the New World Order gang. He started the Heritage Foundation, and through that he also began another group called The Free Congress Foundation. In this Free Congress Foundation, this Catholic (Weyrich) is appealing to Protestant preachers to take back the American culture to traditional values, which is really a kick! The Moonies, in the meantime, who are also out there being big money/power brokers and associating in the same circle as Weyrich, are also working on reclaiming the culture!

(Commercial Break)

HF: Paul Weyrich, many of us have heard of him. He did found the Heritage Foundation. I remember getting literature from the Free Congress Foundation. He is a Roman Catholic and he’s calling on Protestant ministers for a Christianizing of the culture. An ecumenical move!

JP: That’s right! Here comes the ecumenical movement. So, the next thing we see is the emergence of men; Jerry Falwell and Pat Robertson start climbing on the bandwagon! I’ve got an article in front of me from Sunday, July 13, 1986 entitled “Religious Coalition Seeks to Establish Biblical Justice”. This was in the NEWS & OBSERVER from Raleigh, North Carolina. Here’s where it tells about this big evangelical meeting. I’ve got all the paperwork on it, including the things they had to sign, things they claimed they would all believe together. This is the Coalition on Revival, today we know them as their acronym, COR. The big promoters of this movement, in the article, are Jerry Falwell and Pat Robertson.

It says right here in the article, “Although primarily evangelical, it includes activists from other denominations including Roman Catholics”.

Then among those listed in leadership in this effort are Dr. D. James Kennedy, Dr. Tim LaHaye, Dr. Rushdoony of Chalcedon, Dr. Jack Van Impe, Dr. Harold Linzell . (remember, he’s the editor of CHRISTIANITY TODAY), and Dr. Adrian Rogers the President of the Southern Baptist Convention, then, of course, the Director of COR and their magazine CROSSWINDS, Jay Grimstead. Some of these names your listeners need to remember because in a little while when we get back to the modern Bible versions, you’re going to hear these names pop up again on the translating and overview committees.

HF: We’re moving towards a point where I want to ask a question. In your opinion, what should be the role of biblically-based Christianity today in America? Should we be utterly unconcerned with the political realm and if it’s going to be ungodly let God judge it and for us to be separate from that? I don’t want to be associated with men like Paul Weyrich in any way, and yet I am concerned about what is happening in this nation politically. So, where am I to be as a Bible believing person? Where should I be politically?

JP: I think that where every Christian has to align themselves is just exactly where God says we have to be in the Bible. I know I share your concern and it’s something that every Christian who lives in America, who truly loves God, who grew up loving this country has trouble with it.

God says, “Wherefore, come out from among them and be ye separate.” in Corinthians II, 6:17-18, and, “touch not the unclean thing and I will receive you and will be a father unto you and ye shall be my sons and daughters saith the Lord Almighty.” And He goes on to say in John II, 10-11, “If there come any unto you and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither biddeth him Godspeed, for he that biddeth him Godspeed is partaker of his evil deeds.”

This is where the social gospel gang from the New Evangelicals flat out said they reject God’s command to be ye separate, and went into the social arena to try to change the culture, and God forbid us to do it this way! They openly admitted they were going to do something that God said not to do, and they don’t care. I think that’s the problem with this movement we’ve got today; the Reconstructionists, the Dominion theology gang, and all of these people who are taking turf for Jesus. It’s not biblical. Of course, we care about our country. Of course, we want to stand for righteousness. But, that and fifty cents will get you a cup of coffee if you don’t do it the way God says. We don’t get to make up the rules on how we go about standing for righteousness. That’s the problem.

HF: Okay, again, this is something that we wrestle with.

JP: Sure we do. If I wasn’t trying to stand up and give a witness and say, ‘Come back to Jesus Christ’, or if you have never been, ‘Come, there is a better way. This is all coming to an end and the world will wax worse.’ The Dominionists can stand there till the cows come home and say that we can bring in the millenium without the return of Jesus Christ; but, it flies in the face of the prophetic scriptures!

HF: Yes, indeed it does.

(Commercial Break)

HF: We are talking with Judy Pinalto about “Unholy Hands on the Bible.” Having built this foundation, Judy, will you go to the counterfeit Bibles and the men who sat on these committees and talk on this topic, please?

JP The big problem with these counterfeit Bibles is not only the expunging of verses but the altering of verses. If you take a look at the backbone of this political movement, this Reconstructionist social gospel; they use from the modern NIV and the New American Standard, out of Matthew 28, they have altered the great commission. This is where, I think, one of the great delusion, the great deception, has come in. In the modern versions, the corrupt versions, it says that the great commission is to, “Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations.” This is the verse that they use to justify taking turf.

In the King James Bible, the correct translation of that verse is, “Go ye, therefore, and teach all nations.”

In other words, the great commission was to preach the gospel; it wasn’t to take numbers, it wasn’t to take disciples, it wasn’t to take the nations, take turf. That is how they have used the modern versions to corrupt the doctrine and to create this heretical position that is going on today. So, on these Bible Committees are men who have other agendas.

One of the councils that is worth a whole program in itself is the Council For National Policy, the CNP.

HF: Go for it!

JP: Maybe you’ve had some people on before who’ve talked about this group.

HF: Yes.

JP: I’m looking right now at the 1988 list which hasn’t changed tremendously today. On this list which is supposed to be the Religious Right and the conservatives who have come together to direct policy. By the way, they will tell you that although it’s a foundation, and under the Freedom of Information Act you can get their “stuff”, if you get in touch with one of these people, they think they’re a secret group and no one is supposed to know about them! (chuckle).

Council For National Policy (CNP)

As you look through the old 1988 directory which gives a list of the credits of each member sitting on this committee, (this is supposed to be the Religious Right, the good guys), this is World Enterprise Zones, this is America 2000, this is the Global Village!

We’ve got members of UNESCO, the World Business Council, the United States Dept. of Education, the Urban League, the Heritage Foundation, people from the Hudson Institute who are very much a part of America 2000.

You’ve got folks from the Soviet-American Agreement in the 1980s, Paul Weyrich and his second in command, Ed Feulner are sitting on this committee!

The YMCA, the Chamber of Commerce, Moonie front organizations. J. Peter Grace, this guy is not only CFR back in 1988 when he sat on this thing, he also is a major Roman Catholic, we’re talking Knights of Malta-Secret Society-Roman Catholic. Would you believe this guy was Pat Robertson’s first boss out of school?

We’ve got Catholic organizations, we’ve got Mormons, we’ve got someone since fired out of government life, John Sununu.

We’ve got the 21st Century Group and Coalition of Revival signers sitting on this thing along with Bill Bright who has been on this International Council on Biblical Inerrancy, the New King James Committee and the 1996 Templeton Award winner.

You’ve got James Dobson who sat on the New King James Committee, Jerry Falwell who sat on the New King James Committee, Dr. Ben Hayden who sat on the New King James Committee; Dr. James Kennedy who was on the (ICBI) the International Council for Biblical Inerrancy and the New King James Version Committee. You’ve got Tim LaHaye who sat on the New King James Committee.

You’ve got Chris Moore who is the vice president of Thomas Nelson Publishers that’s put out every bible version that’s on the market! And Sam Moore, the executive officer and president of Thomas Nelson who has put out every bible version on the market.

We’ve got Pat Robertson sitting on this thing and Guy Sanders, the former president of Gideons.

That’s just back in 1988 and we can add a few more guys to that today! Then on the COR (Coalition on Revival) we’ve got:

Coalition on Revival

Dr. Larry Walter who sat on the NIV and New American Standards committee.

Dr. Gleason Archer who sat on everything! He’s a professor of Old Testament at Trinity Seminary. Dr. Henry Morris from the Institute of Creation Research who is also a member of COR Dr. Lloyd John Ogilvie, who is a very interesting person. This fellow we can tie to Renovare! Have you heard of that movement?

Renovare

Renovare is a movement that has come about in recent years. It is going back to early Christian mysticism. And this group is going from church to church doing these little meditation retreats and the group of guys who have gotten into this esoteric, pagan, mysticism include:

Ogilvie who sat on the New King James Committee, Jack Hayford, David Hubbard, president of Fuller Theological Seminary, Tony Campolo, J.I. Packer, John Wimber, David and Karen Maines, C. Peter Wagner, just to mention a few.

I’m sure those names ring some bells with your listeners.

HF: Oh, yes they do!

JP: You betcha! Well, back to the New King James Committee we’re sitting with:

Rev. Luis Palau and Dr. Earl Rademacher, Dr. Adrian Rogers. Remember, he’s part of COR, getting that whole thing off the ground. He’s also the head of the Southern Baptist Convention.

And the list just goes on and on. Of course, needless to say, Dr. Bill Bright, our Templeton Award-winner.

HF: The Templeton Award, that’s from John Templeton, is it not?

JP: Yes.

HF: Judy, during the break I looked up in both King James and the NASB Matthew 28:19, “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.”

In order to make a disciple, one must teach. A disciple is a student. Okay? I don’t see a big problem with that verse. I do see the problem where they draw the conclusion that they have to take turf.

JP: See, that’s it! It’s how they have chosen to define it because the words “make disciples” is not as specific as teach. It gives you the leeway to start adding to or taking from the Word of God. And that’s what has happened.

HF: Yes, I definitely see that whole Dominion theology is a real serious problem, post millenialism. They’re saying they’re going to make the world perfect for Christ and then Jesus will return to this wonderful peace-ridden earth where everybody’s going to be a Christian, or most nearly everybody, and then they’ll set up a Kingdom. This, to me, seem so preposterous! I’ve read a lot of the writings of Gary North, David Chilton, R.J. Rushdoony, and I don’t know where these guys are coming from.

JP: It really is interesting because they have to flat out ignore history in order to get to where they are. There’s no other way they can get to this conclusion, and we’re talking about some men with very high IQs. They are not dummies!

HF: Well, actually, the Reconstruction movement is filled with the intellectuals. They add a lot of credence to the Charismatics who joined ranks with them.

JP: Absolutely! This is just what the Bible says, this is the Sadducees and the Pharisees of Jesus’ time. These guys are so puffed up with their knowledge that they’re deceived now, just flat out deceived. Their logic and reasoning just defies truth! They have to absolutely ignore facts to get where they’re going!

What’s so interesting is that they’re not only sitting on the Bible committees, they’re in our politics, they’re in our everyday social lives. It’s just like a web! They’re in every aspect of our lives, controlling, directing, shaping.

I didn’t go looking for these fellows. My background is education research which is where I’ve been for many, many years. Of course, I’ve had a radio program now for the past few years and have really had a tremendous base to learn a lot more, as you can attest to as a program host. What I found was that when we got into this America 2000 stuff and we started to figure out what was going on and tried to warn the Christian community, we started getting opposition.

I know I did here in my home state. I found the opposition was coming from that called itself the Religious Right. I called my friends around the country and sure enough, that’s where they were finding the same opposition coming from. So, I wanted to find out who were the guys who were trying to tell me that I don’t know what I’m talking about and things like Vouchers and Charter Schools are wonderful things and we all ought to be doing it! That’s what put me on the trail to find out who these fellows were.

What’s amazing to me, and what I’d like to go into at the end of this program is that one of the things that has to happen in this ominous religious system that goes with this One World Government is somehow, the beast has to get everyone to bow down and worship him. An amazing feat, when you stop and think about it. Where do you go to do this? I’m sure you’ve had lots of guests who’ve said the best place to go is to go to the schools. Start with children with blank slates and build from there.

Gnosticism

Out of chaos, synthesis. Hegelism. I know your listeners have all heard this. They’ve destroyed the school system and now they’re trying to put it back together and they’re rebuilding it for this Global Village. One of the things they now want to put back in the school is Values and Virtues. I just recently saw the big foundation production called, “Common Ground”. This is the politically correct term for putting values back into school for the kids. The minute I saw it, it was like some of my research just clicked in my head.

This is the “wisdom of the Greeks” talked about in the Book of Acts. This is pure and blatant gnosticism! It has an interesting twist because it tries to build off the Founding Fathers. But, I have this huge file on freemasonry and the vocabulary they are using to talk about the founding fathers of America, and do some real twists in these documents, is the vocabulary the Masons use! So, we look at this stuff and what do we see, gnosticism, secret societies, wisdom of the Greeks, Masons….

Let’s go back to the corrupt manuscripts that came out of Egypt. The scholars will attest that in the first three centuries of the early church nothing was coming out of Egypt except gnosticism. No New Testament book has ever been traced to anyplace in Egypt. They came from Asia Minor, the area that is now called the Byzantine text area. Nothing came out of Egypt but this nutty gnosticism! Okay, we know that Bishop Demetrius in the 3rd Century tried unsuccessfully to stop it. He had to import manuscripts.

Why? Because what was there was corrupt! Why? Because this was the stuff that became the earliest, oldest and best nonsense that they’ve been pawning off as the reasons behind the modern Bible. But, through the years, the core thing that researchers have found that links all these things, these secret societies is that same old gnosticism. We can track it all the way to the Tower of Babel and right back to the third chapter of Genesis. Gnosticism is the belief that man can be as God. That God is in everything! Now, here comes “Common Ground” and it is blatant gnosticism that they want to put into the schools and teach to the children. They want to teach the children that they can be as gods. Well, hey, here’s the lie!

Here’s the value system! Here’s the religious system needed for this last days One World Government! What so interesting about it is if you go to the United Nations Charter and all of their treaties on education, they start using the word “virtues”. Again, this is a term from the Greek philosophers. And what a surprise, who comes out with a book, THE BOOK OF VIRTUES? Bill Bennett, a Roman Catholic, educated by the Jesuits. Who does he help run for office in Virginia? Michael Farris, president of Home School Legal Defense Fund. What do these two guys have in common? Would you believe these guys are both graduates of Jesuit universities? Now, again, I was raised Roman Catholic and the biggest laugh I would have thought of as a kid would have been for a Baptist kid to tell me that he was at a Catholic institution getting a degree!

(Commercial Break)

HF: My guest is Judy Pinalto and we’re talking about some very interesting things. Judy, let’s take one or two phone calls and then wrap it up. We have about four minutes. Hello caller.

Caller: I would equate this to Dave Hunt’s, “SEDUCTION OF CHRISTIANITY” a few years ago. Do you have this in a book documenting everything?

JP: No, actually, I was talked into coming out a little bit ahead here. I’m putting it all together right now as a matter of fact.

Caller: Well, I’ll sure be looking for it!

JP: Thank you. Our radio ministry does have a catalog, and the Lord willing, when we get it done, we’ll make it available in the catalog.

Caller: And you’ll let us know how to get this information?

JP: If it’s alright with Henry, I certainly will.

Caller: You sound like you’ve got all your ducks in order, so Godspeed, and we’ll see you in a year!

HF: Judy, do you want to finish up now?

Williamsburg Charter

JP: Yes, I got into this “Common Ground” and it was pure gnosticism so I looked to see who were the masterminds behind this stuff, and they say it is the people who put together the Williamsburg Charter. The Williamsburg Charter, as some may know, is a document the Religious Right was palming a few years ago, trying to get this into the schools saying these are the values we want to send to the kids. It’s a Who’s Who list (like the CNP) of the “Left” of the Left and supposedly the “Right” of the Right. The Left of the Left, in my opinion, are People for the American Way. They signed onto this thing along with Dr. Adrian Rogers and other CNP folks. It’s a Who’s Who of the most unlikely bedfellows!

Alright, this document pushing gnosticism with language from Masonry got me thinking. Again, this is just speculation, just for some fun thinking because I can’t prove it and I don’t know anybody who can. You know the old Holy Grail legends? Where they talk about the deity of Christ, that Christ was not God, that there is some chalice hidden someplace that either has his blood in it or, maybe, the temple documents, the temple treasures including the bloodlines of the Jewish tribes. Hitler tore up Europe looking for this thing! The legends of the Holy Grail are heavily tied to the secret societies, the gnostic belief systems.

There are two major things we know are downgraded in the modern versions (of the Bible); the deity of Christ and the blood atonement. If all these guys, whether they know it or not, are hooked into a secret movement (I think some of them know, but a lot of them probably don’t) it makes so much sense to me that the reason for the downgrading of the deity of Christ and the blood atonement would have to happen if we’re pushing for this gnosticism, being manipulated through the secret societies and their gnostic beliefs which is what really captured the world, became the Baal worship of the Old Testament, the wisdom of the Greeks in the New Testament. Satan has used this tool right through history to go after God’s place to try to steal it, which we know he cannot do. But, wouldn’t it be interesting to see if, in fact, someday we find out that this gnostic secret society system has been behind the Religious Right, or the people who profess to be; some knowing and some deceived. That ought to be interesting to find out.

HF: Judy, we’re just about out of time. Do you have a radio ministry now of your own?

JP: Yes, it’s One-On-One Radio Ministry and your listeners can contact us for a catalog at P.O. Box 13445, Scottsdale, AZ 85267. Again, we don’t charge anything. We operate off freewill donations.

HF: Fantastic, Judy! I really enjoyed the hour. You put a lot out a lot of information. When you do have a book, let us know and I’ll tell my audience all about it.

JP: Thank you for the opportunity to share the word of God. God Bless you.

Ted Cruz is No Larry McDonald – Part 2

“We hang the petty thieves and appoint the great ones to public office.” Aesop

“The issue today is the same as it has been throughout all history, whether man shall be allowed to govern himself or be ruled by a small elite.” — Thomas Jefferson

So, Just Who Was Paul Weyrich?

We need to take a look at the close friendship between the grand poobah of the secretive Council for National Policy, (CNP) Paul Weyrich, and Ted Cruz. (The CNP was founded in 1981, allegedly to counter the CFR, yet there were five CFR members on the board of the new CNP). Weyrich was the founding president of the Heritage Foundation from 1973 – 1974. He was also the founder of the American Legislative Exchange Council, (ALEC) in 1973, and director from 1975 to 1978. (ALEC’s membership is 95% corporate, along with 2,500 of the 7,500 legislators from every state. This is where state legislation originates. ALEC has long pushed for a Constitutional Convention. The Church of Scientology is also an ALEC member). LinkPaul was also a member of The Interfaith Council for Environmental Stewardship (ICES), which amounts to a “green” Evangelicals and Catholics Together (ECT) document, with many involved already having signed the ECT or ECT II or other ecumenical ventures. ECT includes CFR member Dr. Richard Land. Their Cornwall Declaration on Environmental Stewardship, signed by Evangelicals, Catholics and Jews, is an environmental statement of faith uniting these same groups in yet another venue.

weyrich

In 1971, Joe Coors, along with Jack Wilson and Paul Weyrich, founded Analysis and Research Inc., to establish a political research entity, that being Heritage Foundation. Fellow CNP member, Joe Coors, donated the first-year Heritage budget of $250,000 for 1973 from the coffers of the Coors Corporation and for the next two years gave $200,000. He then pledged $15,000 per month. Weyrich was Heritage’s president until February 28, 1974.

The Free Congress Foundation Board of Directors included Weyrich, who was an ardent supporter of the Society for the Protection of Tradition, Family and Property and Charles Moser, an editorial adviser to a publication that praises the Nazi Waffen SS. Weyrich, who for years represented the political interests of the Coors family in Washington, DC, sponsored the work of a convicted Nazi collaborator, Laszlo Pasztor, a Hungarian-American who was employed at Free Congress Foundation. The Heritage Foundation, funded by Richard Mellon Scaife and the Coors family, co-sponsored a 1989 forum with a pro-Nazi group, the Anti-Bolshevik Bloc of Nations. Jeff, Holly and Peter Coors were members of the secretive Council for National Policy board of governors in 1988 — along with a former Indiana Ku Klux Klan leader, supporters of the apartheid government of South Africa, and Christian Reconstructionists, who call for the execution of homosexuals, adulterers and blasphemers.

Laszlo Pasztor, a convicted Austrian Nazi collaborator whose Coalitions of the Americas was housed as a subsidiary in the Free Congress Foundation, (the political arm of Heritage.) Pasztor was Weyrich’s right hand man and a former leader of the pro-Nazi Arrow Cross organization in Hungary which had collaborated with Hitler’s Reich. He only spent two years in prison for his Arrow Cross activities before coming to the U.S. Pasztor was responsible for executing homosexuals and Jews during a German extermination effort.

In the 1970s, Weyrich and Coors made appointments and set up political contacts on Capitol Hill for one Franz Joseph Strauss, Bavarian head of state, who helped émigré Nazi collaborators. Another fascist, Roger Pearson, writer and organizer for the Nazi Northern League of Northern Europe, joined the editorial board of Policy Review (Heritage’s monthly publication) in 1977. Pearson’s racialist theories are still circulated worldwide by neo-Nazi and white supremacist organizations. Pearson was a recipient of white supremacist and pro-eugenics, Pioneer Fund grants to the tune of a million dollars. One of the funds founders was former Senator Jesse Helms, 33rd degree mason, and Council for National Policy charter member.

Richard Mellon Scaife, (Chase Mellon Bank) and heir of the Carnegie-Mellon fortune, has been on the board of trustees of Heritage since 1985, and the Sarah Scaife Foundation has donated more than $16 million to Heritage, and initially funded them with $900,000 to get Heritage up and running.

There were other financiers of Heritage, Amoco, General Motors, Chase Manhattan Bank (through David Rockefeller) and Olin and Bradley, a right-wing foundation. Edwin Feulner was recruited in 1977 by Richard Mellon Scaife to become Heritage president. One must remember that Scaife funds both sides of the aisle and is a strong pro-abort and proponent of taxpayer funding of Planned Parenthood. Link

Heritage’s Richard Allen (Council for National Policy and Council on Foreign Relations member) first proposed the idea of creating a North American free trade zone from the Yukon to the Yucatan. In Charlotte Iserbyt’s recent article on Heritage Foundation, she states,

What we are looking at now in education is a result of NAFTA which got the ball rolling in the development of work force skills standards by the National Skills Standards Board, endorsed by the U.S. Labor Department Secretary’s Commission on Achieving Necessary Skills (SCANS) This study originated under Labor Secretary Elizabeth Dole in 1990 and eventually led to the School-to-Work Opportunities Act and the dumbing down of American education curriculum for workforce training.”

And from education researcher, Chey Simonton’s article on the Rockefeller/Heritage Connection, she states,

The top men of the Heritage Foundation, first Weyrich, then Ed Feulner, and now Jim DeMint, with the trust and cooperation of masses of sincerely committed conservatives have been in a position to further elitist Rockefeller goals.

Heritage’s communist connections, were established rapidly after the historic meeting between Reagan and Mikhail Gorbachev at the 1985 Geneva Summit. Feulner was appointed by Reagan as chairman of the U.S. Advisory Commission on Public Diplomacy. The Commission was responsible for expediting a signed Soviet/US Education Agreement. The Soviet polytech work force training system has been implemented in American government schools with students being tracked into specific training at an early age to suit the needs of the corporate fascist global economy.

At the same time, note that Heritage founder, Paul Weyrich, once served as advisor to former Russian President Boris Yeltsin.

Ted Cruz was a very close friend of Paul Weyrich, and in March of 2013, Cruz was the guest speaker at Coalitions for America’s Weyrich Awards Dinner, named for the late conservative icon, Paul Weyrich.

CNP member Ed Feulner took over Heritage Foundation leadership with a nomination from Richard Mellon Scaife who is still a Heritage board member. When Fuelner recently retired, former neo-conservative Senator, Jim DeMint, replaced him as president. DeMint continues the Heritage agenda.

In March of 1987, Paul Weyrich wrote an article entitled, A Conservative’s Lament, which appeared in the Washington Post.   He stated in that article, “We need some type of shadow government, in which leaders and top advisors can be identified and developed, and through which our politics can be better focused on policy choices. The world is a professional league, and we cannot win fielding amateur teams.” Obviously, we have this “shadow government” in the Council on Foreign Relations. One wonders who is grooming Ted Cruz.

When we look at Ted Cruz, we must look at not only who supports him, but who his friends are, both past and present. Of course there is guilt by association that cannot be dismissed because Cruz is a politician. My momma always told me, “You are known by the company you keep,” or “If you lay down with dogs, you’ll get up with fleas.” So, let’s look at all of Cruz’s associations, both past and present, including his marriage.

The Money and Groups Behind Cruz

  • Club for Growth (CFG) was founded by Steve Moore, who is on the editorial board of the WSJ, owned by CFR member, Rupert Murdoch. He has been paid to promote policies for the Koch funded Americans for Prosperity. David Koch is a member of the globalist Aspen Institute, whose former director was none other than Maurice Strong, of UN Agenda 21 fame. Laffer. ALEC is a corporate bill mill. It is not just a lobby or a front group; it is much more powerful than that. Through ALEC, corporations hand state legislators their wish lists to benefit their bottom line. Corporations fund almost all of ALEC’s operations. ALEC has lobbied for a Constitutional Convention for decades. Club for Growth’s leadership council reads like a who’s who of the neo-con right. Moore has also served at the Heritage Foundation and as committee staff to pro-amnesty former Rep. Dick Armey, original founder and co-chair of FreedomWorks. In December of 2004, then CFG President, Steve Moore, left his position after accusations that he, and/or members of his new organization, the Free Enterprise Fund, had taken CFG’s donor and mailing lists. Though there were threats of legal action, nothing came of the accusations.

FreedomWorks super PacIn 2003, former Congressman Dick Armey, charter member of the secretive Council for National Policy, became co-chairman of Citizens for a Sound Economy, who, in 2004, merged with Empower America to become FreedomWorks. In 2004, Citizens for a Sound Economy split into two new organizations, with Citizens for a Sound Economy being renamed as FreedomWorks, and Citizens for a Sound Economy Foundation becoming Koch’s Americans for Prosperity. After Dick Armey (co-author of the Contract for America in 1994) left FreedomWorks in the fall of 2012, Matt Kibbe became president and CEO of FreedomWorks, Inc. Kibbe is a tea party architect, former chief economist for the Republican National Committee and policy analyst for Citizens for a Sound Economy. Link

Empower America was founded in 1993 by high stakes gambler and former Drug Czar William Bennett, who was Education Secretary under Reagan when the 1985 and 1988 US-Soviet education exchanges and treaties were signed, as well as implementing the Soviet quota system; former Secretary of HUD Jack Kemp (charter CNP member); former UN Ambassador Jeanne J. Kirkpatrick (CFR, TC); and former Representative Vin Weber, CNP/CFR member and co-director of the globalist Aspen Institute’s Domestic Strategy Group. Link Charlotte Iserbyt exposed Bill Bennett for his purposeful destruction of education as she worked under T. H. Bell in Reagan’s education department.  Bennett continued all of Bell’s socialist/communist policies, especially OBE and the Pavlov/Skinner training method.  Regarding Bennett’s role in U.S./Soviet education agreements, he wasn’t overtly involved, but he, when asked by Malcolm Lawrence about the agreements, responded “I’m not in that loop.” Link

Empower America was largely filled with Council for National Policy members, CFR members, Trilateralist members, as well as Sun Myung Moon’s Unification Church members such as Josette Shiner Sheeran, now Executive Director of the United Nations World Food Programme.

Mark Levine (who is now actively promoting a Constitutional Convention, see Mark Levin Refuted by Publius Huldah) Link

Edwin Meese, former Attorney General, and Chief of Staff for Reagan-Bush, Heritage Foundation staff member, (see Chey Simonton’s Rockefeller/Heritage Connection).

Tom Coburn – close friend of Obama, and supporter of neo-con, Alan Keyes. Coburn is affiliated with a religious organization called The Family. He previously lived in one of The Family’s Washington, D.C. dormitories with then-Senator John Ensign, another Family member and longtime resident of the C Street Center who admitted he had an extramarital affair with a staffer in 2009. The announcement by Ensign of his infidelity brought public scrutiny of The Family and its connection to other high-ranking politicians, including Coburn. Hillary Clinton is also a member. Link Link

Former Senator Jim DeMint, now President of neo-conservative, Heritage Foundation Link DeMint is also a member of Doug Coe’s secretive, “The Family.”

Senator Mike Lee, pro Constitutional Convention via the dangerous Balanced Budget Amendment. Link Link

Representative Pat Toomey, newly pro-gun control with heavier background checks. Senator Pat Toomey attempted to amend the Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA) to strengthen religious protections, but when his amendment was shot down 55-43, he actually voted for ENDA anyway.

  • Rick Santorum (check out this neo-con, moderate’s liberal voting record in my three-part article on Santorum).
  • Sarah Palin, McCain supporter, former Palin aide was on Soros payroll. Her staff all came recommended from John McCain. Palin believes in and signed bills promoting “climate change” legislation while governor of Alaska. Link Alaska is also a total sanctuary state for illegal aliens, including while Palin was Governor.

In Part 3, we’ll take a look at Senator Cruz’s ties to the phony Christian right, as well as his family’s questionable affiliations.

 Part 1

Ted Cruz is no Larry McDonald – Part 1

The drive of the Rockefellers and their allies is to create a one-world government combining super capitalism and Communism under the same tent, all under their control…. Do I mean conspiracy? Yes I do. I am convinced there is such a plot, international in scope, generations old in planning, and incredibly evil in intent.” Congressman Larry P. McDonald, 1976, allegedly killed in the Korean Airlines 747 that was allegedly shot down by the Soviets

“We have four boxes with which to defend our freedom: the soap box, the ballot box, the jury box, and the cartridge box.” Representative Larry McDonald

“It is terrible to contemplate how few politicians are hanged.” G. K. Chesterton

Representative Larry McDonald was born April 1, 1935 in Atlanta, Georgia and supposedly died September 1, 1983 in the Sea of Japan. He was aboard Korean Airlines Flight 007.   McDonald was invited to South Korea to attend a celebration of the 30th anniversary of the United States–South Korea Mutual Defense Treaty with fellow members of Congress, Senator Jesse Helms of North Carolina, Senator Steve Symms of Idaho, and Representative Carroll Hubbard of Kentucky. Because of delays, the other three did not take the same flight as McDonald. A Soviet MiG-23 Flogger and three Soviet Su-15 Flagon fighters intercepted and allegedly shot down the plane over Sakhalin Island in the Sea of Japan. There were 268 others allegedly lost at sea.

Larry McDonald

It is my belief, along with many others, that the plane was forced to land on Soviet soil, and those who survived, including, and especially, McDonald, became Soviet prisoners. Link

Larry was a US Representative from Georgia from 1975-1983. He was also the National Chairman of the John Birch Society. McDonald graduated from Emory Medical School in 1957, just prior to his 18th birthday. He was the second youngest physician in Georgia state history at the age of 22, but his father had topped him by a couple months, having been the youngest physician in the state’s history. He then joined the US Navy and served four years as a physician and flight surgeon. While in Reykjavik as a Navy flight surgeon, he saw something that awakened his understanding about communism.

When he returned home, he began reading political history and books on foreign policy. He looked for others concerned about the communist threat he had seen, and was now aware of, but the only organization he found trying to warn the people was the John Birch Society. He joined them in 1963, and he became the Chairman in March, 1983, shortly before his death. He was well versed on America’s founding fathers and the Constitution, and he also saw the rise of Bolshevism in Russia and the spread of international communism. He knew this was led in the US by the elitist globalist agenda of the Council on Foreign Relations, Trilateral Commission, and Rockefellers.

In 1972, Dr. McDonald ran for the House of Representatives as a Democrat. He lost, but still won 48% of the votes, proving his efforts to build an informed electorate in the 7th Congressional District of Georgia.

McDonald was known for his conservative views, even by Southern standards, and he was more conservative than the Republican Party. In fact, one scoring method published in the American Journal of Political Science named him the second most conservative member of either chamber of Congress between 1937 and 2002 (behind only Ron Paul). He also scored “perfect or near perfect ratings” on the congressional scorecards of the National Right to Life Committee, Gun Owners of America, and the American Security Council.

Referred to by The New American magazine as “the leading anti-Communist in Congress,” McDonald admired Senator Joseph McCarthy and was a member of the Joseph McCarthy Foundation.   Unlike many national Democrats, McDonald held a consistently conservative line on issues such as foreign policy, defense spending, fiscal restraint, states’ rights, gun rights, and pro-life. He called the welfare state a disaster and wished to turn over the “Great Society” of LBJ to the states.

In 1978, the Democratic party censured him for the despicable act of calling himself a Democrat, basically for two reasons. The first was his involvement with the anti-communist John Birch Society, and the second reason was his failure to support Jimmy Carter.

During his time in Congress, McDonald introduced over 150 bills, including legislation to:

  • Repeal the Gun Control Act of 1968.
  • Remove the limitation upon the amount of outside income which a Social Security recipient may earn.
  • Award honorary U.S. Citizenship to Russian dissident Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn
  • Prohibit Federal funds from being used to finance the purchase of American agricultural commodities by any Communist country.
  • Impeach UN Ambassador Andrew Young.
  • Limit eligibility for appointment and admission to any United States service academy to men.
  • Direct the Comptroller General of the United States to audit the gold held by the United States annually.
  • Increase the national speed limit to 65 miles per hour (105 km/h) from the then-prevailing national speed limit of 55 miles per hour (89 km/h).
  • Abolish the Federal Election Commission.
  • Get the U.S. out of the United Nations.

McDonald also introduced numerous bills to stop the making of loans and selling of arms to communist or communist friendly regimes.

He was adamant about the lack of education regarding the Federal Reserve and wrote a booklet, We Hold These Truths, published in 1976, explaining to the public the formation of the Constitution and the issues facing the country. Larry McDonald, Steve Symms of Idaho, and Ron Paul of Texas were considered the three most conservative men in Congress at that time. I wish we had hundreds of them today.

Now let’s take a look at who we call one of the top conservatives today, namely:

Texas Senator, Ted Cruz

Senator Cruz recently announced his candidacy for President of the United States at, now deceased, Council for National Policy member, Jerry Falwell’s Liberty University.  Remember how close Falwell was to cultist, Sun Myung Moon. So I find the choice of Liberty University of extreme interest.  This article was written in February of 2014, and I stand behind every word.  Ted Cruz is a globalist, as are all the rest of the candidates.

Ted Cruz

Rafael Edward “Ted” Cruz was born December, 1970 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada to an Irish-Italian mother who was born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware, and to Rafael Cruz, who was born in Matanzas, Cuba, in 1939. His father fled Cuba at the age of 18, and became a US Citizen in 2005. Accordingly, Cruz is ineligible for US president or vice president. See Publius Huldah’s important article on this subject.

He holds dual citizenship with Canada and the United States. He was elected to the Senate in 2012, and is the junior Republican Senator from the state of Texas. He was Solicitor General of Texas from 2003 to May 2008 and was the first Hispanic Solicitor General in Texas, the youngest in the United States, and the longest tenure of a Solicitor General in Texas history. He is one of three Latinos in the Senate, along with Marco Rubio and Bob Menendez, all Cuban-Americans.

During high school, Cruz participated in a Houston-based group called the Free Market Education Foundation where Cruz learned about free-market economic philosophers such as Milton Friedman, Friedrich Hayek, Frédéric Bastiat, and Ludwig von Mises, all of whom were proponents of classical liberalism.   Cruz graduated cum laude from Princeton University with a Bachelor of Arts from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs in 1992. Cruz then attended Harvard Law school, graduating, magna cum laude in 1995 with a Juris Doctor.  Professor Alan Dershowitz stated, “Cruz was a terrific student, he was always very active in class, presenting a libertarian point of view. He didn’t strike me as a social conservative, more of a libertarian.”

Cruz served as law clerk to Chief Justice of the United States, William Rehnquist. After his clerkships, he then took a position with the law firm of Cooper, Carvin & Rosenthal. In 1998, Cruz served as private counsel for Congressman John Boehner, during Boehner’s lawsuit against Congressman Jim McDermott for releasing a tape recording of a Boehner telephone conversation. Link

After a couple of years at this D.C. law firm, Cruz became domestic policy adviser to the presidential campaign of then-Texas Governor George W. Bush and Dick Cheney. Cruz brought to the table his own formidable, even astonishing, elite connections which, in 1999, helped enable candidate George W. Bush’s lock on the 2000 election. In that same year, when Cruz was a George W. Bush campaign aide, he arranged a meeting between one of the key architects of the Christian right movement, Paul Weyrich, who played a pivotal role in drawing evangelicals into electoral politics, and one of Bush’s campaign leaders, Timothy Goeglein. Goeglein went on to serve as Special Assistant to U.S. President George W. Bush and Deputy Director of the White House Office of Public Liaison from 2001 to 2008, and now works with Focus on The Family,(a UN-NGO). After President Bush took office, Cruz served as an associate deputy attorney general in the U.S. Justice Department and as the director of policy planning at the U.S. Federal Trade Commission.

Cruz’ ties to Paul Weyrich are nonetheless even more jaw-dropping considering who Weyrich was. How did Cruz earn the friendship of the man who helped create the Heritage Foundation, the Moral Majority, Free Congress Foundation, and the American Legislative Exchange Council, (ALEC)?

Cruz’ tenure as legal aid to Justice Rehnquist gained him inside access to the new “Christian right” leaders.   He had inherited ties as well, through his father, Rafael Cruz, businessman and pastor, who explained his role at a July, 2013 Iowa pastors conference sponsored by Council for National Policy members and Dominionists, Don and Tim Wildmon, of American Family Association,(a UN-NGO), in helping get Ronald Reagan elected. This Conference was also attended by his U.S. Senator son, Ted.  It was through Rafael’s involvement in one of the earliest incarnations of the politicized religious right, Ed McAteer’s Religious Roundtable, of which Paul Weyrich was a co-founder.  (In the massive book, Thy Will Be Done: The Conquest of the Amazon: Nelson Rockefeller and Evangelism in the Age of Oil, authors Gerard Colby and Charlotte Dennett present the disturbing evidence of Rockefeller’s use of American missionaries, and in particular, the Summer Institute of Linguistics, who cooperated in conducting surveys, transporting CIA agents, and indirectly assisting in the genocide of tribes in the Amazon basin. Colby and Dennett also describe the vital role of Wycliffe board member, Ed McAteer, in bringing together wealthy liberal and conservative patrons to fund and direct the Wycliffe organization which, in the name of Christ, was assisting Nelson Rockefeller in the conquest of Latin America. Wycliffe recently attempted to publish a Bible removing the words “Father” and “Son” in order to be more appealing to Muslims Arab translations. However, an outcry temporarily stopped this. Link)

In Part 2, we’ll take a closer look at just who Paul Weyrich was and the power he had in the neo-conservative Christian right circles, as well as those who are funding and promoting Ted Cruz.
