The Loss of our Greatest Justice
scalia 3
From the very instant we heard Justice Scalia had died, we had our suspicions.  Justice Scalia was a pro-life, Christian Constitutionalist who was also an originalist.  He was what all justices on the high court should be.
Cibolo Creek Ranch owner, John Poindexter’s account of how Scalia was found, is beginning to add fuel to the fire as he told the press that Scalia was discovered with “a pillow over his head.”  That certainly sounds strange to me, and obviously to many others.
Scalia was just the latest newsworthy guest to visit the celebrity hideaway that covers 30,000 acres near the Chinati Mountains. Mick Jagger, Julia Roberts and Tommy Lee Jones have also partaken of its scenic vistas and luxury accommodations.  The Justice was there with several other friends for a short weekend.  He was scheduled to return home on Sunday.
Established in 1857 by Milton Faver, known as the first Texas cattle baron west of the Pecos, the ranch retains 19th Century constructions, including “El Fortin de Cibolo,” a primitive fort designed to protect settlers from Apaches.
Apparently the judge’s physician was traveling with him among other friends.  When the judge didn’t awaken at 8:30 Saturday morning, Poindexter went out for several hours.  He returned and there was still no response from Judge Scalia’s room.  Poindexter found him and was the one who made the appropriate calls.
Presidio County Judge Cinderela Guevara told WFAA news on Sunday that Scalia had likely died from a heart attack, but she did so without looking at the body.  The county judge stated that his death was most likely a heart attack.  However, an autopsy was not ordered or performed.  Before Judge Scalia’s body was flown home, he was embalmed.  This is the law in Texas as well as many other states, before a body can be taken outside the state.
Questionable Relations

The photo is Barack Obama shaking hands with John Poindexter, the Texas millionaire businessman also noted for being a donor to the Democrat Party, and who also received an award from Barack Obama related to his military service in Vietnam.
Poindexter is the owner of the Cibolo Creek Ranch where Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia was found dead earlier this week.
Remember too that in 2014, Judge Scalia ripped into Obama’s self-interested use of executive power. Link

Schumer Flashback – 2007
Almost immediately after Scalia’s death was announced Saturday evening, Republican lawmakers and presidential candidates began arguing the appointment of his successor should be left to the next president. Democratic Senator Charles Schumer lamented this outlook as pure obstructionism.
Funny, because in 2007, Schumer advocated doing the same exact thing if any additional Supreme Court vacancies opened under former President George W. Bush.  How opinions change when the shoe is on the other foot!  Link
“You know, the kind of obstructionism that [Senate Majority Leader] Mitch McConnell ‘s talking about, he’s hearkening back to his old days,” Schumer said, according to The Hill.  McConnell has said, “The American people should have a voice in the selection of their next Supreme Court justice. Therefore, this vacancy should not be filled until we have a new president.”
Notice he said, “should not,” which means he can easily change.  Had he said “will not,” I’d be a bit more convinced, just a bit.  Unfortunately, I haven’t much faith in the despicable GOPe sellout, Mitch McConnell.
The Court Count
The Court was 5 to 4 with fair conservatives, Scalia being the most prominent and finest Constitutional scholar.  Should Obama actually appoint another justice, it will mean decades of draconian liberal (read communist) decisions.
I hate to think of what another Obama appointee could do to this country and our Constitution…Federal takeover of the police (a la Nazi Germany), elimination of the Second Amendment, radicalized school discipline according to race, chipping away at the Bill of Rights.  The federal overreach would be totally out of control.
Obama’s Appointees
Attorney General Loretta Lynch has been mentioned as one appointee.  According to the Huffington Post, CNN legal analyst and New Yorker writer Jeffrey Toobin has his money on Judge Sri Srinivasan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. Obama fought to appoint the 47-year-old native of India to a seat on the D.C. Circuit court, and the Senate unanimously confirmed him in 2013. Srinivasan has joined liberal colleagues on the court in several cases, and seems to be of a similar ideological bent as Justices Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan.
The latest name mentioned is Elizabeth Warren. Link
Here is what Donald Trump said when asked about Scalia’s replacement:
“If I were president now, I would certainly want to try and nominate a justice, and I’m sure that, frankly, I’m absolutely sure that President Obama will try and do it. I hope that our Senate is going to be able to…do something about it. This is a tremendous blow to conservatism, a tremendous blow, frankly, to our country.”
“I think it’s up to Mitch McConnell and everybody else to stop it. It’s called, delay, delay delay.”
He is absolutely right, and if the American people ignore this, it will be at our own peril.  Lord have mercy!

Scalia Murdered? Sealed his Fate 4 Days Before His Death?

by Jon Rappoport
February 17, 2016
(To read about Jon’s mega-collection, Power Outside The Matrix, click here.)
Four days before he died, Supreme Court Justice Scalia voted to stall Obama’s plan to force drastic climate-change rules on the American economy. The vote was 5-4. (see: The Hill, 2/13, “Greens faced with nightmare scenario at the Supreme Court”)
With Scalia now gone, the vote would be 4-4.
With a new Obama Supreme Court appointee, if Obama could ram his choice through, the vote would be 5-4 in the President’s favor. Ditto, if the next President shares Obama’s position. And the climate-change agenda would roll ahead. (see: The Washington Times, 2/16, “GOP showing signs of backing down from vow to block Obama SCOTUS pick”)
We’re not talking about small climate-change rules. We’re talking about the Big Ones.
And note: such rules could very well dovetail with the Brave New World spelled out in the upcoming TPP (the Trans-Pacific Partnership).
It’s a wedge formation, a squeeze play, a pincer movement featuring new EPA climate-change regulations on one side, and new draconian possibilities embedded in the TPP.
If Scalia was murdered, the above agenda was sufficient reason, because the climate agenda has the force to transform life on the planet.
If Scalia’s murder were a movie, he would have been told, as a warning: “You have no idea how big this thing is; you really don’t understand the forces you’re messing with.”
Of course, most Americans don’t believe a political murder along this line could happen in real life. They can only accept it in a movie, where it makes perfect sense. That tells you something about the schizoid nature of the public mind.
Adrenaline-driven in front of a screen; tranquilized and programmed to be passive and accepting of recognized authority, otherwise.
“Don’t be silly. Scalia, murdered, and murdered for that reason? It couldn’t happen. That’s so…barbaric. We’re civilized.” That opinion and $6 will get you a rainbow smoothie.
Obama’s climate-change plan uses the EPA to act out international agreements signed at the recent Paris summit. But in order to, yes, scam these agreements into force in the US, the EPA has to stretch and bend and distort already-existing US law. And it has done so.
However, a number of states have sued to stop the EPA, which wants to make all states cut CO2 emissions from electrical power production by 32% in the next 15 years. Aimed mainly at coal-burning plants, these regulations would create deep reductions in the overall US energy supply and output—a primary mission of the economy-wrecking Rockefeller Globalists.
The US Supreme Court, four days before Scalia’s death, with his vote, declared a narrow 5-4 halt to the Obama plan, pending a lower-court decision on the issue. The 5-4 vote didn’t knock out the plan, but it stalled it. And if Scalia had stayed alive, his vote going forward on the Obama plan could have remained crucial.
The pending TPP, another Globalist trade treaty, contains a section that allows endless changes and additions in the text as years pass. In other words, the passion for cutting energy production for the US, and the rest of the planet, can easily be expressed and ratified by the member nations.
The TPP also reveals a cynical attitude toward the “humanitarian goal of saving the planet from CO2 death.” Major corporations that burn coal and employ other ways of releasing CO2 can relocate to far-off lands (e.g., Vietnam) and spew CO2 to their hearts’ content, without messy environmental controls.
In other words, the true underlying Globalist scheme, vis-à-vis climate change has nothing to do with messianic rescue: it has to do with lowering energy production.
Drive economies further into despair. Move more jobs out of industrialized countries.
Create further poverty and chaos.
And then bring new order in behind that—one planet, under the tight rein of one worldwide political and economic management system.
That’s the true meaning of the climate-change agenda, notwithstanding solemn promises and heraldic pronouncements about replacing lost energy with new renewable technologies.
“I have an idea. Let’s cut our electricity-use in our home by 30%, while we figure out how to replace it with some new source. That’ll work. I’m sure of it.”
On top of all this, the entire manmade-warming hypothesis is riddled with fraud and guesswork dressed up to look like United Nations science. A hypothesis is supposed to be able to make useful and specific predictions. The warming hypothesis is a dud in this regard. It was never meant to be science—it was always a strategy designed to cut energy production on planet Earth, torpedo economies, heighten human suffering, and usher in an elite Globalist triumph.
This is what Justice Scalia was going up against.
If he was murdered, there was sufficient reason.
The FBI can do two kinds of investigations, depending on the orders of the Attorney General: heavy or lite.
Heavy means leaving no stone unturned. It means taking control of the Scalia’s body now and doing whatever can be done with it, in its embalmed state, to determine cause of death. It means raking wackaloon Judge Guevara over the coals, along with US marshals, to find out exactly how the verdict of “natural causes” was reached. It means extensive interviews with everyone at Poindexter’s ranch. Wall to wall forensic analysis of rooms and spaces at the ranch. And so forth and so on.
Lite means a brush-off, meant to avoid any disruption in the present scenario.
So far, from what I see, the FBI is doing Lite. Scalia’s body should already be on an autopsy table.
There continues to be no uproar inside the Beltway about the absurd, insane, useless declaration of death by “natural causes.”
And there is something else going on. It’s the convenient mind-control program that says, “Mustn’t disturb the dead. Don’t interrupt the expressions of sadness at his passing. Don’t dishonor the man by raising questions about his possible murder. Give the family their privacy during this period of grief.”
It’s the passivity of the obedient mind. Whatever induced mood, fabrication, lie, omission can feed and expand that passivity…is deployed:
“We need to be more accepting. He was an old man in ill-heath. He passed away. Natural causes. The great cycle of life. Be gentle. Nothing to see. Move along, slowly.”
“Possible murder of a US Supreme Court Justice? Please, not at this time. It’s a discordant idea. Unharmonious. Let the man go gently into that good night.”
Truth be told, this whole country has been subject to a “no-disturb” sign for a long, long time. Don’t think; agree. Don’t investigate; obey.
The “don’t-disturb-the-dead” program is really about the whole population. The implication is: “we’re all dead already; don’t disturb us.”
The lesson? Just because other people are mired in a hypnotic state, you aren’t obliged to pander to them. Their trance is their own.
Whether you’re alive and awake and alert and have power is a choice. Yours.

Scalia Murdered? Some Think So

By Rev. Austin Miles
scalia 2
Whenever someone questions something that doesn’t seem right on the national scene, and democrats immediately call those who question, “Conspiracy Nuts,” it is fairly certain that the question begs further examination. And it is indeed proper to question something that makes absolutely no sense.
The sudden death of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, and the circumstances surrounding it, has rightfully caused much speculation. First of all, it is not often that those who die a natural death do so with a pillow on their face. Plus the bed was perfectly made instead of being rumpled, which is usually the case when someone has slept on it all night. Nobody could be that neat of a sleeper.
Obviously Justice Scalia had no feeling or thought of an impending medical emergency when he left for a stay at the Cibolo Creek Ranch in West Texas. Otherwise he would not have gone, period. It doesn’t take a genius to figure that out.
John Poindexter, who owns the ranch Scalia was staying at, said that: “We discovered the judge in bed, a pillow over his head. His bedclothes were unwrinkled,” he told the San Antonio express-News. He had discovered the body later in the day. As prominent as his guest was, wouldn’t Poindexter have checked on Judge Scalia when he missed breakfast?
According to AOL News, a former U.S. Army intelligence officer who had top secret clearance, suspects foul play in the death of Justice Scalia. Ray Starmann stated: “The circumstances surrounding Justice Scalia’s death are growing more suspicious by the minute.”  He pointed to the fact that the story appears to keep changing, with initial reports that Scalia had died of a heart attack and later denied.
Starmann also questioned why no autopsy was performed and why Scalia’s body was quickly embalmed, erasing any chances for the coroner to conduct efficient toxicology tests. This same question was posed by William O. Ritchie, former head of criminal investigations for D.C. police who also was “stunned that no autopsy was ordered for Justice Scalia.”
Richie went on to say, “How can the Marshal say, without a thorough post mortem, that he was not injected with an illegal substance that would stimulate a heart attack?  Did the U.S. Marshal check for pretechial hemorrhage in his eyes or under his lips that would have suggested suffocation?”
What is especially curious, to this writer, is that it was a Justice of The Peace, Cinderella Guevaro, presiding over Presidio County, who declared Judge Scalia dead. According to Texas Law this is a proper function of a Justice of the Peace. HOWEVER, Ms. Guevaro did not even see the body, but declared him dead by telephone. (?)
Would there be a motive if this was a murder?  Ray Sternmann may have provided one: “Scalia was the tie-breaking judge, the man who could push back any liberal policies being shoved through the court. With Justice Scalia’s death, the Obama Administration or a future Hillary Clinton Administration has a green door to confiscate guns, flood the country with illegals and wreck the Constitution,” he writes.
And one more to be added: If Obama succeeds in using his “Executive Order” to halt the coming election to proclaim himself “President for Life,” you can bet that the loudest voice that would have been heard would be that of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia. With him gone, Obama has a clear path for his agenda and nothing can stop him.
UPDATE:  We have just learned that Obama will not attend Scalia’s funeral this Saturday.
