Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu sent a very blunt message to President Barack Obama Thursday following the announcement of a tentative deal with Iran aimed at curbing the Islamic Republic’s nuclear program.

Netanyahu told the president that the current framework would threaten the survival of Israel, according to the prime minister’s spokesman Mark Regev.

Mark Regev told the Blaze, that Netanyahu said these words to Obama:

“In these fateful days Iran is accelerating the arming of its terror proxies to attack Israel.”

“This deal would legitimize Iran’s nuclear program, bolster Iran’s economy & increase Iran’s aggression & terror.”

“Such a deal would not block Iran’s path to the bomb. It would pave it.”

“It would increase the risks of nuclear proliferation and the risks of a horrific war.”

“The alternative is standing firm and increasing the pressure on Iran until a better deal is achieved.”

The White House released a readout of Obama’s call to Netanyahu Thursday night.

Obama told the Israeli leader that the deal represents significant progress toward a solution that prevents the Islamic Republic from obtaining a nuclear weapon and emphasized U.S. commitment to Israel.

  1. I would trust Bibi a whole lot more than I would obama or kerry. Therefore if Bibi says it is a bad deal, it is a baaaad deal! In reading the tea leaves of what is going on in our world today, I would say that WWIII or the Battle of Armageddon, is starting to take shape and will be upon us before we know it. ISIS/ISIL/IS has over run a refugee camp outside of Damascus, which leads me to believe that Damascus falling won’t be far behind. The fall of Damascus will be a very important event since it is prophesized in Revelations. May our Lord and Saviour come quickly! Those who know where they will spend eternity should have no fear. Those who do not know where they will spend eternity, get it settled because that is the one and only thing that matters. You may take my life, but you cannot have my soul!

  2. MA, what do you think about Ezekiel 38 and 39? I’m thinking that’s getting closer and closer…
    Agree, I’ll stick with Bibi over O and K, and note that Kerry’s son-in-law is Iranian…and O’s co-president is Iranian…ugly isn’t it.

    • Spent the day in a hospital waiting room but it gave me time to reread Ezekiel 38 and 39 and a few other chapters in Ezekiel. Yes I agree, this is getting closer and closer. Maybe tomorrow I will have a chance to read more of Ezekiel and Daniel. It has been a while since I have read Daniel.

Some comments that I have heard batted around. These chapters do not apply to us but to the Northern and Southern Kingdoms of Israel. I have also heard that they apply to WWII. I do know that in Revelations the ‘red armies from the east’ will destory a lot of the world, which I think includes us. I have always thought that Gog and MoGog were Russia/China/N.Korea. But then there are those who firmly believe that WWII fulfilled Revelations. I haven’t seen my Jesus yet so that does not hold water with me.
