It was unclear which federal agents Trump was referring to, but Chicago’s remarkably high murder rate has garnered national attention over the past year. Trump claimed in August that the city’s murder problem could be solved “in a week” if police were allowed to be “very much tougher.” The President generally only calls in federal officials in the worst case scenarios, usually natural disasters such as the case in New Orleans when Hurricane Katrina destroyed the city.

Surveillance footage has emerged of the Jerusalem truck ramming attack in which four were killed and 13 were wounded on Sunday.
The footage shows the moments leading up to the the truck ramming into a group of Israeli soldiers visiting an observation post in the capital’s Jewish neighborhood Armon Hanatziv. The video was shot from a distance of about 30 meters from the scene of the attack, and shows the truck speeding through the crowd, narrowly missing the standing bus. It then stops and starts maneuvering, moving backwards and turning, before finally coming to a stop. Authorities suspected terror motives in the incident. According to media reports, Hamas’s Qassam brigades says Jerusalem attacker, Fadi al-Qanbar, was a released prisoner, whom they called a “Mujahid” a term referring to a person engaged in a jihad, usually as a guerrilla warrior. Police confirmed that the perpetrator was neutralized.
Amidst a fifth night of unrest and ‘protest’ surrounding the election result, President-elect Donald Trump’s former campaign manager, and possible press secretary Kellyanne Conway has called upon the incumbent president and other leading Democrats to tell agitators to ‘cut it out.’
“[i]t’s time really for President Obama and Secretary Clinton to say to these protesters, ‘This man is our president.’” Conway said in an interview on NBC’s Meet the Press Sunday.
Conway also told host Chuck Todd that it appears Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid is “acting like some garden-variety political pundit” and “egging people on” to protest against Trump’s democratic victory. Trump “is going to be a president that listens and takes the counsel of many different people, including those from the other side of the aisle,” Conway said, attempting to reassure critics. In a further appearance on Fox News, Conway said “I hope President Obama calls Harry M. Reid today and says, ‘Cut it out.’”
Host Chris Wallace read out a portion of a statement Reid issued on Friday that said:“If this is going to be a time of healing, we must first put the responsibility for healing where it belongs: at the feet of Donald Trump, a sexual predator who lost the popular vote and fueled his campaign with bigotry and hate.” “Winning the electoral college does not absolve Trump of the grave sins he committed against millions of Americans. Donald Trump may not possess the capacity to assuage those fears, but he owes it to this nation to try.” the statement also read. “Talk about not wanting my children to listen to somebody,” Conway said. “I’m calling for responsibility and maturity and decency.” Conway also noted that many of those taking part in the demonstrations are “professional, paid protesters.” Evidence has emerged to suggest that agitators are being bussed in to major cities to cause unrest. There are also suggestions that protesters are being paid, if you believe ads posted on forums and websites to be authentic. If it does indeed turn out that the core of the agitators are being funded, it wouldn’t be a great surprise, given that previous anti-Trump rallies have been funded by groups such as MoveOn or the Occupy movement. MoveOn, which is funded by billionaire George Soros, also took credit for causing the cancellation of Trump’s rally in Chicago back on March 11 after hundreds of Bernie Sanders supporters infiltrated the event and staged violence which the media later blamed on Donald Trump. Following the riots in Chicago, left-wing groups vowed to stage mass civil disobedience at Trump rallies across the country beginning in April. In addition, civil unrest in Ferguson, Missouri in 2014 was revealed to have been funded in part by Soros linked groups, and leaked DNC emails revealed that ‘protesters’ were fundedto cause havoc at the RNC earlier in the year. Over the weekend, Portland police arrested over 70 individuals amid outbreaks of violence. Mugshots were released by police, showing that most of the agitators are Caucasian people in their 20s or younger.

Anti-Trump Protests: 1 Shot After ‘Confrontation’ in Portland; Marchers Hit NYC, L.A.

http://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/portland-oregon-anti-trump-protest-1-shot-after-confrontation-n682896 Trump faces backlash Demonstrators with signs reading “Not my president!” clogged streets in New York City on Saturday during a fourth day of anti-Trump protests nationwide, a day after a person was shot during a protest in Portland, Oregon. Two 18-year-old men detained early Saturday were arrested later in the day in connection to the shooting on Portland’s Morrison Bridge, which occurred after 1 a.m. local time (4 a.m. ET) Saturday, police said. It was unclear whether the shooting was politically motivated. PHOTOS: Scenes of Fury as Anti-Trump Rallies Turn Violent
“Preliminary information indicates that a suspect was in a vehicle on the bridge and there was a confrontation with someone in the protest,” Portland police said in a statement. “The suspect got out of the vehicle and fired multiple shots injuring the victim.” The victim is expected to survive, police said. The arrests were made after an off-duty officer spotted a suspect vehicle and detained four people who are believed to be “criminal gang associates,” police said. A firearm was found in the vehicle, police said.
Anti-Trump Protesters March for Fourth Night in Portland
Earlier, police reported that “burning projectiles” were being thrown at officers during one of three demonstrations that occurred simultaneously in the city.
The gunshots came on the fourth night of protests in Portland. Protesters hit the streets again Saturday on a fifth night of demonstrations since the election. There were three arrests, police said. On Thursday, a similar rally boiled over into what police described as a “riot” after some demonstrators armed with bats smashed stores and cars, and others lit fires.
Elsewhere overnight Friday, marchers blocked a major roadway in the Miami area and hundreds gathered in Atlanta, Boston and other cities.By early Saturday in New York, a total of 11 arrests were reported. A larger protest that was organized Saturday afternoon began in Manhattan’s Union Square and ended at Trump Tower in midtown, where demonstrators stopped and chanted in front of the skyscraper where Trump resides and was meeting with visitors. A law enforcement source said the protest at its peak had an estimated 25,000 participants. “We reject the president-elect!” the crowd chanted along Fifth Avenue.
Among the sea of police officers, protesters and gawkers at Trump Tower were some familiar faces.
Filmmaker Michael Moore showed up at the president-elect’s iconic Fifth Avenue landmark, live-streaming his visit as he made his way as far into the building as he could before security stopped him.
Trump is is an “illegitimate president and does not have the vote of the people,” Moore told NBC News as he ascended up the floors of the ornate building that bears Trump’s name in gold on the front of it. Moore, who was wearing a safety pin as a show of solidarity for minorities and women who feel threatened after Trump’s election, was stopped on the fourth floor when he asked to meet with Trump. “You’d have a to check with his staff,” a secret service agent told him.

Moore settled on leaving a handwritten note for Trump that said: “Mr. Trump I’m here. I want to talk to you” before he got into a debate with a Trump supporter in a “Make America Great Again” hat and then left the building.Other big names seen at the building Saturday included chairman of the Republican National Committee Reince Priebus and interim leader of the U.K. Independence Party Nigel Farage. The visitors come as Trump is picking his transition team, which Trump put Vice President-elect Mike Pence in charge of on Friday. When asked if he was there for transition talks, Farage told NBC News: “We’re just tourists.” But the protests outside also drew some in favor of Trump, and they held signs that read, “He is My President,” “Hillary for Prison” and “Crybabies.”
Another protest took place Saturday morning in downtown Los Angeles, where approximately 8,000 gathered — according to the LAPD — after more than 180 people were arrested Friday night.

Demonstrators hit the streets in Miami, Birmingham, Alabama, and Fresno, California, as well as internationally. Hundreds reportedly gathered in Berlin at the Brandenburg Gates, some with anti-Trump messages.
Germans Protest Against Trump’s Election
In Indianapolis, three people were arrested and two police officers were injured after rocks were thrown at police during an anti-Trump demonstration downtown, police and NBC affiliate WTHR reported.
IMPDNOW: 3 arrests and 2 officers injured after protesters threw rocks at officers trying to keep the peace in downtown.
Rioting hit the streets of Portland and Oakland as Hillary Clinton supporters reacted badly to Donald Trump’s election victory, while death threats against the new president-elect flooded social media.
Windows were broken and cars were set on fire in Oakland as irate protesters lit flares and blocked freeways.
“A protestor was struck by a vehicle on the eastbound lanes of Highway 24 although it was not immediately clear what the extent of the victim’s injuries were,” reports Fox 5.
Students alsohit the streetsof Eugene and Portland, Oregon to protest against a democratic election. Demonstrators could be heard chanting “bitch” and “f*ck Trump” as they marched in unison.
Some of the students burned a U.S. flag.
The irony of the riots is that many pro-Clinton media outlets previously circulated the talking point that Trump supporters would be likely to stage violent unrest after they lost the election.
Twitter was also inundated with death threats, with leftists either hoping for or personally expressing their willingness to carry out Trump’s assassination.
Given the mainstream media’s inclination towards Hillary Clinton and recently presented evidence that Democrat operatives have been attempting to illegally influence the ballot box through falsifying votes and electronic tampering, it appears that concerns surrounding a rigged election are not necessarily unfounded, as President Obama would have us believe. With the election just days away, the fix appears to be in and some Americans are readying themselves for a confrontation should one be necessary.
As the most divisive presidential election in recent memory nears its conclusion, some armed militia groups are preparing for the possibility of a stolen election on Nov. 8 and civil unrest in the days following a victory by Democrat Hillary Clinton. They say they won’t fire the first shot, but they’re not planning to leave their guns at home, either. … Trump has repeatedly warned that the election may be “rigged,” and has said he may not respect the results if he does not win. At least one paramilitary group, the Oath Keepers, has called on members to monitor voting sites for signs of fraud … Over the past week, some prominent Trump supporters have hinted at violence. “If Trump loses, I’m grabbing my musket,” former Illinois Representative Joe Walsh wrote on Twitter last week. Conservative commentator Wayne Root fantasized about Clinton’s death while speaking at a Trump rally in Las Vegas on Sunday. The story comes from the mainstream media, of course, and ties in the Oklahoma City bombing, Waco and the Ruby Ridge incidents, all of which involved people with ties to militias. The way the report itself is framed appears to have the purpose of sowing seeds of “crazy conspiracy theorists” into the minds of the general public so that if push comes to shove government actions will be justified in the eyes of the American citizenry. But whatever the narrative, it is clear that the possibility of post-election chaos is becoming all the more probable. Whether the initial outcome shows a Trump win or a Hillary win, there are going to be tens of millions of very pissed off people in this country. And there’s a very good chance that some of them will take action, which according to Mike Adams could subsequently lead to open warfare on the streets of America:
As I’ve publicly predicted numerous times over the last year, if Donald Trump wins, the radical extreme leftists go on a violent rampage that leads to the rest of us begging for martial law. After half a dozen cities burn with riots and looting, Trump invokes a national emergency, deploying National Guard troops across the most devastated urban areas, and the radical left finds itself in a shooting war with the government. If Hillary Clinton wins, all the Trump supporters who have been violently assaulted, spat upon and physically attacked by the radical left un-holster their concealed weapons and start shooting back. This quickly escalates into open warfare between lunatic leftist Hillary supporters and armed Trump “Second Amendment” people who basically figure they’ve got nothing left to lose anyway, so why not fight to save America? It would only take a small group, perhaps even one that’s operating under a false flag, to light a wildfire that could spread from coast to coast. The assets, as Jeremiah Johnson warns, have already been put into place by the Obama administration:
In summary, the U.S. is prepositioning its “enemy-assets” to blame – on what the administration does – for a collapsed election labeled as “rigged” or the suspension of the election for any number of reasons, real or illusory, such as a genuine attack the U.S. provokes or an attack the U.S. carries out on itself. Civil unrest and/or war are the escape hatches to bail out of the Constitution and to take control of the country…not letting either crisis go to waste. With civil rest or a world war, the administration will be handed the country on a platter – indefinitely – and the election will be a moot point, whether it happened or not. Full report: The United States Is Pre-Positioning “Enemy Assets” In Preparation For A Rigged Election
All of this may sound extreme, but this Presidential election has been nothing short of insane thus far. Whatever the outcome, there will be calls of rigging from both sides, especially if it happens to be Hillary Clinton who , as evidence shows, has been rigging things all along. It only took one bullet in 1914 to lead to widespread global confrontation. In the end, no one really cared who fired it or who got shot. The assets had already been positioned ahead of time and were just waiting for someone to detonate the powder keg. If this is the case in America today, then this election will not end on November 8th, but could drag on for weeks or months as we saw with Bush vs. Gore in 2000. Should tensions heat up and lead to confrontation, it is possible that President Obama will call for a national emergency and activate the Doomsday Executive Order to “restore order.” In this instance, the entire country could be on lock-down, so preparing for this outcome now in the event of curfews, rationing or any number of other potential scenarios is in order.
Paris is a post-apocalyptic hellhole of public urination and litter. Hurrah for the incivility brigade
Zoe Strimpel13 September 2016 • 3:34pm http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2016/09/13/paris-is-a-post-apocalyptic-hellhole-of-public-urination-and-lit/
The City of Light can be rather squalid
It was 1am and we were just leaving dinner at a friend’s house behind Montmartre. We were tired, but the taxi we’d called for never appeared. So we headed down to the main road to try to hail a cab, along with a number of other stragglers now wishing, like us, they’d kept Metro hours. Within minutes, several men had urinated in plain sight very near to us; one had clambered up on a little raised platform with some shrubbery on it just to do so. Nearby, a woman yelled in French “You’re no better than beasts!” but the beasts took no heed. Faced with this scene, not a taxi in sight, we walked the three-and-a-bit miles back to our flat. This was Paris in 2016. Despite its extraordinary charms, the City of Light can also feel like an anarchic, post-apocalyptic hellhole – people litter, spit and pee freely in the streets, as if the city were their personal lavatory, bin and ashtray combined.
Ubiquitous dog poo only adds to the fun, while young women unlucky enough to be stuck trying to get home after hours will know that the loutish menace only intensifies with the incessant sexual harangues of the litterers and the fowlers. So what, the French might shrug? C’est la vie, or at least, la vie parisienne. But is it? The fun may finally be over for Parisian boors. On Monday, the city sent an 1,800 strong “incivility brigade” into the streets to try to curb the uncouth behaviour of locals and tourists alike. And while there have previously been fines in places for “incivility”, this time the officers will be in uniform, armed with tear gas and batons. Those caught fouling or littering can expect fines of €68 (£57) If anything, this is too lenient. The degree of insensitivity required for unashamed public urination, casual littering, and unattended dog fouling is difficult to understand: it’s putting two fingers up both to other people and to the city itself. The “public commons” nature of any metropolis can always be interpreted in two ways: for some, it’s a reason to take care and be considerate in space shared with many others; for others, it’s a license to do what you like and to hell with everyone else.
Unfortunately, in Paris, and to some degree in all big cities in liberal countries where we don’t believe in lynching or locking up litterers, the latter view has won out. But if I were in the brigade, I’d use my baton with glee, doling out a sharp rap on the offender’s bottom mid-foul, before slapping him with the fine. I only wish it was a bigger charge: you pay more for having the wrong ticket on the Paddington to Didcot service than micturating like an animal in public. Paris, like other European capitals, has a long history of filth, germs and the battle to contain them. Cholera epidemics in the 1830s led to many attempts to make the city more salubrious. In the 1850s and 1860s, Baron Haussmann, acting under Napoleon III, tried to clean the city up with the unfortunate measure of pushing the poor out of the centre, while in 1881, Paris’s unbearable stench led Eugene Poubelle, prefect of the Seine, to creating bins that still bear his name. He fined those who did not use them, and quite right too. London could do with an incivility brigade too. If the urban beasts can’t grasp the principle of consideration on their own, then they should be made to understand. A literal rap on the knuckles might be the only way.

Holidaymakers were forced to endure a terrifying two-hour flight alongside a migrant who repeatedly screamed ‘Allahu Akbar’ and ‘death is coming’ – as it emerged the Home Office is using budget airlines to deport illegal immigrants. Children were reduced to tears and travellers feared a terror attack until it became clear that the handcuffed man was beingguarded by Home Office officers But there was no official explanation from the captain or crewas he kicked, thrashed about

In an extraordinary 11-minute audio recording made by a passenger sitting just yards away and obtained by The Mail on Sunday, the man screamed ‘Allahu Akbar’ 29 times, ‘death is coming’ 17 times, and ‘we will die’ nine times.
The unidentified migrant, who was being deported to Venice, kept up the ‘crude and threatening’ behaviour for nearly the entire length of the budget flight, according to those on board.
The presence of the disturbed man on easyJet flight EZY5263 from Gatwick to Venice on August 23 turned what should have been a routine trip into a nightmare.
Ironically, rather than calming worried passengers, easyJet cabin crew ordered passengers to delete videos and pictures of the man they had taken on mobile phones.
