The World Takes 4th Major Step Towards Creating GMO Babies in a Year

Is the world ready for ‘designer babies?’

A controversial fertility treatment requiring 3 genetic parents was recently approved by an elite panel of U.S. scientists and ethicists.

The 12-member panel, assembled by the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine, released a 164-page report outlining how scientists could ethically carry out such genetic engineering for the purpose of eliminating rare mitochondrial diseases – a process that would exclude girls.
The panel, which was created at the prompting of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), was tasked with mulling the ethical, social, and policy issues raised by the prospect of mitochondrial replacement techniques (MRT).
In its report, the panel concluded that “it is ethically permissible to conduct clinical investigations of MRT,” but that “certain conditions and principles” must be applied to ensure that MRT is carried out ethically.
“This will be an amazing breakthrough, benefiting patients who otherwise could not have healthy, genetically related children,” noted Dr. Owen Davis, president of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine.
Defective mitochondrial DNA affects about 1 in every 5,000 births, and can lead to serious and even deadly medical problems, including seizures, developmental delays, vision loss, weakness, and fatigue.
Gizmodo explains how a 3-parent embryo is created:

“One way to overcome these mitochondrial problems is to take two eggs, one from the mother and one from a donor. The nucleus of the donor egg is removed, leaving the mitochondria intact, and it’s then replaced by the mother’s nucleus. The resulting embryo has the donor’s healthy mitochondria, hence the term “three-parent baby” (though the genetic contribution from the donor is minuscule).” [1]

The panel said in its report that it believes the technology should move forward, but with a number of stipulations. For example, scientists would have to conduct extensive preliminary research in the laboratory and with animals to ensure that it is safe. Then, scientists should only try the experiment with male babies, as they would be incapable of passing their genetically modified (GM) DNA on to their offspring.

“Minimizing risk to future children should be of highest priority,” the committee writes. [2]

The FDA is expected to approve the technology, but it won’t matter, at least not for now, due to verbiage in the omnibus fiscal 2016 budget bill passed by Congress in late 2015 prohibiting the government from using any funds to handle applications for experiments that genetically modify human embryos.
“It seems like the FDA is disabled in this case by Congress,” said Shoukhrat Mitalipov, a pioneer of the new technique at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, Oregon. “At this point we’re still not clear how to proceed.” [3]
The FDA released a statement saying that the agency will carefully review the panel’s report, and clarifies that the congressional ban prohibits federal health officials from reviewing applications “in which a human embryo is intentionally created or modified to include a heritable genetic modification. As such, human subject research utilizing genetic modification of embryos for the prevention of transmission of mitochondrial disease cannot be performed in the United States in FY 2016.”
The world is undoubtedly veering closer to the creation of designer babies. Just 2 months ago, some of the world’s top scientists gathered together to hammer out guidelines for the use of the CRISPR technique, which can be used to edit out snippets of damaged DNA. Like MRT, the scientists behind CRISPR want to use the technology for good, to prevent serious genetic diseases. However, in the wrong hands, both MRT and CRISPR could be used to create these so-called “designer babies” with physical and mental advantages over other children. [4]
dna-crispr-nature
Also recently, British researcher Kathy Niakan of the Francis Crick Institute was granted permission by the Human Fertilization and Embryology Authority (HFEA) to genetically modify human embryos. Niakan and her colleagues plan to deactivate genes in leftover embryos from IVF clinics to determine if it hinders development. Researchers hope their findings could prevent miscarriages and aid fertility.
In April, scientists in China sparked worldwide panic when it announced that it had created genetically modified embryos, infuriating the scientific community the world over.
However, 30 genetically modified humans were reportedly born in the late 1990’s. The embryos were injected with a third person’s genetic material, and actually have snippets of mitochondrial DNA from 2 mothers.
Tests on 2 of the children, who would have graduated from high school in 2014, show they have a small number of genes that do not belong to their parents. [5]
It’s unknown whether the children are healthy, but it’s possible that they could pass their genetic alterations on to future generations.
To quote TechCrunch:

“So even if no other humans are legally able to be created this way in the future, we’ve already introduced biologically modified genetic material into the population with the potential to affect large swaths of future generations to come via reproduction.”

D.A. Who Indicted David Daleiden Received Over $25,000 From Attorney for Late-Term Abortionist

STEVEN ERTELT  FOR LIFENEWS.COM
Today, Harris County District Attorney Devon Anderson (pictured) defended her indictment of pro-life advocate David Daleiden despite the fact that a Planned Parenthood abortion business board members works as a prosecutor in her office. Now, new information has come to light that Anderson’s campaign received more than $25,000 from the attorney who works for a late-term abortionist.
As LifeNews reported Monday, a Texas grand jury has ignored the videos exposing a Houston-based Planned Parenthood abortion clinic caught selling aborted baby body parts and has instead indicted the man behind producing the expose’ videos.
The Texas grand jury indicted David Daleiden and another pro-life activist, Sandra Merritt, behind the videos. Instead of prosecuting Planned Parenthood for selling aborted baby parts, Daleiden was indicted for buying them.
Daleiden and Merritt were charged with one felony related to tampering with a governmental record and a misdemeanor count related to buying human tissue. The felony charge was in reference to the use of a fake ID. If convicted, Daleiden faces 20 years in prison while Planned Parenthood officials face no legal consequences for their actions.
SIGN THE PETITION: Drop the Charges Against David Daleiden and Charge Planned Parenthood
Since the indictment, Anderson is facing criticism over her failure to prosecute an abortionist known as the Kermit Gosnell of Houston.
Anderson oversaw a previous abortion-related grand jury investigation of Houston abortionist Douglas Karpen after Operation Rescue released evidence in the form of photos and witness testimony that babies were being born alive during abortions and intentionally killed by twisting their necks. This case garnered publicity in the wake of the conviction of Pennsylvania abortionist Kermit Gosnell on three counts of First Degree Murder for intentionally killing babies born alive during abortions in a similar fashion.
That Anderson-led grand jury failed to indict Karpen despite the considerable evidence against him.
Karpen was represented at his trial by attorney Chip Lewis, who donated more than $25,000 to Anderson’s re-election campaign.
According to official campaign finance records from Harris County, Lewis donated a total of $15,000 to Anderson’s re-election campaign in 2014, with a $10,000 donation from Lewis to Anderson in February and another $5,000 from Lewis to Anderson in May. The abortion practitioner’s attorney made additional contributions to Anderson’s campaign later int he year — with Lewis sending another $1,000 on September 17 and $9,100 on September 25– as these Harris County campaign finance records show.

As to the Karpen case and Anderson’s lack of an indictment, the pro-life group said that grand jury failed to return a “true bill” that would have led to Karpen’s prosecution. Operation Rescue has reason to believe that the grand jury did not have access to all the evidence, and that Anderson’s close personal relationship with Karpen’s attorneymay have contributed to the failure of the grand jury to indict Karpen.
“Where there’s smoke, there’s fire, and there’s just too way much smoke blowing Planned Parenthood’s way in Harris County for us to feel remotely comfortable that Anderson’s office can conduct a fair and impartial investigation,”the group said at the time.
Now that Anderson’s office has indicted the pro-life investigators, Cheryl Sullenger, Senior Vice President of Operation Rescue is renewing the criticism.
“There is now a pattern in Houston of District Attorney Devon Anderson’s office covering up abortion-related crimes,” she told LifeNews.
“In 2013, another Anderson-controlled grand jury failed to indict Houston abortionist Douglas Karpen, who was accused by three of his former employees of murdering babies born alive during shoddy late-term abortions by twisting their heads or slashing their throats. Photographic evidence provided to me showed injuries to large aborted babies that was consistent with those claims. Operation Rescue has good reason to believe that evidence was never presented to that grand jury,” Sullenger explained.a little better, just because we can see how much we can get out of it.” She also laughed while looking at a plate of fetal kidneys that were “good to go.”
Anderson has come under considerably fire for what pro-life advocates call a politically motivated indictment and because a Planned Parenthood board member works for Anderson as an assistant district attorney. Lauren Reeder is a prosecutor in the Harris County District Attorney’s criminal family law division. Reeder is listed as a non-compensated “Director” on the 990 Tax Form for 2014 filed by Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast.
Although Anderson indicates Reeder had no role in the Daleiden indictment, there’s really no way of knowing if that is truly the case. Because of that, pro-life advocates have called for the appointment of a special prosecutor to look into the indictment and the fact that the grand jury never voted on charges related to Planned Parethood’s sale of aborted babies.
The expose’ videos catching Planned Parenthood officials selling the body parts of aborted babies have shocked the nation. Here is a list of all eleven:

  • In the first video: Dr. Deborah Nucatola of Planned Parenthood commented on baby-crushing: “We’ve been very good at getting heart, lung, liver, because we know that, so I’m not gonna crush that part, I’m gonna basically crush below, I’m gonna crush above, and I’m gonna see if I can get it all intact.”
  • In the second video: Planned Parenthood’s Dr. Mary Gatter joked, “I want a Lamborghini” as she negotiated the best price for baby parts.
  • In the third video: Holly O’Donnell, a former Stem Express employee who worked inside a Planned Parenthood clinic, detailed first-hand the unspeakable atrocities and how she fainted in horror over handling baby legs.
  • In the fourth video: Planned Parenthood’s Dr. Savita Ginde stated, “We don’t want to do just a flat-fee (per baby) of like, $200. A per-item thing works a little better, just because we can see how much we can get out of it.” She also laughed while looking at a plate of fetal kidneys that were “good to go.”
  • In the fifth video: Melissa Farrell of Planned Parenthood-Gulf Coast in Houston boasted of Planned Parenthood’s skill in obtaining “intact fetal cadavers” and how her “research” department “contributes so much to the bottom line of our organization here, you know we’re one of the largest affiliates, our Research Department is the largest in the United States.”
  • In the sixth video: Holly O’Donnell described technicians taking fetal parts without patient consent: “There were times when they would just take what they wanted. And these mothers don’t know. And there’s no way they would know.”
  • In the seventh and perhaps most disturbing video: Holly O’Donnell described the harvesting, or “procurement,” of organs from a nearly intact late-term fetus aborted at Planned Parenthood Mar Monte’s Alameda clinic in San Jose, CA. “‘You want to see something kind of cool,’” O’Donnell says her supervisor asked her. “And she just taps the heart, and it starts beating. And I’m sitting here and I’m looking at this fetus, and its heart is beating, and I don’t know what to think.”
  • In the eighth video: StemExpress CEO Cate Dyer admits Planned Parenthood sells “a lot of” fully intact aborted babies.
  • The ninth video: catches a Planned Parenthood medical director discussing how the abortion company sells fully intact aborted babies — including one who “just fell out” of the womb.
  • The 10th video: catches the nation’s biggest abortion business selling specific body parts — including the heart, eyes and “gonads” of unborn babies. The video also shows the shocking ways in which Planned Parenthood officials admit that they are breaking federal law by selling aborted baby body parts for profit.
  • Unreleased Videos: Unreleased videos from CMP show Deb Vanderhei of Planned Parenthood caught on tape talking about how Planned Parenthood abortion business affiliates may “want to increase revenue [from selling baby parts] but we can’t stop them…” Another video has a woman talking about the “financial incentives” of selling aborted baby body parts.
  • The 11th video: catches a texas Planned Parenthood abortionist planning to sell the intact heads of aborted babies for research. Amna Dermish is caught on tape describing an illegal partial-birth abortion procedure to terminate living, late-term unborn babies which she hopes will yield intact fetal heads for brain harvesting.

SIGN THE PETITION! Congress Must Investigate Planned Parenthood for Selling Aborted Baby Parts
The full, unedited videos have confirmed that revelations that some aborted baby remains sold by Planned Parenthood go to biotech companies for the purpose of creating “humanized” mice. Meanwhile,Planned Parenthood has been exposed as having sold body parts from aborted babies for as much as 15 years.
The federal law that technically prohibits the sale of aborted babies and their body parts was written by a pro-abortion Congressman decades ago and essentially spells out a process by which sellers of aborted baby body parts can meet certain criteria that allows the sales to be legal. That’s whya Colorado congressman has introduced legislation to totally ban the sales of aborted baby body parts.

Texas grand jury clears Planned Parenthood, indicts its accusers

What I have heard and read this grand jury has opened the door to all those officers who go undercover – using false documents (drivers licences) to infiltrate terrorist groups. Will the ISIS terrorists soon sue this government for the same thing and make it stick????? Will they go after the fake Patriots in the Bundy standoff?????
There is something very STINKY about this Grand Jury ruling, IMHO. How many on it are supporters of the baby killers in Planned Parenthood? What this Grand Jury has done is put their stamp of APPROVAL on the selling of murdered baby body parts and prosecution of those seeking to expose this murderous activity for profit. Talk about sacrificing to Moloch.
I bet that if there was any honesty in this – we would discover that some involved are making money in one way or another from keeping the killing fields of Planned Parenthood in operation and punishing anyone who goes against their $$$$$$$ machines.

Texas grand jury clears Planned Parenthood, indicts its accusers

Washington (CNN)A Texas investigation into Planned Parenthood on Monday culminated in an indictment — of the organization’s accusers instead of the group.
The Harris County District Attorney’s office announced that Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast had been cleared in the two-month-long investigation.
But the grand jury did indict two individuals who were involved in making secret recordings of the group that were released to publicly discredit the group, which provides health services and abortions.
David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt were indicted for tampering with a governmental record, a second-degree felony, and Daleiden was also indicted on the count of prohibition of the purchase and sale of human organs, a class A misdemeanor, according to the Harris County district attorney.
According to the Harris County District Clerk’s website, a warrant for Daleiden had been issued Monday evening. Daleiden’s Twitter profile identifies his residence as Irvine, California, where his group, the Center for Medical Progress, is located. The indictments were not yet available.
“We were called upon to investigate allegations of criminal conduct by Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast,” Harris County District Attorney Devon Anderson said in a statement. “As I stated at the outset of this investigation, we must go where the evidence leads us. All the evidence uncovered in the course of this investigation was presented to the grand jury. I respect their decision on this difficult case.”
A statement released on behalf of Daleiden said he used the “same undercover techniques that investigative journalists have used for decades in exercising our First Amendment rights to freedom of speech and of the press, and follows all applicable laws.”
“We respect the processes of the Harris County District Attorney, and note that buying fetal tissue requires a seller as well. Planned Parenthood still cannot deny the admissions from their leadership about fetal organ sales captured on video for all the world to see,” the statement from a spokesperson said.
Planned Parenthood officials lauded the indictments.
“As the dust settles and the truth comes out, it’s become totally clear that the only people who engaged in wrongdoing are the criminals behind this fraud, and we’re glad they’re being held accountable,” said Eric Ferrero, vice president of communications for Planned Parenthood Federation of America, in a statement.
According to Planned Parenthood, officials in eleven states have cleared the group of wrongdoing. Officials in another eight states declined to even investigate the accusations made by the Center for Medical Progress.
Texas Gov. Greg Abbott said state officials were continuing to investigate the Texas Planned Parenthood, however.
“The Health and Human Service Commission’s Inspector General and the Attorney General’s office have an ongoing investigation into Planned Parenthood’s actions,” Abbott said in a statement. “Nothing about today’s announcement in Harris County impacts the state’s ongoing investigation. The State of Texas will continue to protect life, and I will continue to support legislation prohibiting the sale or transfer of fetal tissue.”
The Texas attorney general echoed Abbott and said the state investigation will continue.
“The fact remains that the videos exposed the horrific nature of abortion and the shameful disregard for human life of the abortion industry,” Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton said.
And Rep. Diane Black, R-Tennessee, who has led the charge against Planned Parenthood in Congress, called the decision “senseless.”
“It is a sad day in America when those who harvest the body parts of aborted babies escape consequences for their actions, while the courageous truth-tellers who expose their misdeeds are handed down a politically motivated indictment instead,” Black said.
But the top Democrat on the House panel investigating Planned Parenthood said it’s time for House Republicans to “admit when they’re wrong.”
“Today we see that the truth still matters,” Rep. Jan Schakowsky, D-Illinois, said in a statement.
Daleiden is a project lead for the Center for Medical Progress, a group that produced a series of videos over the summer depicting Planned Parenthood officials discussing fetal tissue and appearing to talk about the price for such tissue.
Planned Parenthood maintains that it does not profit from the sale of fetal tissue and only recovers its cost. After the videos raised controversy, Planned Parenthood announced it would no longer accept reimbursement.
The videos were edited and in some cases contained footage that was not aborted fetuses at all. In one, Daleiden used footage of a still-born child he found online with a narration about a Planned Parenthood abortion of a fetus the same age.
Planned Parenthood this month filed a lawsuit against the Center for Medical Progress, alleging the defendants lied their way into the recorded meetings and set up a fake company and personal identities to pull off the videos.
The lawsuit also accuses the group of committing crimes including wire and mail fraud, invasion of privacy, illegal secret recording and trespassing.
Daleiden at the time downplayed the lawsuit as “frivolous” and a “last-ditch move of desperation.”
The videos have been an intense topic on the 2016 campaign trail, with Republicans using them as evidence to call for the dismantling of Planned Parenthood, while Democrats have rallied around the organization.
Conservatives were dismayed with the indictment Monday, and some accused the Harris County DA’s office of being biased because one of its prosecutors, Lauren Reeder, has served on the Planned Parenthood board.
In August, when Reeder’s background was disclosed by the DA, Anderson insisted she would be separated from the case.
“She will not be involved in any manner in this investigation,” Anderson said at the time, according to the Houston Chronicle.
CNN’s Jeremy Grisham, Christopher Lett, Drew Griffin and David Fitzpatrick contributed to this report.

Grand Jury Indicts Planned Parenthood Filmmakers

Texas grand jury charges investigators behind Planned Parenthood videos

A Texas grand jury has cleared a Planned Parenthood clinic of wrongdoing, and instead indicted two pro-life filmmakers who published videos alleging the abortion organization’s á la carte fetal organ harvesting.
On Monday, a Harris County Grand Jury charged Center for Medical Progress President David Daleiden and activist Sandra Merritt with “tampering with a governmental record,” a second degree felony. Daleiden was additionally charged with a misdemeanor count regarding human organ procurement.
Harris County District Attorney Devon Anderson said they were left with no choice but to charge the filmmakers after an investigation on the Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast clinic in Houston turned up clean.
“We were called upon to investigate allegations of criminal conduct by Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast,” Anderson said. “As I stated at the outset of this investigation, we must go where the evidence leads us. All the evidence uncovered in the course of this investigation was presented to the grand jury. I respect their decision on this difficult case.”
Following news of the indictment, Daleiden released a statement affirming his organization’s First Amendment rights and noting the charges also implicate the sellers of fetal tissue as well:
“The Center for Medical Progress uses the same undercover techniques that investigative journalists have used for decades in exercising our First Amendment rights to freedom of speech and of the press, and follows all applicable laws. We respect the processes of the Harris County District Attorney, and note that buying fetal tissue requires a seller as well. Planned Parenthood still cannot deny the admissions from their leadership about fetal organ sales captured on video for all the world to see.”
The investigation into the “Planned Parenthood TX Mega-Center” was sparked by a video released last August which showed Melissa Farrell, the director of research for Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast, discussing how to perform an abortion in a specific way to ensure “intact fetal cadavers.”
“So, if we alter our process and we are able to obtain intact fetal cadavers, then we can make it part of the budget that any dissections are this, and splitting the specimens into different shipments is this,” Farrell says, adding, “I mean that’s — it’s all just a matter of line items.”

Hours before the indictment was announced, Daleiden published an op-ed in USA TODAY calling Planned Parenthood’s lawsuits a diversionary retaliation tactic meant to obscure their crimes.
“It is telling that in Planned Parenthood’s new anti-First Amendment lawsuit, it is suing me for everything but defamation,” Daleiden wrote in regards to another lawsuit lobbed at his organization in California.
“The truth will continue to come out through the congressional probe, through the ongoing state investigations and through the frivolous lawsuit Planned Parenthood now brings in retaliation for its exposure,” wrote the CMP president.
“The facts revealed in the videos aren’t a cute look for Planned Parenthood. And no amount of Pepto-Bismol pink can overpaint it.”
The indictment also comes days after the Center for Medical Progress published their most powerful video yet, showing a collection of high level Planned Parenthood officials speaking off the record about the secrecy behind the company’s fetal tissue trafficking in not so discreet terms, with one specifically mentioning how “the headlines would be a disaster.”

“Planned Parenthood cannot deny that its own senior leadership is caught on camera participating in a widespread and organized violation of state and federal laws against fetal body parts trafficking,” Daleiden wrote last Tuesday on his organization’s blog. “Instead, Planned Parenthood can only attempt to distract the public and cover up the evidence of its lawlessness.”
Texas Governor Greg Abbott, who ordered an investigation into Planned Parenthood after the Center for Medical Progress videos emerged, said Monday the grand jury’s decision would not affect the state’s ongoing investigation into allegations of fetal organ harvesting.

Pro-Life Pregnancy Centers Sue Calif. Over Law Forcing Them to Discuss Abortion Programs

Pro-Life Pregnancy Centers Sue Calif. Over Law Forcing Them to Discuss Abortion Programs

Last fall, the state of California enacted Assembly Bill 775. The law, which went into effect on January 1 of this year, requires pregnancy centers in the state to have written statements posted in all clinics making clients aware of the state’s abortion programs. In response to this pro-abortion law, three faith-based pregnancy centers filed a lawsuit against the state on Thursday.
Under the law, health clinics that provide pregnancy-related services must inform their patients about California’s public programs that offer family planning options, including abortion.
The law compels all pregnancy clinics to make the following statement visible to their clients:
California has public programs that provide immediate free or low-cost access to comprehensive family planning services (including all FDA-approved methods of contraception), prenatal care, and abortion for eligible women.
LifeNews adds that the law states that the notice must be in 22-point font, distributed to patients in no less than 14-point font, or distributed digitally “at the time of check-in or arrival.”
In addition to the pre-written statement, centers are required to provide the phone number to social services where callers are provided with additional information about abortion programs.
Furthermore, pro-life centers that fail to provide the abortion information the first time will be subjected to fines of $500, and $1,000 per incident thereafter, notes World Net Daily.
But three pro-life pregnancy centers have filed suit against what they are calling an unconstitutional law that violates their First Amendment rights by compelling speech with which they disagree. The plaintiffs in the case are Mountain Right to Life, Inc. (dba Pregnancy & Family Resource Center), Birth Choice of the Desert, and His Nesting Place, represented by the Liberty Counsel.
The lawsuit contends that the law violates the plaintiffs’ constitutional guarantees of free speech and free exercise of religion “by requiring Plaintiffs to post government-dictated messages which are antithetical to their beliefs and which they do not wish to communicate.”
The complaint adds that AB 775 is “unconstitutional on its face and as applied.”
It reads,
An actual controversy exists between the parties involving substantial constitutional issues, in that Plaintiffs assert that the challenged statute violates the Free Speech and Free Exercise of 8 Religion rights of Plaintiffs guaranteed under the First and Fourteenth 9 Amendments to the United States Constitution and by Article I, §§2(a), 4 of the 10 California Constitution, while Defendants assert the Act comports with the United 11 States and California constitutions.
The legislation states that “the purpose of this act is to ensure that California residents make their personal reproductive health care decisions knowing their rights and the health care services available to them.” But despite the rhetoric, Liberty Counsel Chairman Mat Staver contends the law is simply about control and empowering the state:
This is reminiscent of the government-mandated messages in George Orwell’s 1984. AB 775 mandates that these faith-based, crisis pregnancy centers utter a state-drafted, pro-abortion message or be fined up to $1,000 each time they fail to comply.
What we are seeing is the evolution of political correctness. While the PC movement used social consequences to restrict speech, now the secular, progressive California legislature is using the law and fines to mandate speech. This is not only anti-American, it should be terrifying to every freedom-loving American. The right to speak and the right to refrain from speaking are both protected by the First Amendment.
This is not the first challenge to California’s controversial law.
When AB 775 was passed last October, two faith-based pregnancy centers — Care Net Pregnancy Center and A Woman’s Friend Pregnancy Center — sought injunctive relief that would have excused them from having to provide their clients information about abortion.
Brad Dacus, president of the Pacific Justice Institute, a conservative nonprofit that filed the suit on the centers’ behalf, declared,
Forcing a religious pro-life charity to proclaim a pro-abortion declaration is on its face an egregious violation of both the free speech and free exercise clauses of the First Amendment to the Constitution.  We will not rest until this government mandate is completely halted.
And though the judge seemed to agree with their constitutional arguments, injunctive relief was not granted.
U.S. District Judge Kimberly Mueller, who presided over the case, admitted that if the court denied the plaintiffs the injunctive relief, they were “likely to suffer irreparable injuries with respect to their constitutional rights and incur civil penalties,” but the burden to prove that the “injunction is in the public interest” was on them, and they failed to present sufficient evidence of that.
Judge Mueller ruled that the public’s interest was to ensure that women in California were made aware of all their reproductive healthcare options.
“California has a special interest in protecting and regulating trades that closely concern public health,” she wrote. “Though the public interest favors upholding the First Amendment, the public interest also favors ensuring California women are fully informed as to their reproductive health care options.”
Mueller acknowledged that the law’s required notice is compelled speech, but defended it as speech that “provides truthful, non-misleading information to the clinics’ clients during their appointments” and “does not otherwise restrict speech,” noting that the clinics opposed to the law may continue to criticize it during appointments with the clients and may still advocate their own religious beliefs.
But that is not enough. Constitutional lawyer Herbert Titus of William J. Olson, P.C. told World News Daily that the First Amendment protects citizens from being “forced to carry someone else’s message.”
Still, Titus states that he is not surprised by California’s efforts to suppress its citizens’ constitutional rights.
“It’s fairly typical of California,” he noted, “[which is] always on the cutting edge of making us more and more like a fascist country, in which the state determines what we can say and what we can’t say.”
However, if past precedent is any indication, AB 775 may not withstand the opposition.
According to Life News, the law closely mirrors ones found in Austin, Texas; Baltimore and Montgomery Counties in Maryland; and New York City, all of which were thrown out after courts determined the government-mandated messages were unconstitutional.

Planned Parenthood Endorses Hillary Clinton: “She is Everything We’ve Fought for For 100 Years”

Steven Ertelt FOR LIFENEWS.COM

pp AND HILLARY
Fresh from months of expose’ videos catching its top officials selling the body parts of aborted babies, Planned Parenthood will endorse pro-abortion presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.
Two reporters unveiled the news on twitter about the impending announcement, which the abortion business will reportedly make on Sunday in New Hampshire, site of the first primary election.
Ironically, as reporters unveiled news of the presidential endorsement, Clinton took to Twitter to defend taxpayer funding for the embattled abotion company.
Cecile Richards, the president of the abortion business, said Hillary is “everything Planned Parenthood has believed in and fought for over the past 100 years.”
Marjorie Dannenfelser of the Susan B. Anthony List gave this response to LifeNews:
“In endorsing Hillary Clinton for president, Cecile Richards said that ‘everything Planned Parenthood has believed in and fought for over the past 100 years is on the ballot.’ She’s absolutely right. With the pathway created by the reconciliation process to defund Planned Parenthood, the pro-life movement is closer than ever before to achieving this longtime goal. If Americans elect a pro-life president, this legislation could be signed into law as soon as 2017.
“Planned Parenthood’s endorsement of Clinton is also a much-needed and welcome moment of clarity in this election. It is proof positive of her extremism on the abortion issue. Clinton is grossly out of step with the majority of Americans who support legislative proposals such as limiting abortion after five months and getting taxpayers out of the abortion business.
“Make no mistake, this radical position – sadly the norm for the Democratic Party – will cost Clinton votes in November. As DNC Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz acknowledged this week, support for abortion on-demand, without limits, simply does not resonate with a younger generation.”
The New York Times has more details on the endorsements:
Mrs. Clinton will officially accept the group’s support Sunday at a campaign rally in Manchester, N.H. The decision to break with tradition and endorse Mrs. Clinton comes as the House has approved a measure, endorsed by the leading Republican presidential candidates, that would repeal parts of the Affordable Care Act and strip away federal financing for Planned Parenthood, which provides reproductive and health care services.
“Everything Planned Parenthood has believed in and fought for over the past 100 years is on the ballot,” said Cecile Richards, president of Planned Parenthood.
In a statement, Mrs. Clinton said she was “honored” by the endorsement and called the bill to defund the group “a jarring reminder of what’s at stake in 2016,” adding that as president she would “defend against attacks on reproductive health care, and protect access to affordable contraception and safe and legal abortion across the country.”
The endorsement, technically made through the nonprofit’s advocacy arm, the Planned Parenthood Action Fund, brings with it at least $20 million to spend in this election cycle on presidential and Senate races in crucial battleground states, including New Hampshire, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin
Clinton’s extreme position on abortion is clear. At a campaign event in August, she compared pro-lifers to terrorists. Then, during a September interview on CBS, Clinton said she would oppose a federal limit on abortion at any stage of pregnancy.
During the first Democratic presidential debate in October, Clinton defended Planned Parenthood although the abortion company has been caught selling aborted babies and their body parts. She said she was tired of the attacks from pro-life Republicans who have been working overtime to try to de-fund the abortion corporation.
“They don’t mind having big government interfere with a woman’s right to choose and to take down Planned Parenthood — they’re fine with big government when it comes to that,” Clinton said. “I’m sick of it.”
Clinton, who brought up Planned Parenthood unprompted during both debates, has been bending over backwards to protect and defend her friends at the abortion company, which will pull out all the stops in the 2016 election to ensure she takes over the White House from pro-abortion President Barack Obama.
Clinton, the Democratic front-runner in the presidential race, supports unlimited abortions up to birth – a radical stance that most Americans oppose.
In a Sept. 20 interview with CBS’ Face the Nation moderator John Dickerson, Hillary Clinton revealed that she wouldn’t support a federal limit on abortion “at any state of pregnancy” in the name of a “woman’s right to choose.” While the 2016 presidential candidate once called the content of the recent videos exposing Planned Parenthood “disturbing,” she dismissed them as “misleadingly edited” to Dickerson.
According to Clinton, women should have the say in any circumstance.
“[T]his gets back to whether you respect a woman’s right to choose or not,” she said. “And I think that’s what this whole argument once again is about.”

The House voted 240-181 to de-fund Planned Parenthood with republicans voted 239-3 for the bill and Democrats voting 1-178 against it. (See bottom of article for vote tally to see how your member voted).
Once the House sends Obama the bill, he can support the American people, who are tired of funding the nation’s biggest abortion business, or he can support Planned Parenthood. Obama has 10 days to sign or veto the bill, which he’s already threatened to do.
Leading pro-life groups applauded passage of the bill, which is the first time a measure de-funding the nation’s abortion corporation has gone to the desk of any president.
SIGN THE PETITION! Congress Must De-Fund Planned Parenthood Immediately
“For the first time in nearly 50 years, the president will have to decide up or down on a bill that defunds Planned Parenthood, America’s largest abortion provider,” Susan B. Anthony List president Marjorie Dannenfelser told LifeNews. “It is the first bill ever to get to the president’s desk that would achieve this longtime pro-life goal. We applaud the House and Senate’s passage of this reconciliation legislation as the most important vehicle for actually achieving the goal of defunding Planned Parenthood.
Although Obama will veto the bill, Dannenfelser said the vote is important because it shows a similar de-funding bill can get to a pro-life president in 2017.
“The reconciliation process which brought this bill to the president’s desk is the most important process because it is the one way to avoid a Senate filibuster, ensuring a similar bill could go to pro-life president in 2017,” she said.
Following Obama’s expected veto, House Republican leaders will push for a veto override vote on January 26th. That vote would come just days after more than half a million Americans are expected to march for life in the nation’s capital and solemnly mark the anniversary of Roe v. Wade, which has resulted in the deaths of 57 million unborn babies since 1973.
Both the House and Senate would need a two-third vote (67%) to override Obama’s expected veto. The House passed the bill in October on a 55% vote margin with virtually every Democrat voting against it.
Leading pro-life groups say the passage of the Planned Parenthood de-funding bill and the subsequent veto and override votes sets up the pro-life movement for the 2016 elections — where pro-life voters will need to defeat pro-abortion Hillary Clinton and elect a pro-life president if they want the nation’s biggest abortion business de-funded in 2017.
“As we learned from the reconciliation fight to defund Planned Parenthood, we CAN advance pro-life legislation through the Senate… but the veto pen of a pro-abortion president remains our biggest road block,” Susan B. Anthony List spokeswoman Jill Stanek says. “Only when we elect a pro-life president (and retain our pro-life majorities in Congress), can we get a bill defunding Planned Parenthood signed into law.”
“President Obama is likely to veto the recent reconciliation bill defunding Planned Parenthood as soon as it gets to his desk,” Stanek said. “Hillary Clinton would be no different, which is why we must work to advance pro-life candidates and ensure a pro-life candidate wins the White House. Planned Parenthood and other allies of pro-abortion Democrats will be throwing in millions of dollars to protect the status quo of abortion on demand up until birth – at taxpayer expense! – and we must not let them win.”
The bill would block, for one year, most federal payments to Planned Parenthood. At least 89% of federal funding of Planned Parenthood would be blocked by this bill. The bill would repeal a number of major components of the Obamacare health law, including two of the major provisions that will lead to rationing of lifesaving care — the “Independent Payment Advisory Board” and the “excess benefits tax.”
In August, Senate Democrats defeated an effort to revoke taxpayer funding for the Planned Parenthood abortion business by filibustering the bill and preventing a vote on it. Republicans were unable to secure the 60 voted needed to invoke cloture and stop debate on the bill, allowing an up or down vote. Republicans could only get 53 votes to shut off debate.
Then, in September, Senate Democrats voted to defeat a government funding bill that would de-fund the Planned Parenthood abortion business after it was caught in a series of 10 videos selling aborted babies and their body parts. The Senate voted 52 to 47 against ending debate.
Dozens of leading pro-life groups have already indicated their support for the bill, including the National Right to Life Committee. In a letter to members of Congress that NRLC provided to LifeNews.com, the group indicated it strongly supports the bill to de-fund Planned Parenthood.
“NRLC strongly supports the language in the bill that would block, for one year, most federal payments to affiliates of the Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA). It would close the largest pipeline for federal funding of Planned Parenthood, Medicaid, and apply as well to the CHIP and the Title V and Title XX block grant programs, thus covering roughly 89% of all federal funds to Planned Parenthood. The amounts denied to Planned Parenthood in effect are reallocated to community health centers,” the pro-life group explained.
“Over one-third of all abortions in the U.S. are performed at PPFA-affiliated facilities. Longstanding objections to the massive federal funding of PPFA have been reinforced by recent widely publicized undercover videos, which illuminate the callous brutality that occurs daily in these abortion mills,” NRLC added.
The reconciliation bill also repeals portions of Obamacare, including its rationing components. With regard to the rationing aspects of Obamacare, NRLC strongly supports a repeal.
“In addition, NRLC has always opposed the Obamacare law and advocated its repeal. With respect to H.R. 3762, we particularly endorse the components that would repeal the Independent Payment Advisory Board (IPAB) and the “excess benefits tax” (“Cadillac Tax”), both dangerous mechanisms that would ultimately contribute to the rationing of lifesaving care,” the right to life group said.
Leading pro-life groups that also support the reconciliation bill to de-fund Planned Parenthood include Susan B. Anthony List, National Right to Life, Family Research Council, March for Life, Concerned Women for America, Students for Life, Priests for Life, Operation Rescue, and American Life League, among others.
A new Congressional report finds that de-funding the Planned Parenthood abortion business — even for one year — would save “several thousand” unborn babies from the nightmare of abortion. The report also finds de-funding Planned Parenthood would save the federal government $235 million.

Meanwhile, Planned Parenthood has been exposed as having sold body parts from aborted babies for as much as 15 years.
The federal law that technically prohibits the sale of aborted babies and their body parts was written by a pro-abortion Congressman decades ago and essentially spells out a process by which sellers of aborted baby body parts can meet certain criteria that allows the sales to be legal. That’s why a Colorado congressman has introduced legislation to totally ban the sales of aborted baby body parts.

Planned Parenthood Caught Dumping Aborted Babies in Landfills Sues Officials Who Caught Them

Steven Ertelt FOR LIFENEWS.COM

PP

The Planned Parenthood abortion business in Ohio whose three clinics were caught illegally dumping aborted babies at landfills has struck back at the very state officials who caught them breaking state law. The abortion company filed a lawsuit against state officials claiming the investigations that resulted in catching the abortion business were politically motivated.

After Planned Parenthood was caught potentially breaking multiple federal laws to sell the body parts of aborted babies, multiple states began investigations of the nation’s largest abortion business. On Friday, Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine announced the results of his investigation and he indicates the abortion giant appears to be breaking state laws regarding the disposal of the bodies of aborted babies.

DeWine announced the findings of his investigation into Planned Parenthood’s abortion practice in Ohio — an investigation which began in July. The probe reveals Planned Parenthood appears to be sending the bodies of aborted babies to landfills.

“All three Ohio Planned Parenthood affiliates have sent fetal remains to companies which disposed of the fetuses in landfill,” the investigative report indicates. “Additionally, the Planned Parenthood facility in Bedford Heights stated it uses only one company for disposal. However, that company stated to investigators it does not accept fetal remains for disposal as a corporate policy.”

“Disposing of aborted fetuses from an abortion by sending them to a landfill is callous and completely inhumane,” said Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine. “It is important the public be aware that these practices are taking place at these Ohio facilities.”

The Attorney General argues that this is in violation of Ohio Revised Code (3701-47-05) which requires that aborted fetal remains be disposed humanely.

“Politicians in Ohio will stop at nothing to ban abortion in all cases in our state,” said Stephanie Knight, President and CEO of Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio. “Today, we’re asking a federal court to prevent the state from this plainly political attempt to restrict women’s access to safe and legal abortion.”

The Ohio Department of Health and DeWine’s office are working “to restrict Planned Parenthood activities where violations of law have occurred,” Rick Hodges, director of the Ohio Department of Health, previously said in a statement. On Monday, DeWine plans to file court papers seeking an injunction to prevent Planned Parenthood from disposing of fetal remains in landfills, the Associated Press reports.

The federal lawsuit filed by Planned Parenthood claims DeWine’s allegations are false and inflammatory, motivated by politics with the intent to ban abortion in Ohio. The organization uses licensed medical removal companies to dispose of the fetal tissue in accordance with Ohio law, officials state in a release.

“The reality is that we handle medical tissue just like other health care providers do, and we always have,” Knight said. “We’re inspected regularly to ensure that we’re handling fetal tissue properly and legally.”

“Planned Parenthood handles medical tissue just like other health care providers do,” said Jerry Lawson, CEO of Planned Parenthood Southwest Ohio. “We work with licensed medical removal companies to handle fetal tissue respectfully and safely. It’s clear from the Attorney General’s press conference that we’ve acted properly and legally, and this is just part of his longstanding political agenda to ban abortion in all cases. We won’t let that happen.”

The state’s leading pro-life group is very concerned about Planned Parenthood’s potenial law-breaking actions and inhuman treatment of babies killed in abortions.

“We are disturbed and heartsick over the Attorney General’s findings,” said Mike Gonidakis, president of Ohio Right to Life, told LifeNews. “The visual of Planned Parenthood carting volumes of children’s remains to a landfill speaks to their callous disregard for human life. It is a grotesque portrait of their urgent need to dispose of their victims along with the truth.”

Ohio Right to Life joins Attorney General DeWine in calling on the Ohio General Assembly to pass legislation to ensure that the aborted remains of babies are treated humanely, Gonidakis said. He indicated the pro-life organization is currently working with Representative Robert McColley (R-Napoleon), Representative Kyle Koehler (R-Springfield), and Senator Joe Uecker (R-Miami Township) to introduce such legislation. This bill would limit the number of options available to abortionists to humane burial and cremation; increase informed consent by requiring full disclosure to women pursuing abortions of the abortionist’s intent for disposing of the aborted baby; and set a penalty for the violation of the statute as a first degree misdemeanor.

“Ohio Right to Life thanks Attorney General DeWine for his leadership and for dutifully investigating Ohio’s Planned Parenthood outposts,” said Gonidakis. “While we’ve heard it said that Planned Parenthood is a ‘volume’ institution, we know that these pre-born children are not trash made for landfills. They are individuals with their own intrinsic dignity. While abortion is never humane, Ohio Right to Life is intent on ensuring that even in their brutal deaths, these pre-born children retain their dignity.”

Ohio is the second state to indicate Planned Parenthood is unlawfully disposing of the bodies of aborted babies. In South Carolina, the abortion business was caught illegally dumping the bodies of aborted babies in a public landfill.

As LifeNews reported, three South Carolina abortion clinics could face major fines for dumping aborted babies’ bodies into landfills, according to the state Department of Health and Environmental Control. The fines are a result of investigations the state began in August after the Center for Medical Progress released undercover videos showing top Planned Parenthood officials discussing how they harvest aborted babies’ body parts for research.

Updated information on the case confirmed that planned Parenthood is one of the three abortion businesses and that it faces the largest fine.

The abortion clinics, along with two waste disposal companies, could pay fines ranging from $2,200 to $21,150 for violating the state disposal regulations, department Director Catherine Heigel told the panel. But Planned Parenthood could face even more. As local news outlet reports:

The proposed orders give 30 days to pay a fine, but they note the amounts are under discussion. According to the agency, the largest fine would be against Planned Parenthood.

Jenny Black, regional president of Planned Parenthood, said she’s “surprised and dismayed” to learn about the proposed amount through a legislative hearing.

“No monetary amount related to a penalty was mentioned” in the order, Black said, adding the organization will continue to cooperate fully with DHEC. “We hold ourselves to high standards and take swift action to address any shortcomings.”

In September, state investigators discovered that the three South Carolina abortion clinics had violated other laws and regulations, LifeNews.com previously reported.

“South Carolina is a compassionate state, and we are a state of laws,” pro-life Gov. Nikki Haley said at the time. “We will not tolerate law breaking of any kind, particularly as it relates to the callous treatment of human life.”

The three abortion clinics, including Planned Parenthood, faced fines for those violations, too.

These new fines add to the laundry list of problems of Planned Parenthood aborting babies and then exploiting their little bodies even further by illegally dumping them or selling them for parts.

Investigation: Planned Parenthood “Steam-Cooked” Aborted Babies Before Dumping Them in Landfill

REPOSTED FROM LIFENEWS.COM BY CHERYL SULLENGER

PP

As a result from an investigation prompted by undercover videos released by the Center for Medical Progress that shows the involvement of certain Planned Parenthood affiliates in the illegal trafficking of aborted baby remains, Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine notified the Ohio Department of Health that three Planned Parenthood facilities improperly contract with companies that “cook” aborted baby remains then dump them in a Kentucky landfill.

DeWine said his office would ask a court next week for an injunction barring Ohio Planned Parenthood abortion businesses from continuing their illegal dumping practices. To counter that action, Planned Parenthood filed suit in Federal Court on Sunday. In that suit, Planned Parenthood accused DeWine’s allegations of being politically motivated and inflammatory for the purpose of ending abortion in Ohio.

“First steam-cooking fetuses and then disposing of them in a landfill is not humane,” DeWine told the Cincinnati.com on Friday. “It will come as a shock to Ohioans to find out that fetuses are being cooked and then they’re being put in a landfill, and they’re going to be mixed in with the garbage and whatever else goes into a landfill.”

“Planned Parenthood’s suit is an obvious ploy to deflect attention from their own lawbreaking by falsely accusing the Attorney General,” said Operation Rescue President Troy Newman, who also serves on the Board of the Center for Medical Progress. “But perhaps the larger question is if dumping the cooked remains of aborted babies in landfills is inhumane, shouldn’t we also consider the dismemberment deaths of these babies through suction or other procedures more inhumane?”

Planned Parenthood abortion facilities in Cincinnati, Columbus, and Bedford Heights are involved in the illegal human tissue disposal scheme. These clinics contract with two disposal businesses that autoclave, or steam cook, aborted baby remains in order to supposedly kill bacteria then the remains are then dumped in an unnamed landfill across state lines.

Interestingly, a press release issued by DeWine on Friday indicated that one of the companies that contracts with Planned Parenthood in Bedford Heights “stated to investigators it does not accept fetal remains for disposal as a corporate policy.” This calls to question whether the company or Planned Parenthood has misled investigators.

“Not surprisingly, Planned Parenthood has denied the allegations, as it always does when it gets caught breaking the law. When abortion clinics commit crimes, they should be prosecuted like anyone else. Abortion businesses must not be held above the law,” said Newman.

Ohio is not the only state where aborted baby remains are cooked by steam and dumped into landfills.

In September, after a similar investigation in South Carolina prompted by the CMP videos, Planned Parenthood’s Columbia facility license was suspended after authorities discovered aborted babies were being steam cooked and dumped in landfills just like was uncovered in Ohio. The facility was fined $7,500 and forced to change its disposal policies.

“When Planned Parenthood and their cronies in the media proclaim that it has been ‘cleared’ of wrongdoing by state investigations resulting from the CMP videos, it is a flat-out lie, and legal action taken in Ohio and South Carolina prove it,” said Newman. “Right now, from what I can see, for Planned Parenthood, nothing is about telling the truth and everything is about an aggressive and deceptive public relations campaign meant to attack those that oppose them.”

Operation Rescue also discovered in 2011 that two Texas Whole Women’s Health abortion clinics in Austin and McAllen were illegally dumping “recognizable” aborted baby remains directly into landfills. That abortion businesses was heavily fined as a result.

A Kansas abortion clinic that was later bought and closed by Operation Rescue was also discovered in 2005 to have been sending aborted baby remains to a company that steam cooked them then dumped them in a landfill near Kansas City.

The Ohio investigation determined that aborted baby remains were not being sold for profit by Planned Parenthood in Ohio. However, it was never alleged by the CMP that illegal trafficking in body parts ever took place there.

(Note: While Planned Parenthood continues to misrepresent to the public that the CMP videos were “faked” in some way, an independent forensics lab, Coalfire Systems, Inc., has verified that the CMP videos are authentic and were only edited — thankfully — to remove bathroom breaks, elevator rides, and travel times in vehicles, which had nothing whatsoever to do with the content or context of the conversations. Read the Coalfire System’s forensic analysis that debunks Planned Parenthood’s own dubious report prepared by political cronies.)

Shocking Video Shows Patient Begging to Stay Alive, But Hospital is Trying to Kill Him

Texas Right to Life FOR LIFENEWS.COM

texas

If you’re ailing and in a Texas hospital, who should decide if you have the right to live: you or a committee of hospital administrators?

Right now, an American hero is fighting for his right to make that decision from his hospital bed at Houston Methodist Hospital. David Christopher “Chris” Dunn is one of countless Texans who have been victimized by the draconian Texas Advance Directives Act (TADA), enacted by the Texas Legislature in 1999. The law – which benefits the medical lobby and jeopardizes medically vulnerable Texans – protects the financial and discriminatory interests of hospitals and physicians by abrogating the civil liberties of patients.

When a hospital or physician determines for any reason that they disagree with a patient’s decision about his or her own medical treatment and invokes TADA, Texas law protects those healthcare providers as they remove life-sustaining treatment from the patient even when doing so means overriding the patient’s desire and right to live—and even when the treatment is benefitting the patient. The law does not require that the hospital inform the patient or family about the reasons or basis for the removal of treatment, which could include financial reasons, discrimination, or subjective quality of life value judgments about the life of the patient.

Chris, who has served Texas and the nation as an EMT, in the Harris County Sheriff’s office, and Homeland Security employee, received his death sentence when Methodist invoked the TADA statutory process last month. After the hospital announced that care would be forcibly removed from Chris against his will, Chris’s family contacted Texas Right to Life, and, with legal aid, an extension of the ten-day waiting period was secured. (The law requires this ten-day period ostensibly to provide time for a patient to transfer to another facility that will accept him and follow his medical directive.).

A Harris County judge has granted two consecutive two-week extensions thus far, but Houston Methodist Hospital has countered these interventions with additional court filings to remove Chris’s mother from the process. His mother, Evelyn, has been vigilant in protecting Chris since he is intermittently sedated. In this video, a conscious and alert Chris Dunn pleads for legal assistance from his attorneys.

Most Texans are incredulous upon learning that a patient who is conscious and communicating his desire to live can be killed by the forcible removal of life-sustaining care, which is euthanasia by hospital committee. But this is exactly the scenario you just saw in this powerful video.

What makes the Texas Advance Directives Act even more despicable is the airtight power of the hospital to kill patients without any recourse to appeal the death sentence imposed by the hospital committee. That’s right – the final arbiter over the hospital’s fatal decision is the hospital!

For this reason, Texas Right to Life has been at-the-ready with pro bono legal counsel equipped to help countless patients and their families navigate the mind-boggling labyrinth of the hospital system for many years. TADA is an anti-Life, anti-Texan law and endangers all hospitalized patients, and particularly the disabled and the indigent who may not be able to pay for their care.

In no other state are patients subjected to this level of legally-protected abuse of power among hospitals and physicians. Texas Right to Life has spent the last decade working to repeal TADA and restore the Right to Life of hospitalized Texans at the mercy of the powerful medical lobby year after year.

Enough is enough. Join Texas Right to Life to help Chris see Christmas.
