The cancer risk you DON'T know about

The Chernobyl disaster of 1986 is STILL causing cancer more than 30 years later, and it’s not just smack in the middle of the nuke zone over there.
It’s happening RIGHT HERE…. RIGHT NOW… more than 4,000 miles away!
A new study finds that folks who had simply been in the same region as Chernobyl — even as far as Poland, some 500 miles away — and then left are still, today, developing cancer.
These aren’t just folks who moved a short distance away, either.
The new study focused on a cancer cluster in New York City, where 10 people developed a rare form of the disease called vitreoretinal lymphoma, which hits the eyes.
The one thing that those people have in common is that — decades ago — they had the bad luck to be within a few hundred miles of Chernobyl.
This might seem like a random bit of disaster trivia. You’ve never come within 1,000 miles of Chernobyl, right?
But this is just the tip of a spooky glowing iceberg.
You could STILL be getting slammed by invisible radiation… right now… that triggers the damaging free radicals that pound your cells with 8 billion strikes per second.
Some of it’s from nuclear disasters such as Chernobyl… Fukushima… Three Mile Island… or the dozens of “small incidents” that get no attention. (Don’t even get me started on how little we know about the military nuclear facilities scattered around the nation.)
They can slam you even if you’re hundreds (in some cases, even thousands) of miles away.
But these aren’t the only sources of radiation. They’re not even the biggest sources of radiation.
All over the world — including (or ESPECIALLY) here in the United States — people are exposed to constant low-level radiation from medical screenings, cellphones, microwave ovens, and more.
That radiation doesn’t go in and out of your body quickly like a drug.
It stays inside and builds up over time.
Right now, SO many people are accumulating SO much radiation from SO many sources at once that some of the world’s leading scientists — including researchers from Harvard Medical School, Johns Hopkins, and Columbia University — issued a statement on radiation to the United Nations and World Health Organization.
They’re URGING governments to reveal the truth about the damage of this constant low-level radiation exposure and calling on them to create “harm reduction strategies” to prevent both exposure and the risks associated with it.
They haven’t yet. They don’t even want to talk about it. And by the time they get around to it, it could be too late for many cancer victims.
Fortunately, you can act on your own.
You can’t clear the radiation out of the atmosphere, but you can arm your body to face it, fight it, defend against it, and protect you from the consequences.
Look for a quality defense formula built around essential antioxidants that’s proven to fight the free radicals unleashed by exposure to radiation and other sources.
Fighting back,
Jack Harrison

GERMANY: Christians Hide Bibles Amid Muslim Death Threats…

Christians Forced to Hide Bibles Amid Migrant Muslim Death Threats

Bundestag member Erika Steinbach and Iranian-born pastor Mahin Mousapour called for much stronger sanctions for Muslims who abuse Christians in Germany at a press conference on Monday.

————————————————————————

Highlighting the fact Christians suffer violence, harassment, and death threats in migrant lodgings, Ms. Mousapour criticised Germany for granting Islam “too much respect”.  Declaring anti-Christian hate attacks an affront to German values, politician Erika Steinbach advocated the government deport migrants who insult or attack Christians.

At the press conference Ms. Mousapour, who converted to Christianity more than 25 years ago, reported that Christians face various forms of persecution in migrant housing.

Ms Mousapour warned that Christians living in migrant housing are told they are “impure as a dog” and deserved death for rejecting Islam.

“Toys of Christian children are being destroyed, Christian asylum seekers are told not only to wash their dishes after eating but also that they must clean the entire kitchen as it would otherwise be ‘unclean’. Many Muslim asylum seekers call all Christians unclean. Church services are held in secret, bibles and crucifixes have to be hidden,” she explained.

Ms Mousapour, pastor of the Evangelical Free Church, disclosed that even converts who no longer live in migrant housing attract Muslims’ ire, and recounted her experience of being threatened at knifepoint on the street.

The Christian Democratic Union (CDU) politician called the anti-Christian hate crimes “horrific attacks on our fundamental values and our Constitution.

“This kind of crime weighs on me more heavily than shoplifting. If we do nothing about it we will lose our foundations in this country,” she added.

Ms. Steinbach advocated deportation for Muslims who attack or insult Christian migrants on the basis of their religion.

A vocal critic of Chancellor Angela Merkel’s policy to open Germany’s borders, Ms. Steinbach called for the European Union to set up refugee camps outside the bloc’s external borders. Here, the popular MP said, migrants would “stay until the war is over, then go back home”.

The pastor said she felt that a “misconceived tolerance” had led Germany to be overly respectful to Islam, pointing to Ramadan arrangements as a “disastrous” example of this.

During the Islamic month of fasting, migrant shelters in Germany catered to Muslim eating schedules, with Christians receiving only leftovers. The timing saw Christians disturbed by Muslims eating and reciting surahs before sunrise and then staying up very late for dinner.

Ms. Steinbach called for the system to be overhauled for next year. She suggested migrant housing serve “”breakfast, lunch and dinner as usual”, and that people who want to fast can save their meal to eat later on.

Ms. Mousapour commented: “We are here in Germany, in a Christian country! We must not allow others to change that.”

In Detention – Turkey arrests 62 schoolchildren for TREASON following failed military coup

The pupils, aged between 14 and 17, were made to dress up in camouflage and were handed guns with empty magazines, according to their lawyers.

A total of 62 Students of Kuleli Miltary School in Istanbul have been arrested for treason

A total of 62 students at Kuleli Military school, the oldest such establishment in Istanbul, were collared by Turkish authorities.

Before the coup attempt last week, the pupils, aged between 14 and 17, were made to dress up in camouflage and were handed guns with empty magazines, according to their lawyers.

The children have been taken to prison and not allowed to speak to their parents as they were accused of treason against the Turkish State.

The mum of a 15-year-old boy caught up in the arrest, Emre, while waiting for news outside Istanbul’s Maltepe Prison said: “Our child has never held a gun before.

“They were used, they were forced to do this.”

The incarcerated kids families and lawyers fear their sons could be denied a fair trial due to mass purges in Turkey’s judiciary and anti coup protesters hunger for vengeance.

Emre’s terrified mother said the boys were subjected to a mass preliminary hearing in just one crowded courtroom which their families were barred from entering.

She added: “They got just two to three minutes to testify.”

The shocking decision comes a week after a coup rocked the country.

Outside the prison, the dad of a locked up 14-year-old student says he has not been allowed to speak to his boy since last Friday when they were both at the school’s “cocktail party”.

He said: “Our son went to this school because he loved Atatürk and it was his decision to enrol.

“We have nothing to do with Gülen’s organisation.

“We have no sympathy for them.”

Interrupting his wife added: “They are just children.

“They are innocent.

“The state needs to separate the guilty ones from the innocent ones.”

Israeli leader: Iran mocks WWII Holocaust, prepares another

Israeli leader: Iran mocks WWII Holocaust, prepares another

JERUSALEM (AP) — Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu lashed out at Iran Sunday for staging a Holocaust-themed cartoon contest that mocked the Nazi genocide of six million Jews during World War II and said the Islamic Republic was busy planning for another one.

Iran has long backed armed groups committed to Israel’s destruction and its leaders have called for it to be wiped off the map. Israel fears that Iran’s nuclear program is designed to threaten its very existence. But Netanyahu said that it not just Iran’s belligerent policies that Israel opposed, but its values.

“It denies the Holocaust, it mocks the Holocaust and it is also preparing another Holocaust,” Netanyahu said at his weekly Cabinet meeting. “I think that every country in the world must stand up and fully condemn this.”

State Department spokesman Mark Toner, traveling with Secretary of State John Kerry in Saudi Arabia, said the United States was concerned the contest could “be used as a platform for Holocaust denial and revisionism and egregiously anti-Semitic speech, as it has in the past.”

“Such offensive speech should be condemned by the authorities and civil society leaders rather than encouraged. We denounce any Holocaust denial and trivialization as inflammatory and abhorrent. It is insulting to the memory of the millions of people who died in the Holocaust,” Toner said.

The denial or questioning of the genocide is widespread in the Middle East, where many regard it as a pretext Israel used for its creation and to excuse its actions toward the Palestinians.

“Holocaust means mass killing,” said contest organizer Masuod Shojai Tabatabaei. “We are witnessing the biggest killings by the Zionist regime in Gaza and Palestine.”

He said the purpose of the Tehran event was not to deny the Holocaust but rather to criticize alleged Western double standards regarding free expression — and particularly as a response to depictions of the Prophet Muhammad by the French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo and others. The exhibit featured some 150 works from 50 countries, with many portraying Israel as using the Holocaust to distract from the suffering of the Palestinians. Others depicted Palestinian prisoners standing behind concentration camp-style barbed wire fences, Netanyahu likened to Nazi leader Adolf Hitler and a Jerusalem mosque behind a gate bearing the motto “Arbeit Macht Frei” that appeared at the entrance to the Auschwitz death camp.

The contest was organized by non-governmental bodies with strong support from Iran’s hard-liners. A previous contest in 2006 got a boost from then-President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, a hard-liner who referred to the Holocaust as a “myth” and repeatedly predicted Israel’s demise.

“Terrorist” With Machete In London Subway Slashes Man’s Throat Screaming “This Is For Syria”

A man wielding a machete screamed “this is for Syria” before slashing a person’s throat.

Less than a week after the San Bernardino shooting, the ghost of ISIS terrorism has finally landed in London, where moments ago news broke that a man wileding a machete screamed “this is for Syria” before slashing a person’s throat at London’s Leytonstone subway station, and attacking up to three people.

The following video of the incident was released on Twitter hours ago, and shows a large pool of blood spattered across the ticket hall before the alleged knifeman is Tasered by a Met Police officer.

The Express released the following pictures of what it has dubbed the “Syria revenge” stabbing:

As the Telegraph reports, police were called to Leytonstone station after reports of a stabbing in the ticket hall on Saturday at around 7pm. The alleged assailant was promptly tasered by police at the scene.

Terrified passengers, some with children, can be seen running across the east London Tube station away from the scene.

As recounted by the Guardian, one person, who claims to have witnessed the attack, took to social media to reveal details of the horror.

Laurynas Godvisa said: “So as I was going to Leytonstone station was dressed to go to Christmas dinner with people from work.

“As I walked down I just saw a lot of people running but I ignored it and kept walking to get my train, but suddenly what I saw I couldn’t believe my eyes and what I saw was a guy with a knife and a dead guy on the floor.

“I was so scared I ran for my life. After good 10-15 police came and got the guy and arrested him.

“And as he was coming out this is what he said: ‘This is what happens when you f*** with mother Syria all of your blood will be spilled’.”

A Met Police spokesman confirmed the incident saying that “Police were called at 19:06hrs on Saturday, 5 December, to reports of a stabbing at Leytonstone underground station. The male suspect was reportedly threatening other people with a knife.

“Met officers attended the scene. A man was arrested at 19:14hrs and taken to an east London police station where he remains in custody. A Taser was discharged by one of the Met officers.”

“Officers from British Transport Police are now dealing with the incident at the scene. We are aware of one man having sustained serious stab injuries. We await details of any other injuries.”

So far there is little news on the condition of the victim of the attack: one victim is in a serious condition with multiple stab wounds and it is believed up to two others may also have been injured.

A spokeswoman from London Ambulance Service said: “We were called at 7:09pm to reports of an assault at Leytonstone underground station We sent a number of resources to the including our joint response unit, an incident response officer, an ambulance crew and London’s Air Ambulance to the scene. We treated a man for stab wounds. He was taken as a priority to hospital escorted by the doctor from London’s Air Ambulance.”

And while it is only a matter of time before a “terrorist” link is found in this latest attack meant to put another western country on edge and to justify the UK’s recent launch of air strikes against ISIS, we wonder if there will be a front page op-ed in a leading liberal UK newspaper tomorrow demanding that all machetes be henceforth banned even as local TV crews stream live from the home of the alleged terrorist.

Update: as expected, the “terrorist” link was just been revealed with Sky News reported that the subway incident is already being treated as an act of terrorism:

San Bernardino shooting suspect traveled to Saudi Arabia

As the holiday gathering got underway Wednesday morning, Syed Rizwan Farook joined dozens of his colleagues from San Bernardino County’s public health department. Farook, an inspector, seemed quiet during the early hours of the event, then vanished just as a group photo was about to be taken.

Shortly afterward, gunfire erupted at the Inland Regional Center where the employees filled a conference room. By the end of the day, police had identified Farook, 28, as a suspect in the massacre and said he was one of two people shot to death in a gun battle with officers. The other was 27-year-old Tashfeen Malik, who a family member said was Farook’s wife

Police officials said Farook had worked for the county for five years. San Bernardino Police Chief Jarrod Burguan said that there were reports of a dispute before Farook left the party.

Co-workers told The Times they were shocked to hear Farook’s name linked to the shooting. Two who were in the restroom when the bullets began to fly said he was quiet and polite, with no obvious grudges

They said Farook recently traveled to Saudi Arabia and returned with a new wife he had met online. The couple had a baby and appeared to be “living the American dream,” said Patrick Baccari, a fellow health inspector who shared a cubicle with Farook.

Baccari and Christian Nwadike said Farook, who worked with them for several years, rarely started a conversation. But the tall, thin young man with a full beard was well liked and spent much of his time out in the field

They and other colleagues said Farook was a devout Muslim, but rarely discussed religion at work.

“He never struck me as a fanatic, he never struck me as suspicious,” said Griselda Reisinger, who worked with Farook before leaving the agency in May.

Reisinger said she heard that the office recently threw a baby shower for Farook and that he had taken paternity leave.

Later Wednesday night, Farhan Khan, a brother-in-law of Farook, said he knew the suspect for much of his life and last saw him a week ago.

“I cannot express how sad I am,” he said at an Islamic Center in Anaheim. “I have no idea why he would do that…. I am in shock that something like this would happen…. My condolences to the people who lost their life.”

Baccari said he was about to dry his hands in the restroom when bullets ripped into the towel dispenser, sending shrapnel into his face and blood spilling into his eyes. The rounds pocked the walls as he dived for cover onto the floor. He and another man pushed the door closed with their legs and waited for police.

Later, Baccari remembered his co-worker disappearing before the photo session.

“Where’s Syed?” he recalled someone asking.
